Plussat: "The crew was nice and the movie selection was decent. Food was ok. As good as it can be when you pay $2,500 for a flight ticket knowing that they are not really there to offer you a service, they are there to make their own money knowing that as a traveler you really have no options other than an airplane if you want to go across the ocean."
Miinukset: "The difference here is that in a 9 hour flight you want to keep hydrated. Crew seemed lazy...they would not bring water to travelers very often...and when I called a flight attendant with the button call and politely asked if I could have some water, she seemed pretty annoyed and told me I can just stand up and go take my water in the back where they store food. NOT A GOOD SERVICE FOR $2,500!!!! It’s outrageous!! Seats become smaller and smaller...and you keep asking about my experience...$2,500 to travel seating in a miniature seat with no leg room is a bit much...and I know no flight company cares about this...we have no choice...either take that or don’t travel, right?"

Plussat: "Priority boarding for parents with children was a huge help. Provided extra blankets and most of the crew's friendliness was very appreciated."
Miinukset: "Provided bassinet is much too small for even a 17 months old. Also very hard bedding made it impossible for the kid to sleep. We observed same with the other parents. Alone with that, the height of the bassinet makes it easy for the kid to get distracted. WORSE PART: Our daughter couldn't get comfortable to sleep and got fussy, so I took her for a walk which didn't help much. Since it was bedtime 11pm with 0 to little traffic, and to avoid her crying from disturbing everyone I resorted to one of the bathrooms with her. She did fall asleep for about 1 hour until one the FA came literally BANGING on the door. Very rude even after I calmly explained the situation. So sorry for such people with no compassion nor understanding in their hearts."

Plussat: "Plenty of room in both the cabin and the bathroom- more than we have ever experienced. Food was very good. Crew was outstanding"
Miinukset: "Boarding is chaotic for economy, with everyone mobbing around the entrance. Having people board in subsets, beyond just 1st class and people needing assistance would be helpful. It makes the entire airport gate areas hard to maneuver around for other people as each plane loads, and it stresses out the group waiting to get on the plane."

Plussat: "Flight was on time, boarding went smoothly. Seats not too comfy, knee room seems to be shrinking with every flight (transatlantic routes mostly)."
Miinukset: "I like wathcing European movies (German, French, etc.) when flying LH, but unfortunately they rarely have English subtitles."

Plussat: "Air qualtiy, room, cabin attendants, food were all very good."

Plussat: "Upstairs deck for economy is a small space but is relatively quiet. Boarding was relatively quick through electronic gates where you scan your boarding card. Flight attendant was very personable. She was checking some passenger names as some seemed to have switched seats and remembered mine for the rest of the flight. Something you usually get in business class but a first for me in economy. They also came around several times during the flight with water/juice, and snacks. Entertainment was ok. A mixture of newer movies available."
Miinukset: "Like all economy seating not much space especially when the person in front reclines their seat. This makes getting in and out of the seat a little difficult. Food a bit limited. 2 main meals for this flight (lunch/dinner) - chicken or pasta for the first one and beef or pasta (again) for the pre-landing meal. Also the attendant didn’t know the translation of the pasta dish from German to English so that was a bit disappointing. One thing to note. I flew Hamburg to Frankfurt to connect to the San Francisco flight with a 1 hour layover. You need to go through passport control in FRA and then I hustled to get to the gate. They were boarding as I arrived but maybe 10 minutes later and I would have missed my flight. No issues with the airline just a cautionary note on the layover time. I would likely book an earlier connecting flight to give a bit more time."

Miinukset: "The forward economy cabin was too cold. When the passenger in front of me had his seatback all the way back, I could not get out of my seat, lean forward, nor see the entertainment screen or eat easily."

Plussat: "Great crew and service."
Miinukset: "The online check-in didn’t let me select Green Card only Visa. I couldn’t check in and when I called Lufthansa I was on wait for over 30 minutes. When I finally got to speak to someone, this person couldn’t help me. I got terrible seats because of this, luckily they could switch me to a better seat right before the flight. Think Online check-in should be arranged better."

