Miinukset: "We were not allowed to board our connecting flight and are stranded currently at the Istanbul airport and had to book our next flight with indigo as the staff closed the boarding ahead of time even though we were on time. Lot of shouting and crying by other passengers happening for the same reason."
Plussat: "Food! Service!"
Plussat: "I highly appreciated the kind care of all the staff in the plane; especially the great selection of food. Thank you very much! For a plane it was really 5 * service."
Miinukset: "the correspondence between the staff. On my way to New York, I was brought to the lounge to wait until my boarding will start but nobody picked me up as promised, so I had to walk the way. I needed a wheel chair as well on my way back, extra ordered it at the check in, they said it is noted in the system. But nobody was there to pick me up. When I finally found someone, I was brought to a place, being asked to sit down and wait where I still had to pass stairs to come to the passport controll. From there noone picked me up, so I had to go my way alone with pain in my leg. I don't want to argue, I managed it even with pain but I wonder what happens with people if they cannot walk anymore at all. My advice would be that you work on to improve this service. We extra booked business class but this service was not worth being called business class."
Plussat: "The staff was kind and well spoken on the flight."
Miinukset: "The gate staff was not forthcoming with information and both of my flights were delayed by an hour and no one shared info with passengers."
Miinukset: "4 hour delay. Sitting on the runway with little communication from captain. Clueless flight attendants. We knew we would miss our connection and no one cared to help."
Plussat: "I have flown Turkish Air many times for the past 8 years and they are a solid airline. They have very good food for airplane food, and a decent entertainment center."
Miinukset: "Unfortunately they have moved away from their Exonomy Plus seats that were great and ample room, whereas now their seating in exonomy is very cramped. They also used to have nice amenities on long international flights like a hot towel and some Turkish Delight before takeoff and landing, but they no longer have that. And my biggest complaint is that they keep their planes unbearably hot most ost of the time. It’s by far the most frustrating thing when your cramped in their tiny spaces for 11 hours."

Plussat: "The business lounge in Istanbul, Turkey was 2 floors, full of food, drinks, place to sleep, shower and sleep. The staff was superpeb."
Miinukset: "A man in the business lounge took my home address and cell number and told me that I would get a complimentary ride home. But when I arrived at the Business counter at the Dulles International Airport, they informed that no such program is in place."

Plussat: "The Lounge at Istanbul airport is fantastic"
Miinukset: "Seating in Economy class is terrible. For tall persons like me it is a punshment to be squeazed in such a narrow space. Turkish airlines should add more space and comfort with their seating in Economy. Introduce a Premium Economy Class would solve that problem"

Miinukset: "There was a dispute about a seat assignment and the flight attendant stated that she did NOT have the authority to decide the outcome. One passenger was in another passengers seat and refused to leave because it was next to a relatives seat."
Plussat: "On time. Professional crew. Nice touch with the bags that had slippers, toothpaste etc. Great entertainment."
Miinukset: "Because of an accident, I could not walk and needed a wheelchair. Rome and O'Hare were great. Istanbul was a circus. Waited for over two hours for a wheelchair and almost missed my flight."
Plussat: "The flight attendants were helpful and did extra to make the experience more enjoyable. They served with warm and sincere smile. Service and food were good."
Miinukset: "Comfort seats are missed greatly. Boarding area and process should be revised/reviewed for improvement."

Miinukset: "The flight attendants took a very long time to hand out drinks and meals. The worst part of the flight though, was how long it took them to pick up the trays once people finished their meals. Numerous people had to bring their own trays up so that they could leave their seats and use the bathroom. There were also no drinks distributed between meals. The seats were extremely close together and leaned back very far so that space was extremely limited. It was extremely uncomfortable, unlike other Turkish Airlines flights I've taken."
Plussat: "Great food, great service and a wonderful experience in business class compared with most of the big European airlines. Will definitely fly again Turkish Airlines!"
Miinukset: "The business lounge in Istanbul was a great facility, but a little bit of upkeep will be a plus."
Miinukset: "The flight left early, without me. Instead of beginning boarding at the time printed on my ticket, like every other airline, boarding was completed and closed fifteen minutes before my ticket said they would start, so even though I was eight minutes early I was actually seven minutes too late. Turkish Airlines service desk took the evidence (my ticket) and then refused to rebook me, forcing me to pay $600 for a new flight and for a visa to Turkey just so I could exit through security to book & pay for it. They will not be getting any more of my business in the future!"
Plussat: "Seatback entertaininment options were amazing. Food wasn't always designed for the American palette, but most of it was pretty good, and they put a good effort into it, unlike US carriers. Flight attendants were great. Boarding was organized and smooth."
Miinukset: "It's just hard to make a 14 hour flight in economy comfortable. Another inch or two of space would have helped, but I understand the tradeoffs involved in that. Baggage collection at IAH took about 30 minutes, but that may have been the airport's fault and not the airline's."
Miinukset: "Try to improve the departing time, this flight from Mazar usually departs late."
Plussat: "My wife says when liked Turkish airlines staff more than her travel on other airlines. She is very happy with her flight."

