Miinukset: "Hard to think of something here...possibly better movie selection and having to bus from plane to terminal... But that's about it!"
Plussat: "Our flight was delayed due to lightning strike on arriving flight, we were transferred to non stop EVA Airline so we can get home and not need a connecting flight in Japan. JAL did all these arrangements without us requesting it. They also were very polite and got our luggage in time to be on the flight with us. JAL is truly a top airline in the world."

Plussat: "Crew members on board were very attentive and offered the best service in the most polite manner. Food was great. Great options and portion for lunch. Well respected brand for ice cream was served as dessert. A wide variety of overnight snack was provided for passenger's own selection. Breakfast was great with variety of food on the tray. Personal screen was modern and provided a great variety to keep me entertain during the very long flight. Seats are unexpectedly big and very comfortable together with functional well designed pockets beside the screen, where I could put my personal items. New and clean cabin."
Plussat: "JAL went above and beyond. The aircraft was very comfortable, temperature was near perfect.. Onboard entertainment was very good. Flight attendants were very friendly, very helpful. And with out a doubt, this was the best meal I have ever had in-flight."

Miinukset: "I laughed at the Brace For Impact illustration on the safety card. It was not possible for me to double over with my arms under my thighs. The seat ahead was too close. The headphones produced tinny sound, and the two-pronged plug precluded using my own."
Plussat: "The flight attendants were so nice and gave a gift to my wife and I when they found out we were traveling for our anniversary! Everyone was so respectful and the food service was awesome. We even flew economy and had a great time!"
Plussat: "When I checked in for my connecting flight from Tokyo Narita to New York, the crew said there was no more seat on economy class. She was making sure that I got on the plane by placing me on the premium economy seat. I appreciate the effort and the courtesy of JAL."

I liked the special touches such as the small snack and water bar available throughout the flight, and the breakfast Kumamon special. Clean bathrooms are very very appreciated."
Miinukset: "The only bad experience was when we were boarding, and I asked whether I could take a newspaper and the business class flight attendant snidely said that it was only for business class. I understand the comment, but her expression and tone were unnecessary."

The crew was very friendly and allowed us to sleep most of the flight --- I guess they figured that most of the travelers prefer to just sleep and not be disturbed during a 15-hour flight. There was a good selection of movies and shows to watch to pass the time. I liked that there was time to go on the city tour of Doha and that there is a counter at the airport for the city tour."
Miinukset: "My flight started in Kathmandu and the layover for the connecting flight from Doha to LAX was 12 hours. I hope Qatar can come up with a schedule that will reduce the layover down to less hours while still giving passengers time to go on the city tour, if they want to."
Plussat: "the staff were friendly and accomplished good travel nothing was too much for them."
Plussat: "I had a slight problem with my visa to the country of my final destination but the check in counter crew and management were very polite, helpful and most of all empathetic. Problem was resolved and, All's well that ends wel."

Good array of entertainment on offer but our flight was a 'sleeper' so after a fumble with the controls and the limited new releases, I opted to read instead. Seats are comfy and spacious, much wider than Emirates in the same class (who offer only an extra 1/2 inch width over economy). Amenity kit a quality piece that is both practical and useful."

Not sure we like the Dreamliner configuration and levels of comfort more than the 777 or Airbus offerings but it was fine."
Miinukset: "A couple on our flight decided it was OK to have their 4-year old run around the cabin shrieking and causing a lot of fuss. Most of us in the cabin complained but these parents were pathetically weak and elected to allow it to continue. No sleep... spoiled experience.. miserable flight in this respect. Terrible Business Lounge 'Aspire' in Gatwick; dirty and poorly equipped - not even Prosecco on offer without paying £5 for a small glass. Qatar should stop using this dreadful place. Crew seemed to have stopped referring to the passengers by name and offer a less-personalised service in Business than we have become accustomed to. The food choices while good, have been paired back as have the selection of wines."

Miinukset: "I requested a chicken meal and I told the steward that I would wait because he did not have anymore at that moment. He never came back until it was time to pick up trash. I proceeded to tell him I never got the main course, he apologized and told me that there was only an egg entree left. I went ahead and took it, then as a way to apologize he offered to get me a piece of fruit, a banana. I accepted but he never came back with it. It was not a big deal but I did not appreciate being offered something and then no follow up. Next time do not offer something and then not follow through."