Plussat: "Flight landed ahead of schedule... crew was delightful."
Miinukset: "Chicken entree and sides were very disappointing... audio selection was limited (more relaxing, e.g., spa, genres should be available)."

Plussat: "Perfectly okay flight, slept through with no disturbances. Crew were friendly enough and landed fine. Airport took me a while to figure out though."

Plussat: "Service is good, you actually get food and drinks, thanks for that."
Miinukset: "The seats in the economy class are too small. Not once did I have someone sitting next to me who could actually fit in his seat. They weren't particularly large people, just average men but their arms were in my space all the time. Also if I drop something, I cannot pick it up, there's no room. For transatlantic flights the seats should be bigger."

Plussat: "The service by the flight attendants was very good starting from the welcome to the end in spite of the fact that it was quite late night flight. Also by fortunate luck I had the chance to sleep as the next three seats to me were all empty in the middle block, which made the whole trip less exhaustive."
Miinukset: "If the seats next to me weren't empty and I couldn't lay down across all of them it would have been a difficult flight as the economy seats are not even close with economy comfort levels of other international airlines like Turkish Airlines especially the seat pitch size. Entertainment choices could be improved by more recent movies. There were very few selection."

Miinukset: "The head flight attendant was very brusque with clients/passengers - demanding we hand back trays in a certain way, demanding people do not get up and stand during a 3 hour flight. At one point she rushed along the aisle to the front of the plain, bumping and hurting my shoulder, but did not bother to apologize. In front of me, was a mother with a child with special needs. The mother had to stand up for some time to have the child curl up and lie in a comfortable position - the attendant rudely commanded her to sit down and strap the child to the seat, instead of finding out how they could help. She could have achieved it with a better attitude and choice of words. The crew did not bother beyond the bare minimum - it was painful to observe."

Miinukset: "My entertainment screen was barely functional. Also, I was in a window seat and the space under the seat in front of me had a white metal box taking up part of my legroom. Not anything I would have seen on a seating diagram."

Plussat: "Everything about this flight was amazing. The food was fantastic, the service was better, and my comfort was always at maximum. This company makes all American domestic companies pale in comparison."

Miinukset: "No seating area at or near the gate we boarded at, and as boarding was delayed, many people ended up standing for some time because we did not wish to wander too far and then be late for boarding."

Plussat: "Loved the staff, very nice! The food options were good & I appreciated the veggie options. Desert could be optional since I never eat it. Oh & the beverage cart with all the options is the absolute BEST."
Miinukset: "No noise barriers. I realize people will bring babies on flights, but after 11 straight hours (seriously, 11!) of screaming babies, the whole plane was tired & on edge."

Plussat: "Very friendly and accommodating crew, efficient service, nice breakfast pastry for the short flight to Frankfurt"
Miinukset: "Would have been nice to have an entertainment option, but I had a book, so the 2.5 hrs went fast enough."

Plussat: "Everything on the plane seems clean and well maintained - nothing is broken, worn or soiled. Lufthansa spends a little more effort than other airlines to cut down on waste when it comes to their in-flight food service (real silverware and reuseable dishes). The Munich airport is by far more convenient than Frankfurt when making connections in Germany."
Miinukset: "I was a bit disappointed with the limited seat availability/choices. If you cannot check in online several hours ahead of the departure you are typically left with center/middle seats in the area of the plane."

Plussat: "Extremely roomy seats! So glad to have the room after a cramped flight from Europe!"

Plussat: "It was all together a pleasant trip."

Miinukset: "The seat pitch is inhumane. I could barely fit into the seat without hitting my knees on the seat in front. And that was before the person ahead of me reclined. It's not like Lufthansa is a budget airline. It's a full-fledged major carrier charging full-fledged prices. Seriously, I was expecting more."

Plussat: "I want to have it. I was expecting a serious and major company as yourself to provide it in a 3.t hours flight. This is how low cost / charters looks like."
Miinukset: "I area where we did the check-in is horrible. I understand there are security issues but in Frankfurt airport it is much better then Munich and I expect you to find the answer how to have both needs."

