I love that they have a lot of selection of movies and different channels. More snacks selection
This flight was excellent. Left and arrives ahead of schedule. The plane was only half full and they actually let people lay down in rows of empty seats. The crew was super kind to a large family with a bunch of kids who wanted to be closer together. I think Delta purposely avoids turbulence more than other airlines because I never experience jarring flights, even the red eyes. They served two meals onboard (which were honestly pretty gross but they are doing their best). Also the newer planes have really cool lighting that helps with jet lag because they mimic the sunset and sunrise colors, and have polarized windows that extend “night time” until they are ready to land in the morning. Pretty cool.
Back to front boarding works, drop a lot of the prepared categories to Wheelchair, babies, military and 1st class, then board back to front, it works. had difficulty seeing phone to get free wifi, the items you need to check need to be in bigger font.

The departure time changed 3 times in a 2 day period and in one of those times it was moved from 1:40pm to 1:25pm causing many people to rush through the airport due to the earlier boarding time

Lack of information re baggage delays on arrival. I know the airline cannot control the weather but it was chaos in the arrivals area. I waited for 3+ hours with limited information only to be told our bags were still on the plane and to come back in the morning. Seriously? It’s an hours drive each way if I’m lucky, not to mention I have to work tomorrow. Not happy.

I saw no sanitizing on any of the three flights I had to take to get to Detroit. of the four airports only the one in Guadalajara asked any health questions and could be seen sanitizing the waiting room and eliminating seats to keep spacing."
Miinukset: "Flute gate changed 35 min prior to boarding to a new gate that was a 10 min walk. That was stressful. The flight ended up being delayed 20 min as well."

Flew with a 1st class upgrade to DFW and upon missing the connection to DSM (imputable to AA) I would have expected AA to have me await my later conection (3 hrs AA 2488) in the Admiral’s club especially after having paid for the upgrade. Instead, the bozo at the Admiral’s Club entrance in Terminal A A23 indicated that only Mexico City passengers were allowed into the Club even if as a GDL passenger I had a 1st class boarding pass. Poor and misguided management of the moment of truth on behalf of your employee with a 1 Million Miler customer. My experience recently with Delta and United has been with more open minded, customer centric and better trained airline staff. Disappointing and hope someone will read this and let me know that my note was heard. What is next?"

We lost our connecting flight to Iquitos, and after Avianca refused to reimburse us or put us on a different flight we had to purchase another flight with Viva Air with our own money. No accountability or respect for the consumer."

This should be included in our ticketing at the time of purchase and upgraded on our boarding pass if we use the damn card for the purchase. It is now not a "privilege" but an inconvenience."

Spend 10HOURS on the phone to get on scheduled plane. BA made wrong date and was send in circles. 11houts before flight I bought different tickets to get back on time to LAX. No help from Finnair, British Airways and Kayak. Had so much stress and insanity from representatives about my flight. Kayak MUST have 24 hours live person. Was calling from Vilnius and getting machine from noon until 6pm, Vilnius time. Does Kayak knows calling rates!!! This was WORST experience ever!!!
The flight, plane and flight crew were great! The flight itself was not a problem at all. The HUGE issue was the mess at Heathrow airport. It was mass chaos, no direction or aisles for the connecting flights customers. Hundreds of people were trying to get through the boarding pass scanning to get to security. We were traveling with two children and after at least a 1/2 hour waiting on one side of the immigration hall, were told we had to move across the entire mass of people to another area. We stood there for another 1/2 hour without moving, then were told we had to move back to the first area because we had children! An employee looked at our boarding pass and told us we had missed the flight to go to the rebooking area. So we went there - stood for 1/2 hour again and then were told to go to a different area since we had children. We went to the next area - stood there for 45min, the employee looked at our boarding pass and told us the flight was delayed to go to the gate. SO we returned to the SAME ORIGINAL area, tried to explain to an employee we were told to go to that area. The employee became very upset and was rude, complaining that someone had moved the barrier? (We had not touched it - we were simply trying to follow directions) We finally made it to security after an hour wait, one of our bags had to be inspected. At this point we were resigned to missing the flight - we still had to get to Cgates in terminal 5. We did manage to make the flight. BUT someone needs to figure out the mass confusion in the immigration hall. If there are only a certain number of scanners available. perhaps indicating the lanes as soon as you enter the hall would be a solution?? Instead of having lines 50 people wide trying to funnel them down into 5-6 scanners? I understand staff shortages, short tempers, etc. I am not an airport export, but I imagine there are people that can determine a solution to this MAJOR problem at such a huge and busy airport. Surely determining a solution to better movement of customers would save rebooking costs, etc for the airlines.

Flight was delayed and they didn’t have any vegetarian meal options. You had to reserve online for a vegetarian meal. On other airlines you don’t have to reserve your meal restrictions. I was left starving the whole flight because they only had one meal option which was meat.
Useless Got delayed because we were waiting for the cabin crew to arrive to board the plane
The seats in the Airbus flight from JFK to HEL were a bit uncomfortable. The layover in Helsinki airport was boring because there were no stores open in the terminal and there was almost nothing to do for 3 hours.

Miinukset: "Business class on the 3.5 hour flight was just blocking the middle seat in the front of the plane. No leg room, narrow seats. My husband is 6’4”” with wide shoulders. His legs do not fit and therefore extend into the aisle. Flight attendants were constantly bumping into his shoulders. Very cramped We were not aware of this configuration."

Miinukset: "Crew needs to be more educated regarding disabilities such as head injury. Recovering from a concussion obtained when a car hit me while I was walking, but still sensitive to things such as light and noise. When asked to open the shade while landing there was a hesitation but at least they allowed me to leave the shade down at my window for this portion of the flight."

Miinukset: "The food was terrible. Indian curry/ pasta and pizza. It was so cold in the plane that everybody had to wear something on their heads. The AC was blowing on my head for 11 hours. I have headaches, my sinuses heart and the food made me nauseous. It was impossible to sleep because of the low temperature."

Long layover at Gatwick (around 3 hours), but I had much work to do anyway, so time went faster than I realised. Not sure if this was the case at Schiphol, but at Gatwick had priority security queue as a BA customer."

Plussat: "The cabin crew were exceptional. One flight attendant in parifular was extremely helpful to us in helping place our carry on luggage in the overhead compartment. I did not get his name but he told me he was from Spain."
Miinukset: "- Landing cards were only distributed 20 minutes before arrival. The seat belt sign was already on. So, I could not use the food tray to fill out the cards. I tried to use the magazine to put under the landing card, but there was some turbulence and I could not fill out the cards n the plane. Cards should be passed to passengers an hour after Akef off. - no gifts given to kids like small games or coloring crayons to keep them busy. - food took hours to serve and was not comparable to BA's image. - the water pressure in the toilet's wash basin was too strong and was splashing all over my cloths."
Miinukset: "The entertainment screen on the seat back was broken. The flight attendant said she would reset it or find us another seat but that never happened. Ten hours is a long time without the screen. Also they were out of meal choices by the time she got to our row and the chicken dish that was left was inedible."
Miinukset: "Seven hours before my flight, I got an email from British Airways saying my flight was cancelled and I had been rebooked on a flight the next day. I called them immediately and was told the flight was cancelled because of inclement weather on the route. I checked the national weather advisory and saw no such weather alert. The service rep at BA told me there was "absolutely nothing" she could do, at which point I asked for a manager. I waited for almost 30 minutes, and once the manager came on I was put on a flight that same night, on a different airline. If I hadn't pushed back and demanded a more reasonable accommodation, they would have done nothing to right their wrong. For this reason I am extremely unhappy with my experience with British Airways."
