Miinukset: "LaGuardia Airport was the worst airport I have ever been in. It was so crowded that people were sitting on the floor! The gates are squished together with totally inadequate seating. It was extremely noisy."

Miinukset: "I didn't like how the cabin temperature was freezing cold. My wife and I were wearing long pants and sweaters and were still freezing. We asked the flight attendants twice for blankets and each time they said no. I know they had extra blankets but for some reason they did not give us one. I thought that sitting in comfort+ they'd at least give us the comfort of a blanket but I guess not... Oh well."

Then 45 minutes into the flight they said the landing gear light came on and they would be going back to change plans. My mother with Lymes disease was waiting 3 hours in Providence supposed to arrive a 11:50 instead 2:50am we were so tired missed a day of vacation."

Miinukset: "Seats are tight for anyone over 6 ft. I am exactly 6ft and leg room sucked. Both to our destination and back, my wife and I both had faulty touch screens that would not allow one of us to watch the free movies. Mine was on the way to our destination and hers didn't work on the way back. This made the flight long for one of us. That stuff should be checked on a regular basis."

Miinukset: "My one piece of hard shell luggage has a special, difficult way of latching. As long as nobody opens it, it stays fine for shipping. The problem is your greedy Chinese luggage handling thieves who work for your airlines in Chinese airports. Whenever they can steal from luggage, they always try to steal from passengers, particularly American. I have had multiple experiences with theft from Chinese airports. I have been to China and back to the USA five times. Many times, items have disappeared from my suitcases in Chinese airports. That is why I decided not to move to China to live but instead move to Indonesia. However, if I fly any plane that transfers my luggage in China, I can usually expect to have my luggage robbed. Although this time, nothing was missing from my luggage, that fact that your people had to wrap my suitcase in plastic (because they did not know the secret for relatching it) and resend it a day later, that is proof that one of your airport personnel opened it to see what he could steal and then got caught because he could not close it again. I am really really really tired of you Chinese thieves. I blame all of you because you are all a product of Mao Tse Tung’s godless atheistic evil society. The Chinese have proven to me again and again that they cannot be trusted. A Kong Chinese official even stole my Ohio driver’s license when I transferred through that airport on a previous trip to Jakarta. I understand your problem. If you fire all dishonest luggage department workers, you will not have any workers remaining. That is why you will always rank as a third world backward primitive society even though you buy expensive airplanes that you don’t build and dress your people up like professionals which they aren’t. AS LONG AS Chinese airport luggage people are dishonest and cannot be trusted, your entire airline is a failure. That is not prejudice against Chinese people. I know some honest good ones. They are all Christians, the kind of good people the corrupt Chinese government hates. An atheistic country is an evil country. Do not expect to be respected by honest people. You people clearly do not deserve it. You are still in the stone age when it comes to professionalism which requires total honesty, a quality which your luggage handlers consider to be dispensable. Such cave men they are!"
Plussat: "I've never seen such a modern and easy to use entertainment system before. All the movies are complimentary."
Plussat: "While the seating is narrow, the seats are well appointed and seem roomier than they are. Each seat has 110V and usb ports and a back of the seat movie and entertainment screen. Very good for a short flight to Atlanta"

Was assured our bags would be on Alaska flight. They weren't. One eventually showed up in Spokane at 2 a.m. on a Delta flight the other on a separate Alaska flight at 3 a.m."

Crowd of people, huge lines, all disorganized. The control for EU passengers was not so crowded but you couldn't see it at the end of the line, so even people who didn't have to were all crowding in the same cue. Horrible experience and I almost missed my flight because of this mess."

I felt fine, ate beef stew from Lufthansa, threw up for an hour until it and my dignity were gone, felt fine. Frozen bread bothers me. Coffee is good."

