Checking in Staff could not print my boarding pass for all my travel legs. We requested to print all boarding pass from the departing airport (Atlanta) and they said they can not do that. We have never experienced something like this in other flights for International travel.

Lentojen peruuttaminen ja siirto aiheutti ylimääräistä tressiä ja lisäsi matkakustannuksia mm. Ylimääräisten hotellikulujen muodossa. Momondon käyttämä Tripmonster on nimensä mukainen hirviösysteemi, jonka tiedoittaminen ja etenkin tavoitettavuus on aivan luokatonta tasoa. En enää suostu ikinä ostamaan matkaa Momondon kautta jos he käyttävät Tripmonsteria.

Onboard entertainment system in economy had seen better days. It was functioning, but not very well on either flight.

Well the seats weren't lay flat so I feel like I got played by Kayak and didn't have a very comfortable flight."

I now know I caught a stomach bug which hit me on the flights from Cape Town to Istanbul and then even worse from Istanbul to San Francisco. The flight from Istanbul was delayed by two hours due to customs delay for a passenger, as such there was a lot of recycled air. Take that and fact I'm pregnant and by time i started the 13 hour journey already felt sick. I started throwing up immediately and got sick 12 more times. the flight attendants brought me crackers, water and a cold towel and ice. My husband asked if he could pay to put me in business class but was not in airline policy. but i think given how sick and pregnant i was the flight attendant went to ask the captain if there was anything they could do to assist. they ended up moving me to business class to lie down and let me stay there for 3 hours. I got sick upon moving back but getting that rest really helped me. I felt like they genuinely cared about me and am so thankful to the two flight attendants who assisted: 1) Zumrat Bolukbas 2) Hatice (Cabin Chief) These women are amazing!"

When I told them about the price of the tickets online, the response of the customer service agent was "yeah, sometimes the penalties are high". He didn't do anything to try to help. The entire Turkish airlines team at IST is the biggest joke for a customer service team I have ever encountered in any line of business. I have never met a group of "professionals" that are so unprofessional, rude, void of empathy, and overall customer service knowledge than the turkish airlines team at IST. I will never conduct business with Turkish Airlines again and will ensure all my friends, family, and colleagues try their best to avoid them too."

Very cordial flight crew. The little travel kits were an added bonus. Having sandals on a 13 hour flight was a blessing instead of putting on shoes every time you have to to to the WC."

Plussat: "Turkish was the only airline I've flown that actually did not give the impression of nickle and diming but really made clear and concerted and well executed efforts to exceed expectations on all fronts, even food and drink. A huge accomplishment. They really put most of their competitors to shame."
Miinukset: "Only issue was that the videos kept freezing up, though they did remedy that problem. And I wish they had a foreign hub further to the west. Much as I loved the airline, I would only fly them again to Turkey or further east. It took me 22 hours door to door from Venice to Portland, Maine, when it shouldn't have been much more than half that. It's just too Far East to be a very practical option for visiting Western Europe from the US."

Baggage drop Tukholmassa oli vaikeaa löytää. Terminaali 5 on sekava remontin takia, siksi ohjeistus/kyltitys pitäisi selkeyttää. Lyhyellä lennolla on typerää tarjoilla mitään. Finnairin mustikkamehuinnostus on outo: se on roiskuessaan tahraavaa nestettä, jonka jakaminen ahtaasti istuville matkustajille on täysin turhaa. Vesi riittää, jos sitä on erikseen tarjottava 45 minuutin matkalla.

Oli kylmä. Aika moni aivasteli tai niiskutti 12 tunnin lennon päättyessä.

Koneeseen pakkautumista voisi järkevöittää, esim. rivi tai muutama kerrallaan, jottei syntyisi ryntäylyä ja hässäkkää.

Tuntui kuin lentokenttävirkailijat olisi olleet TET-harjoittelussa. Ongelma ei tietty ole Finnairin henkilökunnassa vaan Münchenin kentän virkailijoissa. Oli kuin kaikki olisivat ensimmäistä päivää töissä. Todella heikkoa toimintaa.

Aikataulun pitäminen

Check in Pariisissa oli vanhanaikasta. Jos on matkatavara menossa rumaan, tai haluaa boardingpassi paperiversiona joutuu odottamaan että check in avautuu.

