Better choice of entertainment especially the music
Air Canada was late arriving so I raced through the airport, pushing my mother in a wheelchair. We got to the gate while the passengers were still boarding but were denied because Air Canada already rebooked us. We were told we had to stay with our bags. They rebooked us through London, not directly to Munich. That flight was also very late so we had to rebook in London and arrived in Munich hours later than planned. Our bags never arrived. I had to go buy some clothes quickly. My bag was found in lost and found 2 days later when we flew out of Munich and my mothers was sent onto London where we are currently visiting. If we had not arrived at the Munich airport 5 hours early for our flight we would not have been able to get to lost and found to get my bag. Lufthansa agents at the counter where we had to get a pass to go through security to get to lost and found were unfriendly and treated us as if we were a bother to them. It’s not our fault we had to go find our bag. This all caused a lot of stress for us and a much longer travel time.
In economy seating, if the person in front of you puts their seat back preventing you from reaching the floor to pick up something you dropped, aren't the airlines squeezing these seats a little too close together?
The flight was half an hour late, which is the new normal in Europe. Friendly crew.
I am extremely disappointed in the lack of proper communication and the changes of my flights. The original flight was changed and I reported to the airport in Nuremberg for the new time, but was then told the flight cancelled. I was rescheduled for the next day, in which I had to take a bus to Munich and then fly to Denver. I had to take taxis to and from the airport in Nuremberg and pay an additional $75. I also had to make other arrangements in my plans due to this inappropriate lack of communication. I fully intend to never use Kayak or Lufthansa again and request a refund for this poor service.
My bag was delayed as of now by one day, maybe more. Besides, the flight was delayed by one and a half hours.

One flight attendant was amazing, 1st class although she wasn't even in business class. Somehow felt others were tired or mind somewhere else, so not really good service. Choice of food was basic, but good choice of drinks. Plane was comfortable and I think pilot was a woman, which is a nice change. Excellent that there are dividers in the middle seat in business class. Corona restriction rules, like mask wearing rules is extremely wise. Other airlines removed it, but I like better your choice better. Feels safer.

Miinukset: "Our flight was cancelled from Nashville to Chicago due to "mechanical issue" so we were unable to get on the flight to Naples. United rebooked us on a flight leaving the next day, and we are currently sitting in Chicago on a 6 hour layover. So no, I am not happy at all with this experience. We are missing a day in Italy and have been charged a day stay in Sorrento which we are unable to use. I have contacted United customer service to see if they can compensate us."

In the end everything was okay but it was not a pleasant trip"

Also the on-line check in process was extremely poor, maybe "bad" is a better word."

Miinukset: "Checking in in Tel Aviv was the worst experience I have had in checking in. The ladies just sat there, explained almost nothing, gave no eye contact. Finally, they told me the flight was overbooked and that was why I was waiitng. They offered nothing else--as if I had done something wrong (the impression they gave me), rather than Lufthansa. I waited a full 1 1/2 hours. No other explanation. At the very end, when they finally put me on a flight, they chastised me for not checking in online---this was NEVER offered to me by Lufthansa on my flight there or on the return. With other airlines they always send me an email to check in online ahead of time. Lufthansa did not. I could not have been more disappointed with this checking in experience with Lufthansa. Again, the worst in my life and would be cause for me not to recommend Lufthansa to others. Otherwise, the flight itself and the actual crew were great. So disappointing to have such an unprofessional check in experience."
The plane was filthy again
I like to be treated the same as all the others people, we had a case of racism there, so I want to make a report for 2 guys, was working on the airport in the entrance of the gate, we have some proofs about the diferent treatment

more than 1 hour delay for a technical problem found after boarding ended.

Miinukset: "Notification of which Gate!! All the steps Down to the tarmac then up the plane steps!!! Priority- didn't seem to mean anything- everybody boarded the same!! The Cabin crew- Rushed announcements!! And worked as I feel robots!! But definitely got Value for Money!!!"
Miinukset: "Parading people outside in the cold before they were even allowing people on the plane. Half the plane probably got a cold."
Plussat: "Seat was fine considering the cost."
Miinukset: "Ok but i accidentally started queuing in the priority queue and was told that i needed to be in the other queue, even though i was there very early on. I think i should have been allowed to join the other queue at the same spot but went to the back of the other queue. Apart from that it was fine"
Plussat: "Like? Nothing! Extortion at its best. Will not recommend. Will never fly with them again. Shame on you Jaysk for supporting them."
Miinukset: "If their system worked and I could have checked in online instead of being charged an extra $170 something dollars at the gate. Oh and them not charging me another $100 for my luggage the second flight that I swear I paid for...terrible."
Miinukset: "The problem with random seat allocation is if you pay to sit somewhere then that should be fine, no. Today I was constantly asked if I wouldn’t mind swapping seats so the passenger could be closer to their partner which is always going to be an inferior seat or worse sat in the middle seat. Their random seat allocation therefore can inconvenience seat paying passengers not a quality experience."
Plussat: "The flight itself was on time and all that"
Miinukset: "The plane itself was clearly cheaper than the planes Transavia and Norwegian used. The only problem (though this had nothing to do with the airline) was having to sit in Nantes airport for 14 hours with no access to real food after about 11PM. The free shuttle into Nantes is great but I wish it worked later on Sundays. I was thrown for a loop and by the time I got a handle on what my options were they had closed."