Miinukset: "27 hours of delay. Nobody cared about our booking. Almost no service counters open. Worst airline service ever"

Plussat: "Lufthanza is very bad with customer service. They have a NO COMMUNICATION POLICY. Tell the customer nothing. Leave them in the dark."

Plussat: "Crew worked hard to make the journey pleasant, including the second crew for my connection to New York JFK, a much longer flight. Even some of the food was edible."

Plussat: "I had some issues that prevented me from making my first flight, and Lufthansa figured it all out for me. They have my eternal gratitude. And then, the flight was comfortable and the attendants kind."
Miinukset: "As always, flying an international red eye can be stressful and sleepless. That's on me though - if I wanted more comfort I would have bought a larger seat."

Food on the plane to Helsinki looked like vomit Never again. Afraid that on a way back the plane will be late again"

Plussat: "I got an extra blanket."
Miinukset: "We waited on the runaway for 3 hours without any service, not a sip of water. When I finally arrived in Helsinki, I missed my connection to Riga and was rescheduled for a flight 6 hours later even though there were two flights leaving before then. Also I requested vegetarian meal online, but was not served vegetarian. They did not have any extras."

Plussat: "Nice crew."
Miinukset: "Check in was extremely slow and we almost missed our flight. No explanation given and didn’t make sense because there wasn’t a long line. Then one piece of luggage did not make it onto our flight."

Plussat: "Personal finnair were very unpleasant and offered me for 30 min flight to Tallinn wait 8.5 hours flight to Stockholm and coming next day afternoon. Everything was too bad. I had to get taxi and boat and coming in Tallinn. I lost time and money. I never going to use finnair and kayak again."
Miinukset: "Everything. Worst flight in my life"

Plussat: "New A350 seating positions The attentive and respectful staff The good food and drinks choices The on time arrivals record, no matter what delay they seem to have good efficiency built in"
Miinukset: "The boarding in Singapore- Finnair are seemingly punished by being gated at the furthest end of the walkway. The security is slow due to the two single lines of screening, even though we are all in transit or have already been through checks elsewhere"

Plussat: "Food and entertainment is good"
Miinukset: "They had hidden checked bag fees. Their website says flights from the US get a free checked bag. The checkout charged me $60 to check a bag, when I looked on my reservation it says it’s $55 and when I called customer service they said they charge $100 to check 1 bag less than 20kg for an international flight"

Plussat: "Fast boarding, fast taxiing, cabin crew was friendly."
Miinukset: "In flight services are naturally really limited during the short distance domestic flights."

Plussat: "I was able to change my flight quickly by one phone call to Finnair customer service to this earlier flight. I got an upgrade to Business Class where they call me by my name. Food and beverages were very good and staff so friendly that I was surprised what has happened to them :)"
Miinukset: "Difficult to complain anything. In-flight entertainment is typically very minimal on these europe flights."

Miinukset: "The boarding was kind of chaotic, but the crew was kind. The plane seemed comfortable but the seats sit too far back, so when the person in front of me sat his seat back, his head was almost in my lap. It made it hard for me to move or read or do anything. The food was super bland and the drink options were pretty limited. The entertainment selection was much more limited than most flights."

Plussat: "I loved the colors of the flight.light blue and green. Gave a peaceful ambience. The flight attendants were very courteous and smiling. Especially the women flight attendants. The food was excellent. It was interesting that the flight from Helsinki to Chicago served a Indian style dinner comprising of lentils, rice and chickpeas. I liked that too, though I prefer the meditarranean fare. I liked the boarding as they were very strict about families with children and gave them priority before other passengers."
Miinukset: "I did not find too many indian films which I would have liked, especially in a flight because Indian movies are 3 hours long and help to pass the time quickly :). I would have liked more variety in the Hollywood movies as well. They mostly had much older films and hardly any of the new releases while Emirates flight had lot many more new releases and oscar winning movies. They served the Indian amul cheese which is not worthy of serving on a flight, and they could have served some better cheese."

