Miinukset: "Unfortunately they have moved away from their Exonomy Plus seats that were great and ample room, whereas now their seating in exonomy is very cramped. They also used to have nice amenities on long international flights like a hot towel and some Turkish Delight before takeoff and landing, but they no longer have that. And my biggest complaint is that they keep their planes unbearably hot most ost of the time. It’s by far the most frustrating thing when your cramped in their tiny spaces for 11 hours."

I say you are the best!"
Plussat: "I had an aisle seat that was the emergency exit row so I had excellent leg room. It felt that flight attendant was apologizing personally that they ran out of pasta before they got to my row and wanted to know if beef was okay to eat. Even for the short distance, the entree was more than what I expected on a short flight and in coach. Again the customer service was amazing."

Miinukset: "Our flight was scheduled for 9am and we started from Sarajevo at 12-12:30, therefore we had to run thrue huge part of the Ataturk Istambul Airport in order not to miss our connection flight to Antalya at 16:10. Air condition in the Airplane was also to strong so we could not regulate it alone."

Miinukset: "The new carry-on laptop caused a delay of about 1 hr before departure and arrival an hour late, then claiming the laptop was almost a nightmare with long queue after picking up the luggages, one has to also claim their laptops in a make shift station In the baggage claims area. My suggestion is to put the computer laptops in alphabetic order by last name/surname, with the claim ticket,for easier access when picking up. As for departure, probably at check in to inform them that if you have a laptop carry-on so that can be taken care of right away as not to delay departure when they take it at the departing gate. This should be done at check in if in Turkey, or as a transferring traveler, to inform the traveler to take care of that as soon as arrived to transferring destination and for the traveler not to wait until boarding time at the boarding gate."
Plussat: "Food is decent. Entertainment is above par."
Miinukset: "This was 2nd out of three Turkish flights I've taken that was delayed causing me to run to catch my connection. Also, there was some sort of dilemma or drama with the in flight staff. It took an hour at least from when the drink cart came out until I was actually served a glass of water. The staff kept discussing something at the cart, then leaving the cart, then returning for another discussion, etc..."
Plussat: "Slippers provided, many passengers used these (which is much preferable to feet out on the plane). Enternainment included a good number of recent releases, and food consistently exceeded expectations. Staff was pleasant and accommodating."
Miinukset: "Consistent line for the bathroom, very little lights off time to sleep (I was unable to sleep on the flight), standard small child kicking the back of my seat and yelling."
Plussat: "The airline was very hospitable and efficient. All flights were on time, boarding and de-boarding were very quick and painless. Crew was extremely helpful and kind. Food was good, seats were comfortable, and entertainment was good. For the money and time spent on this flight we felt we got an extremely good deal and would take this airline again, and recommend."
Miinukset: "The planes were pretty warm/hot for most of our flights. I'm not sure if air condition was available, but I know some people asked. It did cool down eventually so they must have turned on air or fans, but I know the heat was on at some points which made it a bit uncomfortable for such a long flight."

Miinukset: "The flight was cancelled due to weather conditions, that's fine! I never found out till I had to contact the airlines and verify of this piece of information after I heard it from news. Kayak never notified me, nor offered any alternatives!! Poor service!"
Plussat: "Flight crew did a wonderful job and truly looked to be enjoying their work! The meal was far better than those on bigger airlines. Metal flatware! Combination of everything made for a nice journey with little opportunity for disappointment! Wonderful experience!"
Plussat: "The staff was efficient, friendly, and helpful, the meal was reasonably good, my fellow passengers were pleasant."
Miinukset: "Most discomfort I had stemmed more from my own fatigue and the inherent dryness of airplane air than anything that could have been controlled. No, the tea I had after my meal wasn't good, but I'm picky. The entertainment options were heavily impaired by the heinous sound quality, however, rendering the movie I watched crackly and often inaudible. I also wish the ticket counter opened earlier before the flight, especially when it ostensibly closes an hour before takeoff. That makes for a narrow window indeed."

