Momondon käyttämä Tripmonster on nimensä mukainen hirviösysteemi, jonka tiedoittaminen ja etenkin tavoitettavuus on aivan luokatonta tasoa. En enää suostu ikinä ostamaan matkaa Momondon kautta jos he käyttävät Tripmonsteria.

The flight didn’t even happen.
Service is excellent. The boys lanes are all old and outdated, that’s after 6 different flights. Food is ok, but definitely Turkish food. You must ask for alcoholic beverages, it is not given readily. We had a 14 hour layover and supposedly an overnight hotel was provided. That turned out to be a 3 hour fiasco at midnight which TA did not make easy or offer assistance.

First leg did not book (close) it properly, I have lost 1 hour at trasfer desk in IST (they were solving my ticket issue for that long) and another hour in VAR on the way back (because the TK staff did not solve it right the first time). Lousy work of service desk! I was lucky to keep boarding passes as the proof, because nobody believed, that I duly arrived from Baku."

They did not even ask each passenger and greeted them to see if they want anything. No smile, no addressing passenger by name, all the service was done in a rush and a totally weird manner. The food is not very much to my liking since it heavily consisted of cheese, and there is literally no choice for you to get away with that. Having a traditional Turkish menu is great at one hand, but in this case it was a huge no-no."

Turkish Airlines service desk took the evidence (my ticket) and then refused to rebook me, forcing me to pay $600 for a new flight and for a visa to Turkey just so I could exit through security to book & pay for it. They will not be getting any more of my business in the future!"

Good planes overall, but horrible customer service. I will never fly Turkish again. I prefer to pay more and have decent customer service and no flights cancellations in the middle of my vacation."

Plussat: "We were hesitant about flying Turkish Airlines. In the past they have had bad reviews and there had just been the terrorist bombing at the airport. But the flights to Croatia were cheap so we bought. The food was great and plentiful. Staff were very polite. We had a night flight to Istanbul and both my wife an I were able to stretch out in empty middle rows seats and sleep. I would definitely fly them again. They are very underrated."

The flight departed late and the interior temperature was very cold for the first hour of the flight. Eventually it warmed up to a normal temperature. The crew was great. My seat in comfort class was comfortable. There was no food served---only snacks.

So the questions are- why don’t the airport hold a larger inventory of parts, why aren’t there back up planes and why doesn’t the software better cope with these types of situations?"

As half the passengers had boarded, someone announced that we had to have everyone boarded and seated in 5 minutes, or else the crew would time out, and we’d have to stay in WPalm. This set off a frenzy, with seated passengers yelling at the people boarding to hurry!! I was told by the pilot while exiting in LGA, that we made it by 30 seconds! It could’ve been handled so much better!"

The flight was half an hour late, which is the new normal in Europe. Friendly crew.
The flight from Houston to Frankfurt was atrocious. Our seats were in Coach; these rows provided no leg room, and if you needed to exit your row, you had to ask the passenger in front of you to straighten their seat, so you had a bit more room to go to the restroom. For our return flight, we decided to upgrade our seats. Lufthansa refused to give us credit for the seats we had already selected and paid for when we initially booked our flight ($60) and charged us $125 each to sit on a row with more leg room. In addition, we missed our Lufthansa connecting flight in Frankfurt because the flight from Houston left late. We walked the Frankfurt airport for hours, looking for someone to assist us. Terrible experience! Needless to say, we will never fly Lufthansa again.
My bag was delayed as of now by one day, maybe more. Besides, the flight was delayed by one and a half hours.
One flight attendant was amazing, 1st class although she wasn't even in business class. Somehow felt others were tired or mind somewhere else, so not really good service. Choice of food was basic, but good choice of drinks. Plane was comfortable and I think pilot was a woman, which is a nice change. Excellent that there are dividers in the middle seat in business class. Corona restriction rules, like mask wearing rules is extremely wise. Other airlines removed it, but I like better your choice better. Feels safer.

