Miinukset: "No wifi, no outlets, no entertainment, no food service, no way to buy food if not included in your ticket The 747 was operated by Wamos Airline and the plane was absolutely dilapidated. The entertainment system was from the 80s, did not function, but I was able to see a blurry image on the screen that said "Malaysia Airlines." The crew were in Wamos uniforms so the connection to Norwegian was completely unclear. The armrest next to mine had fallen off and the life preserver in a row near me had fallen out of the seat. If the interior of the airplane was in such shocking condition, I had to only pray the engine was in better shape. Truly, I wondered if I was part of an elaborate punk the entire time. Flight was delayed on the runway for two hours and then getting to the gate for a half hour. And yet still no food."
Plussat: "Flight crew were super nice and accommodating, movie choices were excellent, food we ordered on board was pretty tasty (but surprisingly tiny portions)."
Miinukset: "The staff at the gate at Charles de Gaulle were bonkers, so incompetent that they looked like a Saturday Night Live skit, creating chaos while the boarding passengers tried to act like grown ups and keep their cool. They called over 50 passengers up to the desk by name, gave us no reason, and we milled about in confusion. A passenger in a wheelchair who clearly needed someone to push him was told repeatedly to wait while they did NOT call for help, until someone threw a small fit on his behalf... Then they loaded all the wheelchair and pre-boarding passengers dead last. Passenger lists and boarding pass stubs were repeatedly dropped on the floor, passenger confidentiality was disregarded, and the desk staff alternated btwn arguing openly among themselves and not communicating with eachother at all. Totally unprofessional."

I was stuck on a 9 hours flight . when they were serving the food . my only choice is to order from the snack-bar the prices were astronomical like 3 dollars a coke . I told the flight attendant that I was taking medication and I need to eat some real food . she did not barge and did not offer to check with other flight attendant . even where they were serving coffee , they told me the exact same thing . finally one flight attendant gave me a cup after insisting ."

Plussat: "I have liked Norwegian ever since I first flew with them. So my meal was something I ordered and looked forward too on a long 8.5 hour flight. I actually tell everyone that it is my favorite airline"
Miinukset: "Even though I paid the fifty pounds for extra bag and "nice and tasty" food they didn't bring it as they said it was not on my ticket. When I asked where my food was, long after everyone had been fed, they brought me what was left over. A spaghetti and chicken which was warm and not "tasty" and I do not normally eat chicken. It was the only thing left. For the breakfast snack they also forget me until I asked again. The the "nice and tasty" meal was very sad and disappointing. And when I have travelled with Norwegian before the meal and entertainment were excellent. Also when I arrived in Barcelona "transit" to Newark there was no one advising up where to go! They dropped us en mass at the immigration which was huge and packed with long, long lines. When I asked people in uniform where transit was they told me I had to go through immigration! An hour later when I went to the immigration booth, the officer took me directly upstairs to another security check and then I was told to wait in an area and my flight would be called. Nothing. And when I went to the flight they said my bags were unloaded! All the Norwegian offices and checkin were closed for the night. My phone would not work there and finally I found wifi and called Norwegian in London, They gave me numbers and company names to call. But there no one to be found or connected to. At seven o'clock the next morning when Norwegian opened I was able to be put on the next flight on Sunday, two days later. A terrible transit like I have never experienced before."

Also, the cabin lights werr not turned off for an overnight flight until about 3.5 hrs in when the flight left close to 10pm and when they were they werr only dimmed with the TV screens left on making it very hard to sleep. The temperature was also very hot. The flight was extremely uncomfortable"
Plussat: "The price was awesome, the Dreamliner was shiny and new, the crew was pleasant enough. Any shortcomings of the flight were minor compared to the price and overall experience, which was fine. I was prepared for a discount flight experience and thought it was all okay."

The location information did work, including simulations of the view from the cockpit and windows. You have to pay for everything except water poured for you."

Not only did I pay $542 for a flight home that I actually never was on but had to pay an additional $1400 to get back home and getting home the following day. I would like a refund of my $542 since I was told the wrong information and was on time for boarding."
Plussat: "The engine purred like a kitten. Seats, free videos, easy access to order drinks & food w tap of your finger. Friendly, courteous greets you w a warm smile. Spacious airplane."
Miinukset: "Norwegian airlines needs to tell their customers that their luggage was left behind in Stockholm. We are exhausted from the long travels & are even more pissed off when multiple customers kept waiting for their luggage. I felt even more horrible to the family that was taking a cruise the next day. Can you believe Norwegian airlines are closed on Sunday. Couldn't talk to customer service until Monday when they opened. Bad customer satisfaction;("

Plussat: "Large windows that can adjust according to light, entertainment, food was good and offered twice during the trip, boarding was quick due to loading from back to front and I liked the music that was played during boarding. The crew were pleasant and attentive."
Miinukset: "Limited movie selection compared to other airlines, I'm medium sized and found the seats very small as I sat next to someone who was larger and he took up part of my seat. Not able to choose seats in advance so you need to arrive at the airport early. On arrival the crew announced once that there was a 10 minute wait for a gate to open up, however we were on the flight for almost 1 hour with no other announcements to keep us informed."
Miinukset: "I didn't like the fact that the dishes that were available where very spicy, I can't eat spicy foods so there wasn't an alternative"

The plane had a delay of over one hour. We were boarded and until they fixed some technical error we were in the plane without air conditioning, in Catania with an outside temperature of 38 Celsius. So everyone can imagine that we were boiling in the airplane. 🙁

Miinukset: "Not much was good about this flight. I had to pay an extra €55 because I couldn’t check in online 2 hours prior and had to do it at the airport. The flight itself was a sales pitch with every few moments the flight attendants offering things to sell. I’ll try not to take Ryanair again."

