Miinukset: "I was the second person who boarded the plane in the business class. The flight attendant distributed ipads and headsets. She completely ignored me. When I asked her for one she said that they had only 15 of them and 16 people were in the business class. They do not have oe for me. I said why did you not give me one before she said I was sleeping which was a flat lie. Simply terrible and stupid service. Moreover, that flight attendant looked like a bar hostess than a professional person. Her English was very ppor. I talked to the bursar. She kept apologizing but it did not help. I am multi million miler and Diamond member with Delta, I never had an experience like this, AEROFLOT really needs to train their people better. Very bad experience."
Plussat: "The flight was on time, descent was a little bumpy due to winds but the pilots were great professionals and we landed very smoothly."

Miinukset: "Мллодой человек на чекине проверял параллельно вопрос для коллеги и не уделил нам должного внимания. ДОБАВЬТЕ ЭТО К 30 МИН ОЧЕРЕДИ до стойки и впечатление остается неприятное. Мы с двухлетней дочерью стоя ждали в набитом автобусе 20 мин пока не пришел один опаздывающий пассажир. Учитывая, что потом еще пришлось долго ехать через весь аэропорт и водитель неожиданно резко затормозил два раза (всё пассажиры буквально падали при торможении) это стало самой неприятной частью посадки."

Plussat: "I wasn't sure what to expect, but the airline was better than I thought. Good food (2 servings), decent entertainment, and nice amenities (pillows, eye mask, slippers) for economy class for an international flight. For the price I paid, I would fly Aeroflot again. I wish I would have gotten my Russian transit visa prior to my trip. I knew about it, I just didn't want to pay the $200. SVO airport is great and open 24hr, but having a 20hr layover is tough. p.s. Don't let a hotel/Airbnb tell you you don't need a visa - you do! I watched 2 girls have meltdowns in the airport because they had hotel reservations, but no visas. Sad, wet eyes does nothing for Russian airport officials."
Miinukset: "The staff, but you have to remember that Russian customer service is different from American. Some of the staff were really friendly and nice. I think they were compensating for the overtly rude ones, so it even itself out. Boarding at the airport isn't always clear if your flight is boarding or not. Pay extra attention to your gate and time changes."

Tight room leg (it's a 10 hour flight!)"

Plussat: "There was a bottle that leaked in the overhead compartments. I was dripped on during take off. They cleaned up the mess, but I still had to smell like alcohol for the rest of the flight. It was unfortunate, but everyone was pleasant."

Plussat: "Almost all the flight attendants were exceptionally nice and anxious to please. It reminded me what US airlines used to be like many years ago. The food was a little different, but very good. There was a great selection of movies and the plane was very clean."

I called for s flight assistant 4 times and none of the crew members ever showed up. Finally, it was extremely hot and stuffy throughout the entire 9 hours flight."

Miinukset: "I missed my flight waiting at the wrong gate( there was another flight to Stockholm, my connecting city, being conducted by another airline) I did not notice until it was too late. The airline neglected to offload my checked luggage, refused to do accommodate me with a change fee and now has lost my bag and has no idea where it is."

Miinukset: "Gate waiting area was cleared - no idea why. As a wheelchair passenger, I was simply stuck for over an hour with no clue what was going on, no way to get to restroom or anything else. Flight delayed over 2 hours & worried about my connection at JFK. GROSS INCOMPETENCE. GROSSLY UNCOMOPETITIVE ON PRICE OR SERVICE OR AMENITIES WITH OTHER AIRLINES. I'm beyond disgusted with these clowns."
Miinukset: "The cabin crew didn't have any personality, and didn't look happy most of the time, a smile goes along way. When you look for a cost effective flight especially when flying with family including 2 young children you think it is good that the flight costs were quite good, however when you add in the additional baggage fees each way and the reserving you seats so you can all sit together the overall flight costs including the extortionate food prices on board makes them out to be much the same if not higher than that of one of the premium airlines that already include all those things in your flight cost. Not to mention when arriving home in Boston around 40 passengers bags had been left in London and there was NO Norweign staff available to help with this, it tool numerous requests from passengers as well as the flight services people to get a Norweign member of staff to come and help. SO there were a lot of unhappy passengers. I will be seriously considering whether i use Norweign any more in the future because of this."
Plussat: "We are still stuck on LAX, first our flight was canceled than rebooked for next day than we got delayed 5 hours. The worst experience ever!!!! We lost so many connecting flights that we are thinking about canceling our vacation."
Miinukset: "There was no option to choose a meal when booking through you. We weren't aware that we would have to do this somehow so we went the 10 hour flight without food. They were sold out of anything decent on the SNACK BAR menu."

Miinukset: "I would pay more for 1.) Better Food 2.) Friendlier staff... staff is untrained and not really very welcoming. They treat you like you are in their way! 3.) Better seats. Seats aren't bad but not super comfortable for long flight. BA and Virgin used to be great but they are both dropping off. Norwegian is a far better deal but it might see more business if it works on the above."