They overbooked our flight and moved us to the next day. We were unaware that our flight had been moved until we got to the check in. Even now you email us about a flight we never had. We had to pay close to 1k to quickly book another flight just to make it to our destination in time.
Flight was cancelled and re booked to a flight that didn’t make sense (couldn’t make connections, no luggage agreement between the airlines, and no support from SAS whatsoever once we got stranded)
I missed two connections because the flights were late. I was given a substitute itinerary that had more layovers in different cities, one of which was Oslo, which is quite possibly the worst airport I’ve ever experienced. I arrived to my destination 3 hours later than expected, which made my taxi ride to my hotel more expensive because of traffic. And then to top it all off, they misplaced my luggage. And as I watch it move through their system because of an AirTag placed in my suitcase, it’s quite clear that they are in no hurry to get it to my hotel.
First time flying with SAS. Decent budget airline. Didn’t like having to pay for snacks and drinks. Seats were comfy. Took off over an hour late after sitting at the gate. Nice crew. Would probably fly them again if the price is right.

Miinukset: "We arrived late in Copenhagen and I had 20 minutes to catch my connecting flight. Even though I was checked-in for the Copenhagen to Athens flight it left without me. I was then transferred through Prague to get to Athens and again missed my connecting flight through there. Now I am stuck in Prague looking for a flight to Athens and most likely will miss my next flight from Athens to Karpathos and will again be stuck in Athens because there are no flights out to Karpathos until 19 of May, 3days from now. I was physically in the Copenhagen airport and could have made that flight, I feel that since I was already checked in they should have waited for me and allowed me to board. Now I will Be missing work!"

Miinukset: "Seat was tight and did not recline at all. Back was killing me. Flight attendants came across as rude the way they spoke to the people. No entertainment at all. Not even water was offered."
Plussat: "I'm surprised this is called a budget airline (or am I mistaken?!). Anyway, everything was great. The entertainment options were limited compared to Turkish, Emirates, Lufthansa or Qatar, but enough for a 7 hour flight and then some. Also, I liked that there was a bottle of water on each seat for people to hydrate. Very important, and I haven't seen any other airline do it."

Plussat: "Transfer desk was remote but once found, staff was very good"
Miinukset: "Haven't made it yet due to late flight/missed connection"
Plussat: "There was nothing positive in this experience. Oh, the flight was safe and no one was injured?"
Miinukset: "Charged for checked bag on international flight. Late departure. Only food was a small cup of water on a 3+ hour, lunch time flight -- not even a bag of pretzels. Late arrival with short connection and flight attendant directed us to wrong gate. When we reached final destination, only one of two checked bags showed up."
Miinukset: "The agent at the gate misled me into thinking there would be no fee associated with a checked bag. When it turned out there was, I was told it was too late."
Miinukset: "We couldn't check in online because we had an infant in arms. So we tried to check in there. There were 3 different terrible queues. One to use the machines, one to check bags and another for special situations. We tried the machines, didn't work. A rep told us to go to the special situations line. There was a rep there that was trying to prevent people to getting into the line because it was sooo long (1+ hr). So we tied the machines again. Didn't work. So we convinced the guy to let us in the special line. It was nuts. We waited as our flight got closer and closer. Right when it looked like we might make the flight, one of the TWO reps left. When we finally made it, they said we wouldn't make the flight. We rebooked and had to pay extra. WORST travel experience ever."
Miinukset: "Got delayed 13-hours in an airport with no SAS staff present to communicate anything to all of the passengers. We were not accommodated with hotel vouchers or provided with alternative travel options to our final destinations and missed flights. SAS did not cancel the flight after the first 4-hours of delay which is illegal by EU Standards. None of us were able to leave the airport as we were not told any information about potential flight departure times and it would have been $2000 to re-book with a different airline. No answers were given by SAS over the phone and their staff seemed unaware of any problems."

