90 minute delay and a change of plane; ok can deal with that, not a problem. Staff on board (and ground) friendly and helpful from start to finish. Timely food/drink service, free headphones as soon as everyone is seated and a great entertainment system. How it should be.
Delayed, Tiny aircraft. Trainee staff. Gate checked all bags bigger than handbag and took 20+ min to unload said bags with no regard for status or cabin. Worst delta flight I have ever been on. And I’m platinum medallion after years of loyalty.
Well I just slept when I got on board and woke up when they said we’ll get down in 20-25 mins! That was my best sleep on a flight 😅

The flight attendants talked to her and arranged for someone to take her there. On my longer flight from Amsterdam to New York City, there was a customer who was in distress about missing a previous flight and not making it to her connecting flight in New York. One of the flight attendants reassured her until she stopped crying and calmed down. That same flight attendant was always so positive and cheerful in all she did. The rest of the crew was top notch. This was my best experience flying in such a long time. Well done, KLM crews of flights 1984 and 0645 on July 10!"

We then had to wait and see if there were seats available when boarding. Luckily, there were, but we were not sat together. Not the greatest start to our first holiday together as a couple. We were told that if there weren't seats available, they'd pay for us to get to another airport to fly out, which would have meant a huge delay on the only time off we'd get together this year and have to rearrange our pre-booked and pre-paid living arrangements for the week. All because there wasn't a lot of emphasis on the need to check in online before hand. You'd think if someone checked in at the airport, that would be more of a guarantee that they'd be flying with you that day, but apparently not. Definitely not impressed or happy with this part of the KLM experience. This is the only company that we've had this problem with, they should make it clearer that it is essential to check in online."

The gate crew at Asheville was very friendly and on top of letting passengers know why things were being delayed. The air crew was friendly. The delay experienced through American Airlines (American Eagle) was inconvenient and made for a long day without any sleep. The flight was smooth. However, the seats were obviously in need of new cushions. They were hard and uncomfortable. The aircraft was clean, though.

Upon showing the immigration of Argentina my USA passport at the entry, they have NEVER asked me for any kind of proof that I would be leaving within 3 months. At first I started to purchase a ticket to Uruguay by boat and the attendant even asked me the website of the boat because she told me that these problems come up all the time for expats going to Argentina for longer than 3 months. You are ONLY AN AIRLINE. YOU ARE NOT THE IMMIGRATION OF ARGENTINA. Having this said, I never plan to fly Avianca again."

My first plane had technical issues and never took off but after hours, the original flight just kept getting delayed and delayed without letting the customers have the updated information or rebooking them. I only made the Washington flight thanks to one lady TSA agent at the Asheville airport who personally retrieved my luggage from the grounded flight and brought them to the Washington flight. The flight itself was fine.

The word lazy comes to mind. The same individual handled the gate. His demeanor there was similar. If it is UA policy to leave counters unattended, an explanation should be posted; if present policy requires one individual to handle counter and gate duties, perhaps more help is needed. This experience, all the more frustrating when a passenger ruses early so as to comply with recommended arrival and boarding times, combined with the fact that the incoming flight significantly delayed AVL to Washington depart setting the tone for a mostly mediocre experience crowned by a painful trek from terminal A to terminal C to catch the connection to PVD. Not a best effort by UA. Outstanding flight and cabin crews saved the day."

