Miinukset: "I checked in 4 hours prior to departure. While in the international zone in Casablanca Airport my cellphone switched time-zone. As a result I arrived "punctual" at the gate exactly 1 h too late, the flight left without me. Neither Turkish Airlines nor Royal Air Maroc (operating this flight) attempted to contact me via my cell phone. Disappointing."

Miinukset: "The stewardess actually I insisted that I do NOT recline my chair during the flight. The chairs are already too small. The person behind me didn’t have any room so I had to place it in the upright position. They ran out of chicken on both flights too"

Had to wait through SIX separate lines for a simple flight transfer. Had the body scans TWICE. Ridiculous. Nearly missed my 10-hour flight to Chicago."

Miinukset: "The restroom is too narrow on this plane, at least the one I tried. They ran out of one entree since everyone wanted chicken and not the fish. They should know this and make more chicken available and less fish. But I tasted both and both entrees were good. The "sour cherry juice" is great."

Plussat: "Our flight was cancelled and they gave us direct flight back to Singapore in premium economy seats."
Miinukset: "This is our second experience of flights being cancelled via Turkish Airlines. Very disappointing customer care when flights get cancelled. Staff totally unprepared and untrained for such situations. We waited around for 6 hours before finding out on our own, that the flight was cancelled. The notice was not shown on the board. In all waited around at the airport for more than 10 hours before we were finally carted off to a small hotel near by at 1230am in the morning. Very little to no information given throughout the whole process, stranded with parched throats, no luggage, clean clothes or toothbrush."

Miinukset: "The fly arrived to late to Istambul which did not help much for the activities we were plannig.... space too small between seats"
Miinukset: "I have lactose intolerance and I tried ordering the special meals. However the lactose free meals are not good. I got it more than once, it's always dry grilled chicken, steamed veggies and plain rice. Overall it's a dry meal and no flavorful at all. On this trip I didn't order a special as I was hoping one of the options wouldn't have lactose."
Plussat: "Comfortable plane, excellent and friendly crew, easy check in and smooth flight."
Miinukset: "Getting off the plane at Istanbul airline was on the tarmak and then transfer to airport via shuttle. It says raining outside, the stairs going down where wet and one had to run to the bus. This was fine for me but not the find for more senior passengers. No personal entertainment but very short flight."

Plussat: "Food and entertainment were good. Crew was pleasant and attentive. Flying in business class with them is always nice. There was a lof of leg room and nice seats that go almost fully reclining."
Miinukset: "Where to start from? Got off the plane from the flight from Barcelona to Istanbul, to connect to New York and first thing this woman insists that me and my friend should go to exit and baggage claim instead of international transfers. My friend had to get a visa at check out and all the trouble of trying to get back into the gate simply because of a STUPID AIRPORT STAFF who doesn't know what they are doing. I have had trouble before with airport staff who doesn't know what they are doing or give wrong directions. That is why will avoid flying with them to Europe."

Miinukset: "My seat tv and headphones did not work, and I had to ask several times for assistance. They ran out of the food I could eat, and there was a child kicking the seat behind me 70% of the 11 hour flight. My seat was broken and would not stay reclined. The flight attendants were not attentive. I pressed the button a few times (to get assistance with the broken items, and no one came. The 11hour flight was more like being in a shopping mall for 11 hours, people getting up and walking everywhere, talking in the aisles-I understand the children crying-but kicking other peopmes seats is unacceptable and the flight staff should address that if their training allows."
Miinukset: "Several TVs were not working. While some were repaired the TV for my viewing did not work. Though it was set right it failed raw weal times."
Plussat: "I liked the food and the vegetarian options. Also the the movies were updated and it had a lot to choose from"

Miinukset: "We left a bit late, but the capitan kept us informed and we were comfortable and had lots to watch and entertain us."

Plussat: "From the first person I met (the man who printed my boarding pass at the counter) to the crew on board each flight, I was very impressed with the people at Turkish Airlines :) Everyone was very pleasant and helpful, and made my trip enjoyable."

Plussat: "I was 35 weeks pregnant at the time of my flight and when I got on the plane I noticed that my isle seat had a broken arm rest. I didn't mind but the stewardess told me that she had requested that no one be sat there and apologized. Once the plane had all of the passengers boarded she told my husband, 2 year old and I that there were 3 seats available in the comfort zone and offered it to us. I was grateful not only for an arm rest that wasn't broken, but for a little extra space for my growing belly. During the flight the attendants were kind and offered several times to get whatever I needed."

