We were allowed a cabin bag and a small hand-bag in the flight but as we were among the last half of the passengers to board the flight we couldn't find anywhere to keep our luggage and the crew had to take them away from us to store them somewhere at the back far away from our seats. As a result we had to wait until all the passengers got off the plane to get back our luggage and we were the last two passengers to get off. Unpleasant!"

Kun Finnair ei tarjoa muuta kuin mehua ja vettä niin olisi mukavaa että edes voisi ostaa jotain vähän laadukkaampaa syötävää kuin nuudeleita!
Ilmainen kahvi olihan kiva. Lento myöhässä yli 2 h Hesan päässä odotettiin rappusia. Huh huh. On se vaikeeta!
Lähtö myöhästyi 55min. Oli lähellä että olisimme odottaneet 1,5h koneessa, mutta saivat uudelleenreitityksen.
Henkilökunta oli tosi ystävällistä ja muutenkin koko koneessa oli hyvin rauhallinen tunnelma. Tosin kone oli hyvin vajaa.
Ei mitään hyvää Finnairilla, ei edes ruokaa tai snackseja lennoilla. Ja lennot myöhässä, kuten tämäkin oli taas.
Erinomaiset ja viihdyttävät lentäjät mutta lento lähti myöhässä

Minulla oli aivan kova nälkä ja halusin ostaa lentokoneessa leivän mutta valitettavasti minä olen nuori enkä omista luottokorttia ja en saanut koneesta mitään koska normaali electron maksu kortti ei kelvannut eikä käteinen kelvannut..
British Airways food was very tasteless but the staff were very accommodating for me and my baby boy.
Very small plane, not much legroom. No organisation to boarding and no in-flight snacks provided as standard apart from water/juice.
It was a small Regional plane. Not much to expect
good service on site, but limited ability to contact the airline directly. Kayaks ability to make changes in a reservation is non existent

Supposedly you can buy snacks with money, but there were no menus or pricelists to be found in the seat pockets. Touchscreen functions were barely working on my entertainment screen, the remote control didn't work altogether. WIFI didn't work at all."

SAS is an extremely neat and organized airline, clear on its promises and very communicative. Of course COVID-19 caused some changes in service levels and available items (water is an optional and paid item while coffee and tea (because of them being hot) complimentary. Attendants were very clear in pointing this out which is highly appreciated.
I was bumped to this flight because SAS canceled the direct flight from Copenhagen then the flight was delayed for an hour because of the new Covid forms and the slow processing from the staff Flight comfort and service was good

When we boarded the plane all the other passengers were already there and I was the last one on. All the overhead bins were taken and I had to put my carry-on under the seat which left me with almost no leg room. By the time we arrived in SFO my thighs and back hurt so much that I was worried maybe I would require medical attention. Which fortunately was not the case. It was luck that I had a bag that would actually fit under the seat."

One to use the machines, one to check bags and another for special situations. We tried the machines, didn't work. A rep told us to go to the special situations line. There was a rep there that was trying to prevent people to getting into the line because it was sooo long (1+ hr). So we tied the machines again. Didn't work. So we convinced the guy to let us in the special line. It was nuts. We waited as our flight got closer and closer. Right when it looked like we might make the flight, one of the TWO reps left. When we finally made it, they said we wouldn't make the flight. We rebooked and had to pay extra. WORST travel experience ever."

I was then pushed back and forth through the airport to complete this process. I would have liked to be given warning if I had to pay any additional costs."

I work in the luxury hotel sector, and even the door men and room attendants have more autonomy to wow our guests. Flying AF does not want me to spend any more money with your airline in the future."

With the hundreds of dietary and religious food restrictions you would think having a vegetarian option would be much more attainable.. Miinukset: "The plane (Boeing 777) is packed like a sardines can, with 10 narrow uncomfortable seats across in Economy Class. The crew didn't even bring water for an 1,5 hr into the flight! The plane was very hot, with very little air flowing through the salon. Food was bland for dinner and inedible for breakfast. The crew was barely there, and borderline rude when asked something."
Plussat: "Very helpful cabin crew and did well to communicate in English to me. Flight was on time and landed ahead of schedule"
Miinukset: "Entertainment system had to be rebooted as it did not work Small screen handset was not working for the entire flight food selection was not as big as KLM or China Eastern Bathroom on board was smaller than KLM or China Eastern which meant changing into more comfortable clothing for the night flight"
Plussat: "I liked the crew, they were professional and tried their best"
Miinukset: "The flight was a chartered flight . Air France informed us that due to cabin crew shortage they couldn't operate an air france flight and hence they hired Air Belgium. Whilst the crew were nice , the actual plane was old and creaky. It wasn't up to the standards expected of Air France. They could have done better in getting a plane up to standard. A lot of the passengers were disappointed ."

