Lufthansa boarding is certainly easier and organized, staff is courteous always. But they can offer better food and definitely better selection of movies onboard. Also, all airlines offer two baggage’s for an international trip except Lufthansa. That needs to be reconsidered. Overall, a good trip. Thanks!
The flight was half an hour late, which is the new normal in Europe. Friendly crew.
The flight itself was incredibly smooth. It's normal for myslef on a nearly 12 hour flight to not be comfortable in a seat for that long. Nonetheless, the crew was superb and effecient. Thank you.
Airport jammed with delayed flights, especially of the cheap airlines
Second meal was a terrible veggie sandwich. They should have had at least a second option to pick from.
My bag was delayed as of now by one day, maybe more. Besides, the flight was delayed by one and a half hours.
One flight attendant was amazing, 1st class although she wasn't even in business class. Somehow felt others were tired or mind somewhere else, so not really good service. Choice of food was basic, but good choice of drinks. Plane was comfortable and I think pilot was a woman, which is a nice change. Excellent that there are dividers in the middle seat in business class. Corona restriction rules, like mask wearing rules is extremely wise. Other airlines removed it, but I like better your choice better. Feels safer.
The flight was delayed by 4 hours, we lost all our connection flights and what started as a 17 hour trip turned into 28 hour trip

Plussat: "The whole trip went smoothly. The price was right. There was a very bad storm in Charlotte before departure. Lufthansa made a delay, and I was very happy about that decision. They were very informative about connections, and emailed important information. Friendly, competent staff!"

Plussat: "This is about kayak. There's no relationship b/w kayak and lufthansa. Booked my flight through kayak going was okay but returning back was messed up. Kayak booked it in such a way that my schedule was from lagos to Frankfurt to Zurich to toronto without considering the fact that I needed a transit visa which I was not aware of as no one to advise me ahead of time . I ended up paying additional $750 CAD just to change my itinary. This was a very sad experience will never use kayak or recommend to others. My booking number is T28V67. They should have customer service agents to advise people."

Food okish, coffee / tea were good, tomato juice not good, did not try the wines. Biggest disappointed was the breakfast in quality only carbs : muffin, granola bar and tiny fruit salad where most of the fruit was frozen. But these are small things, overall a very good flight, I will definitely fly again with them. I watched a couple of movies released this year that I wanted to see. Good job Lufthansa!"

The plane was filthy again
I had checked in requesting Special assistance. They claimed they didn't see it. On leaving Naples I confirmed that this notice existed. I recently had hip surgery and am suffering from severe autoimmune disease on immunosuppressive therapy. I was not assisted or allowed to go through Fast Track (while my booking clearly stated this) resulting in me having to run a huge distance on foot. I arrived in extreme pain and limping just before missing my flight. If there hadn't been a fight with another passenger and the company (hence delay in boarding) I would have lost it for sure. Unacceptable.
Bag drop was a joke. 40 minute queue from the moment the system opened at 4.20am. 2 hrs pre flight is not enough time to get a full plane of passengers through on time before the gate closes. Only 6 of the 10 stations were open and the staff looked like they really didn't want to be there. We were lucky, other people not so much as the staff were panicking to get everybody through. Flight was its usual mediocre self. Just budget cattle moving.
The price should be cheaper.

Coach from plane to terminal twice overfull and nowhere to sit with 2 year old child with slippery and wet floors. Lack of seating room uncomfortable journey. Vastly overpriced food and drinks on plane, not priced in £s so unable to pay."

Miinukset: "No updates on why we were late. Then checked us in after the time of them posted delay just to make I stand 20 minutes outside in cold enough temperatures that you can see your breath. Why bring us outside? Ryanair is horrible"

Miinukset: "Checking opened 20 minutes late and lengthy queues through security meantwe had no time to grab food/shopping as we had to rush to gate as no notifications that our flight was actually delayed by an hour. Everyone was herded onto buses to wait there for some reason rather than at gate"
Miinukset: "When booking we paided an extra fee to reserve our seats. However when I tried to activate this option, it was not possible. There was an extra charge.... Then it was back and forward between the life chat and the contactform. Each of them pointing to each other to find a sollution.... guess what... nobody did"
Miinukset: "The time of the layover between a Ryanair flight that requires you to check baggage and then pick up from the carousel, go through customs, and an Aer Lingus flight that you then had to check into at the Aer Lingus desk (online check in was not an option) and go BACK through security IS NOT HUMANLY POSSIBLE. This was a huge waste of time and money and I do not recommend using two airlines, especially not if it involves RyanAir and the Manchester airport. I have to cancel reservations that I will not be able to make the rest of the time I’m at this destination. Moving flights cost me €60 and missing my reservation at an escape room is an emotional cost that cannot be compensated. Very unsatisfied."

Miinukset: "Had to dust off seats of spilled Pringles from previous flight. And floor was covered and hadn’t been hoovered or even a dustpan. No biggie but wasn’t as clean as it could have been."
Miinukset: "The fee to check in at the airport was absurd. There is no reason that they should not have been able to accommodate me when I was unable to check in online. The luggage is incredibly expensive as well."

Miinukset: "Food is not good & food prices are a complete rip off. Better making a packed lunch it tastes better and a fraction of the cost. Hold luggage is a bit expensive. But the bad points can be said for all budget airlines. But the good points can't be said for most budget airlines. So we'll done Ryanair on these."
Plussat: "I liked that we received an alert mail from them several days in advance telling us to check in and pay for our checked luggage. Bags paid for in advance were reasonably priced."
Miinukset: "Clerk could not print boarding passes at the airport check in counter. Four clerks at check in counter, but only one could check in passengers for our flight. Long, outside walk from the plane to the terminal in Budapest."

Flight was late for about an hour! 15-20min is fine but one hour plus sitting on a runway for a long time is unacceptable. Especially in my case as I had a connecting flight to Nis and two hours between them. With one hour delay it was really a challenge to catch another flight. £25 charge for a 15kg bag I too much. I'd be more encouraged and travel more often with the ckeck in bag if that would cost 15-20£ but I anymore at this price"
Miinukset: "The website to check in was confusing, bombarding with other fees so when I saw the option to check in later I never completed online check in. Plus I was on vacation already in another country with limited internet. I was unaware that I would have to pay a 50 euro fee per person for not checking in online! I was assigned a seat in the last row of the plane while my travel companion was all the way in the front."

Miinukset: "One of the attendants was very rude to my group leaving Ireland. We had previously checked in to our flight but didn't have our boarding passes printed. Instead giving us direction, she sent us away to figure out how to get our boarding passes in an airport we had been in."

Additional, I travel with oversize luggage by theirs standards. Then I paid the price almost 3 times more for that flight, so be prepare before boarding on low budget airlines."
