They are telling that first in the gate and then they charge for extra £50 for hand luggage. I'm going to avoid flying easyJet in the future."

Miinukset: "Check in at Antalya was late opening, very disorganised and seemed incapable of dealing with what is a relatively small aircraft. Not easyjet’s fault, but Antalya is very poor, very much like the Greek island airports. Flight was a about 2 hours late."

Miinukset: "We boarded really early but the plane hadn’t arrived and we were made to wait in a corridor, we boarded at about 9:30 when we were supposed to depart at 8:55, we departed almosted an hour later than expected (9:45) which made a huge difference and unfortuntely we missed the train from luton and the last tube in London."

That annoys the crew and they make EVERYONE check the sizes of the luggage. That is just annoying. You know you’re only allowed one piece. Why bring more? To get from a to b this is the best service you’ll ever find. I have used it many time and have had no problems, personally. It’s amazing value for money."

Miinukset: "No luggage room above our head, we had to leave our luggage somewhere else far from our seats and the crew should help us promptly to get those luggage back but no, we had to get it ourselves and had to wait till the very end after all the other passengers have already got off the plane. Not fair on us when we were sat next to exit but had to anxiously wait. Shame!"
Plussat: "Cabin crew tried hard to sound cheerful and be efficient"
Miinukset: "One word: DIRE. No information on the delay, we were left standing with no refreshments and tired kids for 2 hours, a good part of which was outside the terminal waiting to walk over to board the plane. Staff didn't bother to say anything, didn't know anything, offered no help, no refreshments or food, and there were only a couple of benches for people to sit on (this was the covered walkway outside the terminal building, offering no shelter from the heat). easyJet showing once again that it actually manages to be worse than Ryanair!"

Miinukset: "For the second time in a row the boarding process at Lyon airport was a joke. They try and board 3 flights at a time with just 2 stsff checking passports. This causes a massive queue and delays to all flights."
Plussat: "Although there was a delay, the staff were as friendly and helpful as can be. They kept us posted throughout. Boarding was carried out super quick. Flight staff were very friendly and had been delayed themselves and working extra hours for us"

Plussat: "9.45pm flight was cancelled, announced 3h later, no food, no accomodation, no transportation was provided. Ground staff was not informed. airport closed at 11pm. Received SMS to find own accommodation that would be reimbursed, once did, received email, that no reimbursement will be offered. I will bring them to court, not to get the reimbursement, but full compensation stipulated by the law, i.e. 250£ + all overnight expenses + trial expenses. I also learned from the ground staff, that this is systematic..."

Plussat: "Nothing - no certainty for me the passenger over the delay. I had info by text which stopped after a while fortunately I could check on the website - times kept changing? The board only showed delayed & few announcements. Giving us €4.50 only covered half cost of a muffin and a drink!"
Miinukset: "The flight was delayed four hours but they told us to check in at the early time!!!! Then had to wait at airport all that time. Nice airport a mess not re signposted hard to find gate B!The ground crew were vague & not helpful. They should have provided us with bottles of water and a decent meal!! & certainty- failed woefully. The rep was not always at the gate to assist people I sat nearby reading so saw this. When it was time to actually board they made no announcement just put the gate number up on the board!!! Later made one for speedy boarding!! Did not feel looked after in any way. Then no cold drinks on plane and no ice till I made a fuss - suddenly I had ice!!! Charged my card in £ instead of € No hot food. Card machines not working - no wifi!! Doh!! All in all appalling customer service/ PR The crew were exhausted and over it - their job to to care for passengers - I think one went off in tears??"

Also, pls ignore rating on the food & entertainment, there were none. Overall, experience good enough for my short flight."

Miinukset: "Crew disorganized in service, several sandwich options ran out. Took 40 minutes to get to row 8. Some crew member focused on service but missed the mark on efficiency, and several appeared occupied with chit chatting than running the service"
Miinukset: "Slowwwww boarding. Half a dozen or so speedy boarders and instead of letting everyone else through once those passengers were through they continued to check people in a single file, until staff realised we were behind schedule and started using both check in scanners."
Plussat: "I regularly fly between Luton & Paris. The Easyjet staff are always happy and professional - on this flight Christopher & Sarah. Their welcome is sincere and the warmth of their hospitality is maintained throughout the flight, as it is with many of their colleagues. I ordered hot food which was not anything beyond OK - but it was as expected, and promptly served on the short flight. The variety of drinks and snacks is good, and the offers on boutique products is worth a look. The flight was comfortable and on time."
Miinukset: "It seems that fairly regularly the overall experience is marred by inconsistent levels of service by the support services at Luton Aiport (which I believe is run by Menzies). Over several occasions I have waited some time for steps to arrive, and yesterday, it was the availability of coaches to take the passengers to the terminal building. It is as if there is a breakdown in the overall organisation, which is not directly the fault of Easyjet - but being their home base, over which you would expect that Easyjet could exert some influence. The delay was not severe on this occasion, but just takes the edge off an otherwise pleasurable experience."

Average air line that fails to deliver anything more. Staff are average, plane is average and there's the usual average standard of cleanliness on board. Overall, just average.
The almost 2 hours delay was announced at the last moment at the airport. Final gate shown 20 later than announced (40 mins to new boarding time). The staff and crew of Wizzair were professional and treated us well in these circumstances.
Plane was late, boarding was cumbersome, luggage missing and no communication. Waited 1 h for luggage and no one to tell passengers the luggage was missing. After one hour we were told that Ryan Air captain knew all along that luggage was missing and decided not to tell us. Priceless

We arrived at the airport 2 hours before our flight and we were told we could not complete our check in process as it was only available online. The flight had delayed 1 hour and we still payed 110 euro. The crew had very rude attitude. This was the first time flying with Ryanair and it was a complete disaster. I believe it is unacceptable to pay for something that it was not my mistake and I except to receive a response from you soon."
Plussat: "Most uncomfortable seats I have ever been. The Thames train link seats I took to St Pancras was 10 times better. 49 minutes late departure from Athens and not a single word of apology. The crew onboard was friendly."

Miinukset: "I purchased the tickets at a good price but when I had to check in, I had to pay extra for early check in and another 7€ for a seat! Considering I bought two tickets for myself and my boyfriend, I ended up paying 40€ more just for check in and seats. This was a rip off. Then the boarding took much more than expected, we waited for 50 minutes standing up in a queue after the gate was announced, we boarded the plane late. The seats are super small and uncomfortable."

Miinukset: "It was a total faf in the airport in Marrakech. Things work differently which is fine but the airline should really inform you that in order to progress through to passport control you need to go to the check in desk (even though you checked in online ages ago) to get a stamp. It took ages and ages and the lack of communication was annoying. Ryanair sent out an email warning about longer security waits but didn't specify. The problem is most people who travel Ryanair don't have bags to check in so naturally like every other place you would go straight through. And if that's not the case then tell people!!! Very frustrating."