Plussat: "I have shifted from shortest routes by flying through kuwait airways or pia to lahore just for comfort i have been customer of emirates but not anymore .."

Miinukset: "The flight attendant dropped a suitcase on my head when I was sleeping. I had terrible headache, nauseous, and dizzy with some really uncomfortable neck pain. The staff tried to get me to take medicines that I could not read for nauseous but I would not. They said they were prescribed by a doctor! What doctor. The flight was the longest worst ever! 14 hours - nothing to eat or drink! In addition, the head flight attendant said the baggage compartment over my head was a problem as it opens all the way down and bags fall easily out. The bag was easily 30 pounds and landed directly on my head. I suffered a concussion."

Miinukset: "Before our trip we called Kayak service desk with the request to reserve our seats. The answer obtained was that we should do it online. When we went online there were almost no more seats available so we decided to go to the check in counter in the airport. Although we were more than 3 hours in advance in the airport there were almost no seats available. We were very disappointed about this service, we never experienced this with any other airline companies..."
Plussat: "the flight was smooth, comfortable and a lot faster than DOHA - BOSTON."

Miinukset: "On the second leg, my first choice option was not available. Instead I was offered what appeared to be a lurid pink yogurt, coupled with fluorescent orange 'juice', together with the Indian vegetarian option. The accompanying 'muffin' appeared to consist of the following ingredients: flour, oil. Suffers from the "African flight's don't matter" syndrome when it comes to level of staff and entertainment. I was expecting better from Qatar - back to Emirates I go!"
Plussat: "The hotel stay was haven on earth. The ride from hotel to the airport was excellent."
Miinukset: "Nothing Everything was the best"
Miinukset: "Food quality - lot's of sugar in child meal. Entertainment system slow. We were forced to move the seats into upright position half an hour before landling on a night flight."
Plussat: "The price for the flight was very excellent. The entertainment was very good with the movie selections."
Miinukset: "In Bangkok, I've already checked in on line and all I have to do was drop off my bag and get a boarding pass. There was one to two person doing the checked in and it took about 40 minutes to get done, unacceptable. The lines for non on line check in went faster then the on-line and they have four times more people that was in the on-line checked in. In flight, the seat felt liked you're sitting on a rock after a couple of hours. I'm an aircraft mechanic who used to be a flyer with 7,000 flying hours."
Plussat: "The crew was very nice"
Miinukset: "Not that there is much to be done, but the passengers behind me had a small child and continued to ask me to move my seat and asked the flight attendant to ask me to move my seat up as well so that she and her grandson could have more room. However the gentleman in front of me had his seat back, so I was fairly uncomfortable for most of the 13 hour flight."
Miinukset: "Kayak/priceline re-booked my flight for my sister and I from SAA to BA, but failed to completely reissue us tickets. When we checked in for the flight, we had no ticket for the first leg of the flight, but we had tickets for the remaining flights. We immediately called to fix this problem, but due to slow customer service, we weren't issued tickets in time and the flight left without us. We missed all remaining connecting flights and were forced to buy New tickets. Now we have to work with kayak/priceline to get all my money back due to their error. We came back a day later than expected and missed going back to work."
Plussat: "Boarding and Seat comfort was good"
Miinukset: "Food quantity in each service was not sufficient. Food quality ok. Cabin baggage limit of 15 lb/7kg per bag is awfully inadequate that renders the standard cabin baggage useless"

Miinukset: "Lot of inconvenience for transit passengers, sitting area was closed, had to look around for a comfortable place to spend 4 hours."
Miinukset: "Not allowing water on the flight made it extremely long and unbearable."
Plussat: "The aircraft was perfect it self. The crew were nice"
Miinukset: "They changed my chiled seat twice and they couldnt find a place for both of us togetger."
Miinukset: "SAS had simply cancelled the flight and is effectively unreachable for the refund."

