Plussat: "My trip from Doha to Zurich was my first flight in a Boeing 787 Dreamliner. Most controls in the Dreamliner are sensor based. While using the toilet, it flushed few extra times triggered by the sensor. Overall excellent experience."

Miinukset: "The personalized, pleasant service of the "Dreamliner" wasn't there...but then, that's not what you expect on the bus. Everyone's just going where they're going, as quickly as possible. It was fine. Getting screened at the Doha Airport was like a nightmare...a huge herd of hundreds of people sort of (but not quite, thankfully) getting pushed along, just a frantic scene, chaotic, nerve-wracking. If they spent more money on making that part of the experience more humane, for everyone, and less money on the glitz-y duty-free zone, maybe the airport would not have a sour taste in my mouth."

Miinukset: "The flight was delayed due to technical issues. The passenger was kept in the plane for 3 hours and no water supply was distributed to the passengers until the crew was approached. We were asked to change plane after 3 hours and we had to go through the transit scan once more with limited time to spare. Upon reaching the new gate, all passengers were tired from the waiting and rushing. Snack box was distributed but it wasn't sufficient for everyone. There are passengers who had to wait till food was served on board which is another 2hours later. In this changed aircraft, the annoucement system went haywire. We were waiting to depart the airport but it recited the crew is ready to decent. It went on a couple of times. The situation could have been handled in a much effective manner."

Two times I even didn't get desired food. - On the plain which last for 9.45minutes they served drinks only three times. - The entertainment accessories are full of old movies and even older music and in 2/4 flights of which i have flown the headphones didn't work."

Whlr every airline loses a bag now and then, Qatar handled the situation very poorly. VERY disappointing service on the ground."

Manchester plane was delayed one hour, no problem, but I arrived in Istanbul at the right time and the gate was open I gave them my ticket. They told me that the sestem moved your seat to the second plane but now the plane is open. ? I waited 6 hours at Ataturk airport and had a working meeting I could not attend"

Miinukset: "The flight from BTV to JKF was cancelled day of departure, within a mere 4 hours of take-off. I only received an email.... This, in turn, caused a domino effect for the remainder of my flights and travel plans. I had to PURCHASE brand new tickets and go through a refunding debacle, not through Kayak but another third party whom actually held the tickets. FIASCO is the word! Kayak did not even recognize the cancellation and continued to try and check me in to flights i was not on. Such a headache.. I will not be using this service in the future"

Miinukset: "they don't do well in their transit point they should employ more people who speaks English to direct passengers in the airport. English is international language so they should train some people to direct passengers who comes there everyday"

Miinukset: "Turkish airways is becoming delaying flights without any justification, that makes that every flight connection That I tried to make the laat two trips were lost , nobody tell you , unfortunately the poor client oriented services do not provide other alternatives, you as a passenger must be advising them how to solve your issues. Shame that they are loosing passengers based in their total lack of support"

The internet could not take my money -- so I could not get'out crucial emails -- it seems like the service was more interested in collecting my email addresses and password -- instead to simply directing me to the payment method -- waste of time."

Plussat: "Fantastic onboard entertainment. Lots of current movies and tv shows to watch. Music was available, too. Even a camera under the plane to see what you’re flying over...usually clouds. USB charging, big screens in the headrests, games, remote control with keyboard and game controller, network cable for laptops without Wi-Fi even. The had pillows and blankets on every seat when we arrived and handed out hot towels before the first meal. They also provided a kit with eye mask, toothbrush, cologne, and slippers. Far better than we expected."
Miinukset: "We were subjected to at least five security checks after our transfer in Istanbul. At the gate they checked our passports and boarding passes five times before boarding, every carry on bag was searched and every person was patted down. We even watched while one man held up his baby for a guard to pat the baby down! This was all after the security we’d received to get to our gate. So, if you left the gate to use the bathroom, you had to go through all the checks again."

Plussat: "Personal finnair were very unpleasant and offered me for 30 min flight to Tallinn wait 8.5 hours flight to Stockholm and coming next day afternoon. Everything was too bad. I had to get taxi and boat and coming in Tallinn. I lost time and money. I never going to use finnair and kayak again."

Miinukset: "The boarding in Singapore- Finnair are seemingly punished by being gated at the furthest end of the walkway. The security is slow due to the two single lines of screening, even though we are all in transit or have already been through checks elsewhere"

Miinukset: "They had hidden checked bag fees. Their website says flights from the US get a free checked bag. The checkout charged me $60 to check a bag, when I looked on my reservation it says it’s $55 and when I called customer service they said they charge $100 to check 1 bag less than 20kg for an international flight"

Even then I had to ask the flight attendant, they did not ask me. No entertainment on the flight, magazines were rather pricy so I read a book and caught up with some sleep."

