Miinukset: "My original flight was cancelled and I could only be booked onto one the following day, causing me to miss a good portion of my dear friend's wedding festivities. I am pretty bummed to have paid the amount for a Friday flight only to be able to arrive on Saturday."
Miinukset: "Sat on the ramp for an hour with no A/C, no water. Jaded crew. Not good overall."
Miinukset: "Our extra legroom premium seats didn’t feel like we had much more room. No TVs, WiFi that didn’t work...left a lot to be desired. I know the standards are pretty low in the US compared to other countries, but for a plane that seemed relatively new, the lack of standard technology seemed cheap."
Miinukset: "British Airways is impossible to get in touch with! We had a 2 hour delays so I missed the connection from London to Edinburgh and now I can’t get ahold of an agent to inquire for standby. So instead I get to wait 9 hours for the next flight out."
Plussat: "More space in these seats than in other flights I’ve taken"
Plussat: "Nothing!!! This was a horrible flight experience!!! I will never use American Arilines again especially their Barcelona connections."
Miinukset: "I would never use American Airlines again. Horrible service at the check-in service at Barcelona Airport. I travel around the world for work and each year I fly to more than 12 international locations but never had a horrible experience like this. My carry-on bag is 21” carry-on bag that I traveled in more than 20 countries for the past 3 years but American Airlines staff members at the check insisted that my carry-on bag does not fit the FAA regulations and they threatened me multiple times when I protested their attitudes. I am an avid traveler and I know my rights as a traveler but the American Airlines staff members were extremely rude and insisted that I have to check-in my carry-on bag. The real issue was that regardless of the size of the carry-on bags, they were forcing almost all passengers to heck-in their carry-on bags a clear indication of money-making scheme. When I protested their attitude, they threatened me saying that I pose a security risk and that they would not check me in but I stabbed my grounded insinuated that my bag fits the FAA regulations. I booked this flight from Bristish Airways and this was a code shared flight, I called British Airways in December 22nd and confirmed the measurements of my carry-on bag but when I told American Airlines about the Bristish Airways, they told me “they don’t care, this American Airlines not British Airways”. It was humiliating, it was disrespectful, and it was unacceptable!!!! At the end, I removed one sweater from carry-on and the issue was resolved but after this experience, I will never never fly with American Airlines and never recommend anyone to use American Arilines especially their Barcelona flights and connections."

Miinukset: "Entertainment arm rest did not work, flight attendants we're not very attentive to used items left on tray s to pick up. Empy cans ad wrapper s say for 3 hours before being picked up. Middle rest room was left very dirty due to bad hygene of passengers."

Miinukset: "No food, no entertainment. We had to board by bus, not by the bridge. Old plane."
Plussat: "We got to our destination safely, and American provided us with extra legroom seats."
Miinukset: "Service was curt and there was only phone-based entertainment."
Plussat: "The counter attendant was helpful in changing our seats so could sit together."
Miinukset: "The flight attendant when first boarding was extremely rude. We had a bag we brought on three previous legs of our total travel which was considered by all of the other attendants as a personal item. This particular attendant very rudely informed us it was not, and we needed to check it. When we tried to explain the previous flights she responded with “I just explained this to the other passengers...it’s not allowed.” We didn’t argue, and gave the bag to the personnel in attendance, but the tone for the duration of the flight continued."

Miinukset: "For an obviously new aircraft the space between rows was horrendous. I am 5ft4in tall and when I sat down my knees touched the seat in front of me. When the passenger in front of me tilted his seat back I couldn’t even cross my legs! I like Qantas but I have learned to abhor American Airlines (which operated this flight), next time I will probably use Air New Zealand purely because of the seat situation."
Plussat: "As usual, the Cathay Pacific staff were awesome and very professional. Never hesitated to serve the passengers with infants/kids and elderly people. My overall experience was great!! Thank you to all staff!!"
Miinukset: "I'm petite 5 ft 2. 120 pounds but felt Not enough leg room too cramped. Otherwise was good on time and good choices of movies and food"

Miinukset: "Flight was delayed 2 hours, then moved to the next morning at 6am. Before we got to the hotel, the flight was pushed back to 8am. All for mechanical reasons. We've flown this route before, and have had an abnormally high number of mechanical issues. They seem to use older planes for these shorter flights, and it really shows. Technology could really help ease these situations. American's app does not allow you to look at rebooking options, so we had to stand in line for a solid 30 minutes to speak to an agent. Since it was the last flight of the night, there were only 3 agents there to help an entire plane's worth of people. Calling American didn't help. They couldn't help with hotel/food vouchers. These types of vouchers seem like something else that could be distributed through the app or electronically, eliminating the need to stand in line and grow increasingly frustrated. To add to the fun, the vouchers were not event enough to get a hot dog and drink for dinner, then a coffee and pastry for breakfast. Once we got the vouchers, trying to get to the hotel was a disaster. They had 1 van, so they could get about 10 people every 30 minutes. We just took and Uber, and were eating in the restaurant by the time others were still arriving from the shuttle. There was no one from American there to help coordinate with the hotel or shuttle. We were like blind sheep wandering around looking for the van. Finally, arrive for the flight the next day, and they start boarding about 10 minutes before the 8am takeoff time. So, of course, we were late getting off the ground. Then, when we arrived in Dallas, our gate was occupied by another plane, so we got to sit on an old plane for an extra 30 minutes until another gate opened up for us. Really, other than crashing, not much else could have gone wrong. Made American look completely incompetent...which is happening more the more we use them. Next time, I'll pay a higher fare to fly with Southwest."
Plussat: "My flight wasn't completely full, so I had a row to myself. The pilot was excellent; takeoff and landing were very smooth."
Miinukset: "I had to gate check my luggage because of the small plane size. Had I had a shorter layover this could have caused an issue for me."
Miinukset: "Cramped seating, uncomfortable cabin temperature, very hard/jolting landing"
Plussat: "Schedule was punctual. The entertainment was superb. Good crew. The overhead bins were, for some reason, larger which aided the boarding process."
Miinukset: "I guess the lack of snack options but that is just the way it is nowadays."

Miinukset: "Informed VERY late that flight was delayed. Kept on being told a different time and then the flight was further delayed! Over 3 hours delayed. No movie on the flight."

Miinukset: "The flight was not cheap and when I went to select my seat, it revealed that to not sit in the middle row would cost me an extra $60 each way. A bit much on the misc charges folks."
Miinukset: "I am so tired of people reclining back in my lap. It has happened for the last 3 times I have flown. The last flight the man reclined before we even took off and he was not instructed to put his seat up. There is no room for the tray table when the person reclines in front of you. I am sick of looking at fat bald heads during the entire flight. Wifi also sucks."
Plussat: "Everything was fine except it was inexplicably late!"
Miinukset: "It was over 30mins late for no reason!"
Miinukset: "Swapping swapping from Liberia Airlines to American to British Airways makes it very very hard to go terminal to terminal"
Plussat: "Nothing in particular."
Miinukset: "The 10:50 PM flight was delayed beyond midnight with no prior indication. The reason given was the flight from Dallas delayed due to weather. This looks childish. Why not pay for inconvenience. Is our time and hardship so invaluable?"
Plussat: "The seats were comfortable and big enough for large people. That crew and flight were on time and pleasant."
Miinukset: "I called to change my flight and the charge was outrageous. I fly often and other airlines have made changes with low fees. The the man on the phone with me was hard to understand because of his accent and was rude."
Plussat: "Overall great flight and great service. No complaints!"
