The flight was half an hour late, which is the new normal in Europe. Friendly crew.
My bag was delayed as of now by one day, maybe more. Besides, the flight was delayed by one and a half hours.
One flight attendant was amazing, 1st class although she wasn't even in business class. Somehow felt others were tired or mind somewhere else, so not really good service. Choice of food was basic, but good choice of drinks. Plane was comfortable and I think pilot was a woman, which is a nice change. Excellent that there are dividers in the middle seat in business class. Corona restriction rules, like mask wearing rules is extremely wise. Other airlines removed it, but I like better your choice better. Feels safer.
On time and even earlier arrival!! The food is poor and really a downer, LH was never a great but now they hit a new low point…
The entertainment system is poor. Connecting to WIFI is a terrible experience watching the entertainment on traveler's device is also a difficult task and not user friendly.

I don't know whom I travel with, and I felt at risk knowing that other people know how much cash I have with me. Plus, the money were counted on the passageway to the plane, with people walking by. I strongly believe that you should change the method you ask and check passengers for cash. I heard other details that I shouldn't hear from another women who was also checked. What I ask is PRIVACY."

It could not be lowered towards the back, actually it has only the fixed position (all the way up). The lady from the seat before my wife's (31A) was lowering her seat ALL THE WAY. my wife protested, the crew tried unsuccessfully to adjust my wife's seat. Finally, instead of considering my condition and relocating us to some other seats (there were several free on this flight), the crew's lead stewardess (Friederich ?- I could not read the label, she kept it under her jacket) decided to upgrade that couple seats by moving them into the Business Class."
Miinukset: "My wifes luggage was lost, no followup at all from Lufthansa (main) or in Seville which was our destination. We had to call to find out any information. Once the bag was found and delivered to Seville, Lufthansa personnel again did not tell us nor would they deliver the bag to our hotel as the driver had already left. We then had to wait another day to have the bag delivered to Granada. Terrible customer service, the bag was missing for four days causing us to spend time shopping for clothes rather than experiencing the city."
Miinukset: "Boarding at Frankfurt was a nightmare. All the economy class was pushing and shoving and cutting in front of other people. People were standing outside the line and putting their tickets on the entry system and the attendants were doing nothing to stop them or tell them to go to the end of the line. When left from Chicago to Frankfurt they seated you by rows and this was much more efficient. All flights should board by some system vs. just everyone trying to go at once."
Plussat: "The seats were roomy, the flight staff was attentive and very efficient. The plane was clean and offered many different movies to watch. They even had new releases on those list along with games and music. I truly enjoyed my first experience with this airline!"

There was a delay - weather + French strike. Pilot was helpful/informative, flight crew was nice but simply talking loudly in galley and not communicating at all. No preflight water or drink even though delayed.
Our flight was canceled and had to stand in line for 3 hours and 11 minutes to get on a flight to Florence Italy for the same day. They couldn’t get us to Genoa for 36 hours and had to go through Rome no direct flight. We will be contacting customer service for compensation for a hotel stay in Florence and train tickets to reach our destination Genoa Italy.

Relaxing atmosphere, comfortable seating, great in-flight entertainment, although I have the go-go in-flight data/entertainment plan with t-mobile (highly recommended), the flight included a decent selection of movies, television programs, etc. The food far exceeded typical "airline quality," even for an international flight - and included a fabulous little snack box with locally sourced gourmet and specialty items such as chocolate from Belgium, fine cheeses from France, and crackers from England. Drinks = gratis, and crew was exceptionally attentive and went out of their way to make flight as pleasant as possible."

Miinukset: "They boarded the plane, only to tell us they had to de-ice, which is understandable. However, after waiting 20 min for the de-icing that never came, they made us get back off the plane because of mechanical issues. The captain/pilot was rude to the woman working the desk over the radio, to the point where she had to leave the desk and go speak to him in person (she knew we could hear everything.) That conversation is also how the whole line of people was informed that then knew about this mechanical issue since the night before, and chose not to fix it before boarding all of us. After getting to Philadelphia later than expected, we were forced to pay for hotel food that was horrible and overpriced. Only to then have our plane be delayed AGAIN because of mechanical issues, again the pilot not giving much information to the attendant she was faced by a room of 40 angry people and had no answers. The departure time slowly crawled out longer, and the only reason I knew was because of having the American app. Information/communication on all ends was poor. I usually fly Allegiant, which is notoriously “cheap,” and I’ve never had an experience like this. Happy my boyfriend has flown with American before and knew to give us an extra day so we didn’t miss the wedding we paid $800 in airline tickets to attend. Just disappointed."

