Miinukset: "Custom control at transfer airport (IST) was very crowded. Then were no Turkish Air representative available to guide to terminal, to reassure flight will be held. Arriving flight was late, very stressful. Turkish Air representatives near lines to say—we are aware you are connecting would have alleviated stress."

Miinukset: "The entertainment system, in three out of four long flights, did not work. In the one that "worked", the sound was terrible and this made the experience totally unsatisfactory. A major airline should avoid this."

They should know this and make more chicken available and less fish. But I tasted both and both entrees were good. The "sour cherry juice" is great."

I was kept waiting many times without explanation. The carpet in the plane was soaking wet...when you step on it you could feel liquid splash up on your feet. the airplane was quite warm. The seat would not stay upright. The children behind me kicked my seat the entire 11.5 hour flight. The monitor to watch TV also would not stay upright. The solitaire game would never load. The airport crew had conflicting instructions. My checked bags were damaged and bungee cords were missing. I was not alerted before boarding that my computer, tablet and camera would be confiscated until my ATL destination and therefore they were not properly padded for flight. A long time to disembark the plane...The attendant had to call and ask where the connector was to let us leave."

Plussat: "Well, Due to craziness at Atatürk airport my 11am flight arrived to Istanbul at 3pm.. which was the time of my connecting flight to NY. I was lucky that the flight was being delayed too.. so I got to board my flight 3:40pm. However, due to high traffic at Atatürk airport my New York flight departed at 5pm. Overall there was just a 2 hour delay, however the experience of transferring was quite stressful, not to mention that my bags didn't make it to New York. I just wished that the connecting flight information was not offline in the Ankara Istanbul train so that I didn't panic as much. Overall I made it safe and sound to my destination by the magic of plane transportation.. so thank you to all the engineers, staff, pilot, cabin crew and oil companies that did so much to bring me home. Plussat: "Turkish staff places the comfort and convenience of their passengers high on their priorities. Crew is friendly and efficient, very helpful. I preferred it over my Emirates experience"

Plussat: "The service I received on Turkish Airlines was excellent. I live in rural Rwanda and it was really nice to actually sit back, relax, and not worry about getting to where I was going. The staff was courteous and friendly and even let me keep my can of tomato juice. These may seem like small things to you but it made me feel at home for the first time in over a year and I want you guys to know I truly appreciated it. We had a tight train connection to Granada and didn’t want to miss it waiting for luggage. If it would have been returned at the jetway it wouldn’t have been a problem."

Miinukset: "The crew was not good at all. there was no water service, one had to go to the kitchen and beg for water. in particular the male crew was not happy to help with anything. the snack before landing was served 45 mins before arrival so everything had to be rushed. Crew soiled a half empty can of soda on me, and didn't even apologize. Our luggage missed the flight to MIA and we were told it would be delivered to our house the next day between 7pm and 8pm. it never showed. I called customer service and they could not tell me anything. Horrible experience"

Miinukset: "The fact that all the passengers boarding in "group 3" were forced to check in their carry-on bags if they did not fit under the seat; and retrieve those at the baggage claim area (not right after exiting the airplane) In my case I was able to store my carryon under the seat in front of me after pleading to the crew and gate members to let me try because of my connecting flights. There is no complimentary food service, even water is charged."

It was quite hectic and stressful to arrive to the airport and not see your airline booth anywhere. No signage or anything there of to indicate Iberia or the other operator taking over this Iberia's flight. Then they wanted to charge for my carry-on saying it is too large. Went back and forth arguing for about 10 minutes then I found the bag sizing stand and demostrated to them my carry-on bag fits inside the bars as indicated in their sign. They said oh well it looks large from here. Customer Service is non. It is more Customer Harrassment. DO YOU PAY YOUR CUSTER SERVICE REPS Commission for every checked bag or something? Too bad there aren't many more options but I am considering going to social media to with this. NOT HAPPY and not flying with IBERIA anytime soon. SEnd me my refund!"

The food was mediocre. Our entertainment system was not working at all for half the flight, they reset it about four times to get it working. Once it was working, my husband's screen was not responding at all. Flight was smooth and pilots made up some time in the air which was appreciated."

I would not fly Iberia again and recommend that FinnAir not affiliate with them"

Our original seats put us in seats 18 A B. My daughter was ticketed in row 40 and my son in front. We paid for economy plus, 1 out of 4 didn't get it!"

