Miinukset: "After having no issues with my carryon on my first Norwegian flight of the day, I was forced to pay 650 NoK to check my carryon as we were boarding my flight from Oslo to New York. This was just ridiculous because my bag fit in the overhead bins just fine and there we’re many empty overhead bins"
Plussat: "Comfortable cabin and seats, plenty of restrooms."
Miinukset: "As economy passengers, we paid for a reserved seat, baggage, and leg room. There were no extras offered, not even water, so bring your own. The cabin was noisy with frequent servivice for upgraded passengers so it was difficult to sleep on this overnight flight that left NYC at midnight."
Plussat: "The only male flight attendant was very helpful and polite."
Miinukset: "The rest of the crew were inattentive and rude. It was bad enough to be delayed an hour, but the inattentiveness was ridiculous. I placed an order for a beverage, a pack of crisps and a set of headphones at the beginning of the flight. I didn’t receive them until almost 3 hours into the flight. I figured they were busy with meal service and what not in the beginning of the flight so I was patient, and I saw some people receiving their orders kinda late as well. After the 2nd hour, I started clicking the call attendant button. The female flight attendants walked by multiple times and ignored my attempts to flag them down. Finally, the male attendant came over and resolved the situation, but by then we had been in the air for 3 hours. Worst service I’ve experienced on any airline. Also, for a plane called a Dreamliner, those seating arrangements are a nightmare for anyone over 5’8”; I was uncomfortable the entire flight. It’s a plane, not a bus in a third world country; it’s shouldnt be that damned cramped and crowded."
Plussat: "Really nice service reps! Liked them a lot, the guys were very friendly and pleasant."
Miinukset: "Loved the idea that I could select a hot snack. The photo showed a delicious looking piece of pizza and when I asked to confirm whether it was indeed pizza, I was told yes. Instead I got a large hot pocket with questionable cheese. It was pretty unappetizing seeing that it was heated in a plastic wrap. I really did not want to eat it but was famished. I did not get what was sold to me."
Miinukset: "I booked a business class seat several months ago and wa downgraded because my seat was broken. I spent 8 1/2 hrs squashed in economy from Newark to Rome. I was promised 1st class service even though I was downgraded but I had to argue with the flight attendants to get the premium meals. The gate agent claims that this is std and happens daily. She promised that the crew is notified about this stuff and I would be taken care of. What a load of bull. They also claim that I’ll receive a 75% refund on my ticket. I’m not going to hold my breath waiting. My wife and I travel business class all over the world and this is the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had."

Miinukset: "We didn’t purchase the food plan but we’re willing to buy food. Nobody wanted to help us. We had to chase down a flight attendant in order to get a sandwich & water. Never felt so ignored in my life. Awful crew & with lack of people crew"
Plussat: "Nice bright planes ! Crew was friendly! Boarded and deplaned from both front and back of plane which was quick"
Plussat: "The flight was scheduled for 10:30pm and left at 1:30am, causing many passengers, including myself, to miss our connections- there was no assistance and no explanation. The seat spacing is very tight and seats are uncomfortable. One of my worst flight experiences."

Miinukset: "This flight was run by Hi Fly not Norwegian. It was delayed leaving Newark and in the way back by 3hrs. There was no food served, only water if you requested it. And there was no entertainment in a 8 hr flight."

Miinukset: "I missed my flight waiting at the wrong gate( there was another flight to Stockholm, my connecting city, being conducted by another airline) I did not notice until it was too late. The airline neglected to offload my checked luggage, refused to do accommodate me with a change fee and now has lost my bag and has no idea where it is."

Miinukset: "How do you have an international airline flying people 10 hours PLUS and not feed them ?? I've never heard of such a thing. & even with the meal preorder bullshit they didn't have enough food for the entire plane to order from the snack bar so I STARVED for 10 hours."
Miinukset: "I flew from Milano and transferred in Oslo. We had 1,5 hrs of lay over which should be sufficient to transfer baggage to the NY flight however, my bag didn’t make it to NY. The staff at JFK couldn’t tell me where the bag is, I am still waiting to hear from them."
Miinukset: "I have traveled with different airlines such as Delta, France and America airline to near and far places and they have all given something to eat but this one NOTHING, not even water, you had to pay for it. This airline was the worst, first they wanted to charge me for my suitcase that I was bringing in which 50 pounds were free. Another reason was because I asked an airy one if it was possible for me to change to another seat since there were manyyyy empties seats in whixh she said/meant no; but the worst thing is that i still have one more flight with this airline. Im sorry if i am been selfish but this is how i feel."

