The flight didn’t even happen.
I had bought a ticket with two checked bags but when I did the check in they made me pay for the second bag saying it wasn’t included in the ticket. Plus, I had asked for vegetarian food when buying the ticket and they didn’t gave me special food. Don’t know if it is eDreams fault or Turkish Airlines.

Miinukset: "About 8 hours into the flight the restrooms became very, VERY unclean--urine on the floors, sinks clogged, smelled terrible. More restroom maintenance was needed throughout this long flight. I thought this airline was the nicest I have been on save this one issue. It would be great if Turkish Airlines could resolve it in the future! Additionally the boarding process in Istanbul was like herding cattle. People weren't seated according to boarding group and it was absolute mayhem--no single file line, people shoving past one another to get seated first on the same plane."

Instead of beginning boarding at the time printed on my ticket, like every other airline, boarding was completed and closed fifteen minutes before my ticket said they would start, so even though I was eight minutes early I was actually seven minutes too late. Turkish Airlines service desk took the evidence (my ticket) and then refused to rebook me, forcing me to pay $600 for a new flight and for a visa to Turkey just so I could exit through security to book & pay for it. They will not be getting any more of my business in the future!"

Then when I called in, they were extremely unhelpful. They gave me no alternative options, and instead only listed out a ridiculous list of fees and said I they could get me on a flight a different day for a total cost that was greater than what I had paid for the entire round trip ticket. I asked to speak to a manager and they refused to connect me. I ended up buying a one way ticket home with another airline. I will not fly with Turkish Airlines again in the future, and I would definitely not recommend them to anyone. Just beware of this service if you see them listed as the cheapest option."

I do not know how, but, rude crew and counter personnel is here, rest of things looks pretty standard without any difference with other airlines, that was not the case in the past

In addition people at info terminals are disorganized and not kind at all.."

So it's one thing that you have to cancel the flight because of fog; but rebooking us the next day on a flight through New York that doesn't exist, was way below the standard of care I would expect from any airline. Apparently, the NY to LAX flight that KLM booked us on, was only one leg of the flight to Sydney Australia; and according to some airline agreement, only Australian nationals are permitted to take that flight! Running around at JFK from terminal four, to terminal seven, to terminal eight, back to terminal four, to get a flight out, was a bit much considering how tired we were – not to mention hungry, since KLM neglected to provide the kosher meals we had requested with plenty of time – BOTH going to and returning from Europe."

The gate crew in Paris was HORRIBLE. I purchased a Premium Economy seat and was "involuntarily downgraded" to regular economy, splitting up my family. There was no apology and they were very rude. And then they subjected me to an additional security check. When I asked about a refund for the difference, they simply said, "check with the ticket agent in LA when you get there." But due to flight delays, we didn't get to the ticket counter until 11 p.m. and they couldn't help me. The flight crew was astonished this had happened, and they tried to be helpful. But the whole experience was pretty lousy.
Air France lost my luggage again Its the second time in a week
The cabin crew was friendly. But boarding takes forever and the flight gad long delays on both inbound and outbound flight

Miinukset: "Air France’s apathy towards its customers is shocking. Traveling with three children , our flight was delayed by 3hrs resulting us arriving in Paris after 1AM. With the airport shuttle(CDVAL) to our airport hotel closed, they offered no assistance despite of my request. Simply asked us to take a taxi (when all taxi stands are abandoned at 2AM). Beware if traveling with family."

Flight from Paris to Barcelona boarded and once everyone was on board, they told us that we would be sitting there for 2 hours before leaving."

Flight attendant could have not treated my son as he way he did. I was unaware that the usb cord being inputted during taxiing As was my son. He was horrible to him!!"

I was in the middle seat next to an inattentive octanegarian who was nice but kept calling the flight crew to fix her mess up of the video system. No air controls on this plane - so it was overly warm. 10 hours of overly warm makes for a stinky passenger. Oof."
Miinukset: "I did not like that i was in the bulkhead and there was not sufficient overhead storage for us. The bin was only big enough for 1 backpack. 2 of the 3 of us in that row had to go 2 rows back to store our luggage. This is very inconvenient when deboarding because I have to wait for many others to pass before I get a chance to walk towards the back of the plane to get my luggage."

Miinukset: "Crew not only lacked sensibility to understand the purpose of an emotional support dog but kept harassing me about the dog being tied to my seat. At some point a flight attendant even tried to touch my dog, invading my personal space. When the dog rightfully acted defensive trying to protect me, the crew member started threatening me that he would have the dog sent to cargo, the last thing a person with an emotional support pet wants to hear. Extreme lack of professionalism."

Plussat: "We were on a 9 hour flight which is pretty exhausting on its own. However, Air France provided you with a pillow and blanket, as well as headphones, so that you can make the best of the long trip."
Miinukset: "The chairs, for whatever reason, after just not that comfortable. Too squishy and they make noise when you adjust your position. I fidget a lot on flights so I felt like I was making a lot of noise. Also the plane didn't have cold air, do you get toasty pretty quick."
Plussat: "The Crew was the only thing that stuck out. Associates had Way more patience than i."

Plussat: "Premium Economy on AF Boeing 777 on this route is not "a little less than Business", but rather "a little more than Economy". Seats, in a 2-4-2 configuration, are hard but OK, as well as the pitch. Good screens and entertainment."
Miinukset: "With the main meal, AF serves only "ordinary wine", This looks and tastes cheap. On the same route and class, Vietnam Airlines serves premium wines, a nice touch that would not cost fortunes to AF! Also, the "Asian" choice for the main course did not look and taste like the real thing."
Miinukset: "The delay in the flight without even informing us of the reasons. Changing the boarding gates twice, and no options in the meal."
Miinukset: "I think I caught a stomach bug on one of the 3 legs of this route. More likely on last 2, i.e. Mumbai to RDU, as I fell sick almost 10-12 hrs after my last flight meal."
Plussat: "The flight crew was excellent. My husband and I flew economy and I saw the crew keep passengers well fed (several meals and snacks) and were attentive to everyone's needs and all done with a smile. I thought the hot towels for cleansing our hands before meals was a very nice touch!"