Miinukset: "Arrived 4 hours delayed, and they always say due to weather to rid of any responsibilities. Flight had no food and had some insane safety warnings saying gathering in groups was not allowed. That's the most big brother thing I've heard in an airplane."

Miinukset: "If you get a LowFare ticket you don't get any food or drinks. You have to buy everything and it's very expensive. Even on an 11 hour flight they don't even offer you water unless you seek them out specofically."
Miinukset: "I was running late for my flight home to Dublin I had 40 minutes until the flight was due to take off. The guy on check in was extremely rude and sent me off in an awful panic to my gate. It was an emotional parting with my partner as I won't see him again for a few months and this very rude employee didn't help at all This was my second flight with Norwegian in the space of a few weeks and I could very well be a regular flyer as my partner is in Sweden for the foreseeable future. This guy gave an awful representation of your airline. People get delayed these things happen he wasnt one bit nice about it and I was very unhappy how I was treated"

Miinukset: "Both online check-in and self-service kiosk check-in were unavailable. Only middle seats were available upon assisted check-in. Flight was delayed. Pre-order meal was not offered at booking and therefore was not served any food on 8+ hour international flight. Flight attendants did not offer clear explanation or alternatives to assist."
Plussat: "The plane was new and had could technology. The lighting, windows, touch screens and bathrooms were all in good condition."
Miinukset: "The flight took a long time to load. I could not check in online or pick my seats. We checked a stroller when boarding, and when we got off we were told we could not get it until we went through customs. Customs at LAX takes an hour to get through, which left us with a baby and all of our carry-on luggage to transport for an hour. We traveled through many airports on this trip, but never had our stroller not available at the gate."
Plussat: "Tablet for entertainment-I liked it"
Miinukset: "Dreamliner nice. I sat in the center seat in the center section. I exited to my right because the guy got up for a minute. Needed to get to my luggage on the left. So I crossed the isle in the emergency exit row. The people sitting there had personal items (shoes, etc) in front of them including a red rolling carry on suitcase. Since this is an emergency exit area, why didn't one of the staff tell these people to move the suitcase. The lady was using the suitcase as an ottoman. I told the stewardess and she did nothing about it. Safety violation?"
Plussat: "The engine purred like a kitten. Seats, free videos, easy access to order drinks & food w tap of your finger. Friendly, courteous greets you w a warm smile. Spacious airplane."
Miinukset: "Norwegian airlines needs to tell their customers that their luggage was left behind in Stockholm. We are exhausted from the long travels & are even more pissed off when multiple customers kept waiting for their luggage. I felt even more horrible to the family that was taking a cruise the next day. Can you believe Norwegian airlines are closed on Sunday. Couldn't talk to customer service until Monday when they opened. Bad customer satisfaction;("

Plussat: "The plane seems new from Oakland to London segment. Seats are reasonably comfortable and entertainment is good. A good flight."
Miinukset: "The crew didn't seem too happy to serve. They were working but the enthusiasm lagged. Maybe i am used to service levels in singapore or cathay airlines."
Plussat: "The crew was very nice, there were movies to watch, boarding was easy and the flight didn't have any problems in general"
Miinukset: "Seats are on the smaller side and it was a long trip, I asked about food and the flight attendant told me there wasn't any service so I bought a sandwich, after that we got dinner."
Plussat: "The aircraft is new and for the most part clean. However my table was sticky and dirtty."
Miinukset: "The crew is the rudest, least service oriented i have ever experienced. i will do my best to find another airline before flying with this one again."
Miinukset: "My 2 year old having to sleep on the seats in the JFK airport. While we wait to see if anyone will help us. Paid for a ticket to Madris Spain, had to connect from PHX, they were having issues so i called in to NWA asking what my options were hours before the flight. The rep told me to call back the next day. I called back once stranded at JFK and the next representative says, because i didnt call prior to 30 minutes before my check in time she statez the pre ious representative notated she advised me. I assure you if she did I would have simply rescheduled for the next flight. The rep goes on to tell me, no, they will not put us on stand by and (her monotone and bluntness and lack of empathy for me flooding money and being stranded was appalling. I am on limited funds with a baby, they dont care that i will be out of thousands of non refundable charges. They don't care that my return flight home is booked from Spain. Not JFK. We are completely screwed here."
Miinukset: "During ticketing , the crew is OK with my luggage. when we proceed to the gate , the crew Susan is very rude and threaten if we do not pay 40GPB, she will not let us board and scared my 7 years kid."
Miinukset: "I'm trying to solve that issue but their is no help . I was going to the airport before 3 hours but my car start acting weird and I got over heated . I called taxi and I went to the front disc airport at 9:55 pm and their is no one at the front disck to help me . I called Norwegian air line but they said .they cannot put me on another flight . And I have to call kayak . Can you please call me at 3215574277"