Spend 10HOURS on the phone to get on scheduled plane. BA made wrong date and was send in circles. 11houts before flight I bought different tickets to get back on time to LAX. No help from Finnair, British Airways and Kayak. Had so much stress and insanity from representatives about my flight. Kayak MUST have 24 hours live person. Was calling from Vilnius and getting machine from noon until 6pm, Vilnius time. Does Kayak knows calling rates!!! This was WORST experience ever!!!

Flight was delayed and they didn’t have any vegetarian meal options. You had to reserve online for a vegetarian meal. On other airlines you don’t have to reserve your meal restrictions. I was left starving the whole flight because they only had one meal option which was meat.
The seats in the Airbus flight from JFK to HEL were a bit uncomfortable. The layover in Helsinki airport was boring because there were no stores open in the terminal and there was almost nothing to do for 3 hours.

Once we were in the main queue they opened the 5-9 queue for some privileged traveler and then left it open allowing the back of the queue to become the front."

Plussat: "The staff on the plane could not have been more professional, courteous, and helpful. Not only did they serve me well, but perhaps even more importantly, they created a great atmosphere in the cabin with the cheerful, playful rapport they had with each other. I wanted to take them all out for a drink afterward!"

Miinukset: "On the flight from Barcelona to Boston we almost missed a connecting flight because of many steps to get from one plane to another an long lines at every One has to allow at least 3 hours to transfer from one flight to another"

Miinukset: "Flight boarding was delayed fairly significantly, the second time this has happened to me out of two flights. Certain "hand luggages" were allowed onto the plane despite then failing to fit in overhead compartments and slowing down the whole procedure. Food was bad."

Miinukset: "I had a flight from Atlanta to London with a connection flight to fly to Istanbul. The first flight was fine and smooth but the second was just terrible. Upon buying and resorting to British Airwaya, it wasn't mentioned anywhere that the second flight plans do not offer complimentary soft drinks or snacks for the three hour flight after a 6 hour layover. Assuming my flight was going to feed, I didn't eat a whole lot at the airport so I didn't have to spend too much money. I declined the cart the first go around and didn't seem any too interested or sure what some of the options were. I lasted as long as I could and gave in and pulled out my credit card (not accepting cash is another disappointment because my Turkish bank account was charged by pounds) but there was nothing but one choice left and it didn't sit well in my stomach."

Miinukset: "I booked via Lastminute.com and I was unable to check in online due to a system error. I called BA who said this is a fairly common issue with booking with some travel providers for BA flights. As a result I was only able to check in at the airport (which was 19 hours after I planned to check in online) and hence got a mediocre seat. This issue should be resolved, especially between such an established airline and such an established travel website. The entertainment is poor. The music available only caters for certain tastes (either it is ultra modern or classical) and the selection is markedly inferior to that of other airlines. The film selection is very limited."

Miinukset: "Boarding was very disorganized with only signs showing for priority boarding. In flight entertainment did not work for first half of flight. Once it began to work a little, there was no notification on how to use it since it was still not working properly."

Cabin crew that was there was rude to passengers to the point some just ignored the cabin crew. Only served drinks 3 times on a 9 hour flight I've flown BA multiple times and this was by far the worst flight I've ever had with BA. Very disappointed they have gone downhill so much"
Miinukset: "Boarding started 10-15 minutes before the announced boarding time and I did not hear an announcement for that. Seats are very uncomfortable, they have no lumbar support and my lower back still hurts from the three hours on the plane. 2 toilets for all economy class passengers are not enough - there was a line most of the time. Water for purchase???Are you kidding me? That was the worst surprise! What a shame, British Airways! Now you are one of the inhumane airlines! I will tell THE WORLD about that ridiculous fact! And not even extra small packages of snacks?! Now my favorite airline becomes Delta. There was no entertainment of any kind. There were no air vents above our seats (row 20 in that Airbus) and it got really hot before we were airborne."

Miinukset: "System for paying by food with Avios points did not work. Plane left almost an hour late due to delays (landed 30 mins late)."
Miinukset: "The plane was all ready to go, but it had no fuel. We were delayed by 30+ minutes while they found someone to fuel it up, and then it took forever to take off. I almost missed my connection in Heathrow and my bad didn't make it!"