Everything fine apart of the airport staff in Izmir ,about the airline nothing bad to say .
The check in at the air port was appalling - disorganised - unhelpful and extremely slow - unfriendly supervisor and it caused stress for many travellers who were not sure if they would make the flight - no customer care displayed - it was a shambles
Plussat: "The flight from Istanbul to Prague was fairly basic but everything worked well and was comfortable. The flight was on time. The bags were delivered quickly. There were no problems on the flight as it was relatively quiet. Overall, no complaints."
Miinukset: "The boarding in Istanbul was via bus, which is not only uncomfortable but impossible to socially distance on. In Prague we deplaned via a jetway. In Istanbul the gate control person was overly vigilant in checking documents. It was very disturbing :("

Plussat: "The crew doesn’t smile! The economy seats are narrow, with the same ticket price I can fly with a plane with infotainment"

Miinukset: "I took 4 flights with this airline. Each was at least an hour late in take offs and landings. Very unfriendly staff whether at the check-in or flight attendants. Incredibly uncomfortable seats (compared with same level seats with other airlines). They reminded me with outdoor vegetable and fruit markets where farmers and gypsies yell to sell their products; they charge for everything, offering nothing on a 4 hrs flight, not even water. Not sure if it is a language barrier, but they are very rude and impolite in English. I really wish there was a single good thing to say. Even the pilots are the worst i've seen. Very rough landing every single time"

Miinukset: "The boarding pass , they opened my baggage like 3 times and start making chaos in it and ruin many things inside it , plus it always delayed in time"
Miinukset: "I was unable to cancel the flight. I was on a work trip followed by a vacation, the vacation got cut short and I had to cancel the flight, unfortunately there was no way to cancel online and due to the nature of my job I cannot make phone calls to the states. I was not expecting a refund just an easy way to cancel the ticket online."
Miinukset: "Given old pound coins and old ten pound note as change. Then questioned as to 'what is the problem? Whats the difference? When ı asked fır nee money tjat iş legal tender.."
Miinukset: "first of all the prices of drinks are very high and they rip you off since there is no option. but with that i can live. what i cant live with they try to save on gas and till you dont yell they dont turn on the AC and then they try again to lower it and again you have to complain. i hope to never fly with them again and when you say something you get a sour face"

Plussat: "Firstly, Overbuggage limits were put into practice with a mindset of just to f* the customers and consequently almost every single passenger has to end up paying at such overated fees that were equal to a level of a business ticket of any well known first class airline company.I , myself, had to pay 450£ in total for the ticket , just because of 34 kg of a luggage weight though 20 kg of this amount was included in the ticket. Sirs, if you really will only take this complaint as just to watch and say that this was a company policy then i will definetly never choose your services either again.Also, from the bottom of my heart, i will never feel tired to share and spead around this nasty experience of mine on each and every social media occasion , when i will have a word to say. Within only one flight on that day ,the total buggage revenue of the company was equal to a sum of 23,000 £ in total, despite the plane was ridiculously abit bigger than a small box. Sirs, Pls rethink over what i said. This is far beyond to accept and fit into any int'l trade rules.17£ fee for 1 kg !?? Best Regards"

Miinukset: "Oh, boy. First, this flight was super late and they wouldn't admit it. I went to the gate at boarding time, and the staff rudely pushed me away, saying I misunderstood the gate number. I double checked, and no, that was indeed the right gate. This lasted until the airport announced the final boarding call for my flight, and people started lining up.Then the staff had to admit that this was the right gate and the plane was just late. We didn't start boarding until way after the announced time (which they didn't bother to update on the screen until it passed. Extraordinarily disorganized. Second, the flight crew was loud and kept the lights turned way up on an overnight flight. Everyone around me was trying to sleep, and they were woken up by the crew yelling "DO YOU WANT COFFEE?" 5 rows away. Even when they finally dimmed the lights 3 hours into the flight, they kept the Tv's on, so the flashing advertisements prevented me from sleeping restfully. Third, you have to pay for coffee and tea. Who does this? They also begin their flight with loud, obnoxious music that jolts everyone awake (see above for this being an overnight flight). Overall, only choose this airline if you're okay with being kept forcibly awake and you don't mind the flight being late. Oh, and you have 2 euros to pay for simple tea."
