Miinukset: "Their crew wars lazy . In 12 h flight I got coffee only once . The food was ok, bread was old. Airplane was dirty. Called for flight attendant but had to go to look for them by myself . By the end of the flight there was hardly any jews laughed and no Lamons. The plane was not ready to be full Of people."

Plussat: "Once we boarded, staff were attentive and service was good in business class. Food was high quality but in their effort to serve an elaborate 4-5 course meal, there was less attention on making sure people had drinks to pair with their meals."
Miinukset: "We were delayed for 3 hours. We were held in a the boarding area behind security for 2 hours with no seats, no water, no space, and no information. Turkish Airline representatives looked clueless and did not provide information or even look concerned. That was the worst handled delay in my over 30 years of flying all over the world on any many carriers. Once we boarded, the flight went well from there."
Plussat: "This flight was great. It was a short flight but food was still served. Crew was very nice."

Miinukset: "Flight was overbooked, which is always an annoying inconvenience. As a result, the flight was significantly delayed. When the plane landed the pilot immediately had to take off again which was really unusual and unsettling. But eventually we were able to properly land."

Miinukset: "No where to stash my legs. Why bother to have feet, knees and legs while flying. While flying economy class, airlines should require amputation of legs at the hip. You should just do it because at the end of a long flight your legs will fall off anyhow. They will be rotten and full of ganggreene from no blood flow."
Plussat: "Infinitely superior to BA on the London to Istanbul route , in economy but especially so in business. Great entertainment whilst BA have non. Also full service meals in economy whereas BA make you pay on boatd"

Miinukset: "Passenger next to me wanted water constantly. The passenger on left of me constantly wanted wine. One got very little attention while the other treated like royalty. Unfortunately the African passenger who wanted water went thirsty a lot."

Plussat: "They are literally the BEST airline I have every flown! All the crew are so nice and it is their policy to give you all of the comforts - pillows, blankets, headphones, drinks (including alcohol), movies, musics, games, meals, snacks and probably more! I don't think they have a way to take money! This was the best flying experience I have ever had! The plane itself was also very nice. There was touchscreen in front of me with all kinds of entertainment plus a USB charger for my phone. They also made sure the closest connecting flight folks had gate attendants waiting for them. The service is phenomenal all the way around!"

Miinukset: "In All my flights with them it is Sssoooo hot!!! They save on A/C??? I asked to cool the cabine - they did for 15 min and back to heat again . Managing seat assignment is impossible if you book through a website other than theirs . They don't have an "economy comfort " option"
Miinukset: "We were in business. Food and service quality has gone downhill since last year. Cabin temperature is very warm. Staffs are not friendly. They spent a lot of time chatting in the galley talking and eating off food serving trays. Yikes!"
Plussat: "The crew was friendly and helpful. They were in the cabin often offering complimentary food and beverages. The seats were spacious even for my husband who is 6'1". There were many complimentary viewing options on the television as well."

Miinukset: "Service at Ataturk Airport, this place needs to be improved, also booking system that will sell tickets with more than 24 hour layover without mentioning on the site, tricks passengers to idea that they are leaving on the same day. I got stuck in Istanbul for 24 hours, just because tickets didn't mentioned date of second departure."
Plussat: "Again, the crew did a good job helping me recover from the terrible on ground experience. Great food!"
Miinukset: "Again, the check-in process was remarkably, out of this world terrible! Even for business class!"

The flight was not full passengers flying solo, like myself, could have benefitted from better seating arrangements. for example some passengers had an entire row of seats to themselves while people like me were stuck next to a window seat with a talkative passenger for 11 hours"
Plussat: "Must and entertainment, and legroom."
Miinukset: "Turkish airline randomly changed my seat assignments without any explanation to me. I also found out my connect flight was changed to much later and one causing me an eight hour delay and assemble airport. Again this was done without my knowledge I happen to randomly find out at the check-in station in Los Angeles. The manager was kind enough to switch me back to my old flight and seat assignments but it took an hour waiting. As a result of the irresponsible delay at the airport and the pilot not bothering to make up the time when we arrive to sample I realized we had missed her flight despite the promises that they will wait it was the most horrible experience. Rest of the passengers and I were waiting at the connecting gate with the gate number the flight number and the sign saying now boarding but there was no plane no one could give us an explanation of what happened. I will never fly Turkish again"

Miinukset: "Disappointed that I couldn't choose my meal options - was given a menu that said you could pick between more than one meal. But every single time the food cart arrived (6 total among 4 flights), was told there was no options."

