Miinukset: "Bags restrictions without us knowing. Delayed flight but we still manage to get to our destination on time. The same did not happen before where I had to wait until 2am for my tap flight that was supposed to leave at 11:30pm. I have been flighting TAP for many years now and it used to be one of my favorite airlines. No longer is the case. Over the years there has been a decline on service."

Miinukset: "Arrogant crew. Hid in galley behind curtain for most of the flight. For several hours not even the offer of a cup of water! No possibility to charge electronics in economy class. Charge of $ 75.00 for first bag on an international flight?!? We're not talking about a budget airline, but THE airline of Portugal!"
Plussat: "business class was great seat comfortable the lounge was very nice"

Miinukset: "Purchased tickets that included one bag each for our international flight. But at ckeckin they "couldn't find it in the computer", so charged 45 Euro ($50) per bag. The checkin lady was quite distraught about this, but charge they did. In our reservation there is no indication of what fare level (they have about five) has been purchased. Beware!"

Miinukset: "Cabin was freezing cold, all 8 hours. There seems to be no balance for the cabin's temperature in these long flights. Make sure you have a jacket and a blanket."

Plussat: "it had a feet support the toilet was big it was airplane food, still better than most companies I know from Europe, Asia and the USA."

Plussat: "The staff were very pleasant, extremely helpful and stylish (the airline's choice for attire is clean with great usage of Portugal's national colors). Thank you for the enjoyable ride home."
Plussat: "Entertainment! Loved having such a wide selection of things to watch on the screen at my seat. Such a nice luxury to be able to watch a movie, a show, check the status of the flight/plane/distance/time/map, and more."
Miinukset: "The food wasn't that appetizing. It actually gave me upset stomach for the rest of the flight. I was in the bathroom 3x during the flight and I usually don't use the restroom more than once during any given flight. I didn't like that when asking for a drink of water, they only give a half full cup of room-temperature water. On an 8 hour flight, I get dehydrated and could drink 2 water bottles alone. I don't like to be a nuisance to the attendants so I only asked for water twice. I just wish they would provide small personal bottles per customer. I also have never flown on TAP before so I wasn't aware of anything like how to call an attendant using the touch-screen or even that watching movies was free. It should be said over the intercom at the beginning of the flight."
Plussat: "Great service on board, very attentive crew. Great food (Yes, it was good), modern aircraft."
Miinukset: "The boarding process at Terminal could be easier and simpler. They told us to set up lines way before the actual call."
Plussat: "There was one male steward who was not friendly at all.....I felt he was giving me bad looks....I felt uncomfortable."
Plussat: "The staff was very nice. Only bad incident was the misinformation on getting the D Tax. We went early to the airport to do it but could not get it because of erroneous information form the check in agent."
Miinukset: "When we checked our bags the check in agent did not let us take out bags after getting the boarding pass so we could get the D Tax refund at Customs. She said it was not necessary. She was wrong. French customs wanted to see the merchandise which we no longer had. When we complained at TAP we were told do it in Lisbon. Again in Lisbon we could not get the D tax because that custom agent wanted to see the merchandise which was being transferred to our Lisbon - Newark flight. We loss refunds of over $400. This problem ruined a perfect trip."
Plussat: "i like the snack they gave."
Miinukset: "Poor policy regarding musical instrument. Probably the only company asking to pay a special fee on hold or to buy an extra seat for a regular guitar. Ridiculous."
Plussat: "I had a flight from Madrid --> Lisbon airport with a final connection from Lisbon --> NYC JFK and we were delayed in Madrid therefore arriving at boarding time of our other flight in Lisbon. The crew was so professional and prepared that when we landed in Lisbon there was a bus that brought about 25 of us who were connecting with final destination to JFK to the closest door to go through passport control and board onto our flight to JFK that they held for a good 30-45 minutes until all of us made our connection. Very professional and organized. Much appreciated that I didn't miss my final connection! Love flying TAP and will continue to do so!"

Plussat: "Andrera Araijo was extremely friendly, attentive and energetic. She smiled through out the entire flight. Whether she was attending to me or a fellow passenger it was all smiles. She definitely made smile. God bless you Andrera!"
Plussat: "Lots of leg room, seats recline nicely, the flight was not full so there was room to move. AC power under the seats, plus an USB charger in every seat"

Miinukset: "Lobster appetizer was dry, hard, and tough. Steak dinner was prepared nicely, but of medium- low quality meat. Announcements are not heard in headphones, which in emergency situations could be dangerous. Noise reducing headphones supplier are effective in the noise reduction function, but not high quality audio resolution, with some dialogue intelligible. Business class seat wasn't a full recline as are those of most competitors, but it was comfortable. I didn't see any snack offerings that most other airlines have available between meals."

Plussat: "Comfortable plane, pleasent stewardesses, good tv's/entertainment options."
Miinukset: "We flew out of Rome. Management at Rome airport told us their emplyee(s) were drunk! Unsafe flight! NEVER USE THIS AIRLINE- YOURE PUTTING YOUR LIFE AT RISK!"
Miinukset: "Being sat in a middle seat. With that being said, it was OK. No problems."
Plussat: "The service was excellent. The help on board was extremely professional and polite. There was plenty of leg room and the bathrooms were fairly large too."

