Lentojen peruuttaminen ja siirto aiheutti ylimääräistä tressiä ja lisäsi matkakustannuksia mm. Ylimääräisten hotellikulujen muodossa. Momondon käyttämä Tripmonster on nimensä mukainen hirviösysteemi, jonka tiedoittaminen ja etenkin tavoitettavuus on aivan luokatonta tasoa. En enää suostu ikinä ostamaan matkaa Momondon kautta jos he käyttävät Tripmonsteria.
Flight full. Delays caused us to miss flight to Rome. Causing us 10hr delay in Istanbul Airport and only got a food court meal comped.

Matkustamohenkilökunnan käytös ja toiminta ala-arvoista
Oli kylmä. Aika moni aivasteli tai niiskutti 12 tunnin lennon päättyessä.
Ihan hyvin toimi kaikki, paitsi jalkatilaa oli melko vähän pitkälle pohjoismaalaiselle.
Check in Pariisissa oli vanhanaikasta. Jos on matkatavara menossa rumaan, tai haluaa boardingpassi paperiversiona joutuu odottamaan että check in avautuu.
Henkilökunta oli ihan ystävällistä. Koneeseennousu oli hidas. Tarjottavat ovat nolla-arvoisia, vain lasi vettä ilmaiseksi, ei ole toimiva konsepti ollenkaan.
Kone lähti myöhässä ja henkilökunnalla turha puheripuli kovaäänisiin
Ostettiin lentolippu yhdessä, ei siis pitänyt olla epäselvää, että ollaan pariskunta. Meidät kuitenkin sijoitettiin istumaan koneessa kauas toisistamme. Pärjäämme toki itsenäisesti, mutta moinen homma vaikuttaa lähinnä kiusanteolta. Eikä suinkaan asiakaspalvelulta. Terveiset siis Finnairille tai muille, jotka olivat järkkäilleet istumapaikat.
Finnair siirsi lentomme vuorokaudella eteenpäin. Ilmoitus tuli tuntia ennen koneen lähtöä kun oli jo toimitettu matkalaukut koneeseen ja tultu turvatarkastuksesta läpi ja odoteltiin koneeseen nousua lähtöportilla. Käsittämätöntä, tieto ylibuukkauksesta oli varmasti tiedossa paljon aikaisemmin. Kari ja Marja Alatyppö

