The overall flight experience was great !!!

They patrolled the aisles and routine pointed at passengers directing them in a hostile manner to keep their masks on their faces, even when they were trying to eat or drink. They also threatened customers by stating it was a federal law several times. It was very uncomfortable to say the least. I will not fly delta again by choice."

Miinukset: "Checking a bag, delta did not have enough crew to get everyone thru to their flights. We waited for 80 minutes inline to check a bag. Then we ran to the gate inky to find the gate was closed less than 2 minutes before we arrived. At least 20 others also missed the plane because of the lack of crew and long lines checking bags. It was frustrating, irritating, uncaring crew checking in, and a bit rude. Then on of my checked luggage was lost enroute - which made getting off the flights even later which made me miss a meeting that I was scheduled to be at. All because you didn't have the crew needed to check in."

Kone lähti myöhässä ja henkilökunnalla turha puheripuli kovaäänisiin
Finnair siirsi lentomme vuorokaudella eteenpäin. Ilmoitus tuli tuntia ennen koneen lähtöä kun oli jo toimitettu matkalaukut koneeseen ja tultu turvatarkastuksesta läpi ja odoteltiin koneeseen nousua lähtöportilla. Käsittämätöntä, tieto ylibuukkauksesta oli varmasti tiedossa paljon aikaisemmin. Kari ja Marja Alatyppö
Palvelu oli erinomaista, kone oli siisti ja aikataulut pitivät hyvin. Ihan pieni suma syntyi koneeseen noustessa kun eri boarding-ryhmät sumppuuntuivat putkeen. Pieni tauko boarding-ryhmien välissä olisi tehnyt siirtymästä vielä asteen sujuvamman.
Finnairilla hyvä henkilökunta, kaikki sujui tosi hienosti lennolla.
lentoemännät hoiti tehtävänsä hyvin. Koneen ilmastoinnissa oli vikaa, tuli vilu.
Lento aivan täynnä ja bourdauksessa ei mitään järjestystä. Tuntuu siltä, että Finnair sijoittaa pariskunnat erilleen ilman erillistä maksettua paikkavalintaa.
Lento 3h myöhässä. Informaation kulku hidasta ja sekavaa.
Lähtöselvityksessä oli vain yksi henkilö, mikä ei vastannut lainkaan tarvetta, koska hän oli ERITTÄIN HIDAS - ja hieman tyly (?). Passeja hän pyöritteli todella kauan ja tavasi hitaasti kirjain kirjaimelta nimemme niistä ja vertaili kuvia meihin. Tuntui todella oudolta. Lisäksi tarranauhat taisivat loppua kesken ja hän joutui hakemaan niitä muualta. Meillä (kolmen hlön perhe) oli ainoastaan yksi laukku menossa ruumaan, mutta virkailija yllätti meidät vaatimalla myös käsimatkatavaramme ruumaan, koska tilaa olisi kuulemma liian vähän. Luonnollisesti olimme pakanneet kaiken säännösten mukaan ja tässä hässäkässä ruumaan joutui myös elektroniikka, jotka olimme jättäneet käsimatkatavaroihin. Virkailija ei huomannut kysyä asiasta, emmekä me kiireessä muistaneet sitä. Lisäksi jouduin todella vaatimalla vaatimaan, että sain yhden laukun käsimatkatavaroihin, koska sairastan diabetesta ja astmaa ja olin pakannut matkalla mahdollisesti tarvitsemani lääkkeet ko. laukkuun. Ehdin jo hieman hätääntyä asiasta, kunnes virkailija "armollisesti" tuli sen verran vastaan, että antoi minun valita yhden kolmesta laukustamme matkustamoon. Ymmärrän tilantarpeen, mutta olisi ollut todella järkevää kertoa jonossa odottaville etukäteen, että tällaista vaaditaan, jotta muutenkin todella tiukalla ollut ollut aika ei olisi kulunut turhaan säätämiseen turhautuneitten jonottajien odottaessa selän takana. Asian olisi mielestäni voinut myös hoitaa hieman kohteliaammin. Lisäksi huomasin koneessa, että hyvin harvan kohdalla oli vaadittu jättämään matkustamoon tarkoitettuja laukkuja ruumaan - ainakin lähes kaikilla oli yksi laukku/hlö mukana. Hämmentävää. Yllättävää kyllä kone pääsi kuitenkin lähtemään matkustajien puolesta ajallaan, vaikka jonottavat pitivät sitä mahdottomana. Lento sujui muuten hyvin, paitsi jalkatilat olivat todella surkeat verrattuna menomatkamme koneeseen.
Kone oli kolme tuntia myöhässä.... Meitä pompoteltiin portilta toiselle. Ilmastointi oli olematon.
Finnair on lentoyhtiönä nykyään aivan perseestä! Siirtävät esim lentoja 2 päivällä eteenpäin eivätkä kerro matkustajille edes syytä! Laitoin kyselyä asiakaspalveluun jo maaliskuussa 2022 ja lentomme oli 27.5 ja en ole vieläkään saanut vastausta miksi lentoa siirrettiin.
Lento myöhässä 9h ja lähtö seuraavan vuorokauden puolella. Ei mitään tietoa finnairilta kuinka toimitaan, miten yöpyminen hoidetaan, mitä korvataan jne. Surkea suoritus.
Asiakkaita suositellaan menemään kentälle hyvissä,ajoin, mutta finskin lähtöselvitys ja bag drop portit avautuvat, aina, liian myöhään. (munchen)
Tämä nykyajan "turvatarkastusteatteri" on aivan absurdia matkustajien kiusaamista. EI voi mitenkään olla perusteltua että joutuu jonottamaan yli 2 tuntia sitä että käsimatkatavarat tutkitaan. Matkustajista 99.99999% on rehellisiä asiallisia ihmisiä eikä heidän kiusaamisensa moisella teatterilla edistä mitenkään lentoturvallisuutta. Parannusehdotus turvallisuuspäällikölle potkut tehtäviensä hoidon täydellisestä epäonnistumisesta. Esim lennollani 2 oli vain läpivalaisulaitetta käytössä ja jonossa tuhansia ihmisiä. Ilman lennon myöhästymistä olisimme missanneet lentomme tämän pelleilyn johdosta! Kyllä moiset tarkastukset pitää pystyä järjestämään siten ettei matkustajan tarvitse seisoskella jonossa tuntikausia. ( tämä jonottaminen tarkoittaa myös sitä ettei kukaan voinut käyttää kentän palveluita, eli myös heidän business kärsii tästä typeryydestä)

