Matkustamohenkilökunnan toiminta ja käytös ala-arvoista
Check in Pariisissa oli vanhanaikasta. Jos on matkatavara menossa rumaan, tai haluaa boardingpassi paperiversiona joutuu odottamaan että check in avautuu.
Henkilökunta oli ihan ystävällistä. Koneeseennousu oli hidas. Tarjottavat ovat nolla-arvoisia, vain lasi vettä ilmaiseksi, ei ole toimiva konsepti ollenkaan.
Kone lähti myöhässä ja henkilökunnalla turha puheripuli kovaäänisiin
Ostettiin lentolippu yhdessä, ei siis pitänyt olla epäselvää, että ollaan pariskunta. Meidät kuitenkin sijoitettiin istumaan koneessa kauas toisistamme. Pärjäämme toki itsenäisesti, mutta moinen homma vaikuttaa lähinnä kiusanteolta. Eikä suinkaan asiakaspalvelulta. Terveiset siis Finnairille tai muille, jotka olivat järkkäilleet istumapaikat.
Hyvä, nopea lento, Hki lentoasemalla hyvä palvelu
Lento aivan täynnä ja bourdauksessa ei mitään järjestystä. Tuntuu siltä, että Finnair sijoittaa pariskunnat erilleen ilman erillistä maksettua paikkavalintaa.
Premiere economy -luokkaan voisi kuulua ruoka
Tehokasta, mukavaa, uutta ja miellyttävää. Homma toimi. Hyvät unet!

Kone oli kolme tuntia myöhässä.... Meitä pompoteltiin portilta toiselle. Ilmastointi oli olematon.
Asiakkaita suositellaan menemään kentälle hyvissä,ajoin, mutta finskin lähtöselvitys ja bag drop portit avautuvat, aina, liian myöhään. (munchen)

Edelleen toivoisin edes kahvia maksutta, Air France osaltaan tarjoaa jopa pientä syötävää ja muuta juotavaa.
Finnair arpoi edellisenä iltana check-in:ssä mieheni riville 29 ja minut riville 16 eikä näitä voinut muuttaa. Finnair rahastaa kaikesta, vaikka ei tietääkseni ole ’halpalentoyhtiö’. Mustikkamehumukillinen on ainut, mikä kuuluu hintaan. Menolennolla KLM tarjosi suolaisen ja makean välipalan kaikkine juomineen (kahvi, mehu, virvoitusjuoma, olut, viini). Kännykän voi ladata. For free.
Nopeaa toimintaa, kaikki sujui hyvin.

Friendly and professional crew
Kun Finnair ei tarjoa muuta kuin mehua ja vettä niin olisi mukavaa että edes voisi ostaa jotain vähän laadukkaampaa syötävää kuin nuudeleita!

Tällä lennolle kaikki sujui hienosti. Henkilökunta toimi ammattitaitoisesti ja lentäjät olivat huippu ammattilaisia, nousut ja laskut olivat hallittua. Kiitos Finnair.
Jokin ongelma saapuessa jolloin bussikuljetus ja kävely toisesta päästä kenttää… kangasmaski käskettiin vaihtaa kesken lennon vaikka osa oli ilman saapuessakin koneeseen Lentolippujen kaivaminen oli haastavaa,sitten keksin liittää finskin appiin
Minulla oli aivan kova nälkä ja halusin ostaa lentokoneessa leivän mutta valitettavasti minä olen nuori enkä omista luottokorttia ja en saanut koneesta mitään koska normaali electron maksu kortti ei kelvannut eikä käteinen kelvannut..

Air France lost my luggage again Its the second time in a week
Luggage handling. Arrived in Johannesburg without my luggage. Communication regarding lost luggage is basically non-existent.
A really excellent and comfortable experience. No wifi in my section of business class though - would have made it perfect.

Got passed over during the first drink service. Second service was more agreeable. Passengers are allowed to prop their feet up on the backs of the seats in front of them and to play their devices without headphones so everyone has to listen to it?For 4 hours. Why does this go unchecked? Is the comfort of a single passenger more important than all the others? I normally have nothing but good things to say about Air France but they missed the mark today by a wide margin.
No online check-in, so not ideal for business travellers having to queue to check-in at Zurich airport

Miinukset: "Boarding was a disaster as my companion was selected for random search which held us up as there was no urgency to process us. Then there was no sign for where we should go since upper deck on 747 so we went in "economy" line as indicated on ticket and then was sent to correct line when we got to the front, wasting more time. The seatrs were the most uncomfortable I have ever beeon on for a long flight. I also paid extra to be in the exit row, to have people constantly congregating in front of us."
Miinukset: "They have a terrible communication problem, they never communicated why the flight was late, they never communicated what they were doing or what was happening. Bad customer service. Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. Without that tickets we can not claim the bags. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."

Miinukset: "My pregnant wife was downgraded from business to economy 20 minutes before departure because the airline made a mistake with the reservation for our puppy traveling in the cabin with us. If this were not enough, the airline also lost one of our bags so this week we have to file for compensation for both begin downgraded and for the contents of our 30 kilo bag which never made it to Ho Chi Minh. Air France was a complete and total disaster and I would strongly recommend all friends and colleagues to find alternative airlines for travel"

Then we had to climb steep steps in extremely hot weather. We were then delayed for a hour in the plane in very hot conditions as the plane had its air conditioning off and the ground air conditioning was not put on. We were swearing in the heat for an hour!! We arrived at our destination and hour and half late!!"