Lento 3h myöhässä. Informaation kulku hidasta ja sekavaa.
Lähtöselvityksessä oli vain yksi henkilö, mikä ei vastannut lainkaan tarvetta, koska hän oli ERITTÄIN HIDAS - ja hieman tyly (?). Passeja hän pyöritteli todella kauan ja tavasi hitaasti kirjain kirjaimelta nimemme niistä ja vertaili kuvia meihin. Tuntui todella oudolta. Lisäksi tarranauhat taisivat loppua kesken ja hän joutui hakemaan niitä muualta. Meillä (kolmen hlön perhe) oli ainoastaan yksi laukku menossa ruumaan, mutta virkailija yllätti meidät vaatimalla myös käsimatkatavaramme ruumaan, koska tilaa olisi kuulemma liian vähän. Luonnollisesti olimme pakanneet kaiken säännösten mukaan ja tässä hässäkässä ruumaan joutui myös elektroniikka, jotka olimme jättäneet käsimatkatavaroihin. Virkailija ei huomannut kysyä asiasta, emmekä me kiireessä muistaneet sitä. Lisäksi jouduin todella vaatimalla vaatimaan, että sain yhden laukun käsimatkatavaroihin, koska sairastan diabetesta ja astmaa ja olin pakannut matkalla mahdollisesti tarvitsemani lääkkeet ko. laukkuun. Ehdin jo hieman hätääntyä asiasta, kunnes virkailija "armollisesti" tuli sen verran vastaan, että antoi minun valita yhden kolmesta laukustamme matkustamoon. Ymmärrän tilantarpeen, mutta olisi ollut todella järkevää kertoa jonossa odottaville etukäteen, että tällaista vaaditaan, jotta muutenkin todella tiukalla ollut ollut aika ei olisi kulunut turhaan säätämiseen turhautuneitten jonottajien odottaessa selän takana. Asian olisi mielestäni voinut myös hoitaa hieman kohteliaammin. Lisäksi huomasin koneessa, että hyvin harvan kohdalla oli vaadittu jättämään matkustamoon tarkoitettuja laukkuja ruumaan - ainakin lähes kaikilla oli yksi laukku/hlö mukana. Hämmentävää. Yllättävää kyllä kone pääsi kuitenkin lähtemään matkustajien puolesta ajallaan, vaikka jonottavat pitivät sitä mahdottomana. Lento sujui muuten hyvin, paitsi jalkatilat olivat todella surkeat verrattuna menomatkamme koneeseen.
Vähän myöhässä muuten kaikki sujui loistavasti
Kone oli kolme tuntia myöhässä.... Meitä pompoteltiin portilta toiselle. Ilmastointi oli olematon.
Finnair on lentoyhtiönä nykyään aivan perseestä! Siirtävät esim lentoja 2 päivällä eteenpäin eivätkä kerro matkustajille edes syytä! Laitoin kyselyä asiakaspalveluun jo maaliskuussa 2022 ja lentomme oli 27.5 ja en ole vieläkään saanut vastausta miksi lentoa siirrettiin.
Asiakkaita suositellaan menemään kentälle hyvissä,ajoin, mutta finskin lähtöselvitys ja bag drop portit avautuvat, aina, liian myöhään. (munchen)
Tämä nykyajan "turvatarkastusteatteri" on aivan absurdia matkustajien kiusaamista. EI voi mitenkään olla perusteltua että joutuu jonottamaan yli 2 tuntia sitä että käsimatkatavarat tutkitaan. Matkustajista 99.99999% on rehellisiä asiallisia ihmisiä eikä heidän kiusaamisensa moisella teatterilla edistä mitenkään lentoturvallisuutta. Parannusehdotus turvallisuuspäällikölle potkut tehtäviensä hoidon täydellisestä epäonnistumisesta. Esim lennollani 2 oli vain läpivalaisulaitetta käytössä ja jonossa tuhansia ihmisiä. Ilman lennon myöhästymistä olisimme missanneet lentomme tämän pelleilyn johdosta! Kyllä moiset tarkastukset pitää pystyä järjestämään siten ettei matkustajan tarvitse seisoskella jonossa tuntikausia. ( tämä jonottaminen tarkoittaa myös sitä ettei kukaan voinut käyttää kentän palveluita, eli myös heidän business kärsii tästä typeryydestä)
Lento oli tunnin myöhässä.
Lento oli lähes 3 tuntia myöhässä emmekä saaneet mitään tietoa mistään. Emme saaneet myöskään vouchereita.
Finnair arpoi edellisenä iltana check-in:ssä mieheni riville 29 ja minut riville 16 eikä näitä voinut muuttaa. Finnair rahastaa kaikesta, vaikka ei tietääkseni ole ’halpalentoyhtiö’. Mustikkamehumukillinen on ainut, mikä kuuluu hintaan. Menolennolla KLM tarjosi suolaisen ja makean välipalan kaikkine juomineen (kahvi, mehu, virvoitusjuoma, olut, viini). Kännykän voi ladata. For free.
Nopeaa toimintaa, kaikki sujui hyvin.
Matkatavaratietomme puuttuivat järjestelmästä. Turhaa vaivaa moisesta asiasta. Valitin suoraan Finnairille.
Järjestelyt toimi oikein hyvin matkakumppanin boarding pass dokumentti katosi turvatarkastuksen jälkeen puhelimesta jokin spammi yritti latautua , mutta passilla koneeseen 😊 Kone ilmeisesti hiukan kovassa käytössä, istuin muhkurainen. Henkilökunta oikein palvelualtista ja ammattitaitoista ☺

Henkilökunnan ystävällisyys oli hyvää, mutta pienille reittilennoille Suomen sisällä olisi mukavaa saada pikku suolaista.

Kun Finnair ei tarjoa muuta kuin mehua ja vettä niin olisi mukavaa että edes voisi ostaa jotain vähän laadukkaampaa syötävää kuin nuudeleita!
Ilmainen kahvi olihan kiva. Lento myöhässä yli 2 h Hesan päässä odotettiin rappusia. Huh huh. On se vaikeeta!
Lähtö myöhästyi 55min. Oli lähellä että olisimme odottaneet 1,5h koneessa, mutta saivat uudelleenreitityksen.
Ei mitään hyvää Finnairilla, ei edes ruokaa tai snackseja lennoilla. Ja lennot myöhässä, kuten tämäkin oli taas.

