Miinukset: Poor selection of european films! There is a far bigger choice in e.g. Singapore airlines or Cathay Pacific. Rest was fine.

Plussat: The raw was empty and I could sleep whole 10 hours

Plussat: Crew wasn’t on the top of their game, food was ok, entertainment was bad, old movies, poor selection.

Miinukset: I expected more from airlines lake Austrian.

Plussat: Super friendly and efficient crew. Tasty food, excellent, first rate service (business class).

Miinukset: Business class seat was comfortable, though a bit too narrow; when seat was horizontal my arm was constantly falling in the aisle.

Miinukset: Marginally confusing online check in instructions. Gate attendant wasn’t helpful and tried to charge us 55 euro to check in. Everything is ala carte but I understood that when buying the ticket. Flight was more than 1 hr late. Gate attendant was rude and gave wrong information. Boarding process was not well managed. Made it to destination with bags.

Miinukset: The food needs major improvement. What has happened to Lufthansa??? Other people I know on different flights also have big complaints about the food.

Plussat: I didn’t even catch this flight - the connection time was impossible causing unnecessary stress!!! Just don’t sell this ticket which such a tight connection.

Miinukset: Delayed flight, missed connecting flight due to that. On the ground staff should have better coordinated from arrival to boarding of next flight. Chaotic and short staffed security personnel at Frankfurt airport. Overall a pathetic experience

Miinukset: Eemployees were extremely rude, the experience will make me reconsider using the airline as well as going to this particular airport in Spain. I was upset and disgusted with the service.

Plussat: Crew was ok. Seat was fairly comfortable.

Miinukset: There was no in flight service and nothing was offered. Smaller plane but our flight from London to Bergen was in a smaller plane and we were offered something to drink.

Plussat: Good crew and very smooth flight. Other than the inefficient boarding process which is more the airports fault, my experience with Norwegian was excellent.

Miinukset: Boarding was crazy. Could not everyone in the gate area.

Miinukset: Old aircraft. Uncomfortable seats in economy. Entertainment screens old and almost impossible to watch - watched my iPhone! No mobile phone charger.

Miinukset: I got overcharged for a bag $230 Dollars, both planes were delayed, the supervisor Danny at Ohare was horrible, will never use Lufthansa ever again!

Miinukset: The aisle between seats are too small. The carts and people can barely make it through. Aisle passengers always get bumped making it a long flight.

Miinukset: This airline charges for everything, and after you pay once, they try to charge you again, and again, and again (four different people tried to charge me 4 different times for my two checked bags). And they lost the record of my payment, so I had to show 4 times the Amex receipt showing that I had paid before. It took 45 minutes and 4 non receptive agents for me to get my luggage checked. British Airways is significantly better.

Plussat: Cops is always a good reason to flight

Miinukset: They always change the gates, also too many disorders in the gate previous the boarding process, the process it is not clean. They took hand baggage aleatory to send to down and do not ask if we have fragile stuffs there.

Plussat: The entertainment system was good and the crew excellent. The person in front of me did not put their seat back which made my trip more comfortable. Loading and unloading was orderly and efficient.

Plussat: Although economy, it was pleasant and okay

Miinukset: I bought a business ticket but flew in economy from Tel Aviv to Vienna. I knew about it but the ticket cost was still high.

Miinukset: Bigger seats the new ones are way to narrow

Miinukset: A little bit chaotic when they loaded two planes at the same time in a very tight space in Amsterdsm but this was most likey an airport soecific design issue and not a KLM issue. The flight was as good as can be expected fir an international flight. The staff was great

Miinukset: Surprised to find out that there was no rock/metal playlist available within music menu, considering that Finnish artists/bands are famous worldwide and very proficient in this genre.

Miinukset: Seat in front of me was mostly lowered in a position that caused an uncomfortable force against my knees. My neighbor had to place his knees in my sitting area for the very same reason. Otherwise everything was great.

Miinukset: I was catching a flight in Paris to Aberdeen after arriving from Malaga. The time between flights was not enough 55 mins as the gate closed 20 mins before departure and it takes at least 15 minutes from arrival to taxi to the terminal and then get off the plane. I had to change from terminal F to E which was well sign posted but I only made it with 4 minutes to spare