Plussat: "We are still stuck on LAX, first our flight was canceled than rebooked for next day than we got delayed 5 hours. The worst experience ever!!!! We lost so many connecting flights that we are thinking about canceling our vacation."
Plussat: "The flight I took coming home had two less rows, so I had an extra inch or two of legroom than I've had on some other flights."
Miinukset: "I know it is becoming more common on certain airlines to have to pay for things like extra checked bags, but this airline takes it to the extreme. My single checked bag was $65, there was also a charge for reserving a specific seat (not even the upgraded seats), there was no food or water on a 9 1/2 hour trans-Atlantic flight unless you paid extra for it. After arriving at Orlando, the cargo door of the aircraft would not open meaning bags had to be unloaded 1 at a time through a smaller hatch resulting in a 2 hour delay to get a checked bag. Not impressive for a supposedly new Dreamliner."
Plussat: "The plane went up and came back down"
Miinukset: "The plane we received was not a Norwegian plane, the food was terrible and there was limited drink service provided. Also, there was limited entertainment with most movies very old. The door for luggage was frozen shut and took over 2 hours to stop luggage with no communication. Overall a negative experience and will never fly this airline again."

Plussat: "I have liked Norwegian ever since I first flew with them. So my meal was something I ordered and looked forward too on a long 8.5 hour flight. I actually tell everyone that it is my favorite airline"
Miinukset: "Even though I paid the fifty pounds for extra bag and "nice and tasty" food they didn't bring it as they said it was not on my ticket. When I asked where my food was, long after everyone had been fed, they brought me what was left over. A spaghetti and chicken which was warm and not "tasty" and I do not normally eat chicken. It was the only thing left. For the breakfast snack they also forget me until I asked again. The the "nice and tasty" meal was very sad and disappointing. And when I have travelled with Norwegian before the meal and entertainment were excellent. Also when I arrived in Barcelona "transit" to Newark there was no one advising up where to go! They dropped us en mass at the immigration which was huge and packed with long, long lines. When I asked people in uniform where transit was they told me I had to go through immigration! An hour later when I went to the immigration booth, the officer took me directly upstairs to another security check and then I was told to wait in an area and my flight would be called. Nothing. And when I went to the flight they said my bags were unloaded! All the Norwegian offices and checkin were closed for the night. My phone would not work there and finally I found wifi and called Norwegian in London, They gave me numbers and company names to call. But there no one to be found or connected to. At seven o'clock the next morning when Norwegian opened I was able to be put on the next flight on Sunday, two days later. A terrible transit like I have never experienced before."
Plussat: "They ran out of food on a 8hour international flight. They didn’t even accommodate with giving complimentary snacks."
Miinukset: "The E’NTERTAINMENT was poor. The airline sold out of everything. This sucked"
Plussat: "We just flew on September 11th from NY to Paris on Norwegian. The flight was on time. The check-in was pleasant and courteous (you cannot check in online). The cabin was not quite what I would call "business class"-- they call it "premium". The seats were spacious enough, the cabin clean and well-maintained throughout the flight. The crew professional and helpful. The equipment is the best-- the new Boeing Dreamliiner. Not what you would expect from a low cost company. We landed on time. Baggage elivery was prompt. I would do it again."
Miinukset: "I travel all year internationally. I am 5'5" woman. The Premium seats must be designed for a tall Scandinavian male! I couldn't find a comfortable position. The headrest was too high and shoved my head forward, there was a hollow behind my back (and no pillows distributed). The seats do not recline to flat-- more like economy plus seats on other airlines. The foot rest tilts down, so you can't cuddle up to compensate for the discomfort, despite the ample width. Do eat before you board and carry a few snacks. But honestly, for this price, no complaints. I did notice that one or two of the passengers had drunk too much beer in the Alitalia Lounge at JFK and carried them onto the flight, were then rather loud and unpleasant. The attendants seemed to ignore them.I didn't sleep a wink, but the crossing was uneventful."
Plussat: "Buy tickets early for super cheap, or pay more last minute. Fly no-frills for cheap, or pay for perks. Norwegian Airlines' model works for everyone."
Miinukset: "The crew could have been more attentive. They forgot to bring a coffee I ordered through the system and ran out of milk."
Plussat: "The engine purred like a kitten. Seats, free videos, easy access to order drinks & food w tap of your finger. Friendly, courteous greets you w a warm smile. Spacious airplane."
Miinukset: "Norwegian airlines needs to tell their customers that their luggage was left behind in Stockholm. We are exhausted from the long travels & are even more pissed off when multiple customers kept waiting for their luggage. I felt even more horrible to the family that was taking a cruise the next day. Can you believe Norwegian airlines are closed on Sunday. Couldn't talk to customer service until Monday when they opened. Bad customer satisfaction;("