Plussat: "Everyone was polite and helpful and did everything to make flight comfortable"
Miinukset: "Plane tiny and not very comfortable, but the flight time is pretty short so it is not bad overall"

Plussat: "Being on time, crew was helpful, entertainment nice. The 30 min layover between JFK-HEL and HEL-SVO was perfectly organized, the gates were next to each other."

Plussat: "The employee at the checkin counter in Oslo set everything up for us regarding our wheelchair and walker. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind. She arranged for a pick up in Helsinki with the airport's crew. They helped us unload the plane and then had a personal accessible bus to take us from where we landed (outside of terminal) to the gate of our next departure. The crew were all extremely professional and efficient."
Miinukset: "The leg room is never enough on the long flights. The flight from Chicago to Helsinki at 10:00pm was not nearly as good as the flights from Oslo to Helsinki to Chicago. The crew was not as pleasant, the lights were not turned off until after 1:00 am and then turned on hours before the light "breakfast" was served."

Plussat: "I liked very much that Finnair was waiting for the delayed plan from Stockholm. The stewardesses were nicely dressed."

Plussat: "We didn't make it to Helsinki so I can't say anything good!"
Miinukset: "Justfly.com screwed up on our reservation and failed to properly ticket our lap child. This caused us to not make the flight! Justfly.com hasn't done anything to rectify this issue!"

Miinukset: "the flight got delayed for an hour and I missed a connecting flight. Was re-routed through Moscow and was at my destination point 11 hours later."

Plussat: "Check-in process very efficient. Boarding uneventful. Flight attendants are engaged and present as humans (does it have to do with being well rested?). Blueberry drink was a nice "ethnic" touch."
Miinukset: "Check-in counters opened only 2 hours before departure. These days most European airlines counters are open 6-24 hours in advance. Was not really an issue for this small aircraft and lines moving fast once opened."

Plussat: "I have Parkinson's disease, and my ability to walk is dependent on how long it has been since I last took carbidopa/levodopa, and how much I have exercised while standing since taking my medicine. I have difficulty walking narrow aisles, and in crowds. The staff was very understanding, and let me pre-board, ensured someone was there to help me deplane, carried my carry-on for me, and did everything possible to assist me. The crew/staff was wonderful!"

Miinukset: "Flight was late, I had to spend my own money to go to another airport, because I was late to my flight, so they had to re-book it. Awfull experience. A lot of stress"

Miinukset: "Poor boarding, delay caused us to miss connecting flight, new flight plan did not have enough time to pass though customers, bag not delivered to final destination. In office now trying to locate."

Because flight was delayed and I had to fly to Talin and then to RigaI I arrived at 10pm plus took me another 30min to figure out what happened with my luggage. I am still in Riga waiting for the morning to schedule another ride home. Very long , inconvenient trip ;-("

Plussat: "For Copenhagen to JFK flight only: Excellent crew, satisfactory food service, very good drink service, great plane, comfortable seat in Premium comparable to old business class seats before lie flat became standard."
Miinukset: "Extremely understaffed check-in desk in Lisbon with extremely long lines took over thirty minutes of waiting to reach the desk. No separate check-in lines for Premium, since they have no Premium service from there to Copenhagen. No Premium seating or services available from Lisbon to Copenhagen. No staff or facility at Copenhagen airport to print boarding pass for transfer passengers until gate agents finally arrived."

Plussat: "Nothing in particular. I guess crew was polite"
Miinukset: "THEY MADE ME CHECK MY STROLLER! I had to roam the airport with a baby in my arms while struggling to drag the baby's food and my carryon around! They didn't return the stroller for customs or anything. This was so insensitive. Additionally, nothing was showing on the screens, they could have at least kept the screensavers or flight path displayed."

