They confiscated my unopened beer I purchased after security point. They had me assigned to a wrong seat, so I had to fight my way 20 rows up as people are filing into their seats. The hot towel to clean your hands was dry and cold. The roll was hard as a rock and cold. The crew was rude and unapproachable. It took almost 3 hours to get them to reset my tv and when she finally did it glitched the whole time I tried watching it. The croissant was literally cooked to the paper and had to rip apart Croissant to get the paper off. They didn't serve the cocktail as promised. It was a pretty poor performance on all levels, and if this survey truly means anything, I hope this gets remedied."
Plussat: "Crew did the best they could keeping us aware of the extensive delays flying in to LaGuardia. The captain made himself available to answer questions from passengers at the gate early on and I thought that was a great gesture."
Miinukset: "Nothing could have been better. Any issues with the flight were delays beyond the crew's control."

Plussat: "The flight was nearly full, but I lucked out. One person in my row did not show up, so myself and the other lady in my row had the benefit of having an open seat in between us. The crew was cheerful and accommodating. They did the normal beverage service, but also brought complimentary water and coffee 3x during the rest of the flight. This was greatly appreciated, especially after 5 days of drinking and partying. My buddies and I spent two and a half days in Las Vegas for a bachelor party followed by two days in the LA area for a wedding (yes we did it Hangover style) :) Thank you Delta!"
Miinukset: "My only complaint was that the flight was delayed out of LAX by about 30 minutes due to the flight in-bound being delayed. However, the captain made up most of this time in the air so it ended up being a non-issue."

Then, when I got back to Athens for my return flight to LAX I found it had been canceled and had to once again purchase a new flight to get home. Also, not happy that Kayak doesn’t have a customer service number to call."
Plussat: "Their airport service is outstanding. We were traveling with a mobility challenged person and they were so helpful in getting us through check in, out to our gate, and through boarding."
Miinukset: "The service and staff on the plane are top notch, and the meals and drinks were very satisfying. The entertainment center on each seat had enough choices to pass the time. I rate Lufthansa a very good choice for trips to Europe, and will use them on my future trips."

Food was ok but they had a sauce on the chicken that was not very appetizing. It actually made my wife sick and lets just say she did not keep her dinner. Also, I asked for a scotch after take off and it was a small shot and after dinner I asked for another and it was just a whisper. It did not even cover one ice cube. It would have been nice to get at least a full shot."

E en of it fits the size requirements they weigh it and make you confirm. They don't care if your checked luggage is underweight but your hand luggage is overweight and both add up to less than what you're allowed overall. Makes no sense and is such a useless hassle."

Miinukset: "Check in with an extra bag or overweight baggage is cumbersome. You must first check in, then take bag elsewhere to pay fee, then take bag back to check in."

Miinukset: "The seats weren’t very comfortable. You could tell the plane was a little dated. There was no WiFi and nowhere to charge your devices."
Miinukset: "Air France’s apathy towards its customers is shocking. Traveling with three children , our flight was delayed by 3hrs resulting us arriving in Paris after 1AM. With the airport shuttle(CDVAL) to our airport hotel closed, they offered no assistance despite of my request. Simply asked us to take a taxi (when all taxi stands are abandoned at 2AM). Beware if traveling with family."

Miinukset: "They have a terrible communication problem, they never communicated why the flight was late, they never communicated what they were doing or what was happening. Bad customer service. Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. Without that tickets we can not claim the bags. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."
Plussat: "The seats were spacious and the crew was wonderful. The crew actually made the long flight more tolerable. Will seek out Delta/Air France for further international flights."

Miinukset: "Awoke to find ill man laying on floor in aisle next to me with oxygen. Shortly after... Passenger in seat near man on floor (diabetic but no one tells us anything) needs to lay across four seats with oxygen for heart issues for remainder of trip with staff and doctor on board nearby. Nevdr informed what was happening, never offered to move our seats or move iIl passengers. Glad all turned out ok. Could have given them more privacy and better informed other passengers."
Plussat: "The cabin crew were amazing and the seats very comfortable, even in economy. I'm not a super comfortable flyer so I loved that the pilot would always warn when we were getting into turbulence. 2 thumbs up. I will fly Air France again"

I was moved to SAA in the end after a truly traumatic time in Johannesburg. This is not the first time I have suffered at the hands of Air France sadly. Needless to say, I wont be booking with Air France again."

Miinukset: "Initially the flight from Lima was delayed for almost 1:30 and then we lost this connection then Airfrance rebooking to SAS they tell us to take all our luggage’s and check in again it’s was awful and really bad from then walk and spend time we suppose to be quite at home ... the worst was in SAS have ano system and for 1.5 kilos extras you might pay 33€ so after long day and wait, running everywhere with all my staff I see to eat a 11€ menu at the airport with not more explanation from Airfrance .. really bad and worst services.."