When I arrived to the airport they said that because I didn't have a boarding pass they need to print it and charged me 50 euro. I felt that this was a scam for Ryanair to make money off their customers. They said it was Kayak's fault that I did not receive a confirmation email. Then after my flight left, an email came. I want a refund of 50 euro."

Plussat: "Prompt departure and arrival in Belfast. Brand new aircraft was a bonus."
Miinukset: "The white wine I got was undrinkable. I told the strewart working at the back of the aircraft that ' the white wine is terrible, it's like drinking water and indrinkable'. His reply was ' well that's what you ordered'. I expected him to say; Sorry you found it like that and I will pass your comments to the catering company. this may sound like a trivial thing to comment on but I found his attitude very unprofessional. My wife and I also found the staircase from ground level to the corridor leading to passport control very demanding when carrying a 10 kilo roller case each. There is a lift somewhere but there are no directions to indicate where it is situated."

Miinukset: "To check in I was forced to book seats both ways, then had to pay extra on top of original price to pick the seats. There were a few spare seats on the flight so it wasn't a case of overbooked."

Although the price is really inexpensive, if you do NOT follow any of their rules to the letter they charge exorbitant fees that could double your price. Also, the boarding on the tarmac and waiting fior a long time in the sun was miserable. They are constantly trying to sell you things during the flight which is annoying. And not being able to sit together unless you pay more is just plain rude. The many steps up and down to get to the plane with hand carry is hard. I kept thinking if anyone tripped or fell there could be many people badly injured."

Miinukset: "After paying €30 for a 20kg checked bag ahead of time, we waited for 20 minutes to get our bag weighed and checked. when it was our turn in line, the steward simply left and we eventually went to another line, where they said there was no bag on the reservation, even after I showed her my online receipt. She was very rude and clearly didn't want to deal with us. We stood for another 20 minutes in a different line only to be told that the bag was clearly on our reservation. We finally got the bag checked after yet another wait. We waited about 25 minutes in line to board for the plane and had to gate check our carry ons. No water served on the flight, and instead the flight attendants were aggressively trying to sell perfume."

Plussat: "The price was absolutely right - $25 per leg, per person - and the amenities and quality were spot-on with the price. I never felt unsafe, and the flight went without a problem. Website/app are easy to navigate."
Miinukset: "Again, can't complain for the price. But it's REALLY economy. Uncomfortable seats, no entertainment or beverage service. Charging 15 euro per person to print tickets is insane (we were able to avoid it but still!) - but again, for the price of a ticket, you can't ask for much."

When I checked-in at their counter, they wanted to charged me €40. The lady wouldnt believe me when I told her that I tried to checkin online for 2 hours but their system was down. That's when I showed her the photo of the screen shot, she called someone on the phone telling him or her of the situation and that I have proof of screenshots. They finally allowed me to check-in with no fee. Second, When I dropped my 3 luggages, they wanted to charge me for my 2 check luggage allowances. I told the lady that I bought online for 3 luggages allowances,but their system only showed that I only bought one. It took several minutes for them to realized that I was right. Third, maybe because of my lack of sleep and tired of travelling for over a month, i left my shoulder bag under the seat of the plane. My fiancee's and my passports as £500, smart tablet,camera,credit cards,jewelries and other personal belongings were inside my bag. That day was the last day of our 40days vacation. When I got outside of the terminal, that's when I realized that I left my bag on the plane. I went quickly to Ryan air desk but the lady told me that we have to go to the lost item counter and wait for my bag to show up. I waited the whole afternoon at the lost item counter and the lady there told me to just call them and ask if my bag has showed up. When I got to the hotel, I called the airline for rebooking on my flight back to my country. I went back the next day to the airport,but my bag has not showed up at the lost item counter. I was able to get the contact numbers of Ryan air in-charge of this matter. I requested someone to call the person in cbarge,telling him that my bag couldnt be lost because of strict security inside the airport, after a long wait,they finally said they found my bag. I waited 1 hour for Ryan air staff to turn over my bag to the lost item coiunter. When I finally got my bag, there were only £40 left in my bag and a piece of jewelly was missing. I will fly back to my country today and I will file a formal complain with Ryan air as well as write the CEO or President of Ryan air of the way he runs the business. I'm glad I got back our passports but the whole world should know about how Ryan air run their business. PLEASE,.STAY AWAY FROM RYAN AIR."

Miinukset: "We were stuck on the plane for about 40 minutes after takeoff with no AC because they couldn't start the engines? I am not really sure if that was the reason they gave us zero communication..."
Miinukset: "The plane was way too hot and stuffy. I am usually cold on flights but this was the hottest flight I've ever been on. Three of us travelling together and all too hot. We had the air vents on full all the time and even though we were wearing only thin sleeveless tops or vest t-shirts we still couldn't get cool. My husband felt claustrophobic from the heat and found it very difficult to get any sleep on this night flight - which is a first for him as he's usually asleep as soon as the plane lifts off."