Edelleen toivoisin edes kahvia maksutta, Air France osaltaan tarjoaa jopa pientä syötävää ja muuta juotavaa.
Koneen kapteeni ei kertonut mitään muuta lennosta kuin lähtiessä lennon kesto. Olisin halunnut tietoa esim lentoreitistä.
Lento oli lähes 3 tuntia myöhässä emmekä saaneet mitään tietoa mistään. Emme saaneet myöskään vouchereita.
Finnair arpoi edellisenä iltana check-in:ssä mieheni riville 29 ja minut riville 16 eikä näitä voinut muuttaa. Finnair rahastaa kaikesta, vaikka ei tietääkseni ole ’halpalentoyhtiö’. Mustikkamehumukillinen on ainut, mikä kuuluu hintaan. Menolennolla KLM tarjosi suolaisen ja makean välipalan kaikkine juomineen (kahvi, mehu, virvoitusjuoma, olut, viini). Kännykän voi ladata. For free.
Matkatavaratietomme puuttuivat järjestelmästä. Turhaa vaivaa moisesta asiasta. Valitin suoraan Finnairille.
Järjestelyt toimi oikein hyvin matkakumppanin boarding pass dokumentti katosi turvatarkastuksen jälkeen puhelimesta jokin spammi yritti latautua , mutta passilla koneeseen 😊 Kone ilmeisesti hiukan kovassa käytössä, istuin muhkurainen. Henkilökunta oikein palvelualtista ja ammattitaitoista ☺

Henkilökunnan ystävällisyys oli hyvää, mutta pienille reittilennoille Suomen sisällä olisi mukavaa saada pikku suolaista.
Friendly and professional crew
Kun Finnair ei tarjoa muuta kuin mehua ja vettä niin olisi mukavaa että edes voisi ostaa jotain vähän laadukkaampaa syötävää kuin nuudeleita!
Ilmainen kahvi olihan kiva. Lento myöhässä yli 2 h Hesan päässä odotettiin rappusia. Huh huh. On se vaikeeta!
Lähtö myöhästyi 55min. Oli lähellä että olisimme odottaneet 1,5h koneessa, mutta saivat uudelleenreitityksen.
Henkilökunta oli tosi ystävällistä ja muutenkin koko koneessa oli hyvin rauhallinen tunnelma. Tosin kone oli hyvin vajaa.
Ei mitään hyvää Finnairilla, ei edes ruokaa tai snackseja lennoilla. Ja lennot myöhässä, kuten tämäkin oli taas.

Jokin ongelma saapuessa jolloin bussikuljetus ja kävely toisesta päästä kenttää… kangasmaski käskettiin vaihtaa kesken lennon vaikka osa oli ilman saapuessakin koneeseen Lentolippujen kaivaminen oli haastavaa,sitten keksin liittää finskin appiin
Minulla oli aivan kova nälkä ja halusin ostaa lentokoneessa leivän mutta valitettavasti minä olen nuori enkä omista luottokorttia ja en saanut koneesta mitään koska normaali electron maksu kortti ei kelvannut eikä käteinen kelvannut..