Miinukset: "We sat in the plane for 7.5 hours before moving. Airline provided no extra food though served what was meant to be breakfast before landing in the evening. Then they had not even coffee before actually landing. The vegetarian breakfast that was served in the evening had one dry pita bread with two slices of cucumbers and tomatoes, very lousy. Finnair has had that for years. If you order lacto-ovo meal, you get a vegan breakfast, a very low quality one. Why? I paid about $1500 for the flight and would like some service, too."

Once the flight left the ground, the trip was very pleasant. But, Finnair should have made some sort of compensation to the passengers. They did not."

Miinukset: "It may be not about flying process but airport environment or service. ARN airport was a bit cold even inside of the building . The WiFi was offered only limited time , which was very shorter than I expected but overall status with cosy mood made me as if I were at home . On the other hand , the finnair check in counter had only two , one of which was business and the other was economy it took about 40mins to send my luggage and check in ."

Miinukset: "Neither of my two checked in pieces of baggage did not arrive, causing major anxiety, hardship and hassle after a long trip."

Plussat: "I liked most of service except seats space with economy . it was impressive to see Scandinavians and Korean flight attendants cooperate each other . Both of them were gentle ,kind and nice !"
Miinukset: "The e ticket info didn't accord with the real ticket info such as gates so if you don't check out the bulletin board properly , you may wait in wrong gates but not that crucial. It's always about the airport problem with crowded passengers or in size not aeroplane. Everything is about time control . ICN is quite large in scale so I couldn't use duty free shop due to so many passengers and the spacious hallways even though I had 2hours . perhaps you gotta presume it as 3hours for enough time . so I had to throw out my lotion or moisturizer at ICN .pfff I wasted my money :p"

Plussat: "It was great to have some empty seats and a choice of seats."
Miinukset: "I have asked repeatedly for the airline to give out the boarding passes and check bags at least three hours before the flight. Between long lines, security checks and a limited amount of time from when we get our boarding passes, one can not enjoy Budapest Airport!"

Plussat: "The crew was incredibly helpful and accommodating when we discovered that I was not registered for a vegetarian meal. Bebe crew make sure that was taken care of and we're very very friendly in the process"

Plussat: "Terminal 5"
Miinukset: "Expensive"

Miinukset: "Bathroom faucet awful. Seats in premium economy not comfortable."

Miinukset: "Seats are very tight and are short on comfort. The "occupied" toilet signs not working causing queues. On meals, forget the things that are impossible to to sustain in a fresh/tasty state, like melon, Tomatoes fried, certain types of sandwich where the bread absorbs any liquid/juice, overuse of rolls. The meals are tested under almost clinical conditions, who ever travels Economy and tastes the food in situ. Put more of the edible foood in. People prefer a single course meal as against a 3 course with dead ends on each side of the main."

Plussat: "Pilot announcements were very clear"
Miinukset: "Too many oversized cabin bags"

Miinukset: "People could have helped"

Plussat: "We took the offer of putting cabin baggage in hold. Some of those that retained theirs had "oversized" bags that should have been taken from them at the steps of the plane. As this did not happen there were a lot of problems including the problem of opening the lockers"
Miinukset: "Stricter control on cabin bags. The result was that our bags were already on the belt when we got to customs area"

Plussat: "Given that this flight, like just about every other BA9 flight for the past week, was a delayed departure, this flight delayed 3 hours, it is difficult to say that this was a good flight. The flight was full, and some business class passengers moved to economy class, with some economy passengers being removed from the flight to free up essential "rest areas" for the crew."
Miinukset: "Whilst I understand that the planes make no money sitting on the tarmac, maybe the schedule needs tweaking to permit a little more time for maintenance?"

Plussat: "British airways, does what it says on the tin."
Miinukset: "If you have any problems. Do not call customer support!!! Call centre is in SA, and the operatives are unhelpful, put the phone down and incompetent. I have reservations wheather to book with BA ever again due to my bad experience. 2 hours wasted on the phone, followed by calls the next day to finally get 2 off flights cancelled and a return flight amended in my party of 3. Not fun!!"

Plussat: "Crew were brilliant and I felt well looked-after."
Miinukset: "Bizarre flight with lunch of pasta and broccoli at breakfast time and then the whole flight was in the dark as most people were sleeping. Grotty 22-year old plane."

Miinukset: "Didn't make it to this flight due to problems described in aforementioned flight (madrid to London). Was stranded in London overnight."

Miinukset: "Wheel chair assistance at Heathrow was very very slow it took 2 hours to change gates in Terminal 5"

Plussat: "Crew was amazing"
Miinukset: "The food needs a lot of work"

Plussat: "Easy on boarding"
Miinukset: "Staff were reluctant to serve us extra drinks. Asked for 2 miniature bottles of wine as they are so small. Told that customers were only allowed one. Bought some later though although the staff weren’t keen"

Plussat: "Good onboard entertainment. Normal headphone jacks."
Miinukset: "Arm rests did not move all the way up, so difficult to sleep on this overnight flight. Reduced seat pitch compared to some other airlines."

