Lentojen peruuttaminen ja siirto aiheutti ylimääräistä tressiä ja lisäsi matkakustannuksia mm. Ylimääräisten hotellikulujen muodossa. Momondon käyttämä Tripmonster on nimensä mukainen hirviösysteemi, jonka tiedoittaminen ja etenkin tavoitettavuus on aivan luokatonta tasoa. En enää suostu ikinä ostamaan matkaa Momondon kautta jos he käyttävät Tripmonsteria.

The flight didn’t even happen.
I had bought a ticket with two checked bags but when I did the check in they made me pay for the second bag saying it wasn’t included in the ticket. Plus, I had asked for vegetarian food when buying the ticket and they didn’t gave me special food. Don’t know if it is eDreams fault or Turkish Airlines.

More restroom maintenance was needed throughout this long flight. I thought this airline was the nicest I have been on save this one issue. It would be great if Turkish Airlines could resolve it in the future! Additionally the boarding process in Istanbul was like herding cattle. People weren't seated according to boarding group and it was absolute mayhem--no single file line, people shoving past one another to get seated first on the same plane."

Turkish Airlines service desk took the evidence (my ticket) and then refused to rebook me, forcing me to pay $600 for a new flight and for a visa to Turkey just so I could exit through security to book & pay for it. They will not be getting any more of my business in the future!"

Delta operated. Missed connecting flight due to single late crew member in dfw. 1.5 h late. Missed work and incurred costs of over $800. Delta failed to hold connecting flight(s) at gate and it actually left EARLY. Fail. Never again.

Miinukset: "Boarding was a complete debacle - no control over who went where. Sky Priority line was full of 50 people who weren't Sky Priority, and there was only one person checking passports. The two people at the desk didn't care when I noted this. We were called to the desk in advance of boarding to check passport information. When we got to the check in line, we were taken aside for more passport checking, even though we are US citizens with Trusted Traveler status in the GOES program. We were one of the first people at the departure lounge, and one of the the last to board."

The cabin crew service was better for this flight than a recent San Francisco to Chicago leg of the trip. The food service also was better. Unfortunately there were flight disruptions at the layover point in both my "there" and "back" legs of my trip (San Francisco to Boston).
Flight was delayed by one hour, then another 1/2 hour then cancelled and changed till the next day. We were not allowed to get our luggage & put up in a dirty hotel. I had cockroaches in the bathroom. When I finally arrived home…i noticed the airline had damaged the zipper on my suitcase. An awful awful trip thanks to American Airlines.

If you serve customers from all walks of life including Hindus, vegetarians, Islam, Judaism, it should be expected that the flight attendant know if that is turkey or ham. Another thing is that there was no final check by the flight attendant. We landed with tray tables down, seats recline, and people were still on their laptops."

Miinukset: "We bought 3 seats on Business class. My seat did not have the TV working. After flying for 2 hours the flight attendant gave me a portable TV, after asking multiple times. The food was totally horrible. The catering company that American Airlines uses needs to be replaced immediately. Flying TAP, Emirates, Latam, British Airlines , their catering company is very good. Flight attendants were sarcastic and rude. The service was equivalent if you fly coach class."

Miinukset: "The space and seats were uncomfortable. The seat my husband was sitting in (30A window seat), the touch screen seemed to have some technical issues, for it did not recognize when you touch the screen. It was a bit frustrating trying to select entertainment. Also, when checking in from our original departure location, MCO, we were not provided our boarding pass or luggage tags for our final destination, Barcelona, only to our connecting flight, Philadelphia. The connecting flight was delayed in MCO for an 1 hour and a half, after we have boarded the plane, therefore almost cost us to be late for our final flight to Barcelona. Since we were not given our boarding passes for PHL to BCL it caused confusion when trying to board our plane in PHL to Barcelona, and also caused for our baggage to not arrive with the flight. After landing, we spent an additional 2 hours at the Airport going through customs, and waiting on line for the lost and found desk for baggage in Barcelona. The lost and found desk had three agents available to assist, however we can only talk to one which was designated specifically for American Airlines. This caused a very long wait time of 1 hour. We were advised the bags stayed in Phildelaphia since they did not have the additional luggage tags, and will not arrive till the next day. Overall the experience within the Airport service desks and baggage check in' s was not a pleasant experience. I believe many of these issues could have been avoided if the American Airlines agents were more knowledgeable and attentive."

