Lufthansa‘s Crew was exceptionally polite, helpful, quietly serving food and performing tasks placed on them. I appreciate their professional attitude . I loved getting a pillow and a blanket, which had at other airlines been a problem. Food was served quickly, as well as drinks. Thank you for all the work you do!

Everything was seamless getting through the airports. One of my flights was delayed and they reassured us our connecting flights would wait and they did! Service and food were excellent. The only thing lacking was movie choices, fewer good options than other airlines.
We were 3 minutes late to the gate, along with at least a dozen other people trying to make this connection, but the flight did not wait for us. Awful. We were only late because there was only one person at the security checkpoint, and they checked every bag and every person one by one.
Seats were like bus seats; good food; overall okay.

I almost missed this flight due to highly backed up passport control. If SAS was running so many international flights, they should have shifted the layer over, since many people were taking connecting flights for Oslo to Manchester. No food, there should have at least been a snack or at a minimum offered water."

Staff was generally rude and not willing to help."

Sopiva lämpötila, tilava economy ja leffojen lisäksi myös sarjoja. Ruoka oli ihan ok, eikä tietysti voi miellyttää kaikkia.

Oli kylmä. Aika moni aivasteli tai niiskutti 12 tunnin lennon päättyessä.
Ihan hyvin toimi kaikki, paitsi jalkatilaa oli melko vähän pitkälle pohjoismaalaiselle.
Tuntui kuin lentokenttävirkailijat olisi olleet TET-harjoittelussa. Ongelma ei tietty ole Finnairin henkilökunnassa vaan Münchenin kentän virkailijoissa. Oli kuin kaikki olisivat ensimmäistä päivää töissä. Todella heikkoa toimintaa.
Henkilökunta oli ihan ystävällistä. Koneeseennousu oli hidas. Tarjottavat ovat nolla-arvoisia, vain lasi vettä ilmaiseksi, ei ole toimiva konsepti ollenkaan.
Ostettiin lentolippu yhdessä, ei siis pitänyt olla epäselvää, että ollaan pariskunta. Meidät kuitenkin sijoitettiin istumaan koneessa kauas toisistamme. Pärjäämme toki itsenäisesti, mutta moinen homma vaikuttaa lähinnä kiusanteolta. Eikä suinkaan asiakaspalvelulta. Terveiset siis Finnairille tai muille, jotka olivat järkkäilleet istumapaikat.
Finnair siirsi lentomme vuorokaudella eteenpäin. Ilmoitus tuli tuntia ennen koneen lähtöä kun oli jo toimitettu matkalaukut koneeseen ja tultu turvatarkastuksesta läpi ja odoteltiin koneeseen nousua lähtöportilla. Käsittämätöntä, tieto ylibuukkauksesta oli varmasti tiedossa paljon aikaisemmin. Kari ja Marja Alatyppö

