I have traveled with LATAM before and I had good experiences, with no complains. But the flight from Bogota to Miami on may 29th was mediocre and it seems longer than it was. That plane should be used for shorter flights and not a 4 hour international flight. I am not expecting first class seats and 5 course meals. But for the same price I could have used other airlines."

Miinukset: "First of all I bought my ticket through Kayak, but apparently something called the flight network was the issuer of my ticket apparently they are and travel agency in canada , first i needed to change my ticket and they could not do it , then I dis not use my outbound flight because I needed to get to my destinantion one day earlier and yesterday i received an email saying that my return flight was cancelled. they told me that since i did not use my outbound they automatically cancelled my return flight, I ended up loosing 300 USD because of mis information from that travel agency , the people that answered my call were very disrispectfull, this has been the worse experience and ai ended up loosing all my money I had to purchase another return ticket."

Miinukset: "Both flights were delayed and there were no meteorological problems, I finally arrived in LAX more than 2.5 hours late"
Miinukset: "We waited over an hour at the baggage claim carousel to collect our luggage. We received no communication or announcement about what was going on. Unnecessarily appalling customer service."
Plussat: "Not much since not only were we screened by the airport authorities but also by Latam. I purchased some water after security but had to leave it since they would not allow it on the plane. Had they let us know about this sooner I could have saved money."
Miinukset: "The Latam personnel who searched our bags prior to boarding put on gloves which I though was very good. The bad part was that I saw 2 members of the search party sneeze into the gloves and touch their noses without changing gloves. How disgusting!!! Never Latam again! I would rather pay a few dollars more and not put up with this health violation."

Miinukset: "They were late with boarding to begin with and the process was extremely unorganized and slow. The Air France flight that was boarding next to ours at gate 9 got everybody onto the plane before our flight did and their plane was scheduled to take off 10 minutes AFTER us. The boarding attendant didn’t do a good job of announcing the group number for boarding. After priority and no baggage passengers, it was just one big mob. Our boarding passes were in group 1 but my mom ended up being one of the last people let through. The 2 attendants made her wait because they needed to tag her luggage. I guess they felt it was too big for carrying on. Which is fine. But they literally made her stand there while they let almost everyone else in line through. They even tagged other luggages and she was still waiting. And when she asked them about it, they told her to wait and they have to assist other people. What’s the point of being group 1 for boarding then? We still had to wait til pretty much everyone else went in. And the fact that our seats were in row 29 which is at the tail end of the plane made it even worse. Now we need to squeeze by 28 rows of people when we could’ve been in our seats and out of the way a long time ago. Terrible service!"
Plussat: "Boarding process was easy and we made great time all the way from LAX to Madrid (I only had carry-on luggage so I can’t speak for their check-in process). Loved having a non-stop flight. Crew was attentive and professional. Great new movie selection. The one bathroom I went into was probably the largest airplane bathroom I’ve ever been in!"
Miinukset: "However, I would have taken a smaller lavatory if it meant larger/comfier seats! I was pretty uncomfortable the whole flight. The leg room was alright for me being 5’6” but I’m not sure how anyone much taller would fare. The seats themselves were similar to a budget domestic airline. Fine when you’re only going a few hours, but on a transatlantic flight it really started to get to my back :("

The entertainment system and availability of options was very good. Seats were spacious and the blanket provided was very nice."

Why ask the age of children under 11 if they’ll be seated with strangers? Moreover, we were loaded onto the plane from both ends, irrespective of our seats, so there was mass confusion as two sets of passengers were crossing over each other, looking for seats. Using hand signals to communicate, as it was an international flight with passengers speaking several languages. The crew stood at the entrances to the plane, watching."

Dijo que si el levantaba esa maleta el podía dañar su espalda.. y el seguro no lo atenderia.. le dije al señor que yo había solicitado asistencia.. pero el dijo que para otra vez, pusiera mi equipaje en carga.. un pasajero vecino de mi asiento al ver la negativa actitud de ese señor.. levantó mi equipaje y me ayudó. Yo soy viajero frecuente de Iberia y se que una mala actitud no hará cambiar mi preferencia."

Plussat: "Crew was nice and I had a great flight with Iberia on my flight from Chicago to Madrid"
Miinukset: "I am 6 feet 180 pounds and I had absolutely no legroom was completely stuck in my seat can’t believe that a tourist class seat is this small with no legroom"
Miinukset: "I requested a vegan meal weeks prior and the only meal without meat had a lot of dairy in it. Not enough water was offered as well. The flight was delayed boarding. The leg room is pitiful on the flight."

Miinukset: "The cabin temperature was unbelievably low, everyone was complaining about how cold it was, rubbing and blowing on our hands. The woman next to me was concerned about being made sick because of prolonged exposure to cold. Then they forced us to buy blankets for 25 euro. Unless I hear that this flight was unique I won’t ever fly level again no matter how discounted the airfare"

Plussat: "A really big and nice dinner, followed by bloody mary. An ice cream was served some hours later, followed by a nice breakfast sandwich and cake before landing. All this on an evening flight from London, ending in NYC before midnight."