Miinukset: "Rows are too close, with my knees pressed against the seat in front of me. That is misery for the 10-hour flight from Chicago to Istanbul. We had a much better experience when we flew Turkish Airlines a few years ago. Sad!"

Miinukset: "Well our flight wasn't until 4:30 am and we couldn't go into the airport until 1am. So we were sitting outside in the heat for 8 hours until they would let us in."

Plussat: "The seats were comfortable and service was great. They have entertainment options, and working plugs so I could charge my laptop (I often end up with one that doesn't work on other airlines). Would definitely fly Turkish again."
Miinukset: "I requested vegetarian meals, and they were all vegan. Not a big problem, but would have liked some butter for my dinner roll."
Plussat: "NOTHING, NOTHING, NOTHING, NOTHING, NOTHING, NOTHING, NOTHING AND NOTHING!!!!!"
Miinukset: "The company I work for has change our travel policies. We are to avoid any connections to and from Turkey. I was not able to catch this flight. I called to see if I could receive a voucher or refund on my unused return trip, due to the military coup. I was told NO! This country should be avoided during this time."

Plussat: "For real. Excellent meals, roomy seats, great selection of movies, and the care package thing? I'm STILL wearing the slippers."

Plussat: "The crew is awesome, very friendly and take good care of the passengers . The food is tasty and good coices of drinks! One of the best pilots!!"

Plussat: "I love flying turkish, Everything was just great. But not the baggage handling service!!!"
Miinukset: "The baggage handling was Horrible just horrible! my Suitcase came back to me broken! it look like someone grabbed a knife to it and slammed it with a wreaking ball!!! Rips all over it as well the hand rail Wont pullout of its casing!!! It was Perfect when I left my starting destination."
Plussat: "Great food and movie selection"
Plussat: "It was just a flight. Nothing to rave about. Just a typical up and over flight. The flight left Athens over an hour late and got to Brussels almost 90mins late."
Miinukset: "We weren't offered complimentary beverage service. They did a beverage service for paid drinks and that took well over an hour. We were only given a simple single piece of chocolate while waiting to take off"
Miinukset: "Maybe the entertainment choices"
Plussat: "This flight was eventually cancelled and the rating is solely on the ground experience. EuroWings could not have done anything worse. The process took from 10:30am upon arrival in Dusseldorf til 11:00pm when we were told the counter closed at 10pm and nothing could be done till next day."
Miinukset: "Have representatives on the ground and make public announcements about the progress, next steps, help offered and steps that need to be taken. The info was sparse and had to be gotten on an individual basis. Nothing was coordinated or communicated and every step had to be done WITHOUT HELP."
Plussat: "Seat reclined far back"
Miinukset: "Entertainment limited, esp. when you consider passengers may have two or more legs on Brussels Airlines flights Boarding chaotic Some of the crew were rude/ dismissive of African or African-presenting passengers No blankets were passed out, despite the cold temperature on the plane. My bag was lost"

Plussat: "The flight attendants were wonderful and the movies and space for the kids was great!"

Miinukset: "The entaertainment system, TV , movies etc, wasn’t working and they tried and tried but couldn’t get it to work. Not a common occurrence I am sure."
Plussat: "The personnel AFTER passport control was wonderful, both airport and United. Passport control workers failed to recognize or help move us through to be able to board in time while they allowed other passengers to go ahead who had same departure. Plane waited 30 mins past take off for us."
Miinukset: "Brussels airport staff at pass control needed to acknowledge departure concerns to prevent plane delay of takeoff. Many passengers missed their connection in Chicago because of our delay boarding due to pass control wait and lack of help."
Plussat: "cheap ticket"

Miinukset: "Late boarding, had to check the bag, had to wait forever when landed in the plane"
Plussat: "The actual boarding functioned ok and despite a late departure we got to Brussels ok. They also announced our boarding gates which helped."
Miinukset: "The check in was shockingly bad. I had pre-checked in, but that did not help. I got put in a line for people who had not checked in. It was not possible to ask to be in the right line. Most of the people behind me were moved to another line while we waited for 30 minutes. When I mentioned the ground crew, who had long conversations with the people checking in, he said it was not their fault at all. It was not impressive."

Plussat: "The crew was kind and respectful. The flight was on time and the food was OK."

Plussat: "The rest was ok"
Miinukset: "I came in 45 minutes before the departure time, but they said i was late. And i asked what can the solution, they said the solution is to cancel my ticket and buy a new one. And they cancelled my ticket, then I did not get any other choice than buy a new ticket at more than $700 just from Abidjan to New York. But some other airline companies, when you miss your flight they find a next one for you and you just pay the fee, but not to cancel your ticket. This last case can happen only if the traveller does not show up and doesn't call."
Miinukset: "Despite the fact that I reserved a window seat, I was assigned a seat in the middle of the center row. They also 'sanitized' the airplane twice after that closed the doors before take off. They walked up and down the aisle with aerosol spray cans. I don't think people should be subject to unknown chemicals in order for the airline to save time on cleaning the cabin before take off."