Tällä lennolle kaikki sujui hienosti. Henkilökunta toimi ammattitaitoisesti ja lentäjät olivat huippu ammattilaisia, nousut ja laskut olivat hallittua. Kiitos Finnair.
Jokin ongelma saapuessa jolloin bussikuljetus ja kävely toisesta päästä kenttää… kangasmaski käskettiin vaihtaa kesken lennon vaikka osa oli ilman saapuessakin koneeseen Lentolippujen kaivaminen oli haastavaa,sitten keksin liittää finskin appiin
Minulla oli aivan kova nälkä ja halusin ostaa lentokoneessa leivän mutta valitettavasti minä olen nuori enkä omista luottokorttia ja en saanut koneesta mitään koska normaali electron maksu kortti ei kelvannut eikä käteinen kelvannut..
Everything good except comfort of seat.
Made me check a bag that I have carried onto hundreds of flights . Caused me to miss my connection in Paris because I was flying a different airline and my bags didn’t transfer . The agent was rude and refused to listen. My mother who was three people in front of me in another line Carried the same bag on with no issues . Be consistent
Poor communication from boarding staff, airport staff not a clue. Communication on board was un decipherable and airline lost baggage.

In bewilderment I asked her in English to repeat herself and she sarcastically repeated what she had said, in French, I asked for her to speak in English (which she had done to me previously on this Paris to London flight) yet again she scolded me in French. I was left absolutely none the wiser and it left a bad taste in my mouth."

Miinukset: "The cabin on the 777-200 was far too hot (about 25c) and with no individual air vent I found this unbearable on a 12 hour flight. And despite the flight taking place entirely during daylight hours and leaving at 10:30 am, inexplicably we were made to all pull our blinds down and the lights went off after a couple of hours - in the middle of the day and for about 8 hours! So although I had paid for a window seat there was nothing to see apart from the window shade. As it was the middle of the day I could not go to sleep, the person in front of me reclined fully so for me the flight was a hot, claustropobic, dark hell. An utterly miserable experience. I felt like I was going mad, trapped in my own little cell."
Couldn’t fly remember? But I still haven’t got my money back
I couldn't fly because it was canceled in advance, remember? So why in the hell do you send me this rubbish questions???!?
It was ok but the captain didn't say a word and didn't explain where we are, how long it still takes, the temperature and so on. Too bad as we know from the flight to Fuerteventura that we go over some bigger cities and we would have enjoyed knowing more about where we are.
The flight has been canceled
They made us pay 100 EUR For hand luggage for disappointed with the service and I will try to get the money back from them since our hand luggage did fit under the seat and actually measured the correct size.
The stewardess were very rude in their dealing with passengers.
The crew was efficient and welcoming. Boarding was a bit messy, some delay in the cleaning, it seems. All the rest was accordingly the flight tipology.

When it was finally time to land, we briefly touched down before going back up into the air and circling for an additional half hour because another plane was at our gate. The quick up-and-down caused at least two passengers near me to vomit. I’ll try my best to avoid Eurowings in the future."
Miinukset: "Delayed twice, no explanation. Full flight then had to board through one door, with no separation of seat numbers. Truly amateur. Euro Wings food choices certainly didn't appeal."

Miinukset: "Eurowings operated by Sun Express? I did not know what airline was flying me to Seattle."
Plussat: "We had one of the more legroom seats so that was nice"
Miinukset: "Everything else. I felt the stewardess from my aisle was extremely rude. She would ask someone a question and obviously they can’t hear her because their watching a movie, so she would wave her hand in their face. Another time she was telling me “excuse me” in German while I was watching a movie. I thought she was speaking to someone else since I did not understand German and then she very rudely said “excuseee me”. The food was not filling and they charged for drinks. She also said I was only allowed one free drink of coffee. The second snack was a cake or cheese sandwhich. We were starving the entire flight we had to give in and pay for snacks on board. I’ll try to avoid eurowings from now on."
Miinukset: "The seats are broken and the crew treats the passengers like they do not matter."
Miinukset: "My flight was delayed and because of that I lost my next flight in London , cost me money and time , having to go to another airport in a bus for 1 hour and 30 min ride to catch a new flight the same day that I had a pay. Thank you eurowings! Not"

Plussat: "Once we were all aboard the completely booked out flight, it didn’t take long to take off. The captain apologised for the delay and kept us up to date with our progress during the short flight. Staff were efficient and friendly."
Miinukset: "Lack of communication at the boarding gate. It wouldn’t take much to let people know the reason for the delay. And, while I understand that it isn’t possible to cater for all allergies on a short flight, there are enough people with food intolerances to have a few options other than wheat based snacks."
Miinukset: "Flight members were very rude, one didn't smile once. She also yelled at me when I was standing in an empty row stretching and waiting for the bathroom. She told me I was not allowed to stand up, even though I was in no one's way and we we're free to move about the cabin. Horribly rude during drink and food service as well."