Plussat: "The wheelchair crew took my old mother of 70yr old njoh rose enjoh all the way to connect Zurich flight when she highlighted from Chicago O'hare flight to Istanbul. I give kudos to the wheelchair team at A300 Istanbul international airport atuku"
Plussat: "I was surprised how comfortable it was to spend 12 hours seated in an economy seat in a flight from Sao Paulo to Istanbul! It´s the widest coach seat I know!"
Miinukset: "Not to have 2 distressed cats on board meowing non stop for 10 hours."
Plussat: "The seats were much more comfortable then my last flight. The entertainment system was also updated from the 1980’s remote and cord ones on my flight from DC to Paris."
Miinukset: "There was no food between the two meals on an 8 hour flight. I had a flight attendant rudely tell me that there is nothing to offer until the next meal. No one reached out to me about the horrible flight and comments I made from the last flight."

Miinukset: "They have a terrible communication problem, they never communicated why the flight was late, they never communicated what they were doing or what was happening. Bad customer service. Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."

Miinukset: "The plane (Boeing 777) is packed like a sardines can, with 10 narrow uncomfortable seats across in Economy Class. The crew didn't even bring water for an 1,5 hr into the flight! The plane was very hot, with very little air flowing through the salon. Food was bland for dinner and inedible for breakfast. The crew was barely there, and borderline rude when asked something."

Miinukset: "Boarding agent forced me to check in my carry-on even though the carry-on fit in the cage and fullfilled all the requirements. I specifically called Air France prior to the flight to make sure I won’t have any issues as my 1st flight was operated by Delta and I wanted to confirm the luggage requirements were the same. My carry-on weighted only 5 kilos. I was extremely upset the way I was treated w/ the boarding agent behind the counter in Prague. On the top of that, her and the supervisor were very rude to my mom as they told her she had an extra carry-on which wasn’t the case. She traveled w/ a small briefcase where her mask for sleep apnea was. This is not considered an additional carry-on. The boarding agent (Czech lady and her supervisor) were not only rude but obviously lacked knowledge as well. My carry-on suitcase would easily fit in the overhead bin plus there was plenty of space inside the plane as it the flight wasn’t completely full."

Miinukset: "1. Boarding - Learn from maybe Turkish Air who allocate people zones based on where you are seated in the plane. People seated all the way in the back should be allowed to board first and fill the plane back to front. Makes it less likely for you stand around waiting for people as well people all the way in the back making contact with every possible human already seated in the aisles. 2. Comfort - Window seats are too hot, middle aisle seats are too cold 3. Thankfully they do have halal offering. Now if they will even let me choose that I am allergic to seafood. Glad for the chicken. Nothing to boast about."
Plussat: "Everything except the seat. Service ("would you care for a drink/beverage?") could be better."
Miinukset: "I paid for a"premium" seat on one of the emergency exit rows for the extra legroom. This was next to a galley. The seat itself was no more than 18" wide (NO EXAGGERATION!!) if not less. I had to sit on an angle (one butt cheek at a time) for 9 yours. I do not have a big butt either. This seat should have been a discounted seat, not a premium seat. I am so angry about this, I will NEVER fly Air France again."
Miinukset: "Everything. The crew seemed to skip over me and my husband multiple times. So we sat there with garbage the whole flight. My entertainment was broken and they had no solution but giving me $30 to use at the duty free shop the same day as the flighty. I paid extra for premium seating in an exit row and that was their idea of fair compensation. The crew ran out of vegetarian food so I didn’t eat anything but cold stale bread. The crew was non-existent most of the flight."
Plussat: "I like the service. They caring and give snacks, comfort and overall"

Miinukset: "Airplane really old. Cabin configuration economy was in front of economy plus. Just 1 bathroom for economy and economy plus. Economy plus seats old and uncunfuttable ( more than it should be )"
Plussat: "The stewardesses were extremely kind and helpful to me as I was travelling alone with my toddler. I really appreciated their help and kindness."

