On my short flight from Basel to Amsterdam, a young French speaking girl was concerned about how to manage getting to her next gate. The flight attendants talked to her and arranged for someone to take her there. On my longer flight from Amsterdam to New York City, there was a customer who was in distress about missing a previous flight and not making it to her connecting flight in New York. One of the flight attendants reassured her until she stopped crying and calmed down. That same flight attendant was always so positive and cheerful in all she did. The rest of the crew was top notch. This was my best experience flying in such a long time. Well done, KLM crews of flights 1984 and 0645 on July 10!"

Miinukset: "Exceptionally unhelpful customer service when asking about extra kilos/bags. Just quoted the online info back at us. We simply wanted to know how much would be charged if the bag was 1-2kgs overweight. We could not get a straight answer, just quoted the unclear company policy. Extremely frustrating and annoying. KLM offer a superior flight experience - it is a shame their terrestrial customer servic does not match it!"

Plussat: "The very dirty plane was cleaned at Dar-es-salaam and became less dirty. The pilot kept us updated periodically through the flight. The flight attendants were very pleasant."
Miinukset: "The plane was very dirty when we landed in Dar-es-salaam. The plane did get cleaned a little bit in Dar-es-salaam however I was still missing a pillow and blanket which I had to actively seek out. Seating was not very comfortable as there was a box attached to the leg of the seat in front of me, making it necessary to keep my feet at an uncomfortable angle through the long flight. I did not enjoy the food."

Plussat: "Efficiency and speed of boarding was acceptable. I have no complaints about that aspect. The Comfort+ seats were worth the upgrade, pretty comfortable and reasonable legroom unless you have a big carry on stowed under the seat in front of you."
Miinukset: "The first announcement they made to all of us in the economy section was thay they did not have any headphones for anyone but business class. I was told when I booked the seat that the headphones would be complementary. So I did not bother to bring any assuming they were going to keep their word; I figure I'd make it work and watch a movie without sound. If that isn't bad enough midway through my nine hour flight my monitor went out and would not turn back on."
Plussat: "I fly delta this was run by KLM they weight all bags delta does not they don't take TSA preach Check. Delta does It was a free for all with check in and getting into plane"

Miinukset: "Might have lost my bag. I was told not to claim my bag and that it would meet me at my final destination. That did not happen. I even paid extra because of the over weight. When they charge you 100 extra euro you expect your bag to make it to its final destination."

Plussat: "The trip started off poorly with a day delay and rebooking hotel and car at final destination. Not to mention our final destination is San Antonio not Phoenix. We were not rebooked for a flight from PHX to SAT. But after a few hours we were finally booked. We didn’t really appreciate the 7 hour layover at 0100 in the morning and nowhere to get a meal or even coffee. However, the flight had the same crew from the night prior and they were excellent. The flight was open so we were able to get more leg room, less waiting time for the bathroom, and pretty much one on one service from our flight attendants. With all the struggle in the beginning, this particular flight was actually the best flight I have been on."
Miinukset: "We were ok with the hotel and meal vouchers however, again, the only part of our itinerary looked at was the first flight, not the second into SAT. Had we not questioned the agent, we would have been stuck in PHX with no room, no car, and if we eventually would have gotten a flight, our reservations for car and hotel in SAT would have been cancelled and I would have been out $1700. I already lost money but it could have been worse. Basically, I am paying for a car and room that I am not currently in. Reimbursement for that would have been nice. Either way we will still travel using the travel service and this particular airline in the future."

Miinukset: "Being accommodated when your flight gets delayed over 14hrs. Not living in the area and all decent hotels booked up, me and my mother were forced to try to sleep on the floor at JFK, among a mother and two young children. That was a bad experience."

I did not get to the hotel room until 3:30 AM- 3 hours sleep then back to airport only to have the flight delayed again."
Miinukset: "The gate agents called all boarding groups with the boarding queue extending the entire length of the jet bridge and into the terminal beyond the gate area, making us stand in line ten to fifteen minutes longer for no reason."

Miinukset: "The overall experience. I was so disappointed from when we got delayed to asking for accomodation for my family. I will not use this airline unless I absolutely need too."
Plussat: "For American’s domestic fleet, this is my favourite airplane, the Airbus A321. It has the largest coach seats so no matter where you sit, you aren’t a sardine in a tin can (like those awful 737s). Cabin crew was quiet and seemingly tired, but that’s fine for an evening flight. Peaceful flight."

I was sitting in the back and the flight attendant who was suppose to assist us made us feel like i was a bother to her. First of all she just rudly dropped biscuits on my table didnt ask if i wanted and then I had to ask her for coffee, she didnt ask me if i wanted something to drink. Finally she brought my daughter and I some coffee. i ask for sugar and she said im very busy you have to wait....eventually she gave me one packet of sugar. I had to ask for another sugar for my daughter , so when i ask she gets upset and tells me i have to wait but there as a white who ask for assistance and she was very polite to her."

Plussat: "That we where on the plane... If you consider that we had to make this D-tour to get to San Juan...AA canceled our flight to San Juan in JFK due to wether and not enough standby crews."
Miinukset: "That the canceled the flight in JFK, and the couldn't get us to to San Juan from JFK the same or the next day!! There was nobody from AA to assist you or help you!! We had this once with Delta as well but they send you the new itinerary in front with a compensation and help you at the airport... For us it's never AA again"

Plussat: "When I arrived in Orlando, Luis Camacho assisted me the entire time and was incredibly helpful. He was able to get me on a flight to Chicago from Orlando without having to get on a bus."

Miinukset: "Being 3 1/2 hours late from Quito to Miami Being delayed from Denver to Houston and switch to United to coach seats, they did give us coupons though, but after the fact . Luggage arriving late from Denver, customer service didn't have a clue were the luggage was. As we were leaving to come back next day the luggage, we saw it in a carrousel, and pick it up. Republic flight from New Orleans it's not worth it the business class, very poor service ."

Plussat: "The professionalism of the pilots in handling the extremely rough weather during the flight"
Miinukset: "The meal of a turkey sandwich on dry bread was forgettable . They are co - shared with Qantas and could learn a lot about providing a decent meal on a long expensive flight"

Miinukset: "We were delayed for over two hours and when we finally landed in Dallas we sat on the runway for two hours because American had planes at the gates because of previous canceled flights. We didn't get to a gate until two hours after we landed."