Henkilökunta oli ihan ystävällistä. Koneeseennousu oli hidas. Tarjottavat ovat nolla-arvoisia, vain lasi vettä ilmaiseksi, ei ole toimiva konsepti ollenkaan.

I really enjoyed this flight despite the fact I couldn’t sleep. The food was tasty, and the staff very helpful. The entertainment was good enough to keep me from being bored.

Kone lähti myöhässä ja henkilökunnalla turha puheripuli kovaäänisiin

Palvelu oli erinomaista, kone oli siisti ja aikataulut pitivät hyvin. Ihan pieni suma syntyi koneeseen noustessa kun eri boarding-ryhmät sumppuuntuivat putkeen. Pieni tauko boarding-ryhmien välissä olisi tehnyt siirtymästä vielä asteen sujuvamman.

AA bounced us off the flight, causing 3 days of nightmarish nonsense, cancelled business appointments, rescheduling doctors appointments. All our documents and permissions were in order, correct to the State Dept, and CDC. We also stated and claimed our Rights as Christian Objectors to the injections. We presented our Attestation of Christian Faith and Objection. AA discriminated against us. Impossible, you might think.... It will happen to you and your Family . STAY AWAY FROM AA !!

Hyvä, nopea lento, Hki lentoasemalla hyvä palvelu

The flight attendants did not come around to give out headsets but I had mine so I did not ask if they had them. The second meal was better than other flights I've been on, it was a stone oven baked pizza and not some sugary breakfast full of carbs. I tried the red wine, it tasted sweet and low quality. Would not get that again. The beer selection included an IPA, which was not really craft because Goose Island is owned by one of the biggest beer companies Anheuser-Busch. However, I did appreciate having an IPA on the menu from a former craft brewery which was better than all the other big brands. I'd like it more if it was a real craft beer from a non-mass producer. Snacks were made available to pick-up in the mid-plane galley which not all flights do so it's a plus. Movies selection was expansive and it included multiple films that were nominated or awarded at film festivals such as Sundance, Tribeca and others. I was very pleased with the selection. Keep up the quality! Plane was clean, seemed new, bathrooms fairly clean, nice soap and had all the required paper supplies.

Lähtöselvityksessä oli vain yksi henkilö, mikä ei vastannut lainkaan tarvetta, koska hän oli ERITTÄIN HIDAS - ja hieman tyly (?). Passeja hän pyöritteli todella kauan ja tavasi hitaasti kirjain kirjaimelta nimemme niistä ja vertaili kuvia meihin. Tuntui todella oudolta. Lisäksi tarranauhat taisivat loppua kesken ja hän joutui hakemaan niitä muualta. Meillä (kolmen hlön perhe) oli ainoastaan yksi laukku menossa ruumaan, mutta virkailija yllätti meidät vaatimalla myös käsimatkatavaramme ruumaan, koska tilaa olisi kuulemma liian vähän. Luonnollisesti olimme pakanneet kaiken säännösten mukaan ja tässä hässäkässä ruumaan joutui myös elektroniikka, jotka olimme jättäneet käsimatkatavaroihin. Virkailija ei huomannut kysyä asiasta, emmekä me kiireessä muistaneet sitä. Lisäksi jouduin todella vaatimalla vaatimaan, että sain yhden laukun käsimatkatavaroihin, koska sairastan diabetesta ja astmaa ja olin pakannut matkalla mahdollisesti tarvitsemani lääkkeet ko. laukkuun. Ehdin jo hieman hätääntyä asiasta, kunnes virkailija "armollisesti" tuli sen verran vastaan, että antoi minun valita yhden kolmesta laukustamme matkustamoon. Yllättävää kyllä kone pääsi kuitenkin lähtemään matkustajien puolesta ajallaan, vaikka jonottavat pitivät sitä mahdottomana. Lento sujui muuten hyvin, paitsi jalkatilat olivat todella surkeat verrattuna menomatkamme koneeseen.

kone oli 1,5h myöhässä

Kone oli kolme tuntia myöhässä.... Meitä pompoteltiin portilta toiselle. Ilmastointi oli olematon.

Finnair on lentoyhtiönä nykyään aivan perseestä! Siirtävät esim lentoja 2 päivällä eteenpäin eivätkä kerro matkustajille edes syytä! Laitoin kyselyä asiakaspalveluun jo maaliskuussa 2022 ja lentomme oli 27.5 ja en ole vieläkään saanut vastausta miksi lentoa siirrettiin.