Premiere economy -luokkaan voisi kuulua ruoka
Tehokasta, mukavaa, uutta ja miellyttävää. Homma toimi. Hyvät unet!
Lähtöselvityksessä oli vain yksi henkilö, mikä ei vastannut lainkaan tarvetta, koska hän oli ERITTÄIN HIDAS - ja hieman tyly (?). Passeja hän pyöritteli todella kauan ja tavasi hitaasti kirjain kirjaimelta nimemme niistä ja vertaili kuvia meihin. Tuntui todella oudolta. Lisäksi tarranauhat taisivat loppua kesken ja hän joutui hakemaan niitä muualta. Meillä (kolmen hlön perhe) oli ainoastaan yksi laukku menossa ruumaan, mutta virkailija yllätti meidät vaatimalla myös käsimatkatavaramme ruumaan, koska tilaa olisi kuulemma liian vähän. Luonnollisesti olimme pakanneet kaiken säännösten mukaan ja tässä hässäkässä ruumaan joutui myös elektroniikka, jotka olimme jättäneet käsimatkatavaroihin. Virkailija ei huomannut kysyä asiasta, emmekä me kiireessä muistaneet sitä. Lisäksi jouduin todella vaatimalla vaatimaan, että sain yhden laukun käsimatkatavaroihin, koska sairastan diabetesta ja astmaa ja olin pakannut matkalla mahdollisesti tarvitsemani lääkkeet ko. laukkuun. Ehdin jo hieman hätääntyä asiasta, kunnes virkailija "armollisesti" tuli sen verran vastaan, että antoi minun valita yhden kolmesta laukustamme matkustamoon. Ymmärrän tilantarpeen, mutta olisi ollut todella järkevää kertoa jonossa odottaville etukäteen, että tällaista vaaditaan, jotta muutenkin todella tiukalla ollut ollut aika ei olisi kulunut turhaan säätämiseen turhautuneitten jonottajien odottaessa selän takana. Asian olisi mielestäni voinut myös hoitaa hieman kohteliaammin. Lisäksi huomasin koneessa, että hyvin harvan kohdalla oli vaadittu jättämään matkustamoon tarkoitettuja laukkuja ruumaan - ainakin lähes kaikilla oli yksi laukku/hlö mukana. Hämmentävää. Yllättävää kyllä kone pääsi kuitenkin lähtemään matkustajien puolesta ajallaan, vaikka jonottavat pitivät sitä mahdottomana. Lento sujui muuten hyvin, paitsi jalkatilat olivat todella surkeat verrattuna menomatkamme koneeseen.
Vähän myöhässä muuten kaikki sujui loistavasti
Kone oli kolme tuntia myöhässä.... Meitä pompoteltiin portilta toiselle. Ilmastointi oli olematon.
Finnair on lentoyhtiönä nykyään aivan perseestä! Siirtävät esim lentoja 2 päivällä eteenpäin eivätkä kerro matkustajille edes syytä! Laitoin kyselyä asiakaspalveluun jo maaliskuussa 2022 ja lentomme oli 27.5 ja en ole vieläkään saanut vastausta miksi lentoa siirrettiin.
Tämä nykyajan "turvatarkastusteatteri" on aivan absurdia matkustajien kiusaamista. EI voi mitenkään olla perusteltua että joutuu jonottamaan yli 2 tuntia sitä että käsimatkatavarat tutkitaan. Matkustajista 99.99999% on rehellisiä asiallisia ihmisiä eikä heidän kiusaamisensa moisella teatterilla edistä mitenkään lentoturvallisuutta. Parannusehdotus turvallisuuspäällikölle potkut tehtäviensä hoidon täydellisestä epäonnistumisesta. Esim lennollani 2 oli vain läpivalaisulaitetta käytössä ja jonossa tuhansia ihmisiä. Ilman lennon myöhästymistä olisimme missanneet lentomme tämän pelleilyn johdosta! Kyllä moiset tarkastukset pitää pystyä järjestämään siten ettei matkustajan tarvitse seisoskella jonossa tuntikausia. ( tämä jonottaminen tarkoittaa myös sitä ettei kukaan voinut käyttää kentän palveluita, eli myös heidän business kärsii tästä typeryydestä)
Edelleen toivoisin edes kahvia maksutta, Air France osaltaan tarjoaa jopa pientä syötävää ja muuta juotavaa.
Koneen kapteeni ei kertonut mitään muuta lennosta kuin lähtiessä lennon kesto. Olisin halunnut tietoa esim lentoreitistä.
Lento oli lähes 3 tuntia myöhässä emmekä saaneet mitään tietoa mistään. Emme saaneet myöskään vouchereita.
Finnair arpoi edellisenä iltana check-in:ssä mieheni riville 29 ja minut riville 16 eikä näitä voinut muuttaa. Finnair rahastaa kaikesta, vaikka ei tietääkseni ole ’halpalentoyhtiö’. Mustikkamehumukillinen on ainut, mikä kuuluu hintaan. Menolennolla KLM tarjosi suolaisen ja makean välipalan kaikkine juomineen (kahvi, mehu, virvoitusjuoma, olut, viini). Kännykän voi ladata. For free.
Nopeaa toimintaa, kaikki sujui hyvin.
Matkatavaratietomme puuttuivat järjestelmästä. Turhaa vaivaa moisesta asiasta. Valitin suoraan Finnairille.
Kaikki toimii suunnitellusti, ruokaa tai viihettä en käyttänyt.
Järjestelyt toimi oikein hyvin matkakumppanin boarding pass dokumentti katosi turvatarkastuksen jälkeen puhelimesta jokin spammi yritti latautua , mutta passilla koneeseen 😊 Kone ilmeisesti hiukan kovassa käytössä, istuin muhkurainen. Henkilökunta oikein palvelualtista ja ammattitaitoista ☺
Hieman enemmän jalkatilaa
Henkilökunnan ystävällisyys oli hyvää, mutta pienille reittilennoille Suomen sisällä olisi mukavaa saada pikku suolaista.

