Lack of information about traveling between EU countries through London Stansted and lack of transfer at that airport. I was travelling from a EU country to a EU country with food (chese) and just becouse swithing flights was at Stansted I was stopped by border agents in Poland and had to pay a fine for bringing food from outside the EU. It was Spanish food bought in Spain. I guess walking through Stansted made it British. Because my ignorance and law flaws my trip suddenly become much more expensive.
Stanstead sent us out of the terminal, so we had to go through security again, and missed the connection. It wasnt helped by the fact that Kayak had not sent the boarding cards to my phone. Not their fault that my phones email not working; however they could have whats apped them - but they said it was not possible. So I had to pay an extra £100 to Ryan air, for the missed fight, go to Gdansk, and complete to warsaw via train. Thank you Ryanair for getting me to Gdansk :-)

I liked the seat I paid for but the plane arrived late to Glasgow which caused a late departure which caused me to arrive late to Dublin and miss my connection to Liverpool. I was sold a ticket without sufficient stopover time in Dublin to account for such delays and the huge distances required to walk-in Dublin to exit the plane, go through passport control and exit the to the departures hall to then go through security and get to your gate again I had to buy a new ticket from Dublin to Liverpool for 100 euros because of this. Then kayak sent me an email suggesting my departure had been delayed giving false hope. I ran all the way to the gate anyway since the monitor said gate closed. I missed my flight with high levels of aggravation at all this.
Fast, good loads in and out, totally worth of price.

Plussat: "New seats and new walls, didnt shake like last flight. No loose parts."
Miinukset: "It was deleyed and made me miss my connection bus which was the second to last one. So if id miss it id have to pay 150 euro instead of 12 euro to get to my destination."
Plussat: "Although flight was late they made up time pretty well"
Miinukset: "Flight to and from Carcassonne is rarely on time"
Plussat: "The flight was quick, customer service was good on the plane"
Miinukset: "Checking in online was a nightmare as the site kept freezing, there was a mix up with my priority and cabin baggage, I was told by the webchat team that this had gone through but not on my boarding pass, when I got the the airport the Ryanair staff were extremely rude to us, they sent us to the back of the queue I front of everyone and then told us we would have to pay to take our bags with us, they then had to be out on the hold. When we got back to Birmingham we then had to sit on the plane for around 15 minutes as there was not a slot for us. I spent hours of my 2 day break trying to sort check ins etc, I would never fly with Ryanair again."

Plussat: "It was on time which was good"
Miinukset: "The selection of food available was poor for vegans Glad I packed my own snacks ir else I would have starved"
Plussat: "I liked that I didn't feel squashed and this is about it."
Miinukset: "I disliked the fact that our flight was delayed and we weren't notified about it. I disliked that we got told there was a problem with the engine but they didn't allow us to either get off the plane or change plans we just sat there as they ran test after test. Asking us to sit down for them to see if the engine is working okay. They asked a member of the public who was sat by the wing to keep an ear out for any funny noises. We stayed on the runway for an hour and a half after it was already delayed. Once we set off in fear that the engine might fail again Ryanair didn't even off us a free glass of water to show appreciation for peoples tolerance. It honestly isn't worth the money you save."
Miinukset: "Read the small print before. €55 to print the boarding pass because I did not do on internet !!! WTF This was my second and last Ryan Air flight."
Miinukset: "They delayed the flight from 8:55 to 10:15 but we didn’t board until about 11. They left us outside in the cold and extreme wind instead of having us just stay inside until the plane was ready. When I complained the employee said there was a woman onboard with a wheelchair and they didn’t have a way to get her off. When we finally got on takeoff was delayed another hour. They blamed all of this on air traffic control staffing in France, didn’t take any responsibility for the delay with the wheelchair. Ryanair is a disgrace."
Plussat: "It arrived to its destination."
Miinukset: "Extremely long lines from start to end (bag drop off, security, passports, line to boarding etc), plenty of long walks from one line to the other. Everything cost extra charges, we had to add a non négligeable amount, in order to be seated with the kids, to have our boarding pass printed. A tiny bottle of water cost 3€. No entertainment whatsoever. Seats are uncomfortable."

