Miinukset: "Boarding process was bananas, plane is old, no organization at check in. It was like a mad max post apocalyptic hellscape. No lines or stantions. Just people pushing, no rules."
Miinukset: "Very bad service. Everything is bad"
Plussat: "Flying EI-DAR, this was Ryanair's sixth-oldest active aircraft at 15.3 years old. Despite this, it featured the new sky interior and was comfortable overall. Flight was quick (albeit at 10 minute late landing) and deboarding was not an issue."

Miinukset: "I was a little confused about bags. My bag fit under the seat, it's a "small bag". A "cabin bag" is what I would call a carry on."

Miinukset: "The representative at check in almost charged us €100 for a checked bag we’d already paid for when we bought our tickets online. When I asked her “didn’t we already pay for this?” She checked her screen and just said “oh” and let us through."
Miinukset: "Airport personal seems to pick and target few people only to force the new bag policy on whilst others go through unquestioned. I wasn’t involved but could how some people from a different national background seemed targeted by ground staff"
Miinukset: "Flight was delayed"
Miinukset: "The landing was dangerous and rough."
Plussat: "On time fly gut and prompt baggage handling"
Miinukset: "I paid for my seats and the ask me to change next to the emergency door, something that i would never choose."
Miinukset: "They try to push you to buy all sorts of products on the flight, including food. Nothing is free. Separate fees for printing tickets, confusing process, disorganized boarding."
Miinukset: "Having to pay to use the toilet on board"