I left my head phone on the plane, spoke with a Lufthansa rep they called and said I would not have time to go back for them but they would send them to me. then the flight going from Munich to Frankfurt was late so I missed my flight from Frankfurt to Dusseldorf. Waited for 3 hours then the flight to Dusseldorf was canceled. waited for 2 hours for a train ticket. then had to take another train to the airport to get a rental car. GOT TO THE HOTEL AT 11:30pm Saturday night had to be at work at 7:00am NOT HAPPY"

Plussat: "The flight started with a visit in the recently renovated KLM crown lounge in Amsterdam airport. I liked the various seating options and of course the upstairs bar. The service on board was attentive and efficient, the food options I really liked (especially the Chinese dish) but also the little touches like the nuts & gouda cheese which were served in small porcelain bowls. The seat itself was very comfortable when sitting and the structure gives a lot of privacy. However for couples or friends travelling it's a bit cumbersome to have a conversation even when sitting in seats next to each other. Overall my expectations were fulfilled."
Miinukset: "This seat is not ideal for sleeping for taller persons (I'm 185cm tall) as the space to put the feet is very narrow and it's uncomfortable when lying on the back (as one cannot put them in the natural resting position). Cabin temperature could have been a bit lower for my taste. Crew needs better training with regards to transfer procedure in Chengdu."

Miinukset: "Delay again... seems to be pretty frequent on KLM flights at least on the ones I flew with in the past 4 years... this time it was 3hours wait due to a technical issue... no alternative flight option and we ended up getting a very old plane as a replacement. In addition people at info terminals are disorganized and not kind at all.."

Plussat: "Good food, good entertainment system, comfortable seating."
Miinukset: "Only one toilet working in business class. A crew member told me that it was a decision to fly with only one toilet to ensure no delay. There was a disgusting stench of sewerage for the complete flight from Amsterdam to Johannesburg. This was in all likelihood due to the broken toilet on the left side."
Plussat: "Much more civilised for the same cost (or less) as the budget carriers. Proper food and drinks included as is the norm with international flights even though it's a very short haul."
Miinukset: "The stinky guy behind me, but that's not the airline's fault."
Miinukset: "Our flight from Nairobi to Lusaka was cancelled for some reason and we did not find out until we happened to log into the website to double check our itinerary. They automatically rescheduled the flight only giving us 25 minutes to reach our next flight...impossible. so, after calling, we were re-booked again and forced into a 13 hour layover in Amsterdam. Our original flight plan had 4 hours. so, because we are a family of 7 with a baby, we had to buy a hotel room to rest, costing us a lot of extra money we had not planned to spend. We contacted KLM for help with the cost but were rejected. We also lost 5 bags somewhere between Chicago and Lusaka, but after 2 days, we received them."
Plussat: "The service of the crew onboard"
Miinukset: "Entertainment not to many recent movies and the boarding process was a little bit confusing."
Plussat: "Flight was on time, crew professional, food and drinks good and kept coming. I learnt Dutch on the in-flight entertainment system. I was in a good mood talking to another passenger about his new luggage system. This mood was kept and not taken away on the flight."

Once we were in the main queue they opened the 5-9 queue for some privileged traveler and then left it open allowing the back of the queue to become the front."

I've taken many bad flights and this was by far the worst and most of is was the terrible attitudes and behaviors of the crew."

Miinukset: "Boarding process was disorganized, no one helping adjust suitcases to maximize space (one guitar laid on its back instead of standing on its side took an entire bin instead of half), the flight attendant woke me up to lift my seat back because the person behind me wanted to eat. Their flawed design is not my problem."

The number of times there were these snacks and meals offered along with coming up and down the isles with extra cups of juice was really nice. I was fortunate enough To have purchased and reserved in advance and emergency exit I’ll seat which gave me the room that I needed because of my length."
Miinukset: "There was no food or entertainment thus the star rating. The one thing that was very uncomfortable were the seats, there was no lower back support at all."

Miinukset: "This was a connecting flight and they should allow extra time when changing terminals. 2 hours was BARELY enough with 2 20 minute bus rides and a huge line at security, to top it off, 1/4 mile of moving walkway was shut down for no apparent reason. These are Heathrow issues, not really BA issues."

Miinukset: "Boarding is totally chaotic. Once priority boarding is done it is every man for themselves. Most airlines give you a boarding number and that cuts down on the pushing and shoving."
Miinukset: "There should be an attendant at the entrance to the boarding area. Too many people try to line up and to into the queue before they need to. Either they don't understand the language or the procedures. There should be people walking around to answer questions on boarding procedures or better announcements in several languages. the Asians were extremely confused as were the Germans we encountered. They never announced for people with disabilities to get ahead of others. It was a big "casino" as the Italians say when everyone charges the boarding area. People could be put in groups according to where their seating is, making it easier for all."