Et les hôtesses n'étaient pas agréable. Pas de sourire et passaient avec leur chariots brusquement. Mon copain c'est pris plusieurs coup dans les épaules donc pas agréable."

Miinukset: "There were several flights departing from Dallas Fort Worth and they couldn't get me on one based on weather supposedly but there's zero rain on the ground they made me pay for a hotel hundred bucks to stay in a Holiday Inn Express end it's not very quaint mind you I don't get to leave and get to my destination until 2 o'clock tomorrow afternoon"
Plussat: "The meal that was served was exceptionally good."
Miinukset: "Is it really that much more expansive to provide complementary movies - personally I never watch the movies but many passengers do - I did not notice anyone who purchased this service."
Plussat: "Flight attendants were friendly."
Miinukset: "The most uncomfortable seat I have ever ridden on a flight. My back and posterior were in pain for over a day after the flight. Terrible treatment of passengers to pack a few more people in like cattle. Thinnest seats I have ever seen that felt and looked like hard plastic. This was an Embraer 175 jet...will never fly on one of these again. Had a hard landing in excellent weather. Flew the same route back to Charlotte on an American Airlines A320...these seats were comfortable and the landing was smooth even with a 20mph crosswind."

Plussat: "Much better flight from HOU-PTY. Crew was more friendly. Option to qatch free movies on my personal device is great."
Miinukset: "4 hour flight and only a small pouch of savory snacks and some mints! Leg room is very limited."

Miinukset: "Your entertainment sucks everything cost so much. There is NO leg room. Your planes I think are old needs to be updated."

Miinukset: "Mantinence problems was delayed for 3 hours"
Miinukset: "Flight was originally for 2:58pm. When I got to the airport it was delayed until 4:15pm. This wasn't ideal but I would still make my connecting flight in EWR at 6:20. I got to my gate to find a sign saying "most on time arrivals in our history" followed by my flight now delayed until 5:00pm. It was once again delayed into 5:20pm and so I had to be transferred to an American flight or else I would not have left the day scheduled."
Plussat: "A typical flight."
Miinukset: "United continues to drop the ball on every flights I take. I only fly them when I absolutely have to bring platinum on delta and mosaic on JetBlue. Consistently worse vs those two start to finish."
Plussat: "From Salt Lake to Houston, there was a really rude flight attendant, a man. Other than that, my entire flight experience was good. They didn't have Dr. Pepper."
Plussat: "Flight itself was short."
Miinukset: "It took longer to board and wait to take off than the entire flight lasted. Deplaning and receiving gate checked bags seemed to take longer than normal times. One of the attendants (don't know his name, but he had glasses) was not pleasant. He seemed to want to be anywhere other than there."
Miinukset: "Delayed 3 hours sitting in tight space on the plane"
Miinukset: "and smiling faces. I actually have no complaints. All went"
Plussat: "Captain personally kept us updated on the situation concerning the delay due to mechanical problems"
Miinukset: "Reassurance about what would happen if a replacement aircraft could not be found should be provided up front."
Plussat: "Excellent responsive service start to finish."
Plussat: "The crew were very understanding that we all just wanted to be home (the flight was delayed for three hours, so we didn't get home until 2am). They were efficient and got us home safely and quickly."
Miinukset: "I was not impressed with United and how they handled the delay. The staff did not care that we were waiting for 5 hours for a plane they couldn't even guarantee was coming. No workers were at the gate for a long time to even help out customers."
Miinukset: "Didn't seat us together, although I selected seats at purchase."
Plussat: "Again, the food wasn't bad, persay, there was just hardly any time to justify food at all. Just a slightly crushed packet of snack that was almost entirely pretzel."
Plussat: "Everything went how it should."
Miinukset: "They would not let me take my flight because I missed the first leg. So the flights that I paid for I was not able to use. I had to spend an additional $320 to buy a new ticket."
Miinukset: "My seat was broken could not recline"
Plussat: "There was a 30 minute delay, but we managed to get to Chicago close to on time."
Plussat: "I was able to book a seat last minute when I had to extend a trip"
Miinukset: "Lack of personal entertainment. The food was lacking. A passenger behind me asked a steward for help (she thought there was a prob with the airflow). He told her "Turn it on then." Unbelievable."