Plussat: "I did not realize the flight was a Fly Dubai plane until I got to the airport. I intentionally bought Emirates Airline ticket so that I did not have to go Fly Dubai. Fly Dubai just plain sucks."
Miinukset: "Make it clear this is a Fly Dubai flight and not Emirates. I feel deceived and cheated."

Miinukset: "You van only buy food and drinks when the crew do their service rounds of which there were 2 on a flight of nearly 6 hours. 2 toilets for over 200 customers meant long queues in the narrow corridor. Staff were very rude when I asked if I could order a drink. You can pay for entertainment which is fine but you need to have wired earphones with you."
Plussat: "Not much."
Miinukset: "The plane was very old with no padding in the seats. You could feel the back of the seat grinding into your back. Everything, including water, had a price tag, unless your flight originated from an international previous flight. During the four hour flight there was no entertainment available, wi fi was expensive, and flight attendants were practically non existent. Water......, a plain bottle of water, cost $2.00! I had to beg for a paltry cup of water that supposedly came with my flight. Fly Dubai is nothing near the service and reputation of Emerites. Other connecting airlines to Nepal are much better."
Plussat: "Nothing much. Flight was delayed and no apology was given."
Miinukset: "The food situation was weird. Only some passengers were given food. Also I didn't see any selection of movies."

Miinukset: "The flight from dubai to Kuwait was on Flydubai NOT Emirates.. in site was Emirates and that make problems to me cuz i hade to to go to terminal 2 for flydubai !!"
Plussat: "It was on time, which is always a good thing!"
Miinukset: "The check in agent was not very helpful. He said, "Would you like window or aisle?" I said, "Window please". He says, "there are no windows. I can give you an aisle." I said, "but you asked me if I wanted a window." He said, "you are too late" (as though it's my fault... but I was one of the earlier ones at check-in and was not able to check-in online!). He continues, "I can give you an aisle in row 23". I say, "okay". Then after I leave the check-in counter and look at my boarding pass it says I have seat 11B. Neither window or aisle! In addition, I flew this flight as part of an Emirates ticket and it was not cheap, and yet the FlyDubai segment did not include a meal."
Plussat: "Nothing. Zero."
Miinukset: "We stood on a bus for 15+ minutes waiting to board. We boarded, crowded plane with small space, and now my luggage is lost. I paid a lot of money for my business class ticket on Emirates only to have a second flight that was terrible in every way. No one seems to care where my bag may be- I am trekking in 2 days and I have NOTHING to use!! I’ve called every number I can find and emailed fly dubai- each person had shown very little care and not one person can even tell me if my bag left Dallas. Unreal."
Plussat: "As always, arriving home after two weeks away on an international trip is thrilling. The trip is SO LONG."

Miinukset: "While boarding a woman was in my window seat and her children were seated beside her. The host asked if i wouldnt mind letting the family sit together.I accepted the request where upon the host suggested a middle seat which i rejeceted and notified him that he just passed by 8 empty seats in business class and since the doors were closed I knew were available. He denied the request, had me stand awkwardly while he checked other peoples tickets for 3 minutes to find a single person who was not seated in their middle seat and was forced to move whereupon i recieved dirty looks for the remainder of the flight and right through baggage claim at our destination. I did Flydubai a favor and gave up my seat for the woman and her family. A hassle free otherwise empty business class seat would have been the appropriate response."
Miinukset: "I prefer to have all misc costs incorporated into the ticket, the nickel and dime adds is aggravating."
Miinukset: "It was unacceptable I wasn’t able to catch my flight going there and the clerk had no record of our flight and he was very rude. Also had to buy a more expensive ticket just to get there"

Miinukset: "You have to even pay for a bottle of water. No food. No curtesy. Made a man pay for giving his seat to someone else. Would not let him sit in the bulkhead seat without paying EXTRA. Even business/first class had to PAY FOR FOOD!!! I regret having chosen that group of Emirates and FlyDubai. Do yourself a favor and stick to Qatar Air."