Kun Finnair ei tarjoa muuta kuin mehua ja vettä niin olisi mukavaa että edes voisi ostaa jotain vähän laadukkaampaa syötävää kuin nuudeleita!
Ilmainen kahvi olihan kiva. Lento myöhässä yli 2 h Hesan päässä odotettiin rappusia. Huh huh. On se vaikeeta!
Ei mitään hyvää Finnairilla, ei edes ruokaa tai snackseja lennoilla. Ja lennot myöhässä, kuten tämäkin oli taas.
Erinomaiset ja viihdyttävät lentäjät mutta lento lähti myöhässä

Norwegian rep at bag claim indicated I would be fully refunded for necessary clothes purchase and baggage fee, as next flight with bag would not arrive for 24 hours. They now refuse to reimburse"
Plussat: "Disembarking from both front and back is nice and efficient. Wish more airlines did that."
Miinukset: "Both flights were delayed by more than an hour. You'd think a company called Norwegian would be ready for cold weather."
Plussat: "The aircraft was great but the service is horrible. Unless you buy a bottle of water or walk to the back of the plane for a small cup of it, you don’t get any. Order in flight food and bottle of water thatctook over and hour to get to me. Taxied at airport for 45 minutes."

Miinukset: "The shlep from terminal two where you check in to terminal one where the flight takes off was horrible. It’s about a twenty minute walk, and no bus or shuttle to take you there. Otherwise, Norwegian was a very pleasant surprise. Food was horrible , especially after a week of delicious Spanish cuisine..."

Miinukset: "While flying from Oslo to Reykjavik for a backpacking trip, my backpack (with my tent, cooking equipment, clothes, and food in it) was lost. As a result, I was forced to spend several nights in Reykjavik waiting for my backpack to arrive. Norwegian Air had horrible customer service when I called to inquire about my bag. They did not coordinate well and were slow to track down our bags. After they did find our bags and rerouted them to Reykjavik, they missed their flight AGAIN! What is more, they refused to guarantee any compensation. Hence, I had to pay for clothes, food, and lodging without assurance of reimbursement. I will never fly Norwegian Air again."
Plussat: "The flight was comfortable and the condition of the cabin very good. As we landed 1.5 hours late, the captain and crew asked people who didn’t have a transfer flight to remain seated while those of us needing to make it to our next leg were allowed to deboard first. That was thoughtful and helped me make my train with 10 minutes to spare!"
Miinukset: "Flight was delayed 1.5 hours. When we finally boarded, there was no crowd control, just everyone trying to squeeze into 2 checkin lines at once. My partner and I were seated 15 rows apart, even though we bought our tickets together. I was seated in the very back row, were I could here the cabin crew in the kitchen, talking loudly and at times unprofessionally. No food or drinks unless you pay extra for it."
Miinukset: "Kind of a bumpy landing and the flight was delayed. Baggage check in terminals were down as well, which caused quite a bit of delay"
Plussat: "Nice clean, new plane"
Miinukset: "Be prepared to bring out your credit card for a crappy cup of coffee, and again for water, toilet paper, and anything else you might need. Then it took a full 50 minutes to get checked luggage at destination (Barcelona). Staff was rude and simply did not care. After paying for seat assignment and checked bag, it is not a bargain airline. This was first and last time on Norwegian."

Miinukset: "inefficient movement of lines for check in. you needed more people checking the passengers in for their flights. and if you have bags, it is a nightmare as you have to go to a separate line to do so. did not pay $45 for an airline meal - seems outrageous to me."

Miinukset: "I missed my flight waiting at the wrong gate( there was another flight to Stockholm, my connecting city, being conducted by another airline) I did not notice until it was too late. The airline neglected to offload my checked luggage, refused to do accommodate me with a change fee and now has lost my bag and has no idea where it is."
Miinukset: "FLL worse airport in USA. 2 hours to get through their immigration. Always like it for international flights and that is with a US passport!"

Miinukset: "Check in took forever. You had to first weigh your bag and we’re charged for 1Kilo over 65.00. You had to stand in lines that took longer than they should’ve been. First to check in bag and then another one to pay."

Plussat: "Flight was 1 1/2 hours late leaving London. Crew was ok."
Miinukset: "First time with this airline, so didn't know what to expect. All food, including water, must be purchased. No big deal if prepared for it, but different compared to other airlines that customarily provide non-alcoholic drinks or at least cups of water on long-haul flights."

Miinukset: "I believe it's an airport issue so I'm hesitant to put this but I was unable to check in until 2 hours prior to my flight. The rest of the party I was traveling with was on a different flight that left a bit sooner so I arrived with them at the airport only to be kept waiting as they were able to go through security upon arrival. Norwegian doesn't have a designated window or kiosk so I wasn't able to get any help on the matter."
Plussat: "The engine purred like a kitten. Seats, free videos, easy access to order drinks & food w tap of your finger. Friendly, courteous greets you w a warm smile. Spacious airplane."
Miinukset: "Norwegian airlines needs to tell their customers that their luggage was left behind in Stockholm. We are exhausted from the long travels & are even more pissed off when multiple customers kept waiting for their luggage. I felt even more horrible to the family that was taking a cruise the next day. Can you believe Norwegian airlines are closed on Sunday. Couldn't talk to customer service until Monday when they opened. Bad customer satisfaction;("

Miinukset: "Plane originally scheduled to leave 10:20 PM. Got an email notice that would be delayed until 4:30 AM. Plane finally left at 8 AM. Flight was not by Norwegian but by Euro-Atlantic--incompetent ground staff provided almost no information about what was happening, let people into the jet way while the plane doors were still locked, couldn't organize boarding in any way, crew distributed food and drinks on the plane than seemed to hide away from passengers until final drinks/food. From the long delayed first arrival at JFK through check in, boarding, it was calamitous. I still don't know what caused the delay or what Norwegian itself might be like but this stank."