Miinukset: "All food for purchase. Not even complimentary nuts. All drinks are for purchase. Including water!!! 4 hours flight not a glass of water unless you pay 3 euro. No entertainment. No USB or electric outlets. Thanks for not charging for use of bathroom."
Miinukset: "Lost/Delayed Baggage My baggage is missing and this has cost me extra expenses and a lot of inconvenience."
Miinukset: "I'm very disappointed because i wasn't allowed to travel back to the US from Brussels (Belgium). i was supposed to connect in Toronto but because I'm a foreign student in the US, I wasn't aware that i needed a Canadian Visa to transit in Toronto. so lost my flight and i hard to spend another thousand euros to catch the next flight that will connect in the US territory. I made all the call possible to resolve my flight issue and no one could help me either Brussels airline personnel or the kayak customer service. until today i didnt have not even a email to let me know what happen."

Miinukset: "Very poor service at brussels airport. It took 15 minutes to connect the bridge and evenually we had to go down the stairs to take a bus that also took 15 min to start. We also left late frm malpensa due to late check-in but i thin rhe plane actually camw in late too."

Plussat: "The food and drinks were good."
Miinukset: "The flight left 50 minutes after it was scheduled to leave. We were sitting on the hot aircraft the entire time because the crew would not turn on the air. In addition, the host and his service was terrible. When I asked him for water, he told me that I could find it at the back of the flight and I should go get it myself. The other hostess on the other side was handing out waters to whoever needed it. When a passenger sitting next to me asked for a spoon to eat his meal, the host shrugged his shoulders and didn't come back with one. He was blatantly rude and ignored his passenger. We were also not given blankets on an 7-8 hour flight. It was only on request. People who had requested one were then asked to fold and return their blankets (they were not asked kindly) before landing. The selection of tv, music, and shows on board were terrible as well. Barely any selection. Needless to say, this was the worst service I have ever had on an airline."
Plussat: "Problem was, my luggage didn't arrive. I am now in front of lost and found desk, expecting it will come one of next days. My additional problem is, I am traveling on Wednesday in remote area by car and need desperately my luggage!"
Miinukset: "the cabin crew refused to serve any drinks until they served food and they were only serving front to rear, rather than front & rear to middle. as i was sat right at the rear of the plane it meant i didn't get anything to drink for 30-40 minutes. i thought delta were poor on that front but these guys were ridiculous. as for the food: i don't expect much from airlines but i don't consider cake & toblerone to make a breakfast, even if it was served with orange juice."
Miinukset: "The plane was changed and I was given a new seat on the last row without a window. When I complained I was told to move to a middle seat somewhere. In terms of service SN is like a low cost carrier. None."
Plussat: "Best business class for travel to and from Europe."
Miinukset: "No communication on what was the reason of the delay"
Plussat: "Flight from US was wonderful. Plane had everything you would want. Food was good and seats comfortable."
Miinukset: "Flight from Brussels to Kinshasa was different. It seems for the people of color, there was an old plane. My seat mate TV sCreek did not work. You could tell moldings on seat were very old. one bathroom had no soap, dispenser was broken. I hope this is not your pratice to use your older planes for those traveling to Africa. I will observe this as I travel back to Brussel and on to US."

Miinukset: "Staff did not allow access to lavatories when they were serving drinks and the long waits after were ridiculous"
Miinukset: "stuck between 2 overweight people with no possibility of moving because flight was fully booked."
Miinukset: "All of it. Missed an event because of their delay. An event I paid for."
Plussat: "Same crew was great"

Miinukset: "Awful boarding process, one person alone for all the passengers with another 3 around doing nothing, which caused the departure to take place more than an hour late"
Miinukset: "Departure delayed for unspecified reasons, most of the passengers like me had connecting flights and it was stressful"
Plussat: "We don't know. Ask our suitcases. They arrived in Venice and we were in Athens."
Miinukset: "The flight was canceled. I found out the day before my departure - the airlines didn't even contact me to let me know - and I never got reimbursed for the canceled flight. I had to purchase a $1500 new ticket to get back home in time. I wrote to the Brussels Airlines and they never addressed these complains."
Plussat: "Loved the entertainment options"

Plussat: "I liked that my seat was by the window and I saw the most beautiful sky in my life! And the seat next to me was empty so I was able to stretch my legs and even lay down to sleep. The crew was very attentive and knowledgeable. Food was very good, I was just glad that I was fed."
Miinukset: "The only thing I didn't like is that turbine was blocking my view but I wasn't a big of a deal at all. I was just happy that all that long flight I was sitting by the window and was able to see the sunrise."
Plussat: "Since this flight it not all that long it went well overall. The crew seemed good working together and were very organized and professional."
Miinukset: "airline seats will never be comfortable so that is always my biggest complaint."