Miinukset: "Even though I paid the fifty pounds for extra bag and "nice and tasty" food they didn't bring it as they said it was not on my ticket. When I asked where my food was, long after everyone had been fed, they brought me what was left over. A spaghetti and chicken which was warm and not "tasty" and I do not normally eat chicken. It was the only thing left. For the breakfast snack they also forget me until I asked again. The the "nice and tasty" meal was very sad and disappointing. And when I have travelled with Norwegian before the meal and entertainment were excellent. Also when I arrived in Barcelona "transit" to Newark there was no one advising up where to go! They dropped us en mass at the immigration which was huge and packed with long, long lines. When I asked people in uniform where transit was they told me I had to go through immigration! An hour later when I went to the immigration booth, the officer took me directly upstairs to another security check and then I was told to wait in an area and my flight would be called. Nothing. And when I went to the flight they said my bags were unloaded! All the Norwegian offices and checkin were closed for the night. My phone would not work there and finally I found wifi and called Norwegian in London, They gave me numbers and company names to call. But there no one to be found or connected to. At seven o'clock the next morning when Norwegian opened I was able to be put on the next flight on Sunday, two days later. A terrible transit like I have never experienced before."

Miinukset: "I arrived at 6am at the airport for my 8am flight. I was told to wait because my flight was delayed, and I would not make my connection to LAX. We waited with absolutely no information for a while until people started to panic. There was no Norwegian representative at the Airport, so we were basically told to wait or call ourselves. I did not have a way to call, but others did. Eventually we were told that there were no other flights for us to be placed at that day. If fact, the next open flight would not be until 3 days later. Needless to say, many of us were really worried of being stuck in London. However, some time later we were told that the LAX flight was 20 minutes delayed, and that "maybe" it would get delayed more. Some of us decided to board even though we knew we might get stuck in London. We boarded at 11:30am (the original time we were given as departure time). Once in the plane, we were informed that the plane had been delayed because of lack of crew, and the we were told that we would not make our LAX connection. Our flight did not end up departing until 1:15pm. At around 1 there was an announcement telling us that they we would be waiting for us in London after all. Obviously everyone there was upset about being delayed too, but at least me made it to LAX."

Miinukset: "They charge extra for EVERYTHING, including water. And you can't even buy snacks or other food on board unless you have "pre-ordered" it. Movies are from the 90's ("classics" LOL). At the time of purchase and at check in, there was no way to select a seat."

Plussat: "We had a great experience with Norwegian. The aircraft was comfortable and clean. The crew was very friendly. I thought the entertainment selections were great- they had a good number of movies (new and old) along with some games. Purchasing our tickets through Kayak, we had an e-ticket which included meals and check-in luggage. A great deal all around. We only brought carry-ons and there was enough overhead space to accommodate everyone on board-something that is becoming increasingly rare as people try to avoid checked baggage fees. The meals were tasty enough."

Miinukset: "There was a large group of young guys on this flight who were really loud and clearly drunk (and were popping beers before we even boarded). The crew didn't make any attempts to control them even though they were annoying other passengers."

Miinukset: "For the flight from Madrid to Gatwick, crew and other personnel said there was no longer any room for carryon luggage so I had to check in my bag. I couldn't take every valuable souvenir from my luggage because then I would have a bulk of individual items to carry on without a bag--would have been more logical to just bring the bag on board. Also, I saw that there was still space in the overhead storage and people later just filled the space with a small jacket or other object that could have fit under the seat. The Norwegian Personnel in Madrid did not properly label my luggage for transfer from a connecting flight. I know this because Norwegian Personnel in Oakland and those who work directly for the Oakland Airport noted that Norwegian continues to have systematic problems with lost luggage and one worker said, "Well, its a cheap airline so now you know not to travel with them anymore". Therefore, my bag was lost in Gatwick and not put onto the connecting flight. The personnel in Madrid were also rude, did give a care about what happened to my luggage. After a few days, my bag was found with the lock cut and many of the souvenirs damaged, broken, or stollen either from TSA or Norwegian Personnel. I complained several times to Norwegian but they said it is not their problem and to contact traveller's insurance. However, Norwegian should acknowledge that they systematically lose and destroy passengers' personal belongings."

