Worst experience, slow boarding due to bus transports, crew are rude and flight was delayed for more than 1 hr and nothing was offered during the wait. One of my worst flights.
Baggage services at JFK and onboarding/check in crew are not available or responsive.
Would have been good if we left on time. I understand that some delays cannot be helped but there was also a delay of my flight going home to Manila. These delays made me worry about whether or not I will make it to my connecting flight or do I have to just keep running again?
Everything was excellent, but at Philadelphia airport immigration service was poor, takes too long.
Not sure why everyone has to go through literally 7 different security check points (not Qatars fault) but besides that, everything went very smooth.
Good food, comfortable seating, excellent service, affordable air fares, professional/friendly crew. This was my first Qatar airways travel. Enjoyed the travel very much. I will choose Qatar airways for my future travel and recommend to my family and friends. Thank you for making my travel enjoyable.

Need more counters. Doha airport has majority of Indian national personell at check in and luggage checkins. They have to learn some manners and be polite with people. Meal trays laid on meal tables for hours after the passengers finished food. Flight attendants literally responded in over 30 min of call. I pressed special meals online before boarding. However, the flight attendants were not sure. They went back to kitchen to verify that and return with the ordered meal."

I and a random group of passengers were made to wait with no explanation AFTER our electronics were already cleared to go through yet another security check. They said we were selected for screening but all the other people they took before us were screened the exact same way. It was stressful and traumatizing to stand for 45 minutes with no clear explanation. The crew were clearly new at their job or ill trained. On top of that they consistently ran out of food they were serving and was forced to take the vegetarian option when it's not what I wanted. I could not wait to leave Doha and exit Qatar airways. I hated my experience traveling with Qatar. It was stressful and traumatic. I want a full refund. I will also be advising all my friends to never fly Qatar. It was the WORST!"

The crew worked with great pains within a difficult situation. The flight was delayed by an hour, full flight had dirty lavatories without water from the get go! One of the middle lavatories could not lock! This plane should have been better serviced by ground crew before it departed Doha! Infotainment system is confusing, keep it simple and add more up to date movies. Even then, I will still fly QR over all else."

I like that they respect that it is a night flight and serve the meal quickly so it can be dark for the whole flight and you can sleep as much as you can. Miinukset: "I don't like when they don't ask the person in front to move their chair up for the meal and the passengers have to ask each other. I don't like that they can't tell you the gate of your connecting flight and how long it will take to get you there - including if you will need to take a bus and the train. I think this could reduce a lot of anxiety. If they could do this, it would also be helpful to let people who have a connecting flight that is boarding in the next 30 mins off the plane first. This would save pushing and shoving in the aisles... and would also reduce anxiety about booking a flight with such a short layover."

Miinukset: "They supposed to provide Wheel chair for my elderly mother in Law who had a foot fracture, was very hard /painful to walk. I confirmed the wheelchair option well advance before her travel date in Qatar Airways Web site. I got the confirmation also in the Qatar Airways Web site. I usually fly with my family as I have a big family with couple of children and elderly. I will never fly Qatar again, this was the 1st and the last fly with Qatar airways."

Miinukset: "The first flight of my journey was delayed which made me late for my next two connecting flights. I arrived on vacation a day late. Paid for a hotel and activities that I never used. My bag arrived 5 days late. I had to buy clothes on a daily basis which ate up more time and fun money. The airline gave me nothing except empty promises and dismissive apologies."
The food was ok, but not great. The full meal was good, the sandwich late in the flight was not good. The seats needed to be pushed to the recline or upright positions, they would not move without forceful help.
I will not be leveraging Kayak again to book flights or hotels. My experience in trying to get an issue resolved was near impossible as I got bounced around from one company to the next; I called AA, Kayak, Iberia, ChatDeal and nobody was able to help me get checked in on my flight back home. It was only when I got to the AA checkin desk at the airport that they worked for an hour to get me checked in - AA in person customer support was amazing and they were able to correct for all the issues with this Kayak/Chatdeal booking. This booking was a mess - when I went through Kayak - I thought I was booking with British Air - then I got Iberia and AA - Iberia never even picked up the phone or called back - AA couldn't work with us at the onset b/c Iberia was the partner and they didn't have access to their records. Then I called ChatDeal and they told me that Iberia's servers have been down for over a week that's why the non response. Kayak booking with untrusted partners has led to a lost my trust and I will not be returning. However, I will be booking directly with AA again b/c of their customer support was great. Thanks for making such simple checkin processes so v. complex - never in my history with Kayak has this happened before and I will not let it happen again - by just not using you again.
Drinks offers are pathetic compared to other international flights.

