Miinukset: "Entertainment system was a bust. Our entire isle had issues with the system, movies not playing, music sounding awful. Even cameras and flight map were out. kudos to the cabin chief for going above and beyond and making arrangements in case people wanted to switch seats."

Food is very delicious and you can always get either one of the options, whereas, in other airlines, you have to settle for the least favorite one if your seat is closer to the tail. They have sandwiches and cakes available during the whole flight."

Miinukset: "Missed Flight: The flight from Istanbul to Athens was posted as delayed. We were a party of eight and arrived for boarding very close to deadline (minus posted delays) At the boarding gate we were met by six other passengers. The gate was vacant and closed. The real problem happened at the Turkish Airlines desk where we were treated with arrogance, disdain and absolutely no compassion. AS a matter of fact some of the Turkish Airlines staff smiled as they imposed an outrageous fine to purchase tickets to the next flight and continuation of our previous booking. We intend to protest the charges and contact thru many forms of media inform as many fellow travellers of the incident and subsequent treatment by Turkish Airlines. Social media is a powerful tool and although the cards were held in their favor the night of 9-21-17 our protest will not end here. We are fourteen wounded travellers that have agreed to use as many forms of social media as possible to get our message out."

Instead of beginning boarding at the time printed on my ticket, like every other airline, boarding was completed and closed fifteen minutes before my ticket said they would start, so even though I was eight minutes early I was actually seven minutes too late. Turkish Airlines service desk took the evidence (my ticket) and then refused to rebook me, forcing me to pay $600 for a new flight and for a visa to Turkey just so I could exit through security to book & pay for it. They will not be getting any more of my business in the future!"

Plussat: "Train ur staff to be courteous, improve their deamenour, improve the quality of food. Your r turkish, the best cuisine in the world but the food quality on airline was the worst. On one leg of my flight they turned off the AC; Seriously!!"

We are now at least 24 hours without our luggage (we still don't have it) and cannot take advantage of our very expensive vacation. I must say, we will stop using Lufthansa and all partner airlines. This is completely unacceptable. I have received no communication at all from Lufthansa to explain why our bags were not loaded onto the plane, even though we saw them out the window, on the cart, next to the plane, before door closure. I am wondering if someone at Lufthansa decided it would be fun to ruin our vacation?"

Poor selection of alcohol drinks, coffee is very poor. To be short, Typical american airline like delta or american airline with nothing good or special for transcontenintal flights. Does not allow 2nd luggage to check in without fee. For $1000 ticket I would expect more. There are a lot of companies who provide much better service for international flights: like Virgin Atlantic, British airways, Aeroflot, etc. I don't even want to mention Asian and Gulf company with much superior service. Boarding is nightmare, they make you stand for half an hour to board! Total rip off!!!"

Plussat: "The flight was delayed two hours. I flew them 10 years ago and thought their seervice rivaled the Asian airlines. Now their service and seat comfort is near the cellar dwellars. The premium coach seat I paid extra for was the narrowest coach seat I have ever had the misfortune to sit in. I am a small man. 5'*8" 165lbs. The normal sized man next to me and I had to sit with our elbows pinned to our ribs. Eight hours of hell. I also had a totally irritating woman from syria behind me. She pushed and banged on my seat back the entire 8 hours. She had to have her loud mouth yapping most of the flight. That was the worse experience I have had flying. Also the attendents didnt care about me. I had to ask for tea. Had to ask three times as they were waalking off"

Plussat: "The flight from DTW to FRA was made that much better by a particular flight attendant who actually remembered it was my first time flying. She checked with me personally as we were disembarking in FRA to see how my flight was. I unfortunately did not catch her name, but she was the highlight of the flight. If I fly again, I will definitely fly Lufthansa for flight crew like her. I skipped the evening meal as I was feeling unwell, but I had the breakfast. The fresh fruit, and especially the watermelon was delicious. There just wasn't enough of it."

Miinukset: "There is no VIP lounge in Lima anymore. It is unbelievable that Latam, maybe the biggest operator in that hub, doesn't have a lounge. The layover stunk!"

Miinukset: "Terrible terrible food- no TV (really? in 10 years flying to Colombia this was a first) seats were very uncomfortable, no room to move the legs, the seats were super old no room at all. I have traveled with LATAM before and I had good experiences, with no complains. But the flight from Bogota to Miami on may 29th was mediocre and it seems longer than it was. That plane should be used for shorter flights and not a 4 hour international flight. I am not expecting first class seats and 5 course meals. But for the same price I could have used other airlines."

Miinukset: "First of all I bought my ticket through Kayak, but apparently something called the flight network was the issuer of my ticket apparently they are and travel agency in canada , first i needed to change my ticket and they could not do it , then I dis not use my outbound flight because I needed to get to my destinantion one day earlier and yesterday i received an email saying that my return flight was cancelled. they told me that since i did not use my outbound they automatically cancelled my return flight, I ended up loosing 300 USD because of mis information from that travel agency , the people that answered my call were very disrispectfull, this has been the worse experience and ai ended up loosing all my money I had to purchase another return ticket."

Miinukset: "The agents are NOT CONSISTENT in knowledge or charging baggage fees."
Miinukset: "Both flights were delayed and there were no meteorological problems, I finally arrived in LAX more than 2.5 hours late"
Miinukset: "We waited over an hour at the baggage claim carousel to collect our luggage. We received no communication or announcement about what was going on. Unnecessarily appalling customer service."
Plussat: "Not much since not only were we screened by the airport authorities but also by Latam. I purchased some water after security but had to leave it since they would not allow it on the plane. Had they let us know about this sooner I could have saved money."
Miinukset: "The Latam personnel who searched our bags prior to boarding put on gloves which I though was very good. The bad part was that I saw 2 members of the search party sneeze into the gloves and touch their noses without changing gloves. How disgusting!!! Never Latam again! I would rather pay a few dollars more and not put up with this health violation."

Miinukset: "Flight from Osorno to Valdivia was delayed, then flight from Valdivia to Santiago was delayed. But they told me I would be OK making my connecting flight in Mexico City (next flight was Santiago to Mexico City)... wrong! I wasn't even close to making my connection."