Plussat: "Not once have I had a positive experience on American Airlines. I actually booked this ticket 4 times before finally receiving a fully confirmed itinerary. Only to get on the plane in SLC and sit on the tarmac for 90 minutes causing me to miss my connecting flight. The replacement flights I again missed because American couldn't find anyone to give the travel voucher to an airport an hour away for the replacement flight they booked. I've never seen a more consistently incompetent company."
Miinukset: "On top of all of this, my bag is lost. I'm at my destination and have been for two days and American airlines all can't get me my luggage so I can start my vacation. This is the biggest joke of a company and I'm disgusted with their lack of accountability, responsibility for the problems they've caused and the insensitivity they've shown for their screw up."

Miinukset: "The staff at check in were very rude, we were never advised about paying $150 extra per bag each way! They stated because we booked through a travel agency instead of booking directly with air Europa they charged us for luggage. It was an unexpected large expense. Crew barely spoke any English."

The bathrooms early into the flight were dirty and one had no toilet paper the entire flight, making me wonder if any were cleaned between flights. Having TV's is a nice option to pass the time on a long flight. The problem was the seats were so close it was uncomfortable to watch them."

Miinukset: "Distance between landing gate in Madrid and departure gate too long. (Sign says 31 minutes walking time!) Also very long distance between landing gate and luggage claim in Miami - I don't know what passengers who can't walk well do. Food bad even for airline standards and Air Europa may have worst coffee of any airline - I can't imagine worse."

Miinukset: "Crew was kind of rude. Late dinner service, on a overnight transatlantic lasting only 7.5 hrs one cannot wait More than two hours to get dinner and be able to catch some sleep. Noisy breakfast service, it did not matter if people tried to keep sleeping. The in-flight entertainment program was not tested and needed to be rebooted well into the first hour of flight. Poor preparation and not very kind crew."
Plussat: "The flight was great, had seen some negative reviews. But for me nothing negative to say about air Europa, wonderful seat, great flight crew, everything was on time. Just and overall great experience."

Miinukset: "Meals not very healthy. Hardly and fruit or vegetables."
Plussat: "They leave me in Santo Domingo with no reason and no phone to call and solve the problem. That cause problems with my job. They don't have customer service to help people in this case."
Miinukset: "Do not offer connections with less than two hours, Madrid Airport is busy and complicated....there is no room for mistakes or little delays when layover is less than two hours."
Plussat: "This time Air Europa make us field like nothing before. The check in at the airport, to get in, but specially the time in the fly, they need to improve. The food cold and very bad. We asked for an upgrade do to my health condition and ready to pay the different, nothing."
Miinukset: "In other words, never againg. Thank you Kayak for the opportunity to express my experience."
Plussat: "Nothing. Totally dissatisfied."
Miinukset: "They could have made a better effort to get me on that plane in London. After the facts unfolded, I got the impression it was a race thing."
Plussat: "Very little to like about the trip. As a very experienced traveller the trip to MAD was not pleasing. It appeared that crew attitudes reflect unacceptable monitoring and control by Air Auropa management of crew performance and equipment maintenance..The unworkable entertainment system failed ti entertain. No major delay. Able to meet connections."
Miinukset: "MVD to MAD leg. At meal times crew did not request passenger to sit their seats upright. Crew sleeping in the 2 seats in front of us had seats back total time of trip. It was very difficult to eat meats with the seat back in front of us. Hit in the face by crew member forcing seat back rapidly on change of crew rest period. Curtains of crew rest area encroached into my seat area. It was annoying, colostrophobic and unacceptable . One male member of the crew, when serving drinks at meal time mumbled Ïdiotö¨. I assumed he was referring to me. At breakfast time we were ignored when drinks were served. The entertainment system was unusable. It was apparent that the system was mal functioning and needs replacing. . I spoke to the head attendant and relayed our concerns. I was refused a visit from the captain in order to express pour concerns."
Plussat: "Price was Ok, but not great for a 30 minute flight"
Miinukset: "Both flights were at lest an hour or more late. Some disorder in boarding. Screaming kids... and parents who did not discipline them."
Plussat: "One of the flight attendants was vert kind"
Miinukset: "Everything. The flight was delayed 13 hours, they did not gave us the connecting flights passboards up until boarding the plane, my baggage was checked in only until Madrid, when we arrived I was told the bag will go to Mallorca, I asked again at the connecting gate and they told me the opposite, I had to go out get the bag, check it and go in again (changing terminals 3 times in the process walking almost 1 hour and a half), the connecting flight left also one hour late"
Plussat: "The airplane was neat and the crew nice also, I don't have complains about that."
Miinukset: "Too little space between seats, always has the person behind putting their knees in my back! Also the food is not that great, and had to pay even for the earphones!"
Miinukset: "Late every where , Never gonna book them again Late 3 hours .... disaster"

Plussat: "Great little plane, no queues, on and off quickly, start the holidays in a very easy, and happy manner. The flight was from Barcelona to Minorca, and we took a twin engined puddle jumper run by Swiftair. Excellent!"

Miinukset: "Gate Agents did not indicate reason for almost 2 hour delay. It was for security purposes and nobody told us anything."