Miinukset: "When purchasing the ticket there was no mentione that bagage was NOT included something which I assume when flying with an All Star airline. Ended up paying an extra 70 € for my luggage - not happy."

Plussat: "Flight from Kirkenes to Oslo delayed, which meant the rest of the flights were unusable. New flights were booked in Oslo through Copenhagen, which only lengthened the original trip time by about 5 minutes."

Plussat: "Everything was great! At check-in I upgraded to SAS plus. Will choose that again.comfortable, crew was so nice and friendly. Food was amazing. Made my 10 hour flight great. ."
Miinukset: "Rated low on food and entertainment because they didn't have any of such items... Not because they were bad."

Plussat: "The boarding process was smooth and the flight left and landed on time. The crew members were very pleasant. The comfort of the aircraft is mediocre, but that is all across the industry."
Miinukset: "This flight was ~3.5 hours and there was no 'free' food; it was all for purchase. SAS can learn from their competitors and realize that flights over 2 hours are different than short haul ones."

Fly was delayed and we missed connection flight. Connection flight was rescheduled and that flight got delayed for more then hour

Delayed original flight multiple times. Then rebooked us on a flight from Miami. Sat thru an hour and a half taxi ride through rush hour. During check-in none of the terminals worked and all passengers had to wait in huge lines for manual processing. Once aboard the plane we waited for two hours for mechanical issues. Finally they tell us to leave the plane walk to the other end of another gate in the airport for a few plane only to discover it isn't scheduled to leave for another hour. I never would have purchased this flight. Because of all this I missed dinner and I have dietary restrictions that eliminate most food available in an airport. Other health issues keeping me stressed and up this late for a red eye flight will almost certainly trigger a migraine ruining my vacation. On top of all this I'm still paying full price!
It was three hours delayed. If they knew people were delayed from other planes they shouldn’t have boarded us yet. We spent two hours just waiting on the plane
Flight was no more than average. On time,, clean, decent beverage service, OK landing.
Entertainment options were great! You had my tomato juice choice thank you. The boarding was so fast and efficient that we took off earlier than our flight time. Thank you for allowing a carry on and personal item without charging What could be better: on the flight to Florida both my cup and my friends cup broke and the juice from mine and water from hers leaked. The plastic is very fragile.
For the umpteenth time, the airlines did not pick-up my TSA Precheck on my app boarding pass
The pretzels were ok, but a wider assortment of snack choices would be better.

Miinukset: "The plane door got stuck and delayed us for a while. It cost $30 to check my bag. They gave me 2 cookies to eat on, one on each flight. Anything else was $10 bucks or so. Even a bag of chips would have been an upgrade. I miss the days when everything wasn’t an extra fee."

Thankfully my moms flight with south west had open seats so I bought a ticket on that flight while everyone and there mom was at the ticket counter trying to change their flights. And then on the way back to Florida, my flight was delayed twice, and I almost missed my connecting flight. One of the worst experiences flying. Then I was Told I couldnt Get a partial refund for the flight that was canceled to Wisconsin"

Miinukset: "I know this isn’t Kayak’s issue but American Airlines literally forgot to put fuel into the plane. We were delayed for over an hour and luckily I made my connection in Charlotte but only because they held the flight and it was not full. Had it been full I would have lost my seat."

Miinukset: "Purchased tickets for three of us weeks in advance. Purchased seat upgrades for all three of us for all four legs of our flight. Flight delayed for two hours. When boarding, one pass failed scan. They immediately printed another without comment. While in line to board my friend noticed they changed her seat from 4D to 36F. We returned to complain. They said that seat or middle seat in row 29is only choice. I said we paid for upgrade. They said to ask for a refund at LAX when landing at midnight. Asked passenger in 4D when he got his seat assignment - SAME DAY as flight, paid nothing for upgrade. I signed up for frequent flier program two weeks ago. Will be cancelling when card is received."