Miinukset: "We didn't get boarding passes for the second flight at EDI so we had to exit the secure area, get boarding passes, and go through security a second time for the same trip."
Miinukset: "Plane was canceled at the last minute with a transfer desk literally assaulted by 100s of people. Only 3 persons on the desk. No lane for sky priority. Queued for nearly two hours before some airport employee gave us instructions to travel by train without any other information or tickets etc. Had to buy my ticket. Couldn’t recuperate my suitcase. Had to wait for it the next day for three hours. Up to this hour I don’t know how I am going to be reimbursed (train and plane)."
Plussat: "Nothing... and we were late which made me miss my connecting flight and I wasn’t reimbursed because it was with a different airline"
Miinukset: "See above and the food was disgusting"
Plussat: "Very poor sound quality on the earphones. Made it very difficult to watch a movie and almost impossible to listen to music."
Miinukset: "The room between seats is unbearable."
Miinukset: "Very small seats, space for nothing All the time delays and the horrible things is a lost luggage, even when there is enough time between flights."

Miinukset: "Walked all over the terminal looking for signage for Croatia Airlines. Information services sent me to the right location, but it was marked Air France. I asked serval Air France employees for Croatia Air. None new that Air France was the CA carrier. Finally found one who bothered to look it up on her computer and low and behold, AF was the carrier!"
Plussat: "I liked the way a fligh attandant treated me and another two passengers. At the end of the flight he gave us a cup of strawberries for all. The food was delicious specially that pasta, it was yummy."
Miinukset: "TV was too slow."
Miinukset: "We were rebooked, which understandably happens for any number of reasons. However, we were not informed or asked about our preference until our luggage was checked through! The staff especially in Chicago where we began this awful experience couldn't care less about our situation. Then AIr France lost our luggage and provided no help in locating them. We had to rely on folks who had friends working in Zagreb Airport to locate them. Air France is incompetent, insensitive and unprofessional. If you have an important trip avoid Air France - they treat you like captives not customers."
Plussat: "A short flight but attendants served us a snack and water with a smile."

Plussat: "I like that they still feed you and provide alcohol for free, even on a 40 min flight (unlike BA)."
Miinukset: "At one point during the flight I took a video out of my window with my camera, a member of the cabin crew barked at me in French. In bewilderment I asked her in English to repeat herself and she sarcastically repeated what she had said, in French, I asked for her to speak in English (which she had done to me previously on this Paris to London flight) yet again she scolded me in French. I was left absolutely none the wiser and it left a bad taste in my mouth."

The flight was 1 hour and 15 min late meaning we miss our great connection."

Miinukset: "Not enough overhead bin storage space. If they want to start charging people for bags they need to improve their overhead storage ability. This was a commuter flight from Amsterdam to London. So the entertainment was not really there"
Plussat: "Due to weather, the flight took off an hour and a half late, but we landed at Heathrow only an hour behind. Cudos to the pilots for making up much needed time for many passengers."
Miinukset: "While waiting to board, they could have explained the reason for the delay much better. We stood in line for over 15 minutes beyond the initial time for boarding without reason."
Miinukset: "The complete lack of help from BA staff after I missed my flight. No helpful suggestions at all when I asked for guidance. Just 'the flight is closed and there are no more seats left today'."

Plussat: "Last minute flight (booked 4 hours before departure), one way, economy, for €99 from Amsterdam to Edinburgh via Gatwick. Long layover at Gatwick (around 3 hours), but I had much work to do anyway, so time went faster than I realised. Not sure if this was the case at Schiphol, but at Gatwick had priority security queue as a BA customer."

Miinukset: "Upon arriving at the check in desk we were told that a member of our party had been removed from the flight. While trying to work out a solution with the attendants they were incredibly unhelpful, knew very little about the situation, and at times mocked us. Lisa at the AMS location was particularly rude to the members of our party."
Miinukset: "The crew had to do a hard reset of the entertainment system. Unfortunately it took more than 1.5 hours into the flights because the first reset did not work and the crew was busy with other things."
Plussat: "I love it the most that they are so helpful with excess baggage Which is why I always book with BA I am an entertainer working for many different cruise lines BA does not rob you blind if you have extra baggage Or your bags are slightly heavier ! Delta recently charged me $ 285 per extra bag Coming back BA charged me $90 and allowed me two bags The new policy on many airlines to literally rob a customer Is disgusting and the govt authorities should put a stop To it BA is welcoming and always professional !"
Miinukset: "Airline food is often risky to eat and The variety is poor especially if you are vegan"
Miinukset: "I arrived at British Air check in 6:30am. Flight was for 7:35am. They told me I was too late for check in and there's nothing I can do but pay more for the next flight. The lady was also very cold and careless in her attitude towards me. Anyways, this is a case of BA giving my seat away and then lying to me by saying I'm too late for check in. NEVER have I been told "too late to check in" an HOUR BEFORE SCHEDULED FLIGHT! I want A FULL REFUND! This is Bullshit."
Plussat: "Simple flight left later than expect but arrived earlier than scheduled. Leg room was plenty and not like other airline where you feel packed like sardines."