Miinukset: "Poorly maintained aircraft, all most everything was broken and dirty!! No inflght entertainment, screens, controls, and programs did not work! Torture on a 9 hour flight!! SEats small, tight & broken. Toilets dirty un maintained."

Miinukset: "First, this airlines charges up to $150 for the first checked bag. They don’t even inform you of this at any moment while purchasing you ticket. You find this out when you get to the airport. Second, they charge you for everything in this flight. They say the entertainment is complementary, but you have to pay for headphones. On the shorter flights, they even charge you for water!"
Plussat: "On time"
Miinukset: "I was ticketed on AirFrance/Delta, but I guess they are a part of Skyteam and the plane was Air Europa Old decrepit aircraft, that had years of accumulated dirt between seats and such No personal TV screens Food was as bad as it gets for the snack, though the main meal was as they all are except more frugal. Headphones were available for 3 euros- never had that occur on an international flight. I will always ask if my ticket includes Air Europa as an operator and avoid them if that is the case"

Miinukset: "It was a long flight and for a period of 3 hours if you wanted anything to drink you needed to go look for it. They should have come around with water every 2 hours is my suggestion"

Miinukset: "cramped chairs and an attached box under my seat limiting foot space. Also i didn't like having to plug into their wifi and pay a fee.so i didn't use it. couldn't figure it out either since my phone had been stolen at the MAD airport and all I had was a kindle fire."
Miinukset: "The plane has no entertainment , we had to download an app. That should work once on the air. It didn’t , the flight attendant said it was due to many passengers using it at the same time"
Miinukset: "A low cost company trying to compete with bigger company and prices too high for what you got."
Plussat: "At least this A330 had seat-back IFE unlike another A330 I've flown with AirEuropa, but the selections are very limited."

Plussat: "Crew was great, however boarding could be improved. Too many checks and waiting to board."
Plussat: "The crew was helpful. The protracted headrests were nice for sleeping."
Miinukset: "The planes were pretty antiquated and the seats were hard and uncomfortable. They were no oxygen ports which was troublesome for long 8 hour flights. Lack of fresh air! Only 10kg weight limit for carry on luggage."

Miinukset: "Every flight was at least an hour delayed. We were insanely late for our connection flight due to a totally unnecessary delay at the first airport. We then SPRINTED across the whole Madrid airport and then when we arrived to second plane was TWO HOURS delayed. The staff always seemed to be working, but was completely inefficient in getting anything done. It took them 20 minutes to respond to our notice (we pressed the air attendant button on our seats) and then told us we couldn't get snacks because they were giving out pizzas, which took another hour. Every single part of our flight was delayed and inefficient... with no reason ever being given. It was pretty miserable overall and I will likely never use Air Europa ever again."
Miinukset: "I had to add luggage into the booking. In short, that is impossible to do on the website, and very little information about luggage in the booking procedure. So, the passenger didn't take any changes and asked me to book flight with another airline. Which I did, and found out that canceling is not a thing that you do either...."

Miinukset: "Every single person that worked there from front desk to flight attendants were sassy and rude on both my flight there and back."
Plussat: "Everything was fine! I slept most of the trip as I was lucky enough to get a window seat. The food was okay and I actually quite liked the red wine I had."
Miinukset: "Can't complain! As I said for the way there, I would prefer not to have to pay to pre-pick my seats, but we choose the random option and I still got to sit next to my cousin (who I was traveling with) for all 4 flights of our trip."

Miinukset: "Food was pretty poor with the 2nd "meal" being awful. It's what to expect with a discount airline though. Worst was that a duty free item was pilfered out of checked luggage."

Miinukset: "Comfort is not equivalent with price. Very tight seats. On the way to Madrid no personal entertainment system. On the way back personal entertainment system was very, very lagi, additionally reset itself during movie fief times, and from where I was seating other people had the same issue. Coordination at airport was also not the best after landing at JFK, because we spend almost 50 minutes in airplane waiting for docking."

Miinukset: "They closed the boarding doors early and I ran thru the entire airport to get there and they wouldn't let me on because my flight was delayed. THE WORST"

Seat assignments split us up, including our children When we were finally able to be seated together it was 3 in last row an one in 2nd to last where attendants kept bumping into seats, making noise etc. 9 year old son's monitor didn't work after we bought headset. Took many hours and multiple requests for assistance and refund. Crew left 9 year old son off of flight manifest resulting in his detainment by homeland security st JFK."

Plussat: "2 fligts with aireuropa. Both very different: first was in a vey comfortable plane with a lot of space but a poor service from flight attendants. In the second the plane was more uncomfortable, Seats were tight but service was fair. Both with no delayes and fine service at the airport."
Plussat: "Flight attendant could tell I was very uncomfortable sitting in my seat. My knees hit the seat in front and the person in front was basically sleeping on my lap. He told me there were other seats available for me to be more comfortable. He didn't have to and that was really great. Thank you."
Miinukset: "I told the check in person that I wanted an emergency exit seat so I could have more leg room. She said it was 20€ More. I said I would pay it. She made a change and said it wasn't necessary to pay. I was very happy. When I got on the plane, I realized she never gave me an emergency exit seat."
