It was great that I was able to create my own playlist with as many songs as I liked from their music library, for the duration of my flight. Staff woke me up and asked me if I wanted food in the morning which I thought was nice. On other airlines, Sometimes they just let you sleep and you miss out. Lighting is great for sleeping. Food is OKAY (im a picky eater) with vegetarian options. Provided pillow, blankets,AND HEADPHONES! Headphones are a must have for a long flight so it's great that they provide it. It was my firat flight with Latam and I look forward to flying with them again."

Miinukset: "The lines were too long for a 75 year old. I have recheck but did not get it with American. Security was madness, no one keeping social distance in spite of all your lovely signs. The staff giving directions on the moving table was unintelligible to me and so i left my iPad in my bag and had to spend 20 minutes tearing my bag apart . The gate was the only one not listened on the departure board and so i went the wrong way into the wrong Gs. There was no one around to check with, no one to ask and when i realized i went the wrong way i had to run back . At 75. I was the last one on board. No one helped me. The only friendly and helpful staff i met was Peter on the Chicago to LaCrosse flight. Very disappointed."

We had the front seat in first class. All night long the crew were talking loudly- difficult to sleep. They should be conscious of the passengers"

Miinukset: "Return flight - The flight departed 4 hours late. The seating was so cramped my husband couldn't move his legs at all, never mind try to sleep. The staff members were not smart in appearance, some with long untidy hair, and did not interact with passengers except to hand out food. The food was reasonable. We disembarked feeling like wrecks. Missed an entire day due to AA not having another plain? Or not finding another way to put passengers in other flights."

The check in process was a stressful mess: we were forced to stand in long customer service lines both on our first flight from LAX to Chicago and again during our very short layover in Chicago to Dublin to ensure that our bags were checked all the way to our final destination. Very stressful, and it didn't help that the gate crew was extremely rude and unprofessional. It is very inconvenient that we could not choose our seats beforehand."

Miinukset: "I didn't like that up until the day before I thought i was flying Finnair and was trying to checkin with finnair onlt to find out it's American Airlines i was flying. Very confusing but I figured it out"
Plussat: "The crew were excellent and very professional. It was not a full flight and boarding was quick and easy. We landed almost an hour early. When we made the reservation we were told it was an 8 hour and 50 minute flight but we got there in 7 hours and 45 minutes, more than 1 hour early. It would be good to know the real timing so that meetings could be planned in a timely way."
Miinukset: "This is a code share with American Airlines and an American Airlines plane and crew and it is an out of date plane. There were no individual screens only 1 screen hanging down every five or six seats. The seats are very, very narrow. The cleanliness of the tray tables were gooey and full of crusted dirt as were the seat areas in front of the tray tables. I was told that they fly an even older plane from Europe to NY, which is an old one aisle plane. Not sure why AA continues to use such out of date planes but if they use planes from the 1980's it seems to me that they should charge 1980 prices!"

I also had a crew member yell because I put a water bottle in her trash bag. She literally yelled "I'm standing here," which I am still not sure what she meant by that. I was definitely taken back by how rude the staff was. I have never had an experience like that with United or Virgin,"

Miinukset: "Charlotte to Seattle flight: The food served in first class smelled awful. Seated in premium seating just behind first class was unfortunate due to the atrocious odor that lasted for 3+hours. There was no option for food service for the rest of the plane. Which was unfortunate as I was very hungry. Due to inconsistent notification that the plane was delayed / on-time (kept switching the notification) we opted to not get dinner in the airport..... To which the plane was was an hour late yet we were told to check in every ten minutes to see if we were boarding. There were no blankets. The plane was incredibly cold. The suggestion I received from the flight staff was to turn off the vent above my head (which I had already done.) I had brought a jacket and was wearing pants. On a 5.5 hour flight, the crew served beverages 45 minutes into the flight (per usual) and handed out a pretzel pack. They didn't come back through with water or beverages again. On other airlines, they promote water at least once an hour to keep swelling and dehydration down. Since I am a pretty frequent flier, I bring my own water. Still, coffee would have been nice. Suggestions: increase beverage service to at least twice / 5.5 hour flight and provide blankets upon request. Food choices and entertainment would also be good. Don't cook stinky dinners in first class and allow it to pollute the rest of the plane."

Plussat: "There was a major problem with my booking and I went through almost 2 hours or stress thinking I would not be let on the flight. This has never happened with Kayak. But it was really bad. TAP insisted they could not book me on as Azores Airlines from Pinta Delgado to Toronto was not booked for me. I had to call bothe airlines. With no help from the desk. I finally got both to confirm and at the last minute was allowed on the flight. I chose this route to have a nice couple of days in Portugal and I will have. But the flight start was really upsetting."

Meals were provided as was entertainment (there were individual tv screens for us to watch movies on) all for no additional cost to us. From the customer service to the services provided and the legroom on the flight -- everything was more than what we expected and we would consider flying TAP Portugal again."
Plussat: "I gave up fighting with you and TAP to recover this error that was made a moment after I booked thinking it was to Brussels. I will think twice before ever giving Kayak or tap my business and blog you both to Facebook."
