Air Canada was late arriving so I raced through the airport, pushing my mother in a wheelchair. We got to the gate while the passengers were still boarding but were denied because Air Canada already rebooked us. We were told we had to stay with our bags. They rebooked us through London, not directly to Munich. That flight was also very late so we had to rebook in London and arrived in Munich hours later than planned. Our bags never arrived. I had to go buy some clothes quickly. My bag was found in lost and found 2 days later when we flew out of Munich and my mothers was sent onto London where we are currently visiting. If we had not arrived at the Munich airport 5 hours early for our flight we would not have been able to get to lost and found to get my bag. Lufthansa agents at the counter where we had to get a pass to go through security to get to lost and found were unfriendly and treated us as if we were a bother to them. It’s not our fault we had to go find our bag. This all caused a lot of stress for us and a much longer travel time.
The flight was cancelled…no notification…!!!
We connected to this flight very late, in fact at departure time. We were last to board. The crew was very empathetic and welcoming. The plane was impeccable. We flew economy, so it was a bit cramped. We were served a snack that was more than expected these days. All in all a good experience.
The flight was half an hour late, which is the new normal in Europe. Friendly crew.
My bag was delayed as of now by one day, maybe more. Besides, the flight was delayed by one and a half hours.
One flight attendant was amazing, 1st class although she wasn't even in business class. Somehow felt others were tired or mind somewhere else, so not really good service. Choice of food was basic, but good choice of drinks. Plane was comfortable and I think pilot was a woman, which is a nice change. Excellent that there are dividers in the middle seat in business class. Corona restriction rules, like mask wearing rules is extremely wise. Other airlines removed it, but I like better your choice better. Feels safer.
I was not able to board because United Airlines from Richmond (RIC) doesn't know their own policies. I was denied a boarding pass for not have registered on a Kuwait website but US Military is exempt, which is expressed on United's website. Will need a new, fully funded ticket, not at my expense.

She is an old woman who gets lost and I had to order assistance for her, in Washington DC they opened her bags after that they lost the bags, she had medication on them and it was a nightmare to get them back. Im really upset and I don’t think That I’m going to book with this aero line again."

There was a delay - weather + French strike. Pilot was helpful/informative, flight crew was nice but simply talking loudly in galley and not communicating at all. No preflight water or drink even though delayed.
Food and service were excellent. Some of the crew were wonderful.

It was so helpful to be able to board the plane front and back. It makes it so much faster. It was also helpful announcements were made in French and English. I cannot thing of anything that would have made that short flight better.

Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."

My carry-on weighted only 5 kilos. I was extremely upset the way I was treated w/ the boarding agent behind the counter in Prague. On the top of that, her and the supervisor were very rude to my mom as they told her she had an extra carry-on which wasn’t the case. She traveled w/ a small briefcase where her mask for sleep apnea was. This is not considered an additional carry-on. The boarding agent (Czech lady and her supervisor) were not only rude but obviously lacked knowledge as well. My carry-on suitcase would easily fit in the overhead bin plus there was plenty of space inside the plane as it the flight wasn’t completely full."

I didn't eat as I tried to sleep byt narrow seats meant being woken constantly by fidgety neighbour. Fortunately the plane made up most of the lost time and I got my next Air France flight. Miinukset: "2 crew members, one named Terri were quite rude and short with us. I even heard her say she was ready to get off the flight. She also asked everyone around me if they liked their flight but did not ask me. She basically threw my coffee condiments at me and dismissed my concerns about the food. I was unsure if the fruit was expired and she quickly dismissed my question without any real explanation."

My luggage was lost during this connecting flight for nearly my ENTIRE 2 week stay in europe, this issue no doubt instigated by my original flight being delayed 6hrs I did not pack my "personal item" with anything of consequence, I had to buy CLOTHES & TOILETRIES TO LAST ME 2 WEEKS
We were informed that the plane "ran out of overhead bin space" halfway through boarding, and the rest of the passengers not yet boarded would have to check their bags, even if there were carry-on size. There were at least a few of us that were going overseas, with a good chance that checked luggage would get lost in multiple plane transitions. It was very frustrating to board the plane and realize that there were several bins completely empty and plenty of space for at least several suitcases. The staff just shrugged their shoulders and said "there's nothing we can do about it." As predicted, my husband and I arrived in Edinburgh without luggage and did not recover our bags for 3 days. Had we been allowed to bring our carry on luggage, this situation could have been avoided, as the remainder of our flights had plenty of bin space.
Fly was delayed and we missed connection flight. Connection flight was rescheduled and that flight got delayed for more then hour

I booked my flight through Kayak. I was not able to make the flight. I sent my passport in for renewal 7 weeks ago. I still have not received it. I couldn't rebook because I didn't know when or if I would even receive it. That would of cost me a extra $500. So I asked for a refund or voucher to book at a later date. I only was able to recover $90 of the $1000 I spent on my flight. How would you feel?