Miinukset: "Boarding was not too well organized and I followed Security's direction who put me in wrong line and I wasn't able to board with my priority group. Sitting in exit row with no floor storage so this delay made it hard to find overhead storage above my seat. (Grrrr) Entertainment system didn't work which made the flight feel LOOONG. (They offered an in-flight credit, but I'd paid for premium exit row seat and had to choose between moving to working system in crowded middle seat or keep premium, exit seat. I decided to have them move me to a seat with a working entertainment system, which were available and they'd offered, but never happened.) When I got home, I discovered the gift I purchased with in-flight credit and my own money wasn't the one I'd requested from Duty Free catalog so now I have to figure out how to solve this problem. (COULDN'T GET IT RIGHT.) Premium exit row seat was narrow, due to in-seat tray table & entertainment system, but seatbelt mounts and thinly padded seat made it even more uncomfortable on a long flight."
Miinukset: "Booked assistance and got dumped at the gate 3hrs before departure, no English spoken and didn't even ask if my mum needed the bathroom or if we wanted to do some shopping. Just in a rush to get rid of us. Flying only KLM from now."
Miinukset: "The company simply lets passengers board a fulled booked flight with far too much luggage. Result, take off 20 minutes late because there was not enough room for luggage in the overhead compartments. I was flying with just a small backpack that went under the seat"
Plussat: "Whenever I travel air France I get a reminder of what customer service looks like on a flight. Incredible crew, great experience"

Plussat: "We were on a 9 hour flight which is pretty exhausting on its own. However, Air France provided you with a pillow and blanket, as well as headphones, so that you can make the best of the long trip."
Miinukset: "The chairs, for whatever reason, after just not that comfortable. Too squishy and they make noise when you adjust your position. I fidget a lot on flights so I felt like I was making a lot of noise. Also the plane didn't have cold air, do you get toasty pretty quick."
Plussat: "The time of the flight was great as well as the arrival time and subsequent connections to Paris. Enjoyed the rather full line of in flight beverages!"
Miinukset: "Leaving late seemingly without reason from Paris - chaotic boarding line in Paris with difficult to hear PA. Seats were ok'ish but than again, it's a 45 minute flight. The sandwich was gross and I'm somewhat known as a person who eats everything!"
Miinukset: "Bording far away, got my cabin luggage and everyone elses into the cellar because ¨it didn´t fit in the plane¨. There was plenty of room, I had breakable stuff in my luggage, didn´t get the chance to choose. No entertainment AT ALL. Confort: no leg space at all. Not an AirFrance plane, subcontracted. Lousy food."

Miinukset: "Checking in was ridiculous. They're charging for literally EVERYTHING now. On economy class you have many options: - Normal (free!) "ergonomic" seats: uncomfortable, narrow, really close to the one in front of you. - Normal (exit row): just give up. There's like 6 of these and they're taken immediately. - Normal (middle of the plane): are you kidding me? These are NORMAL seats and you charge an extra €30? - Normal (2 seats per row!): what a bargain. Same crappy seats, but two people instead of three! This is really worth my money. - Upgrade to business! Why are you so poor! AF food went from being the best in international flights to disgusting microwave food (especially vegetarian)."

Plussat: "Did not realize I purchased a “no checked bag” fare - and the $60 each way charge really pissed me off, along with the &48 charge to guarantee a window seat again, each way. The site was misleading, and I resent being peneluzed for trying to be efficient. A two week work trip needs to include a checked bag."
Miinukset: "For a new plane, seats are very cramped. If you drop an earpiece on the floor, you pull a muscle to retrieve it / or make. Everyone in your row stand up. Decent movies mean a box under the seat cuts into legroom. A cramped, miserable 7 hours for this 6’0 tall American. Staff was as helpful as they could be, but my knees still hurt."