Asiakkaita suositellaan menemään kentälle hyvissä,ajoin, mutta finskin lähtöselvitys ja bag drop portit avautuvat, aina, liian myöhään. (munchen)

Tämä nykyajan "turvatarkastusteatteri" on aivan absurdia matkustajien kiusaamista. EI voi mitenkään olla perusteltua että joutuu jonottamaan yli 2 tuntia sitä että käsimatkatavarat tutkitaan. Matkustajista 99.99999% on rehellisiä asiallisia ihmisiä eikä heidän kiusaamisensa moisella teatterilla edistä mitenkään lentoturvallisuutta. Parannusehdotus turvallisuuspäällikölle potkut tehtäviensä hoidon täydellisestä epäonnistumisesta. Esim lennollani 2 oli vain läpivalaisulaitetta käytössä ja jonossa tuhansia ihmisiä. Ilman lennon myöhästymistä olisimme missanneet lentomme tämän pelleilyn johdosta! Kyllä moiset tarkastukset pitää pystyä järjestämään siten ettei matkustajan tarvitse seisoskella jonossa tuntikausia. ( tämä jonottaminen tarkoittaa myös sitä ettei kukaan voinut käyttää kentän palveluita, eli myös heidän business kärsii tästä typeryydestä)

Kun Finnair ei tarjoa muuta kuin mehua ja vettä niin olisi mukavaa että edes voisi ostaa jotain vähän laadukkaampaa syötävää kuin nuudeleita!

Ilmainen kahvi olihan kiva. Lento myöhässä yli 2 h Hesan päässä odotettiin rappusia. Huh huh. On se vaikeeta!

Lähtö myöhästyi 55min. Oli lähellä että olisimme odottaneet 1,5h koneessa, mutta saivat uudelleenreitityksen.

Ei mitään hyvää Finnairilla, ei edes ruokaa tai snackseja lennoilla. Ja lennot myöhässä, kuten tämäkin oli taas.

Erinomaiset ja viihdyttävät lentäjät mutta lento lähti myöhässä

The gate crew in Paris was HORRIBLE. I purchased a Premium Economy seat and was "involuntarily downgraded" to regular economy, splitting up my family. There was no apology and they were very rude. And then they subjected me to an additional security check. When I asked about a refund for the difference, they simply said, "check with the ticket agent in LA when you get there." But due to flight delays, we didn't get to the ticket counter until 11 p.m. and they couldn't help me. The flight crew was astonished this had happened, and they tried to be helpful. But the whole experience was pretty lousy.

Flight to Florence delayed. All passengers took a bus to Pisa (1.5 hours away) to fly Pisa to Paris. We missed our connection and flew next day. All information regarding the delay online was incorrect ("system not yet updated") . So calling Air France was useless as they could not assist. Not all flight delays can be avoided but many improvements are needed throughout this process.

I had to sit on an angle (one butt cheek at a time) for 9 yours. I do not have a big butt either. This seat should have been a discounted seat, not a premium seat. I am so angry about this, I will NEVER fly Air France again."

If this were not enough, the airline also lost one of our bags so this week we have to file for compensation for both begin downgraded and for the contents of our 30 kilo bag which never made it to Ho Chi Minh. Air France was a complete and total disaster and I would strongly recommend all friends and colleagues to find alternative airlines for travel"

Miinukset: "They lost my luggage and have no information as to where it is. It has been 3 days and no Information. There was only one meal for the flight and alcoholic beverages were not included."

Miinukset: "People may think,that the delay of the flight has set my mood for this review but I can ensure it has most definitely not. With all the bad weather, I was already very happy to connect right on time in Paris. However, a long haul A380 flight with such a tight seat configurstion is almost embarrassing for an airline. The in flight entertainment is at a very poor level, not only with the screen being very small and outdated, many of the movies are only available in French and the international selection very limited. The food was not much of a delight, whereas the presentation was nice. However, in all the 7 h between the services, nobody came around with refreshments in a completely booked flight, neither was announced that a trolly would be set for self service in the galley. Lucky the ones who got up and found out about. In terms of amenities, again, the airline is lacking of originality and saves cost. Bottom line: you get from A to B, but there are so many better competitors in the market, which I shall definitely consider on my next travel."

Miinukset: "Staff took carryon bags even for skypriority even tho lots of room in overhead, allegedly to speed deplaning. Nowarning to repack. Infuriating and stubborn staff!"