Miinukset: "although he seem to allow a carry-on bag and a personal item, the misleading print is that the two bags in total cannot weigh more than 10kg. This is extremely deceptive since even a "personal item" such as a backpack with a laptop can weigh almost 10 kg by itself. the policy seems to deliberately make people show up with bags they have to check at the gate for $50. in fact, nearly every passenger had this problem. the employees at the gate, rather than be sympathetic, would just smugly point to the fine print and say "It says it right here!" Seems like a way to squeeze more money out of people since there's nothing else you can do except skip the flight. i did. it authorize them to charge my credit card but they ran it anyway. Very bad customer service. would not recommend this airline."
Plussat: "I got a great deal on this flight so I guess that I shouldn't complain but I could not check in online which meant I had to go to the airport quite early (4 hours before the flight) to get a decent seat. The staff at the counter was fabulous. My seat was comfortable and the entertainment variety was great."
Miinukset: "The cabin crew was not happy. I didn't see a smile or a positive attitude from any one (one guy giving me coffee did give a little smile).. I had no idea that a transcontinental flight would not provide any meals. I had to order from their menu which was really limited of course. I would have purchased food before getting on the flight.. Norwegian needs to train their staff in friendly customer service. The app gave no info and didn't update. Did not even include the baggage carousel #."

Plussat: "The flight crew was stellar: extremely helpful and they made the flight a treat. I couldn't have asked for a better flying experience."
Miinukset: "I think Oslo is unable to efficiently manage the volume of passengers it has to process. During our 5 hour layover, seating all around Terminal E was at a premium. Access to Terminal F thru the long Passport line was EXTREMELY slow. The gate was crowded and we had to sit on the floor with many others. Then, they cleared the whole area for a security scan and we all re-queued up again. Once boarding began it wasn't much better, with a long wait in the access tunnel. I liked Norwegian Air, but will try to avoid Oslo in the future."
Plussat: "Oakland Airport is easy because it's not as busy as other SF Auroprts. The Dreamliner is a nice plane."
Plussat: "Delay of 1/2 hour which is the shortes imate delay on 3 Norwegian flights in 3 weeks."
Miinukset: "No leg room on plane. No boarding process. Food at a fee including water. Furthest gate from terminal. No connection information. No ground staff to address delay of next plane."
Plussat: "Free wifi, greats snacks and amazing service!"
Miinukset: "This flight was supposed to be on Dreamliner but there was some scheduling snafu and we actually flew in a plane built in 2000. This thing was OLD. It looked like it was a few minutes of turbulence away from falling apart. All cabin signage was in Portuguese and so were the captions on the movie being played. Every seat had a screen with one channel - the movie channel. There was no other in-flight entertainment, which is not a big deal on short flights but this flight ended up being 11 hours long! Additionally, the flight was delayed by 3 hours. Not to receive a refund of any sort for these inconveniences was absurd to me."

Miinukset: "Before the flight I asked two different people the question about why I was being charged a service fee of One hundred something. The ticket lady told me to go to an information window-I don't recall the name at the moment. However, I did go and she said she could not tell me why I was bing charged that. She never offered to call the office and find out. The only thing she said is that "sometime the service charge is much higher than the ticket". Horrile. Very deceptive."