Plussat: "Not much actually, apart from being able to get home."
Miinukset: "Charter behaviour on a long distance flight? Well that is a new low in airlines. Well maybe except from Delta. I guess i can be happy that the crew did not drag people out and i managed to travel safely. That being said, having to pay for everything including water, snack (let alone food) or entertainment on a long distance flight is at least, excuse my French, a dick move. Not pleasant in any way."

Miinukset: "Absolutely nothing was provided. For a 5 hour flight everything cost, including the water ($2). I bought a terrible, nearly inedible, sandwich for $6. No entertainment. No food or drink unless you paid. And the exit row seats went empty the entire flight because, unlike most other airlines, they didn't fill them when no one paid the extra $100 to buy the increased leg room, they wouldn't let anyone move there. Noting pleasant about the experience. And it was esp. galling after flying 12 hours on Emirates, which was fantastic in every way!"

Plussat: "Nothing at all. I've rated the food as OK, but I didn't buy anything."
Miinukset: "The delay. The cramped, uncomfortable seats. The lack of communication re delay from staff. The disorganised boarding at KTM."
Miinukset: "Delayed for nearly 4 hours, no reason given, no staff visible to talk to, nothing offered to us."
Plussat: "The flight from Kuwait to Dubai was great. On time and well organized."
Miinukset: "As a frequent traveller I understand that delays are just part of air travel. However, my flight from Dubai to Kuwait on Fly Dubai demonstrated just how disorganized and bungled an airline can truly be. The aircrew and staff did their best under incredibly stressful circumstances and were incredibly professional. However, I have never seen logistics messed up so badly. It would be one thing to cancel and reschedule a flight for later in the day but to leave people stranded for 4 hours on the Tarmac, to take them off the plane and go back through screening to wait again at the same gate with no answers or announcements is just horrible mismanagement. My flight left 8 hours after its scheduled departure but the only updates we got were "15 more minutes", "20 more minutes", etc. while we queued up for HOURS. In the future, I'll pay the extra money to never fly with them again."
Miinukset: "50 minutes delay as always!"
Plussat: "The only thing I liked about this airline was the flight they had available the day I needed it, and the price was reasonable. But the flight was oversold, so I wasnt able to take it anyways."
Miinukset: "Fly Dubai check in at Dubai Airport is run by non-employees. My wife and I waited 1.5 hours in line. The staff helps other customers who are late for their flight cut in front of the line, and therefore make everyone else late for their flight. We finally arrive to the front and are told our flight has been oversold, and that it is full. We asked to be put on another flight and they said the next ones leave tomorrow. We were told we had to go wait in another line to arrange a flight or refund. We waited in that line for almost 1 hour, and the employee gave us an email address written on a post it note, and said if we wanted a refund to email them. Just an awful airline. Some other passengers wanted the flight the next day and Fly Dubai offered them a hotel for the night but said the hotel is full. The airline has an awful check in system, awful customer service, and has yet to offer us a refund, or even reply to the email we sent them six days ago. Regardless of their ticket price I will never fly with this airline ever again."
Plussat: "The crews were great on both legs of the flight. Seating was not too bad. When boarding finally started, it was fast."
Miinukset: "Both of my flights were delayed, and in both situations no one would tell anyone what was going on. Leaving passengers in the dark about their travels is a terrible experience."
Plussat: "To be honest nothing in fly Dubai are good"

Miinukset: "The cabin was swealtering while we were waiting to take off for an hour. No explanation as to why there was a delay. No complementary drinks, even in that heat. At least for short flight the entertainment was free."

Miinukset: "The plane looked old and dirty. Windows were really oily so I couldn't put my head down."