Plussat: "Punctuality!"

Miinukset: "Update passengers as and when possible. Was left in the dark about many things."

Plussat: "Boarded efficiently. Took off on time. Landed ahead of schedule."
Miinukset: "Checking in process. Choice of seats very limited and I accessed the website (literally) the minute online checkin opened."

Plussat: "On time"
Miinukset: "Cleanliness Pockets in seat all in disarray with crumpled dirty pamphlets and magazines. Felt unsanitary"

Plussat: "Crew cheerful"
Miinukset: "Beyond their control. Flight delayed 50 mins"

Plussat: "Everything was as you would expect from BA"
Miinukset: "No complaints"

Miinukset: "nothing .it was a very full flight .crew were impeccable - calm courteous and attentive."

Plussat: "There is o option to say food not applicable hence 1 star the menu to buy looked ok but didnt use it seat was standard and fine"

Miinukset: "No in-flight entertainment available. Why are some airlines still charging for snacks?!?"

Miinukset: "They took too long to start boarding group 1 and 2, crew did an awesome job, but flyers don’t keep the cleaning and after four hours is filthy"

Plussat: "Felt like a disorganized mess! I don’t understand how this is still in business. Water was for sale on the flight, not for free. Water!! It’s a basic amenity. Exit row was exactly the same leg space as the rest of the aircraft. So why did I pay extra?"
Miinukset: "Delays! Delays! Delays!!"

Miinukset: "Never took the flight because BA would not rebook me on a later flight after delays on their side caused me to miss my original flight, even though there were seats available on the later flight. This cost me a lot of time and money, but BA made out like bandits -- selling my original seat, and then selling out the next flight (because the delay!). Nice rip-off."

Plussat: "Great seats, lots of room. The ground crew were great and helped with our baggage and the cabin crew was as good as they could be given the restrictions on their jobs."
Miinukset: "Had to pay for water or drink tepid tap water, we were not even given water or a cheap bag of pretzels, also the plane had not been cleaned forever, there was crusty food on the floor and trash. It was very strange for an international flight."

Plussat: "Actually was British Airways and not another airline. Service was great."

Plussat: "Smooth journey once we took off."
Miinukset: "Plane delayed by one and a half hours due to a bit of rain!"

Miinukset: "It was a two hour flight, we did not get the opportunity to buy a drink and food until an hour and forty minutes into the flight. This is not acceptable."

Plussat: "Flew from Gatwick - good airport"
Miinukset: "Too many children on board"

Miinukset: "stuffy staff, not helpful, horrible seating - definitely don't see things from customer point of view. Will never fly BA again"

Plussat: "The title says it all"

Miinukset: "No drink, fixed seat, am senior and no assistance at all."

Plussat: "Easy trip to Helsinki."
Miinukset: "Food & drink sales by M&S was unusual. Even water at a price"

Plussat: "For the most part the crew was attentive, kind, sweet, and overall wonderful. Food was good. Great options for vegetarians. Loved the ice cream as snack:). Clean sealed blankets. Loved the movie and tv options. For the most part very happy with service, cleanliness, pilot keeping us informed of delays or anything going on with the flight. Leg space on coach was difficult for tall people and my son's tray table tilted to where he had to put blankets underneath to keep it straight and avoid further spillage."
Miinukset: "Again the crew has to be informed regarding disabilities. This time an attendant did not allow me to leave my one window closed and said it was due to security and asked to wrap a blanket around my head. Really??? Light streaming into my window was blinding, no time to adjust to the surroundings, light just came through everywhere. Headache ensued even shielding my eyes with the blanket. At least my family helped guide me out. Though head injury is not a visible condition it is still a disability which requires consideration and must not be treated lightly. I perform due diligence to address my disability without extra assistance outside of my family....I only asked for my one window to remain closed. There is still light around enough for people to see more than adequately. This incident is the reason for the 3 stars...because of one crew member...instead of the deserved 5 for everyone else."

Plussat: "crew was great, seats not comfy, nothing for food"

Plussat: "Flight was delayed however the crew got us back as fast as they could and we where very happy with the service"

Plussat: "I was very well looked after by crew."

Plussat: "They upgraded me to business class"

Plussat: "Seating quality was good Crew was fine"
Miinukset: "They could be better, friendlier"

Plussat: "Food was good, especially breakfast. Flight wasn’t full at all so plenty of room to stretch out"

Plussat: "Short flight - it was fine"

Plussat: "We enjoyed the flight from Orlando to London."
Miinukset: "Trying to find the connecting flight in London and not much leg room."