Plussat: "Thete is nothing really good in low cost flight, so if you are not expecting you will not be disappointed. Recommend purchase the priority package in advance and allowed to bring two items on board."
Plussat: "Short flight and we arrived safely. Relatively inexpensive."
Miinukset: "The entire process was chaos. First you wait in a crowd to find out which desk to drop your bags and/or check in. Then you race there with the herd. Then with another herd to the gate. After heading down what seems like a boarding ramp you go outside, then into a holding pen. It’s a giant metal shed that looks like it was made for cattle. Then after standing there for 30-40 minutes, you go outside again to board the plan. On board, there were no amenities, but that was expected."
Miinukset: "1. We were told to follow ground crew to plane across tarmac and then not allowed to board once at top of stairs—poorly organized! 2. Rude and harsh cabin attendants. 3. When we arrived in Dublin, we were turned lose to find our way from the plane to the stairs into the terminal; once again poorly organized and unsafe!"

Plussat: "They were cooperative with us and gave clear instructions"
Miinukset: "Delay in the flights both going and returning, poor landing"

Miinukset: "Bag policy is not clear. We had two guitars so we paid for two bags then i found out there is musical instruments charge which is 50 euro per instrument. It’s a discrimination against musicians. Huge sporting goods fee is cheaper than that. Also there is no phone number to call. I asked about refund at ryan air check in desk and nobody knows what we should do. Ryanair makes it so easy for customers to pay add on fees but they won’t refund you when you pay by mistake. Total non sense."

Miinukset: "I tried to check in on line but their website had major issues. When I arrived at the airport, Ryanair hit me with a 40 Euro surcharge for not checking in on line. Worst airline I have ever experienced in my 40 years of airline travel."

The flight was delayed by 40 mins, and the whole boarding process collapsed, so not worth the extra for priority boarding. If I could fly with any other airline in future I will!"

Miinukset: "They don't tell you the gate number until 30 minutes before your flight departs. Everyone stands infront of the screen waiting for the gate number and then everyone runs to the gate and stands in line for 30 minutes. Ryanair also sometimes has shuttles that will take you to the plane so you have to hop on a bus then get on a plane...it's weird."
Plussat: "I got exactly what was expected for the low price. This is a great way to travel light and cheap. The bad reviews are mostly a result of not reading the rules before booking. Don't expect food and entertainment."
Miinukset: "The boarding process could be a little faster if there was more than one person checking people through, but the flight still arrived on time."
Miinukset: "*Extreme delay: - Our flight was supposed to take off at 5:35pm but was delayed to 12:10am due to technical issues. - There was a plane in RAK that could've have been used, but Ryan Air decided to use it for the flight to Paris instead despite the fact our flight was earlier. *Terrible customer service: - No one answered the phone, and we could only chat with them online. - We had a connecting flight out of MAD to JFK which we were nervous about missing, and was hoping customer service could help us with an alternative options to get to MAD. - Instead, the only answer they could give me was to take the RAK > MAD flight 2 days later and that was our only option. They did not seem to listen and understand our issue. *Poor and inconsistent communication: - RA sent out emails saying check-in would close 1 hour before our flight, but when we arrived at the airport, the screens displayed check-in to close 40min before scheduled departure. - After the delay, emails were sent to call customer service, but when you dialed the number they provided, you get a message saying their offices were closed."
Miinukset: "In order to ride the plane, I have to walk outside. It is very cold."
Plussat: "Liked nothing. Only booked this airline because of the price."
Miinukset: "Online baggage size requirements were different from the baggage sizing containers at the airport (at the airport they were smaller), so despite having a bag smaller than what's listed online I was forced to pay to check it at the gate, and they were rude about it to top it off. Boarding was disorganized and slow, and we arrived late because of it."
Miinukset: "No option to choose a seat unless you paid and plane was not full. Pilot had to land twice as overshot the runway first time. Water leaked from staff quarters all the way down the plane. Herded like cattle onto the plane from a pen."
Plussat: "Nothing fancy. They were on time and got it done. Like most discount carriers, you pay for ticket and everything else you need is an additional charge. Would fly again."
