Average air line that fails to deliver anything more. Staff are average, plane is average and there's the usual average standard of cleanliness on board. Overall, just average.
The almost 2 hours delay was announced at the last moment at the airport. Final gate shown 20 later than announced (40 mins to new boarding time). The staff and crew of Wizzair were professional and treated us well in these circumstances.
Plane was late, boarding was cumbersome, luggage missing and no communication. Waited 1 h for luggage and no one to tell passengers the luggage was missing. After one hour we were told that Ryan Air captain knew all along that luggage was missing and decided not to tell us. Priceless

Miinukset: "Ryanair website did not work properly for check in and I was charge 110euro extra upon arrival at Athens airport - myself and my fiancé are very disappointed. We arrived at the airport 2 hours before our flight and we were told we could not complete our check in process as it was only available online. The flight had delayed 1 hour and we still payed 110 euro. The crew had very rude attitude. This was the first time flying with Ryanair and it was a complete disaster. I believe it is unacceptable to pay for something that it was not my mistake and I except to receive a response from you soon."
Plussat: "Most uncomfortable seats I have ever been. The Thames train link seats I took to St Pancras was 10 times better. 49 minutes late departure from Athens and not a single word of apology. The crew onboard was friendly."

Miinukset: "Boarding: They didn't take my hand luggage from Luton/London to Murcia, but wanted to put it in the hold from Murcia to Luton/London. Boarding-They didn't separate the different passengers, priority vs cattle. Inconsistent process. Paninnie-pretty lame, more bread than cheese and meat."

Plussat: "No quest when we boarded. Hand luggage was allowed inside the cabin and not placed in the hold as has been on the last few trips."
Miinukset: "the quality of the announcements is poor. The staffs accents are so heavy that the announcements cannot be heard and or understood."

Miinukset: "Having to pay for drinks. Even water. Other carriers you get food and drinks free. Ryanair might say it's cost saving but readjust can do it. And £3 for a bottle of water is ridiculous."

Plussat: "We got there in time, cabin baggage was accepted but the lady at the customs opened up my bag to check it and just threw the things back inside, I had to open my bag again and put them back where they were."
Miinukset: "I purchased the tickets at a good price but when I had to check in, I had to pay extra for early check in and another 7€ for a seat! Considering I bought two tickets for myself and my boyfriend, I ended up paying 40€ more just for check in and seats. This was a rip off. Then the boarding took much more than expected, we waited for 50 minutes standing up in a queue after the gate was announced, we boarded the plane late. The seats are super small and uncomfortable."

Plussat: "Ryanair prices are good. You do have to keep in mind to pack light as they do charge for any bag that cannot be brought onto the plane."

Miinukset: "Poor airport facilities then poor seating on aircraft. Lots of fractious children on board more time spent in aisle than seating. I was constantly bumped throughout flight"

Miinukset: "Making us to wait in line for over 30 minutes to board the plane that came in with passengers right in front of us. No entertainment on board at all. No wifi"
Plussat: "This flight was one time, all of the staff were very kind and efficient, and we had a pleasant experience."
Plussat: "I only had an hour to grab my luggage and my next boarding pass. I made it to my flight with over ten minutes to spare."

Miinukset: "It was a total faf in the airport in Marrakech. Things work differently which is fine but the airline should really inform you that in order to progress through to passport control you need to go to the check in desk (even though you checked in online ages ago) to get a stamp. It took ages and ages and the lack of communication was annoying. Ryanair sent out an email warning about longer security waits but didn't specify. The problem is most people who travel Ryanair don't have bags to check in so naturally like every other place you would go straight through. And if that's not the case then tell people!!! Very frustrating."

Well, so does my husband and we paid for that seat in 1-A and 1-B. So, the man who took 1-C proceeded to be rude and rest his arm on mine the entire trip. FAIL!"

Plussat: "We were " made" to put our bags in the hold. We accept that after 90 passengers this is usual, however on this occasion we were tight for time and the other queue boarding the same flight, that came to the gate late were not "asked" to put their carry on bags in the hold. Poor service Ryanair, what would happen if we refused? It was done in an unfair manner and when questioned we were brushed off with a mumbled response. We will look at other low-cost airlines in future."
