This seems to be a new appliance, and I jut wish they would do away with it altogether. More is not necessarily better."

Passenger in seat near man on floor (diabetic but no one tells us anything) needs to lay across four seats with oxygen for heart issues for remainder of trip with staff and doctor on board nearby. Nevdr informed what was happening, never offered to move our seats or move iIl passengers. Glad all turned out ok. Could have given them more privacy and better informed other passengers."

People seated all the way in the back should be allowed to board first and fill the plane back to front. Makes it less likely for you stand around waiting for people as well people all the way in the back making contact with every possible human already seated in the aisles. 2. Comfort - Window seats are too hot, middle aisle seats are too cold 3. Thankfully they do have halal offering. Now if they will even let me choose that I am allergic to seafood. Glad for the chicken. Nothing to boast about."

They would not check us in, and we paid over $700 to change tickets to the next flight. When I complained, I was told to stop being rude or I would get no ticket at all. My mother is 94 years old and we did the best we could given the circumstance."

Miinukset: "1. The boarding process was chaotic - it was not clear where a line was to form or if there was an ordered process for boarding. 2. As an economy passenger, I was to purchase a meal between Geneva and Brussels. Since I didn't want a meal I was surprised to learn I also had to pay for a small, regular coffee."

We had to wait for the stairs and shuttle to arrive to get us to the airport terminal. It was especially frustrating because we had nearly no time to get to our connecting flight. The hosts and hostesses were mediocre at best."
Miinukset: "1. During check in, they change my seat number that i choose during the reservation process from a front window seat to a rear isle seat 2. Flight was supposed to land in Hamburg. Because of a storm, they went to Hannover. They announced that the time we will stay in Hannover is unknown. Maybe 2 hours... but then no news from the crew during our stop. 3. Several passeNgers asked to get out in Hannover. The crew said they will ask if possible. After one hour waiting in Hannover they did not even ask the airport authorities. Passengers insisted. The crew then said no because they do not want to go through the luggage finding process. 4. Weather was too hot. Waiting time was too long. Passengers Needed drinks and food. Crew only sold these without even offering free snacks, sandwitches, or drinks. 5. Babies and kids were there. No food nor drinks. They survived during 5 extra hours on the plane schedule on biscuits and water. Personnel did not even think of ordering food from hannover airport while waiting there. They only SOLD the snacks they have. 6. We returned to humburg with 5 hours delay over our original schedule. Stayed 2 hours until we got our luggages on the belt 7. Some passengers had to go back to hannover by train. We discover that all trains were stopped die to problems caused by the storm on the railway. They had the choice either to take very expensive taxis or to sleep over in Hamburg!! 8. This could have been avoided if brussel airline had some good will to at least help those passengers get their luggage and leave in Hannover! 9. Overall: very bad experience and crue attitude in Brussel Airlines!"

Plussat: "The crew seemed nice"
Miinukset: "I was literally in tears by the end of my flight because my back hurt so bad in the seats. When I was boarding, I had a two hour layover and I still had to run for my flight and they were already boarding when I got there. The food was tasteless. All I could do was try and sleep and pray the flight ended quickly."
Plussat: "The food served was wonderful, as well as service."
Miinukset: "Half of my luggage was lost at Dullas, but found and returned the next day to my home."

Plussat: "Second time I called customer support a A nice lady named Elisia was super friendly and helpful and was able to switch me to another flight on the same day."
Miinukset: "Received a text message that my flight back to the US was canceled. The first time I called Brussels Airlines customer service, I was offered only the same flight one or two days later. Phone support person was very unfriendly and unwilling to look at other options like booking me on another flight that same day."
Miinukset: "Need more movies. Fly this route all the time and very little change."
Plussat: "Very old planes No entertainment Very nice stewardess"
Miinukset: "I was unable to check-in online, Lufthansa said see Brussels Airlines and Vice Versa. The check in process at Dulles was very poor (this was the Brussels Airlines desk) Chaotic would sum it up best. The meal on the flight was very poor, even the staff apologized before I said anything, they were quite embarrassed. Hopefully the flight back on Lufthansa will be a huge improvement !!"
Plussat: "New Boeing 787. Nice aircraft"
Miinukset: "This is the only international flight I have ever taken that did not serve food or drinks. We asked for water 4 times and was brought a small glass half full only once. We had to purchase food and drink separately. I can't even believe juice or soda was not included! It is dangerous to not offer at least water for that long of a flight. Would never fly or recommend Norwegian Air ever again."
Plussat: "The crew with neither rude nor particularly welcoming."
Miinukset: "When did vueling stop offering a free snack and drink. Not even a glass of water for your passengers is just plain inhospitable."
Plussat: "It felt like a top airline, fast boarding, great service."
Plussat: "Nothing on the ground. Prior to boarding there was chaos among the crew members and the public. The flight was as usual with Vueling delayed; for technical reasons. However no one knew what was happening. No crew member gave a simple explanation of what was happening. Order was not maintsined"
Miinukset: "Everything, like simply explaining to the long waiting passengers what was going on. But Vueling is 90 pc late. They treat passengers as if they could not care less because they are working unhappily We can simply compare with other airlines. Vueling gets first price as worse airline I know."