When I did talk to someone found out I needed to have my passport validated by another Ryanair person and would have to leave the line. The person checking me in couldn't validate my passport, Really?? At every other airline the checkin person validates your passport."

Madrid barajas airport is an ordeal, Iberia needs to explain better that passport control happens when you get to terminal 4S on the tram AND then there are TWO more passport controls. then there isn't enough space for people to line up for the various groups, creating friction. Iberia just needs to be more organized."

My husband gave in but I did not since not having them would be disaster during this trip. His backpack and many bags from other customers came about 15 minutes after the rest of the luggage so we were a little panicked. Thankfully all turned out fine."

Miinukset: "I came with a friend. At first we were given 2 boarding passes, both with my name. We continued to security where they found the problem. We had to go back to the check-in counter and they reprinted boarding passes. This time names correct but both for the same seat. Only after a long while they were able to fix it. The Iberia crew barely spoke English. Overall - made mistakes, wasted a lot of our time."

Flight was on time and didn't do anything scary. I was lucky as my neighbour found another free seat so left me with more room."

Miinukset: "I am filing a complaint for my recent flight from Madrid to Chicago, IL on 2/26/17. During my flight, a five year old sat in front of me who was disruptive throughout the whole 9 hour flight. He was yelling and slamming on his tray table nonstop. This made it hard to sleep or relax on the flight. He was disruptive to everyone in the whole cabin. I tried to be patient, as it was a child, but when the child started climbing the seats of the row and kicking his legs in the aisle, I had to act. Not only was the child a hazard to the well being of the passengers of the flight, but he could have hurt himself. His parents did not seem to act on his behavior and did not speak my language so I was forced to approach the flight attendant in my cabin. I told the attendant, “N. Cara” as her name tag stated, how concerned I was with the child’s safety and how he was disrupting the flight experience of all the passengers on the flight. She was disgruntled as I was the third passenger to approach her. Instead of acting on the situation, she scolded me. In a rude and derogatory tone, she yelled at me claiming she couldn’t do anything and I should just move to a different seat. She yelled so loud she attracted the attention of all the passengers around. I am shocked and disappointed with the treatment and customer service I received from the crew on this flight. Furthermore, I recommend that the airline should ensure that their employees are competent enough to deal with situations where passenger’s safety are at risk. The fact that the crew member did not attempt to approach the child’s mother or address the situation at all was appalling. It should not be the customer’s responsibility to address disturbances or safety precautions on a flight. I do not think I was treated well on this flight and I am very unhappy with the services I received and paid a great amount of money for. I believe I should be compensated for the mistreatment I endured. This may have been the worst flight I have ever had and I do not plan on choosing Iberia Airlines ever again due to this experience."

Miinukset: "Snacks (breakfast or PM snack) Also this is the 3rd fly that I take in las 15 months and alwyas de plug on the seats are either damage or do not operate. 3 out of 3. Please conduct an assesment of your PM verification"
Miinukset: "I did not like having to go through security procedures twice nor in the long walks both at Gatwick, Madrid and, worst, the mess at Miami International airport mile long walk and shambles of a passport control"
Plussat: "Servicio excelente"

Miinukset: "Entertainment tv did not work. Needs a refresh."
Plussat: "It was the first flight on our trip (other than to and from US to Spain on American Airlines) where we boarded on a jetway. We're in our 70's, 80's and toting even carry-on luggage up and down the stairs was difficult."

Miinukset: "Absolutely no leg room , for a transatlantic flight this was terrible. Very uncomfortable seats and flight overall"
