Miinukset: the flight was delayed, boarding was the slowest ever and we received something to drink after 1,5h of flight

Miinukset: Finnair are hellbent on trying to sell goods and continuously interrupt the movies with their confounded announcements every 15 minutes very annoying. If i wanted to buy something its in their mag and as a regional flight it should include some form of nourishment other than juice or coffee one off, tight fisted and not a descent selection of food either

Plussat: The crew was very attentive, helpful and wonderful. I’d like to mention food too: excellent, fresh and wholesome!

Plussat: The lie-flat seats were just great .

Miinukset: Storage space should be made available beside the seats , especially during take-off and landing. There is none right now , and that's in Business class.

Plussat: Nothing.

Miinukset: Abigail in MLA (Luqa Intl Malta), one of the sassiest and unhelpful agents I have met. Ask for payment for baggage, does something with my credit card- then tells me I need to go to another desk to pay. So inefficient. This on top of her and her gate buddy screwing around at the desk throwing things at each other. Professionalism is not here. To top it off, the plane sat on the tarmac for 40 minutes and we just about missed our connection. Dirty plane too, gum stains on carpet and dirty seats. Will not fly with these clowns again.

Plussat: We made it safely to our destination.

Miinukset: There was no WiFi. Comfier seats or at least a pillow and blanket.

Plussat: everything was good enough

Miinukset: I would like a meal and drinks on the board

Plussat: Absolutely nothing

Miinukset: Everything

Miinukset: Snack and some complimentary wifi or entertainment

Miinukset: I didn't like putting two family on different seats far from each other

Miinukset: I was bumped off my flight and re-routed return to NYC. Flight was supposed to depart at 10:25am and flight they put me on left 1:05 Pm and the connection was not even Finnair, but Icelandic air. The Kayak site did not alert about extra charge for confirmed seat before I had paid in full ticket.

Miinukset: airBaltic has a terrible luggage policy for musicians. They make you pay extra if you want to bring a musical instrument on board, even a violin which fits easily into the overhead bin. It is honestly discriminatory. Will not be flying with them again.

Miinukset: The flight was late by half an hour and I had to pay 60€ because my cabin bag was 2kg heavier than allowed.

Plussat: the flight started at time. the attendant were fine. but i consider this flight not as a cheap flight. therefore, it should be possible, so early in the morning to offer a coffee at least.

Miinukset: the experience on board should be improved, particularly when the flight is not different from regular airlines in terms of cost

Miinukset: Flying with the same company from Vilnius, only on Riga they decided to weight the cabin bags. I understand the police, the limit weight, but they should apply it from the first flight, not just half way

Plussat: Cheap in price, unexpected free snack on outbound flight, relaxed attitude to luggage, both hold and carry on, chartered unscheduled flight after original was cancelled

Miinukset: The fact our original flight was cancelled and we were delayed by 7.5 hours. They communication from the airport crew was little to non and flight time changed 4 times. They even told us difinitively that we would board at a certain time only for us to actually board nearly 2 hours later. They, without a doubt, knew the rescheduled flight time but strung us on anyway - I believe this was so they could save money on hotels

Miinukset: I was not allowed to take the push chair on board even though on the inbound flight was ok to do so. I have purchased the push chair especially so I can take it on board. Disappointed.

Plussat: Food was excellent; boarding a litlle bit crowded, but didn't notice as had been busy; crew has been kind and helpful

Miinukset: Unconfortable chair seats; seatbelt too short; tables too low for tall ppl

Miinukset: I was unable to check n online (although the process was intitated well earlier than 12 hours prior to departure). The system charged y credit card for a seat reservation and then crashed with an error, both on my phone and laptop browser. When I called at 9:00 am (when their offices are open) to ask for help with what happened, I received no answer other than, "the check in system has just closed. I am unable to help you in any way". I booked another flight with another carrier, and did not take this flight., not do I plan to book with them in the future That being said, it is not the job of the employee to defend a poorly working system. Services need upgrade asap.
