Plussat: Good value for money. Staff very friendly. Excellent location for metro. Will definitely stay again.

Plussat: I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a wonderful view from my room and metro station is just in front of the hotel so it is easy to get everywhere.

Plussat: Located well close to metro station and same time cool place. I would like to stay again if get chance

Plussat: The hotel is located directly above the Metro Station making it convenient for commuting to work or traveling to the city center for exploring.

Miinukset: There are not a lot of restaurants nearby. There is one small grocery store and a Chinese restaurant but not a lot of authentic Portuguese cuisine.

Plussat: Very nice hotel! Recommend.

Plussat: Rooms with river view are fab. Restaurant inclusive room service is very good, rooms are clean. Metro is literally next door. And not to forget if you have them dogs are welcome.

Miinukset: It is a shame they make a difference between extras like pastel de natas and a bottle of water and even bowls and bed for the dog if you book directly with the hotel.

Plussat: Todella mukava ja viihtyisä hotelli. Tosi maukas ja monipuolinen aamupala! Helppo kulkea eri paikkoihin läheltä lähtevällä metrolla.

Miinukset: Huoneemme oli ilmeisesti henkilökunnan taukohuoneen vieressä, mistä kuului aika paljon melua. Huoneen ilmastointi oli aika kylmällä ja sen säätäminen lämpimämmälle ei toiminut.

Plussat: The staff were friendly and the place was welcoming. The beds were comfortable.

Miinukset: We had some issues with the noise of the AC. We also had a tiny room for 3 people. I haven't stayed in a smaller room for that many people before. The breakfast or staff were not accommodating to gluten free. They had bread for me two days but said they were out the other 3 days and did little to help with other options. They also had little options for vegetarians or vegans. The options were just meat meat and meat! No Salmon or avocado but a few tomatoes and cucumber.

Plussat: The staff were so courteous. As soon as we approached the hotel, the doors were opened for us, our luggage was taken and brought to our room, at breakfast nothing was too much trouble and we used the bar and received excellent service there also.

Plussat: Door and desk staff were always very helpful and friendly and let us check in very early on first day. Some distance from city centre but taxis plentiful and very reasonable. Lovely views from top floors. Airport shuffle worked well for us.

Miinukset: Generous breakfasts but staff find it hard to keep food hot.

Plussat: it is very nice. The room is really good, and the service is excellent. At the same time, it is very easy to take subway or go to airport.

Plussat: The room was clean and well appointed. The bathroom was large and had the usual amenities. Breakfast, which was included, was a buffet that included scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon.

Miinukset: The advertised free airport shuttle only runs 3 times a day so we ended up taking a cab to the hotel and spending several hours at the airport the next day.

Miinukset: Äänieristys hotellissa olematon, samoin tupakansavu tuli huoneeseen useana yönä ??

Plussat: Metroasema vieressä, josta hyvät yhteydet.

Miinukset: Neljän tähden hotelliksi remontti olisi paikallaan. Aamupalabuffa voi hieman yllättää jos on tottunut lämpimiin annoksiin. Ainut lämmin oli paahtoleipä.

Miinukset: Bit of a distance from central city nothing close by. Very small rooms.

Plussat: Good quality hotel at a reasonable price. Excellent breakfast. Close to airport.