Plussat: "It was a short flight and fairly uneventful. Comfortable airline."
Miinukset: "When I arrived at the airport in Naples it was impossible to find the check in desk. I asked at Lufthansa and was told that someone would show up at 09:50 but my flight left at 08:40. I was then told that I should be looking for Eurowings. Not a problem except that it is very unclear where their check in desk was. I stood around for 20 minutes asking anyone who would help me where the desk was. We were finally notified at 8:40 that eurowings was the last desk in the aisle."
Plussat: "It could have been a good flight but the route taken was awful"
Miinukset: "Paid 18 pound extra for extra legroom and a snack but when asked the airhostess she said we didnt pay for one"
Plussat: "Comfortable and enjoyable."
Plussat: "Eurowings employees overall were friendly, helpful and polite. Language was not much of a barrier. Seats were fairly comfortable for their size. Boarding was smooth and efficient. Information given in-flight was nice. I loved the electronic flight path information available on the entertainment console. We did not purchase the entertainment, but it looked like selections were adequate."
Miinukset: "Food menu was not accurate. Items listed not available. Food prices were too high. $15 Euro for a reheated fish dinner and small beverage is ridiculous. Carry on bags were weighed. Very difficult to meet carryon weight when carrying necessary electronics and chargers along with prescriptions and the recommended change of clothes. Made the trip stressful. I am used to meeting carryon SIZE requirements but the weight requirement was extremely irritating and unexpected. I would not have been able to do a one bag carryon of my clothing with the weight restrictions. It essentially forces a passenger to check their bag ($65 minimum)."
Miinukset: "The service of the airline was horrible. They lost our bags and refused to show any empathy towards us or the multiple other passengers that also lost their bags from our flight. I will never fly Eurowings again."
Miinukset: "The flight was delayed over and over and finally cancelled. We had to go out to the ticket counter to rebook. That meant clearing customs and then going back thru security again. A real Hassel!!! I think any other airline would have rebooked people in the terminal!!!"
Miinukset: "The birding officer didn't inform me about the visa requirements to cross from Dusslouf to Vinna airport. This caused a big problem for me in the airport, where I: 1- Wasn't allowed to catch my flight ti Vinnea and this was both financial and time lost for me. 2- I was locked in Dussluff airport for more than 14 hours, I was threatened to be sent back to USA or any other country. This caused physiological damage for me, as I been treated like an animal 3- I was asked to pay for my new ticket ( Dussloff - Istanbul-Amman )"

Miinukset: "I was in one of the boarding groups that got to enter the plane last. While I don't mind that, since the last group since in front of the plane, people who sit in the back sometimes put their carry on luggage close to the front of the plane so that they can get it on the walk back down the aisle rather than fussing with it when everyone is standing up. I wish there was more emphasis on making people put their carry ons above their own seats."
Plussat: "There was one particularly pretty crew member with a great laugh and she was very friendly"
Miinukset: "I flew out with the same luggage that I flew in with. They charged me $56 for it. It seemed as if they made a new rule out of the blue and included my personal bag my carry on. It wasn't that they had to be concerned about the FAA weight requirements because the flight was only about 80% full. The in-flight entertainment was limited and there was no audio... so in other words, you could not simply turn on music to go to sleep by. This is a very bare-bones airline. Also, one flight attendant was perhaps the rudest person I've ever come across. "Go talk to someone else - I'm busy." All I asked for was a fork. She was simply opening a bin at the moment."
Miinukset: "No beverages or snacks"
Plussat: "There was a medical situation on board. The crew kept us informed as to why we were delayed and updated us on the situation and when we would be leaving. A dispute between two passengers was solved by the steward wisely moving one of the parties involved."
Miinukset: "Water should be available free of charge on all flights longer than two hours."
Plussat: "The staff"
Miinukset: "How do you have an international airline flying people 10 hours PLUS and not feed them ?? I've never heard of such a thing. & even with the meal preorder bullshit they didn't have enough food for the entire plane to order from the snack bar so I STARVED for 10 hours."
Plussat: "We took what was to be a 9 hour flight from Denver to London and the service was great. My fiancée has allergies to food and the staff took good care of her and made sure that she was getting meals that had no triggers in them. For me the seats are always a bit too tight for people with real shoulders. It’s okay though I’m used to that. But then landing 40 minuets early was great. It allowed us to go through the border and still be on our way as quickly as if we were home in the states."
Miinukset: "DY 7016 was scheduled to leave JFK on January 7th at 10 PM. We took off at 4 AM. This is unacceptable."
Plussat: "The 787 Aircraft was nice."
Miinukset: "3+ hours of delay on a 6 hour flight isn't acceptable (DY7148 from Boston to LGW on Jan 7 2018). After late arrival of the aircraft, "weather" caused a 1 hour delay in boarding and another hour of delay for loading bags. The only "weather" in Boston was "cold" (aka winter). Perhaps they'd have to cancel the flight if someone saw a snowflake."
Plussat: "The flight from Boston to Gatwick was most pleasant - plenty of leg-room in Economy Class. The food was somewhat mediocre, especially the snack served at breakfast-time. Overall, however, a very good five and a half hour journey."
Plussat: "Very little"
Miinukset: "This is a budget airline, but the slightly lower cost doesn’t compensate for the rude staff, chaotic experience and general misery of taking a red eye flight with Norweigan. Throughout the night, the lights were switched on and off, announcements were made and the crew to sell us stuff. Crew refused to serve water to passengers unless you were prepared to argue with them. Avoid!"
Plussat: "new planes, clean, easy boarding."