The entertainment selection was great. I enjoyed the free beverage, but surprised no snack was given. Seats were a but right for a long haul flight.

Plussat: "Economy seat had enough leg room for me. I am 6ft 1in. Prefer their seating by row over groups."
Miinukset: "English announcements were difficult to understand ..at least it was in aft section. As advertised there was no free food."
Miinukset: "Icelandair does not hold any planes (even 15 minutes) if you’re plane got delayed. We had an hour and a half layover and were delayed so that we missed our flight by 5 minutes. They rarely have more than one flight to a city so many people had to stay over night (we got in at 7:30am). We were lucky to get a connecting flight to get to our destination 7 hours late. Icelandair is fine if you’re on time, but with delays you’re easily screwed out of making it to your destination."
Plussat: "The planes were clean and reasonably on time."
Miinukset: "No meals or even beverages were served us despite their explicit promises to the contrary..The plane changing procedure in Reykjavik was chaotic, with no formed lines, virtually no posted information and no airline or airport personnel to help. It was disgraceful!"
Plussat: "Pleasant flight attendants."
Miinukset: "Despite booking seats together, we were assigned separate seats and weren’t able to change them without paying a fee. Icelandair customer service line gave a recording that said they were too busy and hung up on me. I made contact through their website and got a response blaming the airport. The Boarding experience was nightmarish. Then once aboard we sat on the apron for over an hour waiting for bags to transfer. Plane was too hot."

Miinukset: "A delay in departure from bwi in combination with not nearly enough time to make transfer in ref (1hr), made for a stressful trip."

Miinukset: "The flight was over an hour late, and at least half the plane had connecting flights within a short time span. Despite that, the airline made next to no effort to load the plane quickly, communication about connecting flights was extremely poor. I literally would have made my original flight if the attendants had moved at even remotely a reasonable speed."
Miinukset: "There was no indication when I made the reservation that there were 2 types of economy fare. I had to pay 86 Euro extra per checked in case."
Plussat: "On time. Luggage arrived to destination."
Plussat: "The plane was large and spacious. Crew members were very nice and pleasant."
Miinukset: "No complimentary snack"
Miinukset: "I wasn't on their passenger list. Wi-Fi is expensive for how unreliable it is. Sometimes it works flawlessly, sometimes it doesn't work at all. They also lost my luggage. Overall, a very poor showing."
Miinukset: "When we arrived in Oslo and our bags didn't, we were surprised at how unhelpful the airline was at locating and delivering them. It took 4 days and a separate trip to the airport to retrieve them."
Plussat: "A passenger that I was going to sit with had an obvious head cold or flu. Due to my own medical recommendations, I calmly asked a flight crew member if I could change my seat. I was helped nicely, no big deal. Thank you So much!!"
Plussat: "Connecting flight on Finnair albeit from Oslo, Norway, delivered as promised. On time departure and arrival. What a relief. Too bad Icelandair ground ops did not get our luggage on board. No surprise there. Lost valuable vacation time and money tracing and recovering our possessions."
Miinukset: "From delayed departure from Dulles to hot airplane, cramped seating, minimum service, late arrival in Reykjavik and 19 hours of constant gate changes, nothing went right for the airline and the hundreds of frustrated passengers. Waited from 0730 Saturday to 0300 Sunday to continue to Helsinki. 5 unexplained flight delays and last minute gate changes before flight being cancelled and rescheduled. What has happened to Icelandair?"
Miinukset: "My final flight and I was going to finally get some food. Only to find that without a major debit or credit card that wasn't happening. I needed to pay for my breakfast and cash was not acceptable. In addition to a massive overflow of parents going through passport control and neatly missing my flight I was quite unhappy"
Plussat: "The staff was friendly and the plane was fine."
Miinukset: "Our flight was delayed by a little over an hour, however there was no communication with what was going on. We were just left standing there waiting. I find it always helps to let people know what the hold up is. It was a simple explanation that our plane had not arrived yet."
Plussat: "Thanks for offering food on a relatively short flight."

Plussat: "Kindness and flexibility of staff with health concern."
Plussat: "I took an Icelandair flight a few years ago and this time around I noticed that the entertainment system had been significantly upgraded. The food options were a bit better too. All for purchase online, but, actually, pretty reasonably priced compared to what buying a sandwich, for example, costs at a grocery store in downtown Reykjavík. Also, all the staff were friendly and helpful."
Miinukset: "The boarding process was interesting - because our flight was late getting in, I thought we would miss our connection but the passport control was quick and easy and then our flight left late so there was no need to rush"
Plussat: "Our flight was delayed and our layover time was only 1 hour but our connecting flight was held ."

