Koneen kapteeni ei kertonut mitään muuta lennosta kuin lähtiessä lennon kesto. Olisin halunnut tietoa esim lentoreitistä.
Lento oli lähes 3 tuntia myöhässä emmekä saaneet mitään tietoa mistään. Emme saaneet myöskään vouchereita.
Finnair arpoi edellisenä iltana check-in:ssä mieheni riville 29 ja minut riville 16 eikä näitä voinut muuttaa. Finnair rahastaa kaikesta, vaikka ei tietääkseni ole ’halpalentoyhtiö’. Mustikkamehumukillinen on ainut, mikä kuuluu hintaan. Menolennolla KLM tarjosi suolaisen ja makean välipalan kaikkine juomineen (kahvi, mehu, virvoitusjuoma, olut, viini). Kännykän voi ladata. For free.
Nopeaa toimintaa, kaikki sujui hyvin.
Matkatavaratietomme puuttuivat järjestelmästä. Turhaa vaivaa moisesta asiasta. Valitin suoraan Finnairille.
Kaikki toimii suunnitellusti, ruokaa tai viihettä en käyttänyt.
Järjestelyt toimi oikein hyvin matkakumppanin boarding pass dokumentti katosi turvatarkastuksen jälkeen puhelimesta jokin spammi yritti latautua , mutta passilla koneeseen 😊 Kone ilmeisesti hiukan kovassa käytössä, istuin muhkurainen. Henkilökunta oikein palvelualtista ja ammattitaitoista ☺

Check-in jonoa oli aamulennolla, mikä on pienellä lennolla ymmärrettävää. Kaikki muu toimi mainiosti.
Teneriffan matkaselvitys tosi hidas ja ruuhkainen
Henkilökunnan ystävällisyys oli hyvää, mutta pienille reittilennoille Suomen sisällä olisi mukavaa saada pikku suolaista.
Friendly and professional crew
Kun Finnair ei tarjoa muuta kuin mehua ja vettä niin olisi mukavaa että edes voisi ostaa jotain vähän laadukkaampaa syötävää kuin nuudeleita!
Ilmainen kahvi olihan kiva. Lento myöhässä yli 2 h Hesan päässä odotettiin rappusia. Huh huh. On se vaikeeta!
Lähtö myöhästyi 55min. Oli lähellä että olisimme odottaneet 1,5h koneessa, mutta saivat uudelleenreitityksen.
Henkilökunta oli tosi ystävällistä ja muutenkin koko koneessa oli hyvin rauhallinen tunnelma. Tosin kone oli hyvin vajaa.
Ei mitään hyvää Finnairilla, ei edes ruokaa tai snackseja lennoilla. Ja lennot myöhässä, kuten tämäkin oli taas.
Erinomaiset ja viihdyttävät lentäjät mutta lento lähti myöhässä

Lentokentällä saimme apua kahdesta pisteestä.
Tällä lennolle kaikki sujui hienosti. Henkilökunta toimi ammattitaitoisesti ja lentäjät olivat huippu ammattilaisia, nousut ja laskut olivat hallittua. Kiitos Finnair.
Jokin ongelma saapuessa jolloin bussikuljetus ja kävely toisesta päästä kenttää… kangasmaski käskettiin vaihtaa kesken lennon vaikka osa oli ilman saapuessakin koneeseen Lentolippujen kaivaminen oli haastavaa,sitten keksin liittää finskin appiin
Minulla oli aivan kova nälkä ja halusin ostaa lentokoneessa leivän mutta valitettavasti minä olen nuori enkä omista luottokorttia ja en saanut koneesta mitään koska normaali electron maksu kortti ei kelvannut eikä käteinen kelvannut..

No gate till 10 minutes to boarding closure, so everyone rushed at the end; airplane was dirty; airplane arrived late ands landed late in Shannon; no food at all even if 200 euro flight ticket
I got warned not to use BA anymore and that the standards had really slipped. From check in and waiting 2 and a half hours to drop our bags off. To the miserable flight staff who didn’t want to do anything or bring drinks (anything) and god awful food (genuinely disgusting) I would never fly with BA again and would advise all other travelers to go with any other provider

Plussat: "The cabin crew, as always, were unfailing patient and polite and as helpful as they could be. Given the situation with the IT problem at BA, it was amazing that we were scheduled, and took off on time and arrived in Tel Aviv on time. Congratulations to all!"
Miinukset: "We were at the back of the plane, which was pretty difficult for my 6'6" husband and his long legs. We were told every seat was full (because of the IT problem). However, after takeoff it became apparent that there were some empty seats, but they weren't offered to us. One man was asleep across three exit row seats, for example. We had two seats in a three seat row, which would have given us a bit more room, but a woman was moved to the window seat with us, to accommodate a religious man who didn't want to sit next to her. She was very nice, but the whole situation was annoying and distasteful. And, unfortunately, the food was just as bad as our last flight."