Plussat: "The SAS flight was fine. My dissatisfaction was with the company that booked my ticket which I found through a Kayak search. When booking, there was no information about luggage and I ended up paying for it at the airport. This should clearly be declared in the online booking process."
Miinukset: "Late departure for that most meaningless of excuses - the late arriving aircraft. And so late arriving at destination. On arrival at Berlin, there was also noone at the gate to allow us to leave the plane. All in all meant missing pickup time at the airport, and extra cost."

Miinukset: "They did not serve coffee in our table, the cabin crew were abrupt, almost rude, and in my opinion they can do better."
Plussat: "One crew member was particularly nice and personable."
Miinukset: "We waited an hour in the plane before take-off and after boarding, during which time the crew deliberately filled the cabin icecold air thick with the highly toxic fumes from the deicing. I got a headache from it. Throughout the process the entertainment units were disabled, when they could have helped distract passengers from this ordeal. The food was disgusting. When the Danish government has repatedly bailed out SAS, it would make a lot more sense for everyone involved to have higher quality Danish products on board for the meals, especially for such things as dairy products."
Miinukset: "Charged 70 Euros for one bag. Expected to pay something but thought that was a bit much. Plane could've been more neat."

Plussat: "There was nothing positive in this experience. Oh, the flight was safe and no one was injured?"
Miinukset: "Charged for checked bag on international flight. Late departure. Only food was a small cup of water on a 3+ hour, lunch time flight -- not even a bag of pretzels. Late arrival with short connection and flight attendant directed us to wrong gate. When we reached final destination, only one of two checked bags showed up."
Miinukset: "flight was delay for 30 mins. then another 30 mins because there are 15 passenger that miss their flight due to delay or there is not enough flight to transport them to Longyearbyen the next day. We are force to wait a total of more then a hour to board them and stuck on plane. And ofcuase when we landed. My SAS go luggage is last to come out because the late arrival passengers luggage all come out ahead. It is a most terrible experience I ever had with a SAS flight. Might as well consider flying norwegian airline!"
Miinukset: "We couldn't check in online because we had an infant in arms. So we tried to check in there. There were 3 different terrible queues. One to use the machines, one to check bags and another for special situations. We tried the machines, didn't work. A rep told us to go to the special situations line. There was a rep there that was trying to prevent people to getting into the line because it was sooo long (1+ hr). So we tied the machines again. Didn't work. So we convinced the guy to let us in the special line. It was nuts. We waited as our flight got closer and closer. Right when it looked like we might make the flight, one of the TWO reps left. When we finally made it, they said we wouldn't make the flight. We rebooked and had to pay extra. WORST travel experience ever."
Miinukset: "I was unable to check in over the mobile app nor online. Had to do everything at the ticket desk in both the US and overseas. Made me feel as though I didn't have a reservation in the system."
Miinukset: "When trying to board in Copenhagen there were some mishaps, but these were mainly caused by people ignoring signs along the way. They did not offer any complimentary snacks at all. Only one drink"

Miinukset: "There was a delay because of a software issue. They had to shift people around manually because of it. Baggage Fee was extremely high (> $50)"