Plussat: "The new plane was amazing and I feel so fortunate to have had the opportunity. The experience was streamlined and the technology state-of-the-art, accessible, and extremely useful. The impressive crew looked flawless and performed their duties very well. It was all quite a spectacle!"
Miinukset: "It is always really nice to get free coffee as a passenger. Traveling is exhausting and I would have been so appreciative of free coffee on the flight, and felt even more comforted and likely to fly Norwegian in the future."
Plussat: "On time and efficient."
Miinukset: "Checking in is not a simple process for Norwegian, kept receiving e-mails requesting me to upgrade the flight but never was clear where to check in and the bag weight limit is not made obvious."

Miinukset: "I would pay more for 1.) Better Food 2.) Friendlier staff... staff is untrained and not really very welcoming. They treat you like you are in their way! 3.) Better seats. Seats aren't bad but not super comfortable for long flight. BA and Virgin used to be great but they are both dropping off. Norwegian is a far better deal but it might see more business if it works on the above."
Miinukset: "Last minute switch to a different substandard carrier (hi fly) and different aircraft is standard operating procedure. A huge waste of money specially if you are paying extra for business class."
Miinukset: "First time with this airline, so didn't know what to expect. All food, including water, must be purchased. No big deal if prepared for it, but different compared to other airlines that customarily provide non-alcoholic drinks or at least cups of water on long-haul flights."
Miinukset: "A multi-million dollar company that does not offer you a glass of water on a 7-hr flight, unless you buy a meal. Classy."
Plussat: "Boarding was fast and easy"
Miinukset: "For a premium business ticket, the service, comfort, and food is extremely poor."
Plussat: "The plane itself was quite nice."
Miinukset: "After a 5 hour delay, we finally started boarding. We were loaded in buses and taken to the plane. When we got there they told us there were technical issues. They left the heat in the bus running at 27 C for about 10 Minutes. People were banging on the doors asking to open them. Finally they turned off the heat. It was not fun."
Plussat: "Nice crew and good clean plane."

Miinukset: "NO FOOD. I didn't know I had to pre order food and ALL the snacks had run out! They really need to have a reserve."
Plussat: "Bathrooms accessible and not overcrowded. Air-quality in the cabin was good. Seats fairly comfortable."
Miinukset: "No complementary water tea or coffee. That is very basic for any flight over six hours. It was a big surprise to pay $45 for each seat in order to reserve ahead of time. We traveled as a family of five. Not so cheap as advertised will think twice next time."
Plussat: "Even though we were in the economy section we had a wonderful experience. Two good meals were served and there were plenty of options on the in flight entertainment system. All the flight attendants were very nice and attentive. I would definitely recommend Norwegian."