Miinukset: "The seat area was dirty with broken biscuit crumbs - both seat and floor. The pocket in front of the seat (back of previous seat) was filthy with what looked like yogurt and chewing gum. Very unpleasant!"

Miinukset: "The boarding time has been changing every few minutes since the morning. I arrived in the gate where there were about 30 people with boarding passes but no assigned seats all overbooked. Half the people left on a bus then boarding stopped and we're returned back to the terminal going through security and hour or so later. The company reps had a big attitude problem and could provide no explanation to what and why anything is happening. In the end they tell us to leave the gate after 1.5 hours wait and look for new boarding info around 2pm. I managed to get on the flight by chance: no updated info was announced - I by chance heard a poor fellow working for the airline trying to find people at a nearby cafe who were supposed to be on that flight. If I had my headphones on I doubt I would be able to board that plane"

Miinukset: "Plane took off an hr later, not many vegetarian or vegan meals to choose from, my legs didn’t fit in my seating area..."
Plussat: "On time, one carry on and personal item for free onboard, clean - no complaints"
Plussat: "Although I booked a flight on what I thought was British airways it was some off brand airline: Vueling very disappointing to show up at Gateick to check in at BA and be redirected to the equivalence of Spirit airlines in the USA."
Miinukset: "It said British airlines and was a vueling airlines flight. I would equivalent this to booking a flight through Kayak on Delta showing up to Delta to check in and being redirected to Spirit airlines!! Completely misleading, just glad I didn’t have to pay for a vag as I would on Spirit. No water, snacks offered pretty bare bone airline!!"
Plussat: "crew excellent and after much discussion they performed miracles"
Miinukset: "wife is disabled,told she had aisle seat,staff on board had to shift her 3 times,we were booked in together but sat apart on both trips,full marks to the cabin crew who really did a great job of moving people around but we had no help from last minute.com and less from the airline when we phoned in regard to my wifes mobility scooter.sorry its back to Easy jet."

Miinukset: "Aircraft was old and run down. The BCN terminal did not have enough seating and not knowing the gate until an hour before the flight kind of sucks."
Miinukset: "Our hand luggage had to go into the hull so we had a long wait at the other end. Cabin crew explained 220 people and space for 180 bags, wouldn’t mind as much but I follow the rules and only bring one bag when people in front of me have 2 bags! Too ch down was very bumpy!"
Plussat: "nice enough plane. clean, full. pleasant crew."
Miinukset: "two hours late, because of earlier weather, there was never an acknowledgement or apology until a recorded announcement at the end of the fkight. after changing departure gates (again no sorry) the boarding was chaos, led by silly giggling wonen who had no decorum and no sense of safety. then a 45 minute wait onboard, no explanation. food for sale looks terrible. bumpy (not their fault) it all might have been far more humanely done."

Miinukset: "Couldn't add baggage online with airline Kiwi.com/ Kayak couldn't add it either. Ended up paying 40 euro in manual check in -- too expensive compared to their web 19 euro cost.. they didn't allow me to add even 72 hours before. Not happy with cost and no service."

Miinukset: "An hour late to take off, then the captain didn't turn off the seat belt sign for another 45 minutes in clear skies. My friend had to use the restroom but the flight attendants locked them and yelled at her everytime she tried. Very rude."
Plussat: "Absolutely nothing"
Miinukset: "They overbooked the flight and would not let us on even though we had tickets because we did not check-in that morning online before our arrival to the airport. They re-booked us for another flight that had a connection but it kept getting delayed so they made us re-check our luggage 3 separate times. When we finally made it to the connecting city (Barcelona) that next flight was delayed from 9 pm departure to 11 pm to midnight and then to 2:30 AM with no confirmation that the flight would actually take-off. There was no one that could offer us help or give us answers as to what was going on, all employees were very vague and kept telling us they couldn't tell us anything. We spent 14 hours that day in the airport for a flight that should have taken 1.5 hours. They gave us 6 euros each as compensation and that was it. To put in a complaint to get your money back is very difficult. Their website is often down and they make the form very specific online so that if you type something in lowercase letters it won't go through. I will never fly them again and strongly suggest you don't either."

Miinukset: "Flight attendants more interested in talking to each other than serving customers. We went hours without water. I went back to the galley to get some and no one was there, so I served myself"

Miinukset: "Flight was 2 hours late. Incredibly messy boarding procedure. Then they kept everyone in the plane for more than one hour with no air conditioning. Crew had to open the aircraft doors to let some air into the cabin."
Miinukset: "It was an awful experience. They lied to us that the connection flight from Barcelona to Tel Aviv was canceled and therefore we must stay at Granada. They also said they could not fly us to Barcelona because all of the hotels there are full occupancy (sounds absurd). Only after we insisted on flying to Barcelona we discovered that the flight to Tel Aviv took place as usual. To this day, I do not know why an airline needs to lie in such an ugly way. Note that this was not a misunderstanding or language difficulties. The English of the airline team and mine is excellent. This behavior is dismissive, irresponsible, and embarrassing"
