Miinukset: "1. Aweful legspace and overall space: I am 5'11'' and an average guy. It was like fitting myself into a cage. 2. Ground management is very bad. I felt that in both Boston and in Istanbul. They make people wait and the queue becomes long to adjust their delays. My flight from Istanbul to Dhaka was scheduled at 3:40 am. They started boarding passagers at around 3:10 am. Before that, they even bothered to show up at the boarding bridge, let alone informing people about their delay. The behavior of the groud crew was an embarrassment."

But they were not very gentle with her in their responses. I am not sure if this had anything to do with the fact that she was a muslim dressed in traditional gear."

Decided to do their own thing rather than what the airline allows. It's almost like they lacked training or just don't want to learn. No accountability whatsoever as one of the employee said "it's not like it's gonna affect my job anyways". Poor poor terrible customer service, no courtesy, no etiquette. I can go on and on but ain't nobody got time for their negativity."
Miinukset: "This flight had 10 hours layover at Istanbul. Air line did not provide no hotel. Definitely I would not recommend anyone to take this types of flights with long layover."
Plussat: "Many movies to watch. There are news channels like CNN to keep you updated with what las happening in the world."
Miinukset: "We had a connection at Istanbul. No laptop or notebook was allowed. A small portable charger to my iPhone was confisticated even thought it is smaller than my iPhone. Turkish TSA seemed a little confused with what to confisticate. They almost took away my portable shaver too. There were 4 little kids running around aisle during the flight forcing me to watch movies instead of sleep crossing the Atlantic Ocean."

My seat can recline easily without pushing the recline bottom. This was a connection flight. Passengers had to go through 4 check points. Too much redundant. At the last check point, 4 gates shared the same check point. We saw a line but no sign for it. So we went to the front to find out what the line was for and went back to join the line for security check. There were people who did the same thing but tried to cut in the line right at the check point, creating chaos."

The person in front of me had his chair pushed all the way back, what the hell was the crew member thinking? I still did not move my chair and argued with the female crew. Crew members do not treat everyone equally. I asked for functioning pair of headphones and water, crew members never brought them to me. Responded by saying yes, BUT never brought it to me. I noticed crew members treated children and Turkish passengers first. I'm Chinese and flew Turkish airline- I felt the discrimination. Never traveling with Turkish airlines AGAIN."

My twelve hours from Miami to Istanbul turned out to be less because of the amazing service I recieved. Very happy that this airline exist and cannot wait to go back and experience this great airline again."

Plussat: "The food and the entertainment selection on Turkish Airlines is good."
Miinukset: "Boarding procedures were not directed in an organized manner by Turkish Airlines staff. The gate staff need training in how to direct the boarding session i.e. passengers needing assistance first (seniors, families with children under 6), then business class, then Group A, Group B etc. These categories are used by other airlines for good reason - they regulate the flow of people onto the aircraft and prevent out-of-control crowding at the boarding counter. People with legitimate right to board first understandably become irate. In addition, on the flight from Istanbul to Abuja there was an unexpected stop in Tunis. Passengers were not advised of this stop in advance. Even upon arrival in Tunis it took about 15 minutes for an announcement over the loudspeaker system to explain what was going on and the new arrival time in Abuja etc. This is not acceptable as all passenger need to advise those meeting them on arrival of any delay. My office staff waited at the airport in Abuja for 3+ hours which would have been unnecessary with sufficient notice. Airline staff and crew also need more English training to properly serve passengers going to international destinations."

If i wanted to buy something its in their mag and as a regional flight it should include some form of nourishment other than juice or coffee one off, tight fisted and not a descent selection of food either"

Miinukset: "My biggest complaint would be that we waited on the plane for over an hour and a half in Mumbai for late passengers. This caused a ripple effect which made us miss our arrival spot and have to wait an additional 30 min on the plane once we landed. You should never make 400+ people sit on an airplane for 2 additional hours (for a 3 hour flight) because a few passengers did not plan well and were late. That logic was insane to me and incredibly frustrating. That is my only complaint that would actually make me think twice about flying Etihad again. The crew seemed annoyed anytime I'd ask for water. A more western food option would be nice rather than just 3 options of rice and curries. Also the food timing did not line up well (eating fish at 9am)."

Will never fly either of these airlines again, and am currently seeking repayment for my unintended 4 day stay in Seoul"

Plussat: "The female crew was very unattentive. Even raising my hand and calling them, those female crew keep walking."
Miinukset: "The food was not good . I am planning to continue flights booking with Ethihad- hopefully I will select a window seat on the 2 seat rows and will select other king of vegetarian food."
Miinukset: "If you look my itinerary, I left Flint to Delhi with my wife-Rita Bhatnagar. She did return on October 25th but I was suppose to return by Nov. 24th. Unfortunately, my wife injured her back while liftin gher luggage at Flint air port on October 25th and few days latter she end up in ER Hospital. I had no choice but to return back home, so I called Etihad customer service for reschedule my trip back to Flint. They asked me so much money that I had no choice but find another flight (cheaper) from United Airlines. So, answer to your question is that I didn't travel from Delhi to Flint on Etihad Airlines."

Plussat: "Flight was good - smooth takeoff & landing. But delayed half hour in Abu Dhabi , did not make it up. Crew good but food was not tasty. My wife's specially ordered Jain vegetarian meal was inedible. Seat comfort OK but soiled by a supper in seat ahead, could not stretch legs."
Miinukset: "Entertainment choice for Indians limited and poor content. Unremarkable English movies & music. Quantity but not quality"
Plussat: "Seat was nice enough for coach. First flight did not have usb charging for phone / a big negative. Prescreening for US Customs in Abu Dhabi was excellent. Finished the flight and let right out into the airport terminal in San Francisco. A great investment."
Miinukset: "Food was MUCH worse than past Etihad flights. Entertainment was too thematic for the olympics - too many movies about sports. I ran out of things to watch, and, that rarely happens for me. Seems they're not paying for good films, or, their choices are off. Started feeling a little more like American Airlines, which I hate."
