At check in, an aisle seat was offered to me, which I really appreciated because I need more leg room and was traveling alone. The food was good. I also liked how there were separate lines for boarding groups in Madrid, which helped avoid confusion. Overall, I had a very good experience.
I flew round trip on “Iberia”. 4 flights and I never took an Iberia plane. They put us on a budget airline transatlantic.

While my bags were left behind, using Apple Trackers I was able to head straight to lost and found and report the issue, they located them in Madrid, and said they would be on the next flight and delivered to my hotel. Great service, other than the left behind bags. It was a short layover, it happens.
This was not an Iberia Flight, this was a LEVEL flight (even if you, Kayak, sold it to me as Iberia). The ground hostess was disgraceful, and only because of her nasty behavior towards me and my family, I am planning not to fly LEVEL ever again. I am not sure I will fly through Kayak either. Because of your deceptive techniques, I thought I was buying a flight with luggge included, but I wasn’t. I had to pay 550 euros extra in luggage. Are you, Kayak, going to return this money to me? That would be elegant. And also because of your deceptive techniques, I thought I was flying Iberia, but I was not, it was Level. It turns out Iberia does take cats on board, but level does not. So once I was at the airport ready to fly with my cat, I was told cats cannot fly level. Overall, a sad and aweful experience.

In this case they charged the first piece 50 dollars and the second one $200.00.- After I paid 1500 dollars for (1) plane ticket , it is unheard that there is not even one piece of luggage for free. When I booked the flight there was nothing on the site about this. This was my first and last time buying a tickets from you guys. The fact that the fare was 200 dollars cheaper than other sites, ended up costing, 300 more. Never again with you guys."

Wi-Fi, new releases, even some classic 80's. if you get bored on this flight you really don't deserve to fly internationally."

Miinukset: "I am filing a complaint for my recent flight from Madrid to Chicago, IL on 2/26/17. During my flight, a five year old sat in front of me who was disruptive throughout the whole 9 hour flight. He was yelling and slamming on his tray table nonstop. This made it hard to sleep or relax on the flight. He was disruptive to everyone in the whole cabin. I tried to be patient, as it was a child, but when the child started climbing the seats of the row and kicking his legs in the aisle, I had to act. Not only was the child a hazard to the well being of the passengers of the flight, but he could have hurt himself. His parents did not seem to act on his behavior and did not speak my language so I was forced to approach the flight attendant in my cabin. I told the attendant, “N. Cara” as her name tag stated, how concerned I was with the child’s safety and how he was disrupting the flight experience of all the passengers on the flight. She was disgruntled as I was the third passenger to approach her. Instead of acting on the situation, she scolded me. In a rude and derogatory tone, she yelled at me claiming she couldn’t do anything and I should just move to a different seat. She yelled so loud she attracted the attention of all the passengers around. I am shocked and disappointed with the treatment and customer service I received from the crew on this flight. Furthermore, I recommend that the airline should ensure that their employees are competent enough to deal with situations where passenger’s safety are at risk. The fact that the crew member did not attempt to approach the child’s mother or address the situation at all was appalling. It should not be the customer’s responsibility to address disturbances or safety precautions on a flight. I do not think I was treated well on this flight and I am very unhappy with the services I received and paid a great amount of money for. I believe I should be compensated for the mistreatment I endured. This may have been the worst flight I have ever had and I do not plan on choosing Iberia Airlines ever again due to this experience."

After we insisted on flying to Barcelone anyway (although they said they would not take care of us and all hotels in the city are full because of the weather conditions [which was a lie - it's summer and the weather was fine]). When we got to Barcelone we saw that our flight to Tel-Aviv was not cancelled! We only had 30 min because the previous flight was delayed in 2 hours so we ran and went on the plane. Of course our luggage did not arrive...."

The plane was filthy again
Delayed 4 hrs.. finally boarded the plane 30mins from Faro Portugal and the pilot tells us that the Faro airport is closed due to waiting too long for us. Which means we landed in Malaga Spain. Waited 4hrs on busses to be organised in Malaga 5hrs on a bus to faro airport. Took 25hrs to travel what should have been a 6HR journey. Of course Ryanair isn’t accepting any fault after us paying £400 for the flights and loosing the first night of the hotel.
Fast, good loads in and out, totally worth of price.

Miinukset: "The entire process was chaos. First you wait in a crowd to find out which desk to drop your bags and/or check in. Then you race there with the herd. Then with another herd to the gate. After heading down what seems like a boarding ramp you go outside, then into a holding pen. It’s a giant metal shed that looks like it was made for cattle. Then after standing there for 30-40 minutes, you go outside again to board the plan. On board, there were no amenities, but that was expected."