Norwegian said I should look to Trip Insurance for help and not their administration."

To top it off, the plane sat on the tarmac for 40 minutes and we just about missed our connection. Dirty plane too, gum stains on carpet and dirty seats. Will not fly with these clowns again."

Many of us had a connecting flight with Air Baltic from Riga to Helsinki- which we asked if they will wait for us, the crew member said because the flight was also with Air Baltic, they will wait for us. We got there 10 minutes before take off, and the gate has already closed. Furthermore, we got to the Air Baltic counter, we were given 5Euro meal vouchers even though we will be staying at the Riga airport for 9 hours. Also they gave us terrible customer service attitude, which we definitely do not deserve after being delayed, and causing so much trouble on their behalf. Definitely do not recommend flying with Air Baltic again. I've never been this angry with any air line."

Miinukset: "We were told upon check in that there was a charge to check in. I have never heard of such rubbish in 43 years of air travel. We were told we could check in online but we only had 4 minute in which to do it. We were charged €150 for 5 people. The check in Sgent was sour faced as well. Once aboard the plane (a nice new aircraft) we found the stewardesses sour faced as well. Overall not impressed by air Baltic!"

Miinukset: "bag measure frames in Riga airport used for aB are smaller than in most airports, as a results we were asked to check some bags in at the last moment. we have had connecting flight through Riga with two hand bags. lets call them big and small. judge by yourself: flight, aircraft, small, big ->Riga CS3, on board, on board Riga-> DHC 8-400, on board, check in ->Riga DHC 8-400, on board, on board Riga-> CS3, check in, check in as you see, the same bags on the same aircraft were allowed or disallowed by the same company based on weather one flies to Riga or from it. i believe there is absolutely no purpose for doing last second interruptions of such kind"

AirBaltic refused to compensate for my looses due to thair fault, castomer service is very poor, they took refusal position right away. Air Baltic planes are very old and no air conditioning, avoid air Baltic."

I always travel through Europe with layovers and never have this issue before. I had to buy another ticket straight to Moscow and wait in the airport for 8 hours. I ask to reimburse me half of the price of this ticket."

Miinukset: "It was cold and I was not dressed for the bus to the aircraft, but instead for the tropics where I had been. The toilet was not centered for stand - up use for men. Thus had to kneel in order to use. This booked by UIA, but the carrier was Air Baltic, which led to some confusion as to which airline to go to for boarding."

We even asked the Norwegian staff multiple times whether we have to pick it up in Oslo; they said, 'No.' They said that it would remain at the airport. When we got back to the airport we had unnecessary stress of finding our luggage in some unclaimed baggage office. We almost missed the flight. Norwegian staff needs to be knowledgeable about how baggage is handled."

I would suggest better communication and more fleaxibleity with re scheduling on the app. I would have checked into a hotel a flew the next day if I could"

Plussat: "For a 13 hour flight not even a glass of water was served. Yes, you can purchase, but most items got sold out in an hour. Wait until some travelers get deep vein thrombosis due to dehydration in a confined space."
Miinukset: "Some will say you get what you pay for: not so. You can get quite comparable costs with lot more humane service in other airlines. This is brutal."

Plussat: "I have to say, the only reason i bought this ticket was the low cost. I thought it was a bit too good to be true, and it was! The round trip cost beat other airlines hands down, and it was a direct flight, and the flight times allowed me to get picked up to/from the airport(s) with ease. Little did I know that it was "low cost" because they nickel and dimes you for everything else."
Miinukset: "I found out that to take luggage, buy a meal and reserve a seat, one way, was $45 for each thing. That would total $270 above the base fare of the ticket, which puts the ticket cost back with the rest of the options. I did not order food, since I usually don't eat much on the flight, but they would not even give me seltzer water because that was for people who ordered meals. Once on the flight, you had to pay for a blanket and headsets! it was a trans-atlantic nonstop flight! These things were not clearly identified before flying. I think that if the company was more transparent, I would have made other decisions. the stewardesses were alright. nothing special. I did feel in general that I was treated a little less than human. The whole lack of a meager snack and beverages...plus no blanket was a little odd. One woman was allowed to carry her dog in her lap the whole time, and they treated the dog really well. I guess there are always discrepancies in life, but that one irked me. That being what it is, the flight was on time, and my luggage arrived on time and in tact. Its all already in the past, which it would have been had I paid twice as much for the flight. But I paid half as much. So that is a win! Not sure if I would fly Norwegian again."