Plussat: "Crew and boarding, not much else to talk about. Late for take off, but made it on time"

Plussat: "Premium Economy on AF Boeing 777 on this route is not "a little less than Business", but rather "a little more than Economy". Seats, in a 2-4-2 configuration, are hard but OK, as well as the pitch. Good screens and entertainment."
Miinukset: "With the main meal, AF serves only "ordinary wine", This looks and tastes cheap. On the same route and class, Vietnam Airlines serves premium wines, a nice touch that would not cost fortunes to AF! Also, the "Asian" choice for the main course did not look and taste like the real thing."
Plussat: "Boarding was very efficient"
Miinukset: "Losing my luggage after checking it at the gate when volunteers were needed."
Plussat: "Efficient check-in."
Miinukset: "It was raining in Prague so I can understand that luggage is going to get wet. But when we opened our luggage at least half of our clothes were wet. It would seem that the luggage sat out for quite a while prior to departure for that much soaking of clothes. Fortunately we are staying in Paris for a few days and can get our clothes dried out."
Miinukset: "Too crowded"
Plussat: "Seats were comfortable, but the sliding action, instead of recline, took getting used to. Food was very good. Snacks available on demand, along with drinks. Complimentary wine with meal was also quite good. Entertainment system was first rate with plenty of options for TV. movies, music, games, etc..."
Miinukset: "Sitting in the middle two seats in the center of the 777 left me stuck for most of the flight. Got up only once. Wife's feet and ankles were swollen by the end of the flight. Not enough legroom to move much during the flight and not enough aisle space to get around with the plane so full. Have made flights twice as long on the 747 and were able to get up and walk."
Plussat: "I enjoyed the food, the crew's friendliness in First Class and the boarding process."
Miinukset: "The wi-fi did not work on our flight"

Plussat: "The pilot gave all the information pleasantly. It was easy to find my seat and everyone was compliant with COVID-19 rules/restrictions."
Miinukset: "Boarding process could’ve been a bit quicker. There should be free accessible WiFi for everyone."
Miinukset: "extremely racist crew made flight uncomfortable for everyone."
Plussat: "The crew was fine and was thankful they found a way to get back to Detroit (but, it required a stop in Dallas and an overnight in Chicago)"
Miinukset: "There was no social distancing or enforcement for wearing masks. I saw no sanitizing on any of the three flights I had to take to get to Detroit. of the four airports only the one in Guadalajara asked any health questions and could be seen sanitizing the waiting room and eliminating seats to keep spacing."
Plussat: "The plane was super comfortable"

Plussat: "Crew members were all very pleasant and personable. A very special experience with the local ticket agent / boarding agent (double duty) in Guadalajara: Maria Hernandez (or perhaps Fernandez) who was pleasant, professional, helpful and even called us respectfully by name ("Mr. and Mrs. Petrusek") She is an outstanding representative of American Airlines! Gracias to her!!"
Miinukset: "Not a thing! We live in Mexico and we usually fly Volaris...I think AA just became our favorite airline!"

Miinukset: "The entertainment on the 8 hour flight was horrible, and there was no way to recharge my phone battery. There was no TV that I could watch, and the "free entertainment" did not work for me."

Miinukset: "One hour delay on account of missing signatures from some mechanic according to the captain’s weak and shallow account of the facts. Flew with a 1st class upgrade to DFW and upon missing the connection to DSM (imputable to AA) I would have expected AA to have me await my later conection (3 hrs AA 2488) in the Admiral’s club especially after having paid for the upgrade. Instead, the bozo at the Admiral’s Club entrance in Terminal A A23 indicated that only Mexico City passengers were allowed into the Club even if as a GDL passenger I had a 1st class boarding pass. Poor and misguided management of the moment of truth on behalf of your employee with a 1 Million Miler customer. My experience recently with Delta and United has been with more open minded, customer centric and better trained airline staff. Disappointing and hope someone will read this and let me know that my note was heard. What is next?"

Miinukset: "It was a bit of a bumpy flight during take off and landing. Flight was cold, but not freezing - tolerable."

Miinukset: "I literally wasn't given a glass of water or any food. I fell asleep for a bit but wasn't woken to be asked if I needed anything when they came around with the carts. It was a 5 hr flight."
Plussat: "Seats had good leg room, and the current movies were free (unlike on the United flight I took a short while ago). Boarding was quick."