Miinukset: "The male crew in the bag is not try to help people put on the carry on language to the top of cabin. He stood there and look at us. When I directed to him and asked for help, he just stood there for few sec. and decieded to help me but with an attitude. Same as the other lady need their help to put the backpack in, both male crests stood there and wasn't planning to help, and the passenger stood up and assisted her."

Miinukset: "According yo the kayak app on the moment of booking the flight was going to Heathrow, but it went to Gatwick. In addition, the tariff did not include one checked luggage as shown on the app as well. Really disappointed with my first use of kayak."

Miinukset: "I bought a return ticket for my daughter to fly to Amsterdam for the summer. I was allowed to purchase this flight from Kayak and BA from ATL to LON to AMS. Departure was for the end of May to the end of August. When we were checking in the attendant told us that the ticket was no good and we had to purchase another ticket because the travel was over 90 days. At no time did BA or Kayak let us know this information but had no problem selling us this ticket. We were literally extorted for another $1000.00 so she could depart. Shameful! Will not be using your site or BA ever again."
Plussat: "Nothing, I never had the opportunity to board"
Miinukset: "We had a quick trip planned to the go to London traveling from Amsterdam with British Airways. We were able to check in without a problem, but getting through airport security took a substantial amount of time, which caused sever delays getting to the gate. Once at the gate, we were told that we could no longer board the plane as the gate had already closed. Even more shocking, the service people told use that our entire itinerary (AKA our return flight) was cancelled as a result of this. You can imagine our frustration as we had tickets in hand looking at the door to the plane that we would have been allowed to walk through had security taken 5 minutes less. In the states, if airport security is holding you from missing your flight, this is communicated with the airline and proper arrangements are made. Unfortunately, this was not the case, forcing us to buy a new (last minute) ticket and losing a lot of money."
Plussat: "Nothing - I arrived eventually."
Miinukset: "Undue stress, over booked flight, lost luggage. Zero customer service. Will never fly BA again."
Plussat: "easy boarding, land at T5 which is a very well designed terminal"
Miinukset: "check is was horrendous. Long queues of people, long wait and not enough people to man the check in counters. Sitting down in my seat my kneeds immediately banged on the seat in front of me. Its clear that this aircraft has less leg space that then usual. And now you have to pay for all food and drink. £9 for a sandwich and G&T."

Plussat: "I missed my connection to Los Angeles which had major consequences for me in terms of work related issues and pick up complications."
Miinukset: "We were told not to worry when there was no plane at the gate when we arrived. Then we were told not to worry that the plane was being towed to the gate when it did land in Schipol. They were aware that many on the plane were trying to make a fairly quick connection in London. And it was after that connection would have already been missed that they let us know that our flight was canceled and we would have to go back to get our luggage and get re-assigned to another plane. We stood for TWO HOURS to be reassigned with only 2 agents helping a whole plane full of people. Of course, we missed the last flight out that could have connected us. We were told to go to an agent when we got to London to get a hotel room and they would have us all sorted. They did not have us all sorted and that took another half hour. We were at the airport in Schipol for SEVEN hours [and two trips through passport control] before our rescheduled flight to London boarded. When we landed in London, we had to go to the arrivals desk for them to be informed that we needed a hotel. We were able to sleep about 3 hours and had to get back to the airport for an early morning flight. Everyone we dealt with was kind and respectful, but the Airline itself was ill-prepared to handle this cancellation. In addition, they said they would not re-book at the gate, but those who were angry and aggressive were able to do so and get out on the day we were supposed to. Pretty crummy end to a trip."
Plussat: "Free drinks and food when traveling overseas. Possibly cheaper flights than other airlines?"
Miinukset: "I got switched to American Airlines last minute, which is a sister company of British Airways, apparently. This was 1 of the 2 worst flights that I have ever been on, only second to my other booked flight for this trip home. This flight was 7+ hours long and it was nothing short of horrible. The seats were extremely uncomfortable and barely went back at all. The male flight attendant was clearly annoyed and was short with every person who would ask for anything. He would roll his eyes at every request by customers. At one point I saw him literally toss a sandwich into a customers lap because they were turned the other way and didn't hear him when he asked if they wanted one. There was no way to watch anything unless you had your own device and had downloaded it yourself prior to the flight."
Miinukset: "we're professional musicians who fly all the time with fragile equipment. the airline applied an overweight baggage fee (fair enough, normally) but their payment system was down. rather than waive the fee, we were made to wait an hour to pay 150 euros. after scrambling through security we narrowly missed our flight. rebooking took hours and involved going back through security all over again, having our equipment searched for the second time. when it came time to gate-check our guitars, the airline lost them. we wound up boarding our connection to JFK with no idea where they were. finally they turned up on the baggage belt. we would never and have never agreed to send these delicate items through general baggage. One guitar (50 year old gintage guitar) was broken in the process and another of our hard cases was damaged and needs to be replaced. Completely unacceptable from start to finish."

Miinukset: "Flight was 2 hours late due to weather (not airline's fault) and technical problems (airline's fault), causing a missed connection in the London to Houston connection. Overall rating is because of the missed connection which would not have happened if it had been just weather delay."