Miinukset: "The plane hadn't been cleaned properly, there was still food in the pocket in my seat from the flight before. And they didn't bring the trash through nearly often enough which resulted in passengers leaving wrappers and cups on the floor. We were 30 min delayed as well."

Plussat: "It was pretty cheap to travel but came with a lot of restrictions"
Miinukset: "Baggage allowances where very restricted and no headsets on airplane. Good choices where bad and had to pay for snacks and coffee."

Plussat: "The plane is new, clean, and has a good entertainment system."
Miinukset: "The airline failed to inform that upon check in they would weigh carry on's and if they were over 10kg you would have to check a bag for $65. 3 stations and over an hour later, people were furious. Also, if you didn't book a premium ticket the flight staff didn't want to deal with you. Asking for water incurred a nasty look. I was surprised by the lack of customer service and therefore I don't plan to fly this airline again."

Plussat: "reasonable upgrade to business class"
Miinukset: "nothing"

Plussat: "The crew was friendly, and very attentive."
Miinukset: "The flight boarded very slowly due to very inefficient check in process to just get into the gate area. There were about 15 people to check the weight of people's bags, and basically run security again (mostly standing around), while one person checked tickets and passports. This lead to the flight leaving an entire hour late. I ordered a meal for the flight, but was surprised that when I needed even just an additional glass of water (during the 12 hour flight) I was charged $3. If I had not ordered a meal, I would not have received even the one drink that I got. This was a 12 hour flight, and most people around me were not offered even water."

Plussat: "The fresh air...... the roomy storage"
Miinukset: "It was way too cold on the plain ride...... Couldn't sleep Stewards seemed overworked ....."

Plussat: "Legroom plenty"
Miinukset: "30 mins late"

Plussat: "The entertainment system is great!"
Miinukset: "The boarding process was really bad."

Plussat: "Every thing was on time. The crew very courtous and kind with the passengers."

Miinukset: "Rude, no announcements"

Plussat: "Nothing. They have ruined our vacation."
Miinukset: "They would not allow my friends onto the flight because they were delayed getting in from a connection due to weather. Our flight on Norwegian was delayed 2 hours and had open seats, so i don't know why they wouldn't give them tickets. We tried calling customer service many times and spoke to the people at the check in desks, and they were very rude and told us "too bad." My friends missed the flight and had to rebook a new flight to Europe at an extremely high cost. I will never use this airline again. This was the worst flying experience I've ever had."

Plussat: "Boarding by seat number made boarding go smooth"

Plussat: "The guy at the check in counter was very friendly and helpful"
Miinukset: "The crew on the airline talked most of the short flight, and I could hear their personal conversation. Not very professional. Not a glass of water was served. Only food for pay."

Plussat: "I have never heard of this airline and was pleasantly surprised at their professional and kind service. Hope I can travel with them again."
Miinukset: "As above and I was pleasantly surprised also by the cartoons on the drop down screens that were good for all ages."

Plussat: "Great price. Non stop service. Top of the line aircraft. Overall amazing value."
Miinukset: "There was nothing that I didn't like."

Plussat: "Cheap tickets, on time flights and modern aircraft"
Miinukset: "It's a budget airline, don't expect any luxuries. No free water on board. Check in experience at Helsinki was ridiculous. Spent an hour queuing just to DROP our bags. This was AFTER already having boarding passes and luggage tags"

Miinukset: "Nothing. It was great."

Plussat: "New plane"
Miinukset: "Flight was an hour late"