Miinukset: "1 hour to board because the system is all messed up. 4 hours (really though! I took a nap and watched a movie) on the runway while they tried to fix the plane only to be told we have to get off. 2 hours on line, which we learned an hour into the wait, to be placed in a hotel because NO ONE who worked for Norwegian was around to deal with passenger rebooking. 1 hour waiting in line for a room OUTSIDE of the hotel (it's January in Paris. It's cold). I got to the airport at 5. I got to my hotel at 3am. Had a lovely dinner of vending machine fine French cuisine. (Shout out to those meal vouchers we never got!!!) Our new flight time has been changed 3 times from 2pm to 3pm to 6pm. Im still not on a flight almost 24 hours later."

Miinukset: "Ryan Air have changed their online check in system with flights.Basically i was forced to pay for a seat spot on my return flight because they only allow 48 hour check in before flight if you dont purchase a seat. Because of the risk of not having access to print out my boarding pass when in Hungary while checking in there for the return part and that the app may not have worked on my phone it resulted in me paying additional fees or pay a larger sum to check in at Hungary airport. .Online check in should not be locked behind a paywell.This is dishonest business. The flight on the way delayed with no explanation and the company didnt bother to notify the airport of this and update the times on the boards or atleast a delayed notification at the airport. They tried to rush the boarding because of the fact they were delayed and boarded all passengers at same time in both priority and non priority queues which kind of defeats part of the purpose of those people paying the extra for priority boarding. Also this return journey of the flight was delayed too with no communication of a delayed take off. Despite the fact that Ryan Air claim to have the highest percentage of flights arrive on time i have yet to witness a single flight of theirs arrive on time which has me to believe the company is falsifying information on this record."

Miinukset: "The service is poor. They just want to rip you off. The bag price is ridiculous. When you check in they put you in separate seats do you pay. I paid for my son when we were flying out but when coming back l refused to pay. Guess what happened they allocated my 22 year old to sit on the emergency exit. The crew then came to me asking if l could swap seats with my son as he was not allowed to sit there as if it was me who had allocated him that seat. If it was the other way round they would have asked me to pay. When it suits them."
Miinukset: "Not much extra leg room and one attempted rammed the trolley into my foot trapping my toe against the wall and the didn't even respond to me shouting out in pain"
Miinukset: "I'm a frequent flyer. This was my first and last flight with Ryanair. It started at the check in desk. The flight cost me 140 euros plus an additional 50 euros because I didn't check in online. I never check in. Ever. For any of my domestic or national flights. Never. after reading my itinerary email it did state to check in online but failed to mention there would be a penalty if not done. What's the point of a ticket agent when they can't give me my purchased ticket? I have to pay you to give me my ticket !!! Ridiculous! Than I get to the gate and I don't have a seat number because the computer said "full" . I get into the plane. It's delayed 2 hours. We are sitting there in our seats and a passenger 2 rows behind me starts screaming because a cockroach flew into her hair (flight attendants did nothing did not Do anything to help her as she was frightened she was about 11 years old). The floors were a mess. Food, wrappers and crumbs all over the floor. Might explain the cockroach. The air was blasting colder than any flight I have ever been on and I fly a lot. Horrible. I wish I never flew with them."
Plussat: "They got us to Manchester alive, although late as always with Ryanair"
Miinukset: "Everything else, Ryanair provided an awful service, delays on both ends of the journey. No info provided to us and to top it off, there was a screaming child in front of me and next to me."
Plussat: "We landed safely"
Miinukset: "We were charged an additional fee for the flight because we didn't check in before arriving at the airport. You did not tell us we needed too do this. We had very poor internetc and could not check in on line. The ticket agent for Ryan Air was rude, and uncooperative. The flight charged for everything including water. The seats could not recline. This was the worst flight wee have ever experienced. If you are going to continue booking flights on the horrible airline you need to warn them they need to check in early or pay a large fee. We will be contacting you for a refund of this fee."

The seats weren't comfortable at all and the headrests were awful. Generally just an uncomfortable plane, the new design looks nicer but the seats are a lot thinner and it shows Just felt very cheap, the flights weren't even particularly cheap either"