Miinukset: "40 min late and a bumpy ride the whole time but good flight"
Plussat: "The crew did everything they could for the passengers to make them comfortable and informed about the situation but unfortunately it was out of their hands."
Miinukset: "It may be La Guardia Airport that is the one to blame and not AA, but long story short I was on the airplane on the ground in NY for about 5 hours. We had a domino effect of things happen that caused us to be delayed and then cancelled. First a Gate change to a different terminal after boarding was suppose to begin so we had to take a shuttle over and we're still missing 50 passengers, Engine problem that required maintenance, refuel because we were in the plane on the ground waiting for so long, deplane and replane for 10 mins because of a law, on the runway and back to the gate for all these different occasions. When they finally let us off the plane after all these hours it was because of weather (although the skies were blue and the pilot was confident it wouldn't be an issue) they didn't actually cancel the flight until 5pm, my flight was suppose to take off at 9am. They were also required by law to give us free snacks Bc we hadn't eaten all day or had fresh air--these were all chips and soda...in gluten free so I had to starve. AA customer relations said they couldn't compensate because the issue that was documented in their records for my flight cancellation was because of "weather"... my flight couldn't be rescheduled until the following afternoon, making me have to cancel work 2 days in a row and pay for multiple taxis and and extra night of boarding. I will NEVER fly AA or La Guardia again."

Plussat: "Started when 7 am flight from Knoxville was delayed - multiple times until finally at 4 PM there were no options. Nobody with AA saying a single word all this time even when asked. Finally called their customer service line only to learn that I could get on another flight that left in a few minutes. Door was still open but gate agent argued with the lady on 800 line about who could ticket faster. By time they finished arguing the door closed. That began a 14 hour nightmare of bumping between flights and delays and the inevitable lost luggage. Paid for $300 hotel room at Vancouver that I will get to stay in for 4 hours. Will NEVER fly American again"
Miinukset: "Service, poor rebooking process, lack of communication."
Plussat: "We got here safely."
Miinukset: "AA 767 plane is 40 years old, has ash trays, and uncomfortable seats. It would have been nice to have a newer plane."
Plussat: "The crew was very helpful at each stop even though they weren't responsible for the disasters."
Miinukset: "Initially we thought we were flying with British Airways. We then had to do some digging to realize it was all out of American Airlines. Then we couldn't get proper boarding passes and luggage tags until one of the crew members spent a significant amount of time untangling each leg of our trip so they were in the proper order. We got delayed by 4 hours in Chicago and missed our connection in Manchester. We had another 5 hour wait there. By the time we got to Dublin, our bags didn't also arrive. After almost 24 hours of travel, we arrived but without all of our stuff."
Plussat: "We boarded fast and the flight was smooth. The crew was very friendly."
Miinukset: "The sears were a little uncomfortable. They went terrible but my back started to go out on my 2 hour plans ride."
Plussat: "Provided overnight hotel for cancelled flight"
Miinukset: "Cancelled two flight connections to Austin from Phoenix."
Plussat: "The crew did the best they could."
Miinukset: "The 767 is no longer feasible at the load factors that the airline is using for it. Although the seats had been re-furbished, the overhead space is completely unsuited for roll on luggage and so, can't even come close to accommodating the number of bags that are brought on to any flight close to capacity. I would think that it would be beneficial for American to waive the checked baggage fee on any 767 flight to keep from boarding delays due to lack of overhead space. Also, on this flight we had the added problem of a maintenance issue. The flight departure kept getting pushed back in 15 minute increments and there appeared to be a disturbing lack of knowledge of what needed to be done and the time it would take to finish the repair and more on the paperwork to release the plane. We were kept in cramped and uncomfortable circumstances for 3 hours for a 2.5 hour flight.. This was a bad experience."
Plussat: "My departing flight crew was very accommodating for my baby and I. They were very pleasant."
Miinukset: "I wasn't able to board first with my baby, so I had to try and walk through all the passengers with a baby, diaper bag and small carry on. It was a little difficult."
Miinukset: "Worst staff never flying with this airline again"
Miinukset: "I used to fly with American Airlines a lot more and every time the staff somehow finds a way to be rude and ruin my day so I try to avoid this airline. On this particular flight it was the very rude asian flight attendant that really set the mood. The attitude of the staff really makes or breaks the experience and it seems like American Airlines doesnt care about the quality of thier employees"
Plussat: "The flight board on time, the crew was hospitable and seat was comfortable."
Miinukset: "Everything on this flight was considered an EXTRA. It was uncomfortable and the lay over in Miami made it even worse. Long lines, long distances and extreme delays!"
Plussat: "Overall good flight"
Miinukset: "I did not like the time needed for boarding/ settling in. But that is a factor of people not following instructions. Not the crew."
Miinukset: "When it came to filling out our visa as we enter into Mexico, they handed out the paperwork as we were Landing I expected us to fill that out wild herring bounced around"