Great staff but plane got delayed
Spend 10HOURS on the phone to get on scheduled plane. BA made wrong date and was send in circles. 11houts before flight I bought different tickets to get back on time to LAX. No help from Finnair, British Airways and Kayak. Had so much stress and insanity from representatives about my flight. Kayak MUST have 24 hours live person. Was calling from Vilnius and getting machine from noon until 6pm, Vilnius time. Does Kayak knows calling rates!!! This was WORST experience ever!!!
Pros: Flight crew was professional, helpful and efficient. Cabin and toilets seemed clean. Cons: Seats are so uncomfortable-- narrow, hard and short. There is little legroom, particularly for seats with mechanical boxes taking up room under the seat ahead. At 5'5, legroom shouldn't be an issue and space was taken up by the taller person in the next seat who couldn't sit without his knees splayed. It's difficult to have enough space to eat, especially with the seat in front leaned back over tray table. The placement of the headphone jack several inches into the arm rest is uncomfortable particularly if it is on the side being leaned against in order to avoid touching others. Doing so cuts out one side of audio. Moved seats because the headphone jack didn't work. My neighbour's touchscreen kept freezing. The overhead cabins cannot be used for those in the last three rows of seats-- this despite the plane's interior being designed with one fewer toilet in the back. The meal's sides were dry but fine, however, the entree smelled unpalatable and the breakfast 'sandwich' bread was wet from being frozen.
Great crew, very comfortable aircraft. No in-flight entertainment but for short flights it’s not needed. Only not excellent because of a 30 minute delay
Long security lines at Stockholm airport. Completely full flight, we were at back of plane
Flight was nearly 2 hours late. But I did get a glass of a wine and a sandwich.
Please do not use this airline Heathrow is very miss manged airport

Flight was delayed and they didn’t have any vegetarian meal options. You had to reserve online for a vegetarian meal. On other airlines you don’t have to reserve your meal restrictions. I was left starving the whole flight because they only had one meal option which was meat.
The seats in the Airbus flight from JFK to HEL were a bit uncomfortable. The layover in Helsinki airport was boring because there were no stores open in the terminal and there was almost nothing to do for 3 hours.
Service missing, for horrible and small portions

Plussat: "Boarding pass to from LHR to Hyderabad was not iisued at SAT airport. The guy with wheelchair at London didn't help in getting me boarding pass in time. My flight scheduled left. I had to wait for the next flight enroute to Delhi rather than hyderabad directly. I had to wait for more than 10 Hrs at LHR and Delhi. There was heavy delay to reach my destination."
Miinukset: "Non-issue of boarding pass from LHR to Hyderabad at SAT airport USA. Callous attitude of the guy who didn't help me in getting me the boarding pass at LHR. Enrouting me through Delhi to Hyderabad instead of a direct flight I had to wait for more than 10 Hrs at LHR and Delhi. There was heavy delay to reach my destination."

Miinukset: "My husband and I paid a combined $100 to reserve seats on our flight from LAX to London. When we got to check-in at LAX airport we did not get our reserved seats. Everything had been changed around. We did not even have seats next to each other. Upon complaining at arrival in London (there was no time at LAX to deal with this, as usual that airport was one chaotic mess) we were given a British Airways business card with a phone number that did not work/had been disconnected. I would like to get the $100 reservation fee back. Thank you."

Miinukset: "We were involuntarily downgraded from Business to economy for our 9 hour flight from London to Mumbai. Outside our party of 3 there was also another party of 3 in the same boat as us. It seems like British Airways is too aggressive with overbooking the higher end sections of the flight, which seem much less likely to have people 'no-show' (either because it's for work or because they've spent so much for the tickets)."

Particularly at the airport, and the planes are just okay. nothing was free, not even a soda!!! they charged the two ladies next to me for tea!!!! water, a cup and a teabag, how much could this possibly cost?? the plane was nasty and dirty. when the seatback tray was lowered, the seat back was splashed and dirty. yuck!!!"