Miinukset: "Headrest... to nitpick, but that is probably a standard one. If headrest may be further adjusted to suit passengers of different height."
Plussat: "It was a very typical short hop flight"
Miinukset: "This is by far the worst business class experience ever. Really bad. Never seen business seat so tight. 2x4x2 configuration in business is just not acceptable."
Plussat: "Heathrow terminal 5 is modern, clean and efficient. The BA 787 Dreamliner is the best and the crew were professional all throughout the journey."
Miinukset: "I would avoid flying into Newark internationally if I have the option next time. Besides from the obvious that the airport is outdated, it is totally understaffed. There were about a staff of four directing international travelers at Passport Control and they were impolite which created a stressful and unwelcoming experience. The second issue I experienced was at baggage claim. Due to some issue I didn’t personally experienced, non-US passport holders experienced major delays entering the country. This resulted in hundreds of luggage that were left unclaimed from a previous flight still on the carousel. There was only two airport staff at this area so people from the BA flight had to take these the bags off the carousel inorder to make space for our flights bags to fit. It’s was totally chaotic and easily avoidable if there were more airport staff managing this area. This international airport is a national embarrassment, and if you’re a foreign traveler, I would highly discourage you from flying into Newark."
Plussat: "Food was not bad"
Miinukset: "Service was incredibly slow Seats were tight Forced to check laptop despite this not being a standard with any other airline for the same route"
Plussat: "The crew was pleasant and the hot dinner and light breakfast were good."
Miinukset: "The seats were very cramped in economy. There was very little room to move in our seats, and the knees of the fellow behind me were against the back of my seat."
Miinukset: "The online check in didn't work. At the airport at check-in I had to wait 15 min to get a boarding pass and a seat allocated as there weren't any available as the company oversells tickets.. that's what they said to me at check in.. When boarding I was told that I needed to check-in my cabinet bag because of the crowded flight, the lady just put a label on the handle of my trolley and said to leave the bag down on my way to the plane.. Thing which of course didn't do... very bad service.. I'll keep traveling with easyJet and reconsider British airways only for a super cheap flight."
Plussat: "I found everything to be acceptable for me."
Miinukset: "I was in seat 43A and the light from the galley was a mite bright from my seat, but I simply covered my head with the provided blanket and napped at will."
Miinukset: "Did not get seat I reserved. Stuck in middle seat. Very late."
Miinukset: "Got sick with the food I had on flight from Del to London and was puking through my next flight from Lon to Van"

Miinukset: "Having to pay for food or drinks. It's not that much to offer some peanuts and a coke. I would have liked the cabin lighting dimmed sooner and less early before landing."

Miinukset: "Boarding was a bit confusing and staff wasn't actively being helpful with information. Got absolutely nothing to drink/eat on the plane-not even a glass of water! The flight crew was just ok, no one "stood out" as good or excellent. Again, nothing about this flight made me want to definitely fly British Airways again."

Miinukset: "Charged for checking luggage when I shouldn't have been. Had to board a bus to get to plane. Charge for on board soft drinks."
Miinukset: "It took FOREVER to get our boarding passes. We did wind up checking our bags, but there was no option to do self check and have boarding passes printed at a kiosk, so everyone had to go through the line and the line was incredibly slow. There were just as many lines for people who had checked in online and just needed to drop their bags - this made no sense to me! There should only have been one line for that and the rest should have been dedicated to getting the rest of the passengers checked in."

Miinukset: "Babies crying, hate flying with Babies! Guy behind me kept pulling and kicking my seat, pain in the aaa!"