Miinukset: "They had me change my seat so couple could sit together. Then gave my special gluten free meal to the man sitting in my former seat. Miinukset: "Uncomfortable seating. Business class was taken much better care of than economy was. Crew tried to be cheerful, but I was supposed to start the second leg at 6:30 pm (approximately), and i had to change flights, got on that plane at about 12:30 am and got into Heathrow late, missed my next connection to Prague, causing more problems when I got to Prague. Not even an "I'm sorry for the delay" from crew or ground staff. Everyone seemed overworked."

Miinukset: "What I really dod not enjoy is the seats. They are extremely small and tight. I literally was pressed between the two people sitting next to me. I didn't have space to even bend down to grab my bag.I could not sleep a wink and was extremely hot."

Miinukset: "We didn't select our meal option for vegetarian because the last time we did we ended up with a horrible, horrible, hockey puck like dry food option. We assumed there would be a cheese pasta option, as there usually is, well we were completely wrong. Both options were meat, even the salad had meat in it. So we got a roll with butter, a tiny fruit, and a disgusting wet dessert. Even the breakfast was meat and cheese. I got online to select our meal option for our return trip, and the options are out of control. We have a lacto-ovo-vegetarian option, whatever that is"

The luggage restrictions were never shown previously. Will never fly TAP Portugal again."

Miinukset: "On any international flight I've been on in the past one checked bag has always been complimentary. This is the first time I was surprised by a checked luggage fee of $85. Considering my wife and I were already at the airport, we had no choice but to pay for our checked bags – resulting in almost $380 in luggage fees for our round trip flights. This restriction was buried on the ticket purchase information – a very sneaky move that cost us significantly. Won't be flying TAP Air Portugal again!"

The plain was dirty. One of out seats the entertainment system did not work. We alerted the crew, they did not do anything to remediate these problems. Only bad experience of the trip. Portugal deserves a better airline than this one. Last the best of all, $90 dollars per bag we checked in, so we spent $360 dollars just to carry our luggage."
Miinukset: "Kayak needs to inform us passengers that the price doesn’t include checked in luggage. It’s a very unpleasant surprise to find out that one has to pay 180$ on top only to have luggage. That’s unacceptable"

Plussat: "Crew on board efficient and polite. In flight entertainment on a rolling programme of videos played an an user-friendly player and all in 2 languages. Meols - two of them- stable and standard airline fare served quickly and efficiently by crew. Comfy seat with recline and tilt. Blankets and pillows provided as standard."
Miinukset: "The wait for check in was almost an hour longer tha. Expected and nowhere comfortable to wait. Executive lounge overpriced and meagre without any reclining seats. May as well have saved the money and used the terminal facilities No in flight magazine available to my seat for on board purchases and very little choice off goods on offer."

Miinukset: "We booked flight several months ago and it included seating assignment, so we choose our seats. Then when we check-in they had changed them to the last row of the plane. We had received a couple of emails asking for us for option to pay for advance seating. Assume they had changed their policy and now were charging. We had a close connection at LHR and being last off, we almost missed connection. Horrible"

Miinukset: "At the check in, despite that I have a swiss passport, 5)3 hostess looked solely at my face and assumed I need avisa and asked me three times for my visa. On the flight, blankets are removed 20-30 minutes before landing during which I was freezing. Upon arrival, my new bag i hadnt used as yet was broken and TAP pays nothing and does no kind of exchange for broken bags. Basically- they dont care! During my return flight, despite being checked in adn being at the airport wel ahead of time, the airport clerks gyided me to the wrong desk and I had to wait longer than needed. The check in for baggages had closed by 1 min. They were allowing me to take the flight only if I threw out all my liquids or else were off loading me. They proposed no other solution and wanted to make me pay 450 dollara to put me on the flight the next day. I had an interview the following day and needed to return. I ended buying a new full fare ticket with British airways and got excellent service. I am yet to complain to TAP."
