In-plane staff was not at all helpful with our desire to get seats on the outside rows of our section."

I also paid extra to be in the exit row, to have people constantly congregating in front of us.The food was also mediocre."
Miinukset: "This airline charges for everything, and after you pay once, they try to charge you again, and again, and again (four different people tried to charge me 4 different times for my two checked bags). And they lost the record of my payment, so I had to show 4 times the Amex receipt showing that I had paid before. It took 45 minutes and 4 non receptive agents for me to get my luggage checked. British Airways is significantly better."

The bin was only big enough for 1 backpack. 2 of the 3 of us in that row had to go 2 rows back to store our luggage. This is very inconvenient when deboarding because I have to wait for many others to pass before I get a chance to walk towards the back of the plane to get my luggage."

Flight kept getting delayed then we had a gate change as well. Finally got on the plane and it took forever to take off so we were basically sitting in a sauna for 30+ minutes."

There was plenty of room, I had breakable stuff in my luggage, didn´t get the chance to choose. No entertainment AT ALL. Confort: no leg space at all. Not an AirFrance plane, subcontracted. Plussat: "Wheel chair service at LAX is run by the airport. Their priority is to get you to your flight, not to a VIP room regardless of how early you check in."

Would have been better to spend that time in the terminal and given credits to buy food, etc. My seat was a regular seat (non exit) and the seat did not recline properly, the USB drive was broken, overall the plane felt unmaintained. The crew was friendly and food was good but I felt not enough was done to accommodate the extra hours we had to wait on the plane."

Miinukset: "I know it’s not the fault of this flight, but some idiot decided to check in for their flight, check a bag, and not get on the plane. They had to get their bag off the plane, and it delayed us an hour. We missed our connecting flight in London. Had to spend the night. Not happy!"

They are NOT a premium carrier and their practices have relegated them to bargain carrier status. I will not fly BA again."

Miinukset: "1. BA said I couldn't get a seat before 24 hrs before. Then when I tried to get a seat assignment I was told (by email) to contact Aer Lingus. Aer Lingus said that I should have called before 24 hrs before, and that seats were now in control of the gate (this still 22 hrs before flight time). Total lack of coordination. 2. At check-in I was first told that my bag was too big for carry-on, although BA had accepted it. I shrunk it down. Then I was told it weighed too much at 15 kg. When I asked why BA accepted the weight I was told BA's weight limit was different. 3. Net net, if BA is "arranging" the flight through a code-share it should have responsibility for insuring I am treated like a BA customer. Aer Lingus' customer treatment leads much to be desired."

Was at airport and checked in 2 hours early sitting at what seemed to be the only London flight going out. Our flight was not listed on the computer monitors and we checked it several times. Our names were not announced over loud speaker and no one helped us to rebook."

Food was terrible and unhealthy. Toilet seemed to have an air leak, extremely noisy air being sucked down sink. Aircraft appeared old and obsolete."
Miinukset: "No entertainment. Few passengers were standing in the middle of the isle having a loud conversation. We had an overnight flight from us so we wanted to rest. Asked the flight attendand if it is ok for passengers to have a party like this. He told me off. He said "if you have a problem you tell them". I asked if it is a safety issue standing on the corridor like so. He told me, "I am fine with it"

We almost missed both our connections due to lack of considerations for passengers who had a short time to make their connections. It was very stressful making it to our connecting flight. I know that my complaint is mostly about the Heathrow TSA but I would hope that BA will help solve this issue."
Plussat: "I missed flight. Rescheduled this morning 4229 when I went to bed. Today, there is no record of the flight. I have a screen print showing the seat assignment. The 1-800 said it will call back in 4 hours. Crap! Flight scheduled in two hours."

American Airlines staff were friendly and helpful, the website was easy to use for things such as changing seats and adding bags, and I really appreciate the updates from AA via email and text. I appreciate the snack."

Miinukset: "It’s a commuter. It’s tiny. In flight left trash with us till plane was about to land. Pilots seemed inexperienced. Landing was hard, braking was hard approach was awkward and it was a beautiful day with no wind. Pilot shortage isn’t helping the regionals."
Plussat: "Nothing about the flight we screwed around before takeoff, in the air as well as on the ground. Wasted an hour and a half, missed my connection"

Plussat: "The crew was very nice and did a good job of keeping the passengers informed of delays"
Miinukset: "The gate check-in person was not very pleasant. Once we had to get off the plane after leaving the gate the flight information disappeared and could not be found on any flight tracking service. I know the airline cannot help the weather but keeping passengers informed is key to making people feel comfortable."
Plussat: "Newish/refurbished interior with plenty of overhead storage. Loved USB port. Comfortable and expeditious trip."

Miinukset: "This was a nine hour flight and the entertainment system was very old. There were screens in the middle of the plane with the movies chosen for you. On a flight this long, the customer should have options. You also were not able to control your the air. So the flight was freezing! The lunch options were meatballs or cheesy pasta. I thought these were risky. What has happened to chicken?"
Miinukset: "Cancelled flight due to multiple mechanical malfunctions that should have been checked previous to boarding. Held on the plane for 4 hours, another 4 hours in terminal of the closed airport once allowed to deplane, no communication, no food or water, put up in a hotel an hour and half away despite this being NYC, terrible customer service, no compensation, unable to get tofinal destination earlier than 24 hours later missed events in final destination overall financial and personal losses due to the inadequacy of the airline."
Plussat: "When we arrived, we found the plane was changed, and our seats were in the middle, and separated. We had paid extra to have window seats.. After speaking to one of the gate attendant ( Arturo ), he went out of his way to accommodate us, and we ended up with great seats. Friendly and accommodating crew! ."

Miinukset: "Thought the first row seating would provide extra leg room which the reservation page said it would and we paid extra for the seats - not so. it also felt quite claustrophobic with a panel within a short distance of our faces. We had upgraded for better seats but it turns out the seating wasn't better at all. The flight home in seats much further back were MUCH more comfortable. I'm thinking the airline shouldn't book the front seats by the panel as 'better' for the extra price as they were definitely not."

Plussat: "Crew was excellent on both legs. Pleasant, accommodating. Good overhead storage space. Free tv was nice although I didn't watch it."
Miinukset: "Cramped! I'm 5'2" and could barely get my underseat bag in and out. Very late boarding and departure. Don't like the glass of soda and they don't hand you the can but that's just me. And, of course, we boarded very late."