Everything was great! Registration, boarding and flight overall experience was great!
I had a malfunctioning chair that kept automatically going from recline to fully erect and the footrest next quite functioned properly.
Guy sitting next to me didn’t wear his mask the entire time and flight attendants didn’t ask him to wear it. Strange since they usually do, but he took it off immediately upon sitting down and it wasn’t addressed for the 2 hour flight. WiFi wasn’t operational.
It was three hours delayed. If they knew people were delayed from other planes they shouldn’t have boarded us yet. We spent two hours just waiting on the plane
Delayed 2+ hours, missed connecting flight
I dreaded the flight. I was pleasantly surprised how nice the passengers and employees were. After watching the news I expected bedlam and rude people. Everyone everywhere wore masks without hesitation. There were no problems.
Once we got on the flight everything was fine. The first leg of our flight was delayed 3 times but American sent us emails allowing us to chose a new itinerary.
Left 40 mins late; we were fine on our connection but many on our flight were not.
The had more than one hour of delay

Miinukset: "LATAM changed my itinerary without my authorization and despite my clear verbal directions to NOT change it. The airline took directions from a corrupt official with the Colombian immigration office and cancelled my return flights. I was forced to purchase an additional ticket, travel on and separate flight from my wife and children. I then had to spend several hours waiting to resolve the case in person. The customer service at LATAM is a joke. If I'd received this treatment in the United States, I would have filed a lawsuit for their infringement on my rights and collaboration with the discriminatory practices of the Colombian immigration office in Bogota."

The menu was poor, everything was sold individually.
Flights from MADRID to CARACAS and back Seats on the plane were too uncomfortable for a 9 hour trip, especially when the flight was completely full. Crew treated passengers as if we were cattle. Desperate rush to get food served so they could enjoy First class food at the back of the plane... I went twice to the back of the plane (no one answered the flight attendant button) to ask for coffee and was met with a very abrupt response... 'YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR IT'. The only thing staff could think of saying to me was 'la mascarilla senior!'.... In a way I do not blame Air Europa for getting away with this lamentable service, they are one of only two carriers flying between Spain and Venezuela so do not have any competition... I do not think they would dare offer the same service on a flight from London to Los Angeles!
Plussat: "Seat in Business Class Dreamliner was excellent-very comfortable with great flexibility of use. Service was attentive, but challenged to understand English"

Miinukset: "They didn’t even give water without charging for it. Water is a basic need The hidden baggage fees. I was informed at checkin that I wasn’t allowed a checked bag from Amsterdam via Madrid to Miami. It is the first time I have ever flown internationally where you don’t get 1 bag at least to check in. The. The fee was €150 one way to check a bag. I feel that the airport should have disclosed more clearly that the fair did not include luggage. I can understand for some short haul flights people can choose to take luggage but international long haul is just heap and dishonest"

Plussat: "Friendly staff. Good proportion of quality-price for the airfare. Pleasant ride on a Boeing 787 Dreamliner, with features like the electronic dimmers on the windows."
Miinukset: "One hour into flight, the entertainment system shut down. The flight attendants tried their best to revive it, and managed to do so after 3 or 4 hours. All passengers applauded."
Plussat: "The crew was pleasant."
Miinukset: "When I flew from Boston to Madrid, both TV sets in my row were broken, no signal at all. On my return flight from Madrid to Boston, I paid extra for a window seat in the front of the plane. I was in seat 16c, there was no window and again the TV was broken!! The flight crew found me an isle seat near the rear of the plane where the TV worked."

Plussat: "They leave me in Santo Domingo with no reason and no phone to call and solve the problem. That cause problems with my job. They don't have customer service to help people in this case."
Miinukset: "I have asked for a larger sitting area due to clusterphobia with doctor's note. However, they gave me a sit that is right next to bathroom with reclining chair not even working all the way through....the worst flight ever in my life!!!"

Miinukset: "I had an isle seat assigned to me at check in, however I strongly feel discriminated against by your stewardess Sylvia , after she made me move so another young lady could have an isle of 3 seats all to herself. The made me food to another seat (50 something) when I know I didn't have that seat. I would never recommend this airline - I travel often and plenty and have never been so humiliated and made to feel less than. They way I was asked to move was as if I was a disturbance , as if I sat next to the pilot of the plane ....it wasn't even offered an apology or asked kindly. It's unacceptable."

Miinukset: "Tne Air Europa departures site at Barajas is like a State Secret- almost impossible to find. The airport info is no more helpful. Once you do get to Terminal I, there are No signs directing you to their ticketing desks. You have to go askina people and praying they do not mislead you ,to finally find it literally at landsend. It would be very helpful if the airline included information as to the correct terminal and the position of the baggage and boarding pass check in in its reminder of the scheduled flight. I hesitate to travel with them again because of the airport experience, not their service once you find them."

Miinukset: "We kept getting an error when trying to check-in online. The check-in counter was slow and didn't open until two hours before for an international flight. Even after being checked in they didn't release the gate location until 30 min before takeoff. Surprisingly the flight was still on time and baggage made it."
Plussat: "Nothing good to say about Air Europa"
Miinukset: "They canceled our flight and made us stay in JFK for 30 hours. Promised a plane out at 3pm the next day which never happened. Flew at 10:30pm and missed a full day of our honeymoon. No compensation or apologies. The flight was terrible very cramped seats, no entertainment, and horrible food. I suggest to never ever fly with this airline."