Miinukset: "US Customs!!!! Inefficient and long!!"
Miinukset: "Our flight was canceled and they did not notify us"
Miinukset: "That i sat grounded for an extra 45min over Fuel discrepancy."
Miinukset: "Food gave me an upset stomach. I took the cheese and spinach pie or whatever that was. Not used to paying extra for in flight entertainment... that's just ridiculous."
Plussat: "Delayed to Albany 2 hrs, no compensation, not even a beer!"
Plussat: "The seats were soft. The convenience of flying out of Asheville was great."
Miinukset: "We sat on the tarmac for 45 minutes waiting. When the captain spoke, no one on the plane could understand a word he said due to the poor speakers, his accent?, and he spoke too fast. I nearly missed my connection in Chicago."
Plussat: "I liked kayak, recommended by a friend and my new booking application. Thank you."
Miinukset: "I didn't arrange for travel or fly this flight. My email was entered by someone else by mistake."
Plussat: "Great flight!!!"
Plussat: "Got a free drink for the delay."
Miinukset: "2 hour and 10 minute delay, had to board and DE-board a plane and change gate 3 times."
Plussat: "I liked how they gave out more than one can of juice."
Miinukset: "I didn't like how they didn't give any back options they only had one option and it wasn't very good."
Plussat: "The pilot was friendly and made an effort to keep us informed"
Miinukset: "Same as the previous flight, but the space between the seats doesn't give room to climb over two people to go to the lavatory. Also, SLC said they would send the message ahead notifying Houston and JAX that I needed wheelchair assistance, but I had to request it and wait at each location ."
Plussat: "Boarding procedure and crew were excellent!"
Plussat: "Non stop"
Miinukset: "Plane was small for a2:55 flight"
Plussat: "Friendly and helpful staff."
Plussat: "Warm and friendly flight crew"
Miinukset: "Flight delayed for over 3 hours"
Plussat: "Everything was on time, crew was friendly."
Plussat: "Rude boarding employee- Rude in general on phone with United Got to my confirmation code after having to change my flight and we got disconnected- didn't call me back when he had my number. Lost the connection"
Plussat: "We waited for 12 people that were running late from a connecting flight. It ended up being a 45 min delay and I was so impressed that they waited. I had a precious experience from a different airline that didn't wait for us, 6 of us with first class tickets, and we were only 5 min late! So, great that United waited for these passengers. And the time lost, was made up in the air."
Miinukset: "In order to upgrade to economy plus or first class, it would have cost more than my round trip flight. Flight left late and arrived late."
Plussat: "I missed my flight with Alligent due to an overturned tractor trailer and they couldn't do anything to help me (I'll never fly with them again) and I had to book a last minute flight with United, very easy just pricy due to last minute. Thanks!"
Plussat: "Crew was friendly, even if they were dealing with travelers who were cranky about it being so late."
Miinukset: "Twelve hours before the flight and they already knew that the flight would be delayed due to the inbound plane being later. One flight earlier in the day caused a delay for the rest of the day. So, our flight was three hours late in boarding, putting us into the final destination at 2:15 AM. Not cool, especially when travelling with children."
Plussat: "She was very friendly and on task."
Miinukset: "Nothing. She was great."
Miinukset: "Major delays and LAX was a dump."
Plussat: "The flight landed early."
Miinukset: "United Priority Gold Status were placed in Group 2 boarding?!"
Miinukset: "the crew, especially one sour faced woman,with long hair who was always occupied with her tablet, kept missing me when distributing refreshments. Very old movies offered for entertainment, my headphones didn't work. The smell of the breakfast rolls which had been heated up in their paper wrappers, literally made me nauseous and I had to throw up in the restroom. The take off was delayed causing me to miss my connection to SNA in Houston."
Plussat: "On a 4+ hour flight, food and entertainment should be free like the "old days""
Miinukset: "United, should take the LEAD, and bring back the glory days of air travel. It should not be all about squeezing every cent out of ticket prices. Respect air travel!!!"
Miinukset: "The plane was so cold that my feet literally went numb. I had to run through O'Hare to get to my next flight."
Plussat: "The service was good"
Plussat: "The pilots and flight attendants were excellence..."
Miinukset: "The boarding procedures are too long and unorganized."
Plussat: "I experienced absolutely no problems before/during after my flight. Everything went smoothly. I wish every flight ran as smoothly as the two flights I took that day."
Miinukset: "Took 30 hours to get to our destination on a trip with two kids. Out of the dozen people who we dealt with, only two were somewhat competent. It was the first time in my life I felt unsafe with a major carrier. Consistent problems on flights with mechanical issues and consistently unable to fix them. Then they offered a whopping $125 credit after we paid $4,000 for tickets only to spend two nights on airplanes and on a plane. It was so terrible, I still can't believe it. Time will not ease our frustration and disbelief. Fly with them at your peril."