They have made the seats even narrower and tighter fore. Like paying someone a lot of money to torture you. Tall people—don’t mean NBA— can’t scoot down so there’s no seat to support neck. We got sore necks and no sleep. The aisles so narrow now flight attendants are hitting people’s shoulders all the time, spilled hot coffee on me. They probably have bruises. Airlines guilty of human rights violations.
The flight was on time. The flight was rough/ choppy so there was no beverage service. The could of offered bottled water and the cookie or pretzels. Not customer oriented. Cleveland -Anerican Airlines needs to reorganize/ layout their incoming boarding pass and ticketing/bag tag area with a separate customer service area for flight cancelations. It is a cluster! Someone should video tape and send to the funniest video program.
The plane was very late arriving at the gate which made me miss my connecting flight which made me miss my shuttle. I’m very upset and will be calling American Airlines
It was three hours delayed. If they knew people were delayed from other planes they shouldn’t have boarded us yet. We spent two hours just waiting on the plane
Bumpy nearly the entire way.
Miinukset: "My eyes were watering and my nose was itchy for the entire flight and I had to hold back sneezes and I think there was something in the air on the plane that was causing this to happen. I was double-masking and I do not have allergies. I wonder if it had to do with the chemicals used to disinfect the plane between flights? I was not very comfortable, to say the least. Everything else was great, though, but I don’t think I will be flying again anytime soon."
Plussat: "A crew member saw me struggling to walk and offered a wheelchair, explained to me that I would be met with one throughout my trip. Her name was Donna!! Problem occurred when we got to Dallas."
Miinukset: "Instead of circling in the sky, they could have had the pilot take the alternate route he eventually took anyway, in the first place. My family and I still don’t know if we’re going to get a flight to El Paso/ stand by. So much 4 seeing my armyson before he deploys, recipient time waisted over bad decisions on to of everything else, entitled woman on the plane insults me on the lane for no reason. The crew was amazing though."

Plussat: "Standard AA domestic flight. Once we were boarded and underway, things were fine. Crew was friendly, the aircraft was cleaned on the turn from the prior flight, and we didn't sit on the tarmac too long when arriving at DFW. Normal operations for AA domestic."
Miinukset: "Unfortunately, normal operations for AA domestic means boarding 20-30 minutes late, which delayed the arrival a bit. In general, AA could provide more accurate updates and boarding information for their flights. For example, if the inbound aircraft arrives at the time my flight should be boarding, I want to see an updated departure time, rather than maintaining the "on time" status right up until five minutes before the new boarding time. Generally it takes 25-30 minutes to turn the plane for the next outbound flight."
Miinukset: "Mechanical problems deejays the flight and I missed my connection. Uncomfortable seats."

Spend 10HOURS on the phone to get on scheduled plane. BA made wrong date and was send in circles. 11houts before flight I bought different tickets to get back on time to LAX. No help from Finnair, British Airways and Kayak. Had so much stress and insanity from representatives about my flight. Kayak MUST have 24 hours live person. Was calling from Vilnius and getting machine from noon until 6pm, Vilnius time. Does Kayak knows calling rates!!! This was WORST experience ever!!!

The crew and pilots were excellent. Short trips (Cairo-London) were not as good. OK no drinks and no food could be understood, but crew pass with the drink bar for a long time that moms with their kids crying bec they couldn’t reach the toilets and crew concentrating more on purchase looked far from quality assurance😭

I loved the FinnAir blueberry juice
Flight was delayed and they didn’t have any vegetarian meal options. You had to reserve online for a vegetarian meal. On other airlines you don’t have to reserve your meal restrictions. I was left starving the whole flight because they only had one meal option which was meat.
Useless Got delayed because we were waiting for the cabin crew to arrive to board the plane
The seats in the Airbus flight from JFK to HEL were a bit uncomfortable. The layover in Helsinki airport was boring because there were no stores open in the terminal and there was almost nothing to do for 3 hours.
Miinukset: "The flight from London to Miami was great! The one from Miami to Las Vegas was awful. No seat-back entertainment screens, not power outlets so you could watch on your own device, one bottle of water for a five hour flight, and ride, inattentive cabin crew. I should point out that while I booked through BA, both flights were operated by American Airlines."

Miinukset: "Distance between seats on the low side i.e. not much leg room. TV screen again on the small size in comparison with other airlines. Ear phones poor build quality and sound. Plastic cutlery. Small meal trays. No hand wipes with meals. In comparison with other airlines BA is only an average carrier."