Miinukset: "We were asked to check in our luggage as there was not sufficient space in the cabin which obviously delayed our plans of getting a train to other location from the airport after lading as we had to collect the bags etc"
Plussat: "The payment system was down so it was painful and slow"
Plussat: "British Airway's service is cordial and comfortable, which goes a long way to making the entire trip the same. Obviously they have no or little control over potholes in the air and wind turbulence."
Miinukset: "The flight was scheduled to arrive 2 hours before our connecting BA flight departed Heathrow. Unfortunately because of loading delays on our original flight, we arrived in Heathrow 40 minutes late. The crew said that 60 minutes is the designated minimum but we used all of the 80 minutes plus, and it airport was NOT crowded. If BA is connecting to BA, then you have a responsibility ahead of time to address this problem and keep connecting passengers from getting overly distressed in a strange airport."
Plussat: "Not much"
Miinukset: "1. BA said I couldn't get a seat before 24 hrs before. Then when I tried to get a seat assignment I was told (by email) to contact Aer Lingus. Aer Lingus said that I should have called before 24 hrs before, and that seats were now in control of the gate (this still 22 hrs before flight time). Total lack of coordination. 2. At check-in I was first told that my bag was too big for carry-on, although BA had accepted it. I shrunk it down. Then I was told it weighed too much at 15 kg. When I asked why BA accepted the weight I was told BA's weight limit was different. 3. Net net, if BA is "arranging" the flight through a code-share it should have responsibility for insuring I am treated like a BA customer. Aer Lingus' customer treatment leads much to be desired."
Plussat: "I liked the demeanor of the crew that I interacted with and I appreciated the updates from the pilot since we were delayed into London and I had a quick connection."
Miinukset: "The breakfast option ran out by the time the crew got to me in the middle of the plane. The delay was nerve-wracking with the very close connection to my international flight."

Miinukset: "Boarding was handled poorly, flight was delays both outbound and return flights up to 3 hours each time, the food wasn’t good at all, there was no entertainment or any sort of flight info available. The seats were packed as tightly as possible. Bathroom on the flight was out of order."

Miinukset: "Staff had no clue what they were doing at the gate. They got into arguments amongst themselves and told people to stand in the wrong lines. 8! people were given standby, because they overbooked the flight that much. They let my luggage in Barcelona. I won't get it for another 2 days! Never flying a"

Miinukset: "I changed seats with another passenger and I had preordered food. After telling this to 4 crew members, they still kept delivering my food to the wrong seat. I ordered vegetarian, so I got my food before everyone and then they kept forgetting to serve me drinks and coffee and so many other things."
Plussat: "Crew was extremely efficient and always worried about meeting customer expectations."
Miinukset: "Flight delayed due weather. Problems when attempted to coordinate boarding. Gate changed twice, everyone confused/tired and at one point unsafe. Airport mgmt did nothing to help, all they did was pushed people around and this resulted in chaos. Poor Boston airport personnel mediocre airline staff"
Miinukset: "The scam website Justfly who is present on your site and BOOK THROUGH MOMONDO, cancelled our flight with Norwegian. Not the airline, justfly cancelled it. I think it’s a HUGE shame that Momondo keeps having their prices and connections on your site since the web is overflowing with negative reviews inn justfly. Stop feeding people to their shady business."
Plussat: "Nothing, unfortunately. Crazy boarding and deplaning process. Definitely not worth the ticket price discount. Wouldn’t ever do it again. Really horrible."

Miinukset: "I did not receive any communication regarding the flight delay. I made it to the airport 2.5 hours before the flight to be safe and was told upon check-in that the flight was delayed for 3 hours, which then became 4 hours. I did not receive any communication from the airline. There were no explanations as to why our flight was delayed. Also, we were given 12 euro food voucher for each passenger. There was only one cafe in the area after security check and they did not accept the food voucher for actual food. They would only redeem our food vouchers for water, juice, sodas, desserts and, for some reason, only tuna sandwiches. A lot of passengers were visibly upset because the cafe only had one person on staff, the line was over an hour to order and then we were told it was not redeemable for sandwiches, salads, beer or wine. Also, the boarding process was chaotic and they did a poor job communicating which sections they were boarding and people started to form multiple lines. The in flight entertainment was pretty bad. Movies were very limited compare to other airlines. Overall, the whole experience was disastrous. I don't think I will be flying Norwegian again. I would rather pay a bit more for better service."