Miinukset: "The baggage check was a problem. Self check is at Keflavik airport is required. After printing the self check tags all of the baggage drop point systems failed for about 30 minutes. After repeated re-boots the systems would work intermittently. Initial check in to the gate took about 90 minutes."

Plussat: "The entertainment offerings were excellent. The complimentary drinks were also appreciated."
Miinukset: "Perhaps it's an industry-wide trend, but the flights are expensive enough to include meals; having to pay extra for alcohol is reasonable, but charging for a sandwich seems excessive. More troubling, however, is that I had to pay extra (a rather steep fee of 240 Euro) for my extra-heavy luggage, and the airline lost my bag. This fee, at the very least, should be reimbursed."

Miinukset: "When I made the reservation the code indicated that we would be able to purchase food on the flight. When I asked, the flight attendant said, nope, only choice is a pack of two cookies. We were starving on the 3.5 hour flight."

Miinukset: "Too often the video screen I’m given doesn’t charge up and it has to be replaced mid flight. This happened again during this flight when 2 screens didn’t charge and had to be replaced before the movie ended. The crew was helpful, but this problem is annoying."

Plussat: "The only good thing on that plane was the crew. We where grounded in board for three hours because of a water leak in the kitchen... My seat had a hole were the ashtray used to be filled with garbage, the tray was filthy when I pulled it open, the overhead light didn't work"

Miinukset: "WiFi was not gogo; entertainment system didn’t work - no audio. They rebooted it multiple times but it would not work. No compensation was offered and the entertainment in the app did not work either."

Me in the recent trip where a multi flight journey the first leg my luggage was fine to get in board, the second flight it was tagged as too big. I've seen massive pieces of luggage go through no problem and then a random person is stopped to have their bags checked in."

Miinukset: "Lost the flight because of TSA who didn’t care I was missing the flight and gate personnel who didn’t allow me to get on board while the jet was still there. A nightmare and my luggages are still somewhere..."

Miinukset: "AA is now trying to save money (presumably) by doing like Delta: forcing half of us to connect in Charlotte. Unfortunately, the Charlotte airport is not ready to accommodate so many people. The airport looks like it is being renovated, which is fine, but there is no tape/cones to mark off the renovated areas from the walkways. You literally walk through dirt and construction sites. I didn't even think that was legal in the US?! Anyway, maybe it will be worth it once the renovations are complete, especially if AA is going to use it as a hub."

Miinukset: "I made the reservation without knowing that Americans airlines has a boarding number 9 where you are NOT allowed any carry on. Awful lesson. You are given the worst seat and you cannot store any thing in the overhead compartment. Or there make you pay $60.."
Plussat: "Boarding was fast and smooth. The flight was great, seat was comfortable."
Miinukset: "Inadequate overhead baggage space."
Plussat: "Crew and actual flight were great but something was broken on the rear air conditioning unit. It was a full flight and 86F in Dallas and 77F in Columbia. I was seated in rear of the plane very very hot with all the people on the plane. I felt it was difficult to breath once we were on the ground in como. We were at the gate and everyone stood up to get off but the doors remained closed for awhile. It seemed to get even hotter."

Plussat: "The crew were wonderful! Everyone was polite and accommodating. The entertainment available was on point. The food was both tasty and offered often."
Miinukset: "The seat were ok. There was not enough legroom, but honestly no airline has enough unless its business of first class. The Wi-Fi availability was misleading, though it did not advertise that it was free."

Miinukset: "Plane was delayed due to a mechanical in Charlotte (Old USAir Airbus) then ground stop due to weather after it finally got to Baltimore. Loaded us up and then deplaned us. They brought out water and sodas while we waited. Then reboarded and got into Charlotte about three hours late. Lots of very unhappy people. They passed out 800 numbers to rebook. A lot of people missed connections."
Plussat: "Crew was as communicative as possible about the delay process. Answered questions and suggested solutions for travelers who were affected by the delay."
Miinukset: "The maintenance crew delayed the flight by over an hour because they were not able to get a technician to the plane until an hour after the scheduled takeoff time."
Plussat: "I didn't fly through Charlotte on my way home. I went through Philadelphia which was shorter."
Plussat: "Everything was perfect."
Miinukset: "The worst airline. Poor customer setvice and every single fligt was delayed and they offered nothing."
Plussat: "The flight was cancelled and they refused to pay for my hotel and food. They finally paid for the hotel but not food."

Miinukset: "Gate in Miami wasn't ready and we sat for 45 minutes until they opened a gate for us to deplane. Ridiculous."