Miinukset: "People in CDG AirPort Seen so Rude or stressfull, Well also a flight almost 3 hours with out entreteiment .. boring .."

Miinukset: "We ordered a vegetarian meal. However, the vegetarian option offered to those who did not order a special meal looked better than the vegetarian option that we received."
Plussat: "The seats are spacious. They give you great amenities such as a toothbrush, etc. The crew was very nice. The food was also superb for airplane food."
Miinukset: "The check in process was terrible at SFO. We all felt like cattle being herded on. It was such a mess. The seats are surprisingly uncomfortable in premium economy. The headrest is not conducive to sleeping."

Plussat: "I had a choice of movies, games and music that was very appealing. My concerns about not receiving the correct meal was handled professionally and promptly during the flight. I was surprised they couldn't discover I only ordered it for the second leg of my flight."
Miinukset: "Being placed into a window seat at 6' 5". Although I opted for general seating rather than paying for a extra leg room which is out of my budget. Not getting an aisle seat was disturbing at my height. Then there was the guy in front of me not willing to forego putting his seat back on my knees for over half the flight. It would be nice if the seat assignments for general boarding considered the height of the person being assigned."
Plussat: "Boeing 777 had a lot of space. Good legroom. Timely departure and arrival, hassle free, safe trip all the way. Enjoyed the red wine; very delicious!"
Miinukset: "Seat didn't recline. The entertainment unit was very difficult to dislodge and raise to use (We were in the front). Movies were kind of older ones but I had reading to do so entertainment wasn't that important."
Plussat: "nice crew; excellent check in experience!"
Miinukset: "boarding in Riyadh is always a nightmare. and as many have noted, the seats are too close for the average size of many boarding in Riyadh"

Plane departed late, boarded via a bus.

Do not recommend this route to other travelers. This flight is always late. Staff at London rude and do not make good alternate arrangements. BA reroutes passengers via Delhi and makes it a 20 hour journey from LON to HYD. Passengers out through extremely burdensome transfers. Recommend flying via Emirates or Etihad.

Our flight left two hours and 20 minutes late but it was not the fault of British Airways.

Plane caught fire and forced to evacuate. Massive luggage delay. No compensation or word from BA.

Miinukset: "I was overcharged for luggage. Was not given the chance to pay when checking in online so was charged top rate for 1 piece of hold luggage at the check in desk. A flight that was a reasonable cost became expensive."

Plussat: "Entertainment was a little better than usual, but could have had more current movies. Food was OK. Nothing special, but more than acceptable. I like the ice cream. Although we had a late start, we got to San Francisco pretty much on time."
Miinukset: "I don't like being scrunched in a little seat for 10 or 11 hours, but then I am not willing to pay for a bigger seat and more leg room."
Plussat: "The flight kept getting delayed, but made up during flight so I was able to catch my connection in Frankfurt. Very pleased about that."
Miinukset: "The flight was delayed by 50 minutes and the gate was not available until 30 minutes of departure. Tap water, really?"

Plussat: "We didn't have the chance to like anything. But, they did find us another flight that took 8 hours longer to get home."

Miinukset: "We were loaded onto a shuttle bus and then stood there (some sat, I could only stand...) for 10+ minutes until the last passenger arrived. Not sure what the airline could do differently there unless it's run a "late person shuttle," and from other passengers' remarks, this was unusual for this transfer."
Plussat: "Although there were some problems with the arrival of the flight into Gatwick, the captain came along the cabin explaining the difficulties and offering his sincerest apologies (although it was not his fault, nor the fault of BA). This was truly a British response to something like this. Also, I paid for a seat with extra legroom and the space I had was massive - well worth the investment for a 12+ hour flight."
Miinukset: "Boarding was chaotic in Lima. It really can't be that hard to organize different lines for different parts of the plane."

Miinukset: "Apathetic crew and service desk - missed flight with no automatic rebooking - I had to wait for two hours on arrival, then take a bus to a new airport and wait another 6 hours to get on a new flight. No upgrade, no compensation"

Plussat: "After a slight delay, the crew got everyone on board quickly, and we got off, making up some of the time we had lost. A real "greased landing" by the pilot, (I didn't know we were down till he hit the brakes)."
Plussat: "Once you get to the plane the service is incredible. The planes are comfortable and the food is worth paying for."