Miinukset: "Added way to many costs for EVERYTHING. We were the only ones in line to check a bag and it took 30 minutes to do so because the computers needed to be turned on. The seats were uncomfortable and felt unclean. And we think it was absurd to pay to sit with someone you book a flight with."
Plussat: "The staff was very professional"
Miinukset: "I was flying at night and they kept the plane lights on the entire flight. There was nonstop announcements being made which made it impossible to sleep unless I were to invest in noise cancelling headphones."
Plussat: "Flight from Edinburgh to Baden Baden was delayed like every single other flight on this trip but at least checked in to hotel and got 3.5 hours sleep instead of the intended 5 hrs sleep."
Miinukset: "Got to the airport at 5.15 am, got through security and only then was notified that flight was delayed from 6.45 till 8 am. No breakfast! As this flight was to Israel we were separated from passengers at the other gates and were not allowed to wonder round the duty free area to find coffee or anything to eat. Those without hand luggage were allowed but re checked and frisked at the extra security check. Even babies had shoes removed and feet scanned, so clueless. Then we never made it to Ovda but were diverted to Tel Aviv. Landed an hour late there and waited till they sent a bus to take us 4 hr journey to Ovda. Arrived in Ovda 7 hrs late, no food, no drinks tired and very hungry."
Miinukset: "We are being transferred by bus to Ovda. The airport will be shut for the sabbath and nobody knows yet how we will get to Eilat which is a further 45 minutes away. We weren't given food, nothing. I still have to pick up urgent prescription medication from an available pharmacy before I get home. Horrible experience. What's worse Eilat Airport is closer and weather OK there today"
Miinukset: "The really need one of their newer planes ✈️ for the lanzorote route. Longer seatbelts needed."
Miinukset: "Flight was delayed"
Plussat: "Flight to Budapest from Stansted airport took off on time and landed 40 minutes early. The flight home was on schedule and I had an aisle seat both ways, couldn't ask for more."
Miinukset: "Due to the high volume of passengers on the flight we had to put our luggage in the hold (for free) in both directions which caused a minor delay in our onward journey but nothing significant."
Plussat: "Cheap flights - that’s about it for the positives.."
Miinukset: "- Clear policy to split people up unless you pay for seats. They. Seem to deny this but it’s as obvious as it gets. Makes boarding much slower as people try to switch seats - They check in 50% of hand luggage bags on every flight - why not offer the chance to check in small bags for free up front rather than make people scramble for valuables after being forced to check in hand luggage - Very poor seats - uncomfortable and cramped"
Plussat: "Easy online check in with no need to visit a desk anyway, unlike Jet2 who enforce an online check in only for you to have to do it all again in person."
Miinukset: "Unnecessarily held at the gate for 45 minutes as the departures boards showed the flight as boarding - no way to get out of this area so stuck. Flight left late and then had to queue up to get access to a drop off area so missed my onward train connection. Paid for food in pounds but given change in Euros - disgraceful - don't offer to take payment in a currency you can't provide change for. Overall a poor experience, will not be flying with RyanAir again."
Plussat: "Friendly supportive crew Safe landing, pleasant flight"
Miinukset: "Boarding queues and waiting, could be staff shortage?"
Plussat: "I was able to take my guitar as hand luggage, which is very important. Even though guitars exceed the hand baggage limits, many professionals need to be able to carry on their instruments. Priority boarding is essential."
Plussat: "It was very punctual and the flight were very smooth."
Miinukset: "The seats don't recline and you have to pay for everything (even printing of boarding passes)."
Plussat: "Okay seats for a 2.5 hour flight and their app makes boarding and checking in easy"
Miinukset: "Not much it’s ryan air so no frills as you would expect. I did get effected by cancellations and lost 5 hours of my trip but they did rebook me and gave me free seat selection"
Plussat: "The price of this flight was great and was on time. Could not have asked for a better value for my money. Also the Check in online and having e-tickets makes the whole process much faster."
Plussat: "I paid for extras this time as on my outbound it was a shambles and did not want to go through it"
Miinukset: "Paid for priority, but there was no priority queue at all, then on the plane we were told yes you just push forward telling people you have Priority? Really? There was signage for normal queue and priority queue but inky the normal queue had staff on so had to join the normal queue. 26£ for what expect a refund"
Plussat: "The cabin crew were very friendly"
Miinukset: "The queuing for boarding and the speed for boarding was bad"
Plussat: "small airport so less hassle."
Miinukset: "Trate de cambiar mi viaje para otra fecha y me cobraban muy caro encima de lo que habia pagado, trate de hablar con servicio al cliente para hacer el cambio y no podia solo me haciar ir a su website."
Plussat: "We didn't crash"
Miinukset: "Our flight was late to take off, and had to queue for 30 minutes at Shannon - before the plane had even landed. At stansted then had to get a long bus to the terminal and wait on the bus for 10 minutes because they couldn't open the doors. Luckily after a sprint to the station we made the last stansted express of the evening (£28 return each - 'London' airports for you)"
Miinukset: "Walked almost 20mn in rain to get to the plane"
Miinukset: "We purchased a luggage allowance of 15 kilos. As it turned out the exact same bag with the exact same contents fell within this limit coming from Madrid to Arrecife but not from Arrecife to Madrid. The person that checked our bag had absolutely no flexibility. We had to pay a fee for the 1 kilo overage. Later we purchased coffee before getting on the flight only to be informed we could not have hot beverages while boarding, something that has NEVER happened to me. The money you save on a Ryanair flight is not worth the absolute hassle they put you through, especially considering that you're liable to pay the difference in fees anyway."
Plussat: "Good aspect of flight: was inexpensive."
Miinukset: "This is my first flight on Ryanair. The seats are uncomfortable, stuck straight upright and cannot be reclined. Very jammed together seating. The low cost encourages family flying, so there is much more than the usual amount of howling babies--in particular, one directly behind us who howled like a banshee for about a third of the 2 1/2 hour flight. The charge to check a bag was quite high. I was on Ryanair because we were flying with relatives who already had booked this flight. In future I will avoid Ryanair. I'm willing to pay for a modicum of comfort."
Plussat: "Crew were friendly, did their jobs well."
Miinukset: "The phone app doesn't work. If you can't print out your boarding pass from the hotel then you need to pay 12 Euro to get it printed at the airport. They are constantly selling you stuff on the plane - food, perfume, lottery tickets. So annoying. The interior colors of the plane are obnoxious. Dark blue and bright yellow. It's really an affront to the senses."
Miinukset: "My luggage cost more than my ticket. Rip-off Next time ill take a different airline"
Plussat: "Planes are new."
Miinukset: "Ryaniar uses questionable practices to charge for services that are free on almost all other airlines. What is most offensive is not the fact that they charge but they make it difficult for passengers to reduce or avoid such fees."
Plussat: "Crew was friendly and food service was patient and friendly to domestic and foreign passengers. No frills flight had the smoothest take-off, flight and landing. Passengers applauded after landing!!"
Miinukset: "Check-in lady at the desk was a bit impatient and rude if we did not speak Italian when we arrived too early before check-in started."
Miinukset: "Seats don't recline. No leg room. Cattle car feel!"