Miinukset: "In spite of request for Vegetarian food, there was no food available. While checking in, I did ask the officer about the food & was told YES. The same issue occurred on Return. I request for some refund a's a Compensation & it should be Debited to the contractor for food as a Penalty."
Plussat: "The Dreamliner is a great plane if you get a premium seat."
Miinukset: "I wanted to book a premium seat but they had sold out. I bought extra leg room thankfully and a very narrow middle row seat. I would never book that again. Very uncomfortable. Despite paying an elevated Flex fare I did not even get a free blanket on take off and had to pay $5 for one. What a rip off."
Plussat: "We were in premium economy with its 45-degree-recline seats, and thus got a little shut-eye. Staff were excellent."
Plussat: "The price was prime and the quality of service was top notch. Best, in-flight meal I have ever had and the plane had some cool tech too. So for a nerd like me, it was awesome."
Plussat: "It was on time and the seats were comfortable."
Miinukset: "The policies around hand luggage, checked luggage, and meals were all very unclear and we did not know what was included with our flight. In addition, they opened all of the windows electeonically, long before landing, waking us up."
Miinukset: "They overbooked and denied me from boarding even though I was on time. They first told me the next available flight with an opening would be 48 hours later, and a couple hours later they told me never mind, the next available flight wouldn't be avIlble until 5 entire days later. Trip ruined, my first international flight ever. After 6+ hours of battling on the phone with them and looking for other flights (prices starting at 700% of my original booking price) I accepted defeat, left the airport, headed home and went to sleep. When I woke up the next day version of the same flight on the same airline was available for only about 210% the original booking price, a flight they specifically told me would not be available to me for a transfer. They ultimately booked the transfer "free of charge" although they tried to tell me I would not be refunded for the original flight, nor granted the voucher for a future flight that they originally tried to offer me to pacify me, nor would they pay me the compensation I am legally entitled to in these circumstances for 400% of the original booking price up to $1,350 for international flights delayed by at least 4 hours. In other words, I had to choose between getting to my destination a day late after incurring many additional expenses as a result of their overbooking practices and being told the next flight was in 144 hrs (a day before my originally planned return date), or canceling the trip maybe possibly being partially compensated for all the money I already put into the trip. All in all about the worst experience I could imagine short of the plane crashing or them punching me in the face and then laughing at me just for fun."
Plussat: "Very efficient and and on-time."
Miinukset: "The seats were quite narrow. It may be worth alerting future passengers of the seats in coach when suggesting they might want to upgrade."
Plussat: "The crew was very nice, there were movies to watch, boarding was easy and the flight didn't have any problems in general"
Miinukset: "Seats are on the smaller side and it was a long trip, I asked about food and the flight attendant told me there wasn't any service so I bought a sandwich, after that we got dinner."
Miinukset: "It was delayed and delayed and delayed then canceled and they didn't have a new flight for 2 days. They canceled it too late so all other flights left so i had to purchase a new 1200$ ticket on a new airline the next day"
Plussat: "I make long distance overnight flights about 8 times a year, and this flight on Norwegian was the best flight I've had in years. Plenty of legroom, the seats don't feel crowded together, and my backpack was the only bag in the overhead storage. The chicken and rice was piping hot and had more chicken than I could eat. There are lots of flight attendants so you never feel neglected and they are all friendly."

Plussat: "Seats not good option of games very poor. No drinks no wifi. No phone service at all from entering the plain. Was on the ground before take off for 2 hours with no phone service no internet service . I will never use or recumbent this airlines"

Seats for parents flying with infants are window seats, which is an obstacle, especially when changing tables in bathrooms are only on the other side of the plane -food overpriced. Snacks on plane cheaper and better quality than meal provided"
Plussat: "For not a lot more money than Economy, Norwegian offers a Premium seat class that has ample width and legroom for an overseas flight. Friendly staff served us two meals with complimentary wine. The food is so-so but it's so rare to get actual food these days that I was ecstatic! Real, warm blankets too. Definitely will fly again."
Miinukset: "Boarding very chaotic. No clear instructions about groups or times to board. No one knew which line they were supposed to be in."
Plussat: "The ease of boarding and the friendly crew"
Miinukset: "I have a Gluten allergy and I decided when I got to the airport that I would upgrade to Platinum. When the started to serve the meals, I politely informed the flight attendant that I had a Gluten allergy and would like to purchase a salad instead. She stated that I needed to reserve my Gluten Free option 72 hours in advance and that a salad was not available. So I ate my snack of a nuts for an 8.5 hour flight. This is a HUGE disservice to those who have allergies! Because of this...I will no longer fly with Norwegian!"