Miinukset: "No free drink. The flight was delayed by 15 minutes, and the board didn't update on boarding time until the plane got there. First time flying ryanair, so I didn't want to leave to get a drink. Ended up paying a few euro's because I was so thirsty on the flight."
Miinukset: "1. I brought a trolley according to the specifications in the web page and the message sent to me. They claim it was too big, even though it did fit into the box they use to measure the luggage, saying that it fitted too tight, and insisted on my paying an extra 50 euro. 2. They purposely split family members in the hope that people will pay extra to sit together. We did it on the first leg, but then managed to switch seats without extra cost in the second leg. It just required several people switching around."
Miinukset: "i realize you're a budget airline, but the flight was horrible. the seats were incredibly uncomfortable, and i could not recline them. the smell of the toilet was present in the entire plane. beverages (coffee, tea and water) should be provided for free, especially water. there was absolutely no organization in the airport in sofia, everyone just pushed and shoved to board. very poor experience."
Plussat: "The crew traveling out of Rome was pleasant is the only thing positive I can say."
Miinukset: "-we paid extra for priority boarding and did go through the line first to board the shuttle to the plane but then they had everyone else from the overbooked plane crowded like sardines into the same shuttle. It was a waste of money. -traveling to Rome on Ryanair we took samsonite carry on luggage onto the plane with no problems. Leaving Rome we were told to recheck our luggage size. The wheels stick out a little and they made us pay 100 Euros to check our bags. Once on the plane we saw many passengers with luggage and bags much larger than our own and did not have to pay to have them checked. We were the only Americans on the plane. -The seats do not recline and are at a 90 degree angle which is very uncomfortable for a 3 hour flight. -the crew traveling to Rome was very rude. -the seats were dirty with food and crumbs before I sat down and there was trash and food on the floor. It is as if the plane is not cleaned routinely."
Plussat: "We got there in time, cabin baggage was accepted but the lady at the customs opened up my bag to check it and just threw the things back inside, I had to open my bag again and put them back where they were."
Miinukset: "I purchased the tickets at a good price but when I had to check in, I had to pay extra for early check in and another 7€ for a seat! Considering I bought two tickets for myself and my boyfriend, I ended up paying 40€ more just for check in and seats. This was a rip off. Then the boarding took much more than expected, we waited for 50 minutes standing up in a queue after the gate was announced, we boarded the plane late. The seats are super small and uncomfortable."

When we are traveling, we don't always have wi fi access, specially in London, so we were unable to check in online, causing us to have to pay 50 pounds per person plus 35 per bag. I would never recommend this airline to anybody, not even to my worst enemy. This is a thief company, robbing you the money you try to save by flying with them!!!!"

Miinukset: "It took way too long for us to get into our flight, then one of my friends was told she was okay to bring her luggage on the airplane as a carry on but then when we got in line to board she had to go back and pay the €30 fee. This made the situation a lot more stressful. Also, there is just way too many fees for an only hour long flight from Santorini to Athens. I will not fly ryanair ever again."

He kept going on and on about how bad the weather was in London and how sunny it was in Portugal. He mentioned rain and snow in London and suggested that people booked a return flight to Portugal in the twenty-five minutes available to them in London after the plane had landed. One joke about the sun versus the rain might have been acceptable but to raise it again ad again just became irritating and an abuse of the PA system. He shouted Halleluja amongst other things when trying to get money out of people for the Ryanair charity. If he wants to be a professional comedian he should change his profession as he was just annoying people and he stopped the flight from being relaxing,"

Plussat: "That it will be the last time we fly RyanAir. Theur motto low vist simple isca joke only if u have no luggage and do mot eat. Everything is nickle dime even pay forcacdrink of water. Even though purchased priorityvboarding and wheel chair assist, we were coerced to check our rollers and the chair assist was late and deplorable! The crew spends more time hawking food duty free and lotto and does not even collect waste. No flight info at gate. Aisle passenger allowed to have a bag that did not fit underr seat between his legs whole flight in controvention to safety rules!"

Miinukset: "-- boarding process is terrible with very long lines in all Ryanair. -- not enough room for the allowed luggage, and this masses the aircraft -- other that EU people cannot use mobile boarding pass and must print it, which is stressful for flying away from home/office for more than 4 days, and with no airport kiosk to print it - some people were really stressed by the threat to pay 47$ for a flight that costs less than that, just since they could not print the pass in the hotel."