Plussat: "We arrived alive"
Miinukset: "Checking in was torture. It was the airline version of "The Trial" with a Dutch Twist (no one in charge). Luckily (?) the plane turned out to be 45 minutes late, so the eternity it took to have the rookie who finally showed up to look blankly at her computer screen, apprently hoping it would receive Divine instructions on how to work her way through the ONE PERSON in line in front of us, in order to stamp our pre-printed boarding passes did not cause us to miss the last flight of the day from Amsterdam to Dublin. Now lets talk about the torture device that Ryanair uses as a passenger seat. . ."
Miinukset: "Did not receive email on Having to print tickets beforehans and had to pay in insane fee plus another fee for 1kg overage on my luggage. By far the worst airline!"
Miinukset: "The 35 minute delay on the departure and 1 hour on return Super cramped seats with no leg room at all Having to pay to sit together on top of the original flights- unsure who books 2 tickets to sit apart?"
Plussat: "Reasonable cabin bag allowance."
Miinukset: "Even with priority boarding, kept standing as long time in a freezing tunnel."
Plussat: "Cheap n cheerful, budget airline."
Miinukset: "Payed extra for priority boarding to keep our hand luggage with us, seemed a bit chaotic, sure it was just anyone walking on with their cases. Didn't really understand any announcements by cabin crew in the not so good broken English, they speak."
Miinukset: "55 Euros to check in at gate!!!!!!! Never again"
Miinukset: "Delayed flight then held in pens for ages then held on the plane too."
Miinukset: "I was seated in 1A next to the window and main door and the one side of my body froze. My nose started to run. An hour before the end I got up and found another seat. But it was cold there too. Also hated the emails they sent me in advance which had me inputting all info before leaving - only to find that “free check-in is not allowed.” I will not fly with them again. It’s not worth the money saved."
Plussat: "Plane Good, Great Staff. food good (Bit Pricey)"
Miinukset: "Just wish it would have an onboard film on flip tvs like the good old days so passengers were not fiddling with tablets and phones, and maybe turn the cabin lights down so you can snooze a bit."
Plussat: "Everything. Staff was wonderful."

Miinukset: "Delay with no information.this is an airline that although cheap has no interest in customers"
Miinukset: "Everything about this experience was terrible. They charge you for bags that will clearly fit in the overhead bin and under your seat. None of the boarding crew communicated with each other, so even though two members approved the size of my bag, the woman checking boarding passes didn't believe them, so she kicked me out of line and I had to pay anyway. They even sell scratch tickets to passengers on the plane, how cheap and sleezy can an airline get??"
Plussat: "The flight was on time, easy to board, no issues with baggage. Overall great flight. Crew was friendly."
Plussat: "We arrived about 20min earlier than expected. Our bags were checked in for free and we got them on time and without issues at the baggage belt on arrival. Snacks and drinks are not free but available for purchase. There isn't any kind of on-board entertainment. We sat in the last row and we have plenty of leg room - surprisingly."
Miinukset: "No drinks for free. It would be nice to get at least a glass of water. But it is understandable that low budget- short flights are not offering such services anymore."
Plussat: "Smooth flight, uneventful"

Plussat: "I needed a glass of water as soon as I boarded to take some tablets as I was starting to feel unwell. The crew accommodated this immediately and were very pleasent."
Miinukset: "Why people don't just pay if they want to sit together. It is that way now so go with it rather than main and play chess on the plane, asking people if they will change seats. Sort it out your adults. Surely you can cope for a few hours?"
Plussat: "Exellent friendly service by professional staff."

Plussat: "I liked that I'd be off in 2hrs"
Miinukset: "This airline is horrible. Unless prices are significantly lower, any other European airline is significantly better"

Miinukset: "Wait to get in the bus that took us to the plane where there was not enough bus to accommodate everyone"
Plussat: "Flight and crew and service were good once we got to the gate and on the plane."
Miinukset: "We were required to have a printed boarding pass, and since we were traveling it was difficult to get prior to getting to the airport. Once we got to the airport, we were bandied about from one desk to another, then told we would have to go spend money at a computer/printer station, or else pay 15 pounds."

Miinukset: "Too many handlagguages of the people, so I needed to check in my bag..... and got it back broken! :-( the service for handling the replacement of broken bags is a kathastrophy!!!!"