Plussat: "To be honest, I liked that some of the flight attendants were friendly. Honestly, all but Nicola were nice and friendly. Nicola was the only rude one. So rude that I took note of her name for such a review like this :). I also liked that we got to our destination safely."
Miinukset: "Flight was delayed almost 3 hours total. The first 45 minutes we were in the airport and they said they were delayed because of an engineering issue which was fine. They then stated that they resolved it and had us board the plane.... ten minutes later the pilot states that the same engineering issue is still being worked on and it'll be about another ten minutes. Well... TWO HOURS after being trapped on the plane and told repeatedly "it'll be another 10-15 minutes" ,we finally took off. The food was subpar, most of the airline staff was polite save for one gentleman at the gate who made a sarcastic comment to me about them trying to board quickly when I couldn't find my passport (after making us wait 45 minutes... then another 2 hours... yeah board quickly for what?). And the flight attendant Nicola was incredibly rude and appeared to condescend to some passengers in various ways. That 3 hour delay ended up costing me my connecting flight and I was booked on an overcrowded flight leaving 4 hours later and that was also delayed almost another hour (surprise!). My first day of vacation, I basically lost my whole first day as I arrived 8 hours after I was meant to because of delays by B.A."

Plussat: "Flight from Delhi got delayed thus missed connection to Montreal . Put on flight to JKF - Montreal , which didn’t made any sense as we live in USA . Thus requested to be placed on flight JFK- BTV. Then that flight was missed by 5-10 mins , plane was still attached to gait as we reach at gait & it was 2240 pm & flight time was 2250. So spend the night At airport floor with two kids & seven people total in party . No compensation was given at all . BA is the only carrier that charge money to pick up seat assignment in advance more 24 hrs ."

Plussat: "So the 777 WTP is definitely more comfortable than the 787. Much better than the Beijing leg outbound. Entertainment option also improved as outbound they hadn’t changed since August."
Miinukset: "Dining options in WTP poor with breakfast being a major fail. English was potatoes, spinach, beans and mushrooms. Alternative was the same but with a slice of tomato replacing the beans and spinach. Inedible."
Miinukset: "I know it’s not the fault of this flight, but some idiot decided to check in for their flight, check a bag, and not get on the plane. They had to get their bag off the plane, and it delayed us an hour. We missed our connecting flight in London. Had to spend the night. Not happy!"

Miinukset: "The TVs in our row went dead 2.5 hrs into the flight. I have a 2.5 year Old traveling with me, this was a challenge to maintain sanity for another 7 hours. Additionally the lunatic behind me didn’t know how to get out of her seat or eat or let her neighbor out when my seat was reclined. She also got up out of he seat during taxi causing the flight attendants to get up to address her."

Plussat: "Punctual arrival. Vacant seats between myself and another aisle passenger in the center section provided additional comfort and privacy. Lots of attention from cabin crew."
Miinukset: "I received no information from British Airways! Luckily someone saw that all flights on BA had been canceled. This is the second time this has happened with British Airways. They have zero customer service and terrible communication."
Plussat: "The cabin crew, as always, were unfailing patient and polite and as helpful as they could be. Given the situation with the IT problem at BA, it was amazing that we were scheduled, and took off on time and arrived in Tel Aviv on time. Congratulations to all!"
Miinukset: "We were at the back of the plane, which was pretty difficult for my 6'6" husband and his long legs. We were told every seat was full (because of the IT problem). However, after takeoff it became apparent that there were some empty seats, but they weren't offered to us. One man was asleep across three exit row seats, for example. We had two seats in a three seat row, which would have given us a bit more room, but a woman was moved to the window seat with us, to accommodate a religious man who didn't want to sit next to her. She was very nice, but the whole situation was annoying and distasteful. And, unfortunately, the food was just as bad as our last flight."

Miinukset: "Made me go in economy class que to enter the aircraft inspite of I having paid the 3 times more expensive business class ticket. Business class seats were too small and uncomfortable compared to the other airlines. Loos and facilities were not in accordance compared to the other airlines."

Miinukset: "I was offered free tap water. No way to treat passengers."

Miinukset: "We races to get to the plane from connecting flight that was late getting in. Then we sat on the plane 2+ hours duew to tire needing replaced, then the air was not working so it was terribly hot and stuffy, then the movie system was not working. Wish we could have gotten off plane during delay. Long flight to begin with, sitting for 2 extra hours was not fun. With all that being said, I am glad they took care of the issues and that our safety was first. Once we got in the air, a very good flight!"