The biggest problem is they were picking and choosing which bags they weighed. 10 people behind us and before us got in without incident. Plane wasn’t even half full so they were deliberately trying to make more $."

Miinukset: "The cabin on the 777-200 was far too hot (about 25c) and with no individual air vent I found this unbearable on a 12 hour flight. And despite the flight taking place entirely during daylight hours and leaving at 10:30 am, inexplicably we were made to all pull our blinds down and the lights went off after a couple of hours - in the middle of the day and for about 8 hours! So although I had paid for a window seat there was nothing to see apart from the window shade. As it was the middle of the day I could not go to sleep, the person in front of me reclined fully so for me the flight was a hot, claustropobic, dark hell. An utterly miserable experience. I felt like I was going mad, trapped in my own little cell."

This led me to book another flight to my destination, so that I did not miss anymore of my trip. I am going to pursue a refund of my original flight. It seemed to me that Kenya Airlines new the flight would be delayed and said nothing until two hours before. Also how they handled the situation was very poor. I will never fly with Kenya Airlines again."
Plussat: "My travel itinerary was one with long layover times. Thank you Kenya, Airways for allowing the day use of your lounge areas for a fee. Got some sleep, a wonderful Turkey Lunch on Christmas Day, before my connecting flight to Guangzhou. Smooth Short field landing and take off in the 787-8. No rattling sounds during landing and take off so the Plane must have also been new. Kudos!!"

Food for thought, could the toliets on flights be designated according to gender? toilet seat was always covered in sprayed urine( which I wiped clean every time before sitting and using the toilets, made several trips during the 9 hour flight. Hand Soap run out at some point."

Miinukset: "I had 3 hours in Johannesburg before catching a shuttle bus, so being an hour late wasn't a big problem. After rushing from Entebbe flight which was an hour late leaving and arriving, I got to the gate to be informed that this NBO to JNB flight was an hour late in departing. Pilot said it was due to "technical difficulties". My ticket had 4 legs : Nov 28 due to leave JNB at 1:20 finally left at 8:30 due to NBO runway closed from plane belly landing - the pilot was very apologetic - LATE. Dec 5 NBO to Entebbe was an hour late due to "passenger problem and luggage taken off" - LATE. Dec 10 Entebbe to NBO left an hour late due to "plane arriving late" - LATE. Dec 10 NBO to Johannesburg was an hour late due to "technical difficulties" - LATE. All 4 flights were at least an hour late leaving and arriving yet the pilots all said thanks for flying Kenya Airways - the Pride of Africa. This is what Africa should be proud of ?!? and Kenya Airways is proud of ?!? Passengers I talked to all were negative in their comments about Kenya Airways. All said there is ALWAYS something of a problem on a Kenya Airways flight. Lady on NBO to EBB flight next to me as we boarded plane and I said everything has gone smoothly so far, replied - the flight isn't over yet - and then we sat in the plane for an hour while they "removed passengers luggage". A man in NBO departure area as we waited to board JNB late flight said, the procedures and organisation are terrible with problems most of the time, which was why he was using up his reward miles because he didn't want to fly Kenya Airways again. This is the culture of this airline which is allowed to continue with seemingly no regard for the paying customers. If the powers that be such as the FAA, imposed a $100 credit to each passenger for late leaving or arriving, I would have received $400 back on a ticket that cost $750. Maybe the airlines would do something practical to remedy their problems and care for the paying customers rather than just saying "we are sorry for any inconvenience "."

Miinukset: "Our flight was delayed because the airport shut down. When the airport opened again. They gave us a departure time 4 hours after our original departure time (1:20 am). 1:20 came and went without any more communication or information. 1:40 am arrived and someone from KQ showed up at our gate and said they do not have any additional information. We said there are children here and hungry, tired, frustrated people. We suggested they distribute waters or snacks, but that never happened. They just kept telling us they didnt know when the flight would take off (or if it would) nor when they would have any additional information. An hour later they made one announcement over the speaker at our gate that our flight was boarding at another gate. However, many people had fallen asleep on the floor as I had and I would have missed it if one of my fellow passengers hadnt woken me up to say that we were boarding. We then sat on the tarmac a while longer for reasons that were not explained and finally landed 7 hours later than scheduled. Very little effort was put into communicating to us, making our wait comfortable nor apologizing for the inconvenience. It was a very frustrating experience."
Miinukset: "I was not informed by either telephone or email that the flight was being delayed by 3 hours until I have arrived at the airport, despite having the customer contact information. Moreover the delay eventually turned out to be about four and a half hours; disgraceful and unprofessional! I no longer plan to patronize Kenya Airways if I can help it!"
Miinukset: "Kenya airways is a symbol of operational disorder and absence of any client orientation. I would strongly recommend Kyak to take it off its recommended airlines"
Miinukset: "That the flight time was changed from 8am to 10am and we were not informed until check-in time. Then the flight was changed from 10 to midday, but we were only told during boarding and told to go for breakfast at some restaurant without getting directions. On arriving at the restaurant, we were made to sit in a waiting area for over 30 mins then later told to move to another restaurant, without directions. After going through the gate to board for the midday flight and waiting over an hour, we were informed that we were to fly at 4:15pm! The flight was uncomfortable with seats that had absolutely no leg room and non reclining seats"