Miinukset: "Airline had email and cell phone and did not notify me of the canceled flight. Wanted to fly me out two days later. Did not offer to look at airline partners or rivals to try and fly us out on day we were scheduled. Offered a refund. So they were willing to refund a flight we booked a year in advance so I can look for new airfare with 12 hours notice."
Plussat: "Flight was on time and pretty smooth"
Miinukset: "Very uncomfortable seat for a business class"
Miinukset: "British Airways carrier American Airlines was not clearly notified on tickets/boarding passes/itineraries nor was there any communication between the carriers, so when I checked into British Airways I got no help expediting my check in at American. It was confusing and no one was helpful and instead flip. At American every interaction, whether about connecting flight boarding passes, my five and half hour delay or seating left me feeling unimportant and disrespected. I will never use either airline again nor Kayak"
Plussat: "arrived safely and on time"
Miinukset: "Nothing was included. No snacks, not even pretzels or peanuts. No beverages unless you wanted to pay for it. No entertainment, such as music or TV shows (flight too short for movies.)"
Miinukset: "There is more room in an economy seat on a commuter flight than there is on a 747. After this itinerary is complete I have no intention to ever fly with British Airways again."
Miinukset: "The entertainment system was not working, the crews members was rude/ did not respond to questions/needs."

Miinukset: "Delayed twice, switched gates, AND forced to gate check my carry on "because the plane was small" and supposedly they were having everyone check their bags. Except that didn't turn out to be true. Frustrating although baggage claim had bags waiting when we got through customs."
Plussat: "The staff was wonderful, very caring and courteous."
Plussat: "We enjoyed the entertainment on the flight. The crew was great too!"
Miinukset: "We were right in front of the restroom, closest to the back wall. We kept hearing the toilets flush and had to deal with all the people in line for the restrooms. It just felt a little crowded back there. Boarding wasn't ideal either. We were delayed 3 hours and couldn't get a confident update until we actually boarded. The only thing near the gate was a Starbucks that took cash only. That's more of a problem with the airport though. Overall, for an 11 hour flight, it was quite enjoyable."

Plussat: "I was by automation assigned to a window seat, which I always seek to avoid. But before the flight, I had read in the WSJ, that such a seat was one of the safest, for health reasons! I give thanks to the random seat assignment gods!"

Moqueca was flavored Boarding was very confused, we bought premium economy, on advertising we could check-in on business class, no specific line for business or economic, only separated line for first clas"

Miinukset: "They made a horrible mistake by getting the bag count or weight wrong and we had to go back to the gate and it cost us 2 1/2 hours."
Plussat: "Ensured that the connecting passengers boarded the flight."
Miinukset: "For an obviously new aircraft the space between rows was horrendous. I am 5ft4in tall and when I sat down my knees touched the seat in front of me. When the passenger in front of me tilted his seat back I couldn’t even cross my legs! I like Qantas but I have learned to abhor American Airlines (which operated this flight), next time I will probably use Air New Zealand purely because of the seat situation."

Miinukset: "Was informed when we checked in that the flight we had purchased did not exists. We were informed thatcher would have to wait 24hours (after an already 7 hour layover) to catch another flight to Los Angeles. After debating with customer servinge several times and being forced to wait in line after being told things were fixed several time we had to threaten to record conversations and had someone call American Airlines headquarters and finally was able to get in the flight the same night. We at work be point were laughed at by an American Airlines customer service professional. I had purchased upgraded seats since I’m over 6 feet tall and they were not able to accommodate on the new flight, the flight was horrible and I had ton stand up every hour to make I the whole 12 hours."
Plussat: "Overall a great flight!"
Miinukset: "The idiot in front of me in row 16 dropped three drinks on my only coat, making the 19 degree temperatures where I was going even that colder. Not the airlines fault, but that’s my only complaint."
Plussat: "The only decent point was the food. Not great but at least edible."
Miinukset: "Since check in in São Paulo was a complete chaos. There were only 2 people helping on check in (in machines) and these people were still not helping people (like me) with questions about on how to do check in in those machines. On the other hand to dispatch the bags there were almost 8 attendants to receive the bags. Ridiculous! I’ve tried calling American Airlines and Latam several times to assign a seat for me and they swore there were only middle seats but I know how airlines work to make extra money on these seats. At the end, they only gave me a middle seat option and I had to take I.t of course. On the plane I realized there were dozens of empty seats and yet they made sure not give them to me or anyone else. Unbelievable! Unfortunately I still have to use AA on my way back to Brazil. After this, I’ll chose another airlines for sure. Also, the 3,4,3 arrangement is ridiculous: there’s no corridor space making people touching you everything someone passes by your seat. And boy! Those seats are so uncomfortable and there’s no way to incline the chair so you can even have a little rest (because it’s impossible to even sleep on those seats). The crew were simply doing their jobs! No pleasure! No smile! No engaging with anyone unfortunately! They looked miserable and I asked for water and the flight attendant NEVER brought me anything. Seriously! Water is free!"