Miinukset: "When purchasing the ticket there was no mentione that bagage was NOT included something which I assume when flying with an All Star airline. Ended up paying an extra 70 € for my luggage - not happy."
Plussat: "Checked in easily with the line moving quickly. Boarding was efficient for a full flight. Left on time and arrived early. Luggage beat me to the carousel. Please give Air Canada lessons!"
Plussat: "We got to sit in the emergency aisle so I can't complain about comfort. The staff was really friendly (although they were really rude on the way over 10 days earlier, so I guess we just got lucky with a nice crew for this one)."
Miinukset: "You only get one free non-alcoholic drink on this flight and that's really stingy for a 7+ hour a long haul. Drinks should be free on a long haul, especially non-alcoholic ones. There aren't any free small snacks like chips or peanuts. You have to pay for everything and the menu is exorbitantly over priced. It's a cheap and insulting customer strategy. They can save a few bucks in overhead on each customer this way, but they are losing money in the long run because I'll never book with them again due to their tawdry actions. I doubt I am alone."
Plussat: "Quick Flight"
Miinukset: "Just a long layover, but what are you going to do"
Miinukset: "Discovered that I would have to pay 70 euro for my bag check-in. Not fun at all."
Plussat: "Flight from Kirkenes to Oslo delayed, which meant the rest of the flights were unusable. New flights were booked in Oslo through Copenhagen, which only lengthened the original trip time by about 5 minutes."
Plussat: "The thoughtfulness and competency of the personnel. I needed wheelchair assistance and found that every was very attentive to my needs and very competent, especially the ones assigned to get me from place to place. Even in Rome, where we had to deplane on the tarmac, I had a young woman and a young man to assist me and they helped me in every way possible."
Miinukset: "I needed a gluten free meal and found it rather dry and unappetizing."
Plussat: "Short flight, friendly crew."
Miinukset: "I didn't not like the fact that I had to wait too long about 9hrs in Copenhagen. The intial transit time was about 3hrs but the flight schedule was changed resulting to about 9hrs wait at the airport. Thanks to the Service representative I was given 100 Denmark money for food. I was very tired and the 9hrs wait didn't help. Overall, the Service was good. Maybe this was a one off but I wish I knew. I was going to get some rest in a holtel."
Plussat: "Introduce meals even to economy class"
Plussat: "It was quick and on time and not very crowded. Nice crew."
Miinukset: "No snacks and no entairtainment."
Miinukset: "Unfriendly and rude desk help. Rude and insulting. United was a real disappointment. I will ask my travel agent to be in touch re screw up the economy plus seats. I had to pay extra for what our itinerant said had been booked. Mary, at the desk at C12 in Delles, she wouldn't give me her last name was unbelievably insulting and unhelpful."
Plussat: "A bottle of water along with the standard pillow and blanket at each seat. Never had a long line for the bathroom (dumb luck?)"

Miinukset: "Could use bigger movie selection"
Plussat: "Flight itself was fine, crew was pleasant, landing in Copenhagen was pleasant"
Miinukset: "We arrived at Berlin-Tegel two hours before our flight, as is generally recommended for air travel... to find that there was no one working to check us in to our flight, and no option for automated boarding passes. We had to wait for a half an hour before a desk attendant for SAS showed up to begin checking people in specifically for our flight. We were told by floor staff that desk staff usually don't even arrive until two hours before the flight they are supposed to check in. Then when they arrived we were told we had been waiting in the wrong line (priority) and had to get at the back of the regular line. There were no signs, so we had no way of knowing this. Then someone else told us one line was for if you already had your boarding pass, the other was for if you didn't: luckily we had chosen the right one, but a bunch of other people had to move again. One passenger mentioned to staff that it would really help if there were signs (there were monitors, but they were blank) but she was ignored. The line was massive and there was only one desk agent, so it took a long time. Anyway by the time we finally got through security we only had 20 minutes before boarding. I don't even know how everyone else behind us made it onto the flight, or if they did. At our gate there were literally ten seats in the waiting area. So of course everyone waiting for our flight was clustered around, standing awkwardly, and couldn't help blocking all the walkways. Then when we thought we were finally boarding the plane we just got onto a shuttle bus to go all the way across the airport to where our plane was waiting. Overall, pretty ridiculous. I have not flown out of Tegel before so I'm not sure how much of this fiasco was the airline's fault and how much was due to the airport itself. But we were very frustrated by the time we finally took off, and will probably avoid both (Tegel and SAS) in the future if at all possible."
Plussat: "Nothing honestly"
Miinukset: "My luggage was lost and SAS staff was the least helpful I've experienced from any airline. In fact, each employee was so uninterested in helping me that I went in a circle of speaking with 3 different representatives before being helped."
Plussat: "The automated kiosks made it ridiculously easy. Flying out of LAX can be a pain, but that went by so smoothly. I'm cheap and have become accustomed to Spirit airlines. So when I received free (decent) meals a complimentary bottle of water and a plethora of inflight entertainment."
Miinukset: "Not much talk from captain about local weather and time."
Miinukset: "SAS does not even offer wine with the meal, you have to pay for it. Additionally they have the strange policy that they give drinks at frost, that is ALL drinks, including the meal drinks, and then comes the meal about half an hour later. The do not offer ANY drinks with the meal."