Plussat: "I liked the Inflight Entertainment System, the 787 aircraft. The cabin crew were pleasant. I particularly liked the price. Only gave food 1 star because I didn't want to pay $45 for meal service. Really should be able to mark it NA."
Miinukset: "Departed over 90 minutes late. Captain said it was due to late inbound flight although aircraft was at gate at scheduled departure time. We started boarding almost on time and then sat in airplane about 90 minutes."
Plussat: "Smooth floght."
Miinukset: "The guy servicing my aisle seemed not to know I was there. Overlooked me several times. Maybe I was too dark too see"
Plussat: "No positive things to say"
Miinukset: "It was infuriating that given the length of this flight, I was not offered so much as a drink or a snack. Even worse was the fact that some people were fed while others got nothing , apparently because they had ordered a meal ahead, an option I was never made aware of when booking / confirming. Worst of all is the inconsistency - I was offered a meal on my outgoing flight, but not my return flight. I’m not likely to book with this airline again as it felt like a punishment for being on a budget."
Plussat: "I liked the premiere lounge a lot. The premiere class seats were comfortable, the entertainment selection was good, and the food was decent. We arrived safely and on time."
Miinukset: "One of the flight attendants was rude. When offered an extra bread, the attendant rolled his eyes at me when I asked for butter . The same attendant had a very unpleasant tone with me when I was waiting to use the lavatory. Instead of kindly asking me to return to my seat, he felt the need to express that I was in the way of doing their job and ordered me to go back to my seat. Premiere class doesn't get premiere treatment I guess."
Plussat: "The staff was friendly, and the entertainment was great."
Miinukset: "I was forced to sit separate from my partner, who I was traveling with."
Plussat: "Liked: that it didn't crash, I guess."
Miinukset: "Didn't like: we had to beg for water from the staff (there and back) just because we didn't pay for a meal. We didn't even get offered snacks on either flight. One way was 13 hours and the way back was nearly a 12 hour flight. There was also no wi-fi, and even though this is a first world problem, it's 2018 and the flights were longer than some people stay awake in a whole day. That's ridiculous. Kayak is chill, but Norwegian will no longer be an option for my travels."

Miinukset: "No Wi-Fi on 787. If they had Wi-Fi, my review would have been excellent, but lack of Wi-Fi makes the flight 10 times longer."
Plussat: "The price was great but did not realize I needed to pay extra for luggage (a small suitcase) and there was no service for drink or food unless you pre ordered a meal. So good to know! Check in leaving JFK was pretty long and not so smooth but all went well! Intertainment was fine and seats comfortable!"
Miinukset: "First flight made a U turn mid way through the Atlantic Second flight was canceled altogether Third flight stayed more than three hours on ground before finding a parking space and a gate No one was able to provide us with information- Norwegian did not have a single representative"

Miinukset: "Flight was 4 hours late causing us to miss our connecting flight and lose a day of our vacation plans because the next flight wasn't until the morning. Customer service phone center personnel were rude. He "new" movies being shown in the on flight entertainment were old and there were only a few."
Plussat: "Very smooth and organized all the way."
Miinukset: "I was in the back of the plane, the constant flushing of the toilets and loud staff gathering made it difficult to sleep. Staff lacking customer care. Lack of new movies playing and the food/snack selection was poor - no snacks or even refreshments offered to passengers not even water, i had to buy bottles from the screen constantly."
Plussat: "Hassle free. Didn't make use of all facilities. Good value for money."
Plussat: "Even though we were in the economy section we had a wonderful experience. Two good meals were served and there were plenty of options on the in flight entertainment system. All the flight attendants were very nice and attentive. I would definitely recommend Norwegian."

Miinukset: "Both Athens and JFK were horribly prepared for our flight. We were delayed 90 min departure due to the irresponsible extra screening by the Athens security staff. Then, when we got to JFK, we sat on the tarmac an extra 45 min because the gate wasn't ready for us."
Plussat: "The plane was beautiful and very modern, and the in-flight crew was very nice. Lots of space for carry-on baggage. You have to purchase meals in advance when you book your flight, otherwise you don't get much. But you can buy snacks and drinks on demand through the screen each passenger has."
Miinukset: "The boarding process felt a little chaotic. They boarded the back half of the plane and then opened general boarding. People who knew about it lined up to wait to board for 45 mins before the flight began boarding... because the way it's done is so open. It doesn't create the most relaxing wait experience. But once I got on the plane, all was good. The check-in process was also a bit tiring too. There is no automated check-in option, so you have to stand in a really long line to get your boarding pass for international flights. Make sure you leave yourself plenty of time to check-in... especially given that there's a long security line next."

Paris departure check-in line on same airline had no one...took 45 min of stand still line until they opened the Paris lines for London... Flight operated through Wamos: the music before and after take off on a really late flight (11pm departure) was actually not comforting."