Miinukset: "I understand some delays can occur due to tecnical problems and most of the times they are out of control but negative issues related to communications they are controllable and they must be reviewed and implemente properly."

Miinukset: "I didn't like anything else about the flight. My seat was broken and the seats are incredibly cramped! Absolutely no leg room whatsoever. I am 6 feet tall which is an average male height so I can't imagine how anyone taller fits in those seats."

Miinukset: "Coffee maker broken and gate not available whe we arrived. Waited more than 30 min on the tarmac"
Plussat: "The different variety of movies that was shown as well as the usb port."

Miinukset: "Film selection was subpar, and had no subtitles available. Flight safety information video so unbelievably boring. Flight crew repeated all instructions at least 3 times including video interruptions. What is the point of having in flight entertainment if crew will interrupt said entertainment at least once every 10 min to remind you you are still in turbulent air? Do they honestly think the passengers forgot? We are in the plane too! I understand they have to be careful due to liability but this airline is ridiculous. Believe it or not customers do not like being treated like children. Would not recommend to others or fly this airline again. Also, the lunch was awful even by airline standards. Btw the airline was avianca not AA. kayak must have messed up or they are owned by AA. AA is great and I recommend them wholeheartedly but Avianca is awful. Stay away if you can afford to do so."

Plussat: "This is a old 767 I was on. No individual TV's. The reading lights never worked. I chanced it on buying the wifi for $19 dollars which turned out to be super fast and I was able to stream movies. Meal and drinks and beer were included. But no way to charge your phone with out a car charger. This plane had no AC ports."

Miinukset: "I did not fly I lost my flight they had a problem with the airplane on my flight from brasilia to sao paulo so I arrived late lost the connection to my other flight from Sao Paulo to LAX. Also they lost my luggage. LATAM and American Air Lines doesnt know where my luggage is. I arrived at my LAX 12 hours after. They still dont know where my luggage is"
Miinukset: "I had my reservation cancelled despiste numerous phone calls. The flight was operated by AA, and they told me I wasn't on the flight, but after many phone calls LATAN assured me I was booked on the flight. When I got to the airport, I was not allowed to board my direct flight from GRU to LAX, instead I was sent to Miami then Charlestown , I took me an extra 12 hours to get home. I lost a day of work. Who's going to reimburse me for that ???"
Miinukset: "Would at least like a choice of a snack instead of cookies I don't care for."
Miinukset: "The crew definitely needs to be changed. There needs to be hostesses who are more attentive and actually care about their passengers."
Miinukset: "Due to the delay which caused us to miss our connection we had to get a hotel, which we had to pay for. It also caused me to miss work the following day."
Miinukset: "How does American think it can get away with a mediocre business class fitting and charge the same as Lufthansa and United? In this flight, the did recline 170º but formed a ramp that did slowly slide the passenger under the set in front of him. I'd recommend someone from AA should fly Lufthansa Business Class or Singapore Airlines Business to check out how it should be done! ANd then, flying a beaten up 777-200er while its competitors fly 787 is nonhing but a shame!"
