Plussat: Service, staff, food and beverages all excellent

Miinukset: Seat was just a little hard when lying on my side

Plussat: The crew was great!

Plussat: The seats were comfy and the pilots were skilled, food was average.

Miinukset: The handles in between the seats could've been better by being able to be completely raised.

Miinukset: No food only blueberry juice and water

Plussat: I was sorted on Row 3 and the drapes kept hitting the back of my head.

Miinukset: Move the drapes a few more inches back.

Miinukset: Still don’t have my luggage yet

Miinukset: I paid for the preferred seat .and i found that people beside me didnt pay anything when i asked them ,

Miinukset: Keep the temperature at a more reasonable level. Blankets + two layers of clothing was definitely not enough.

Plussat: Professional crew

Miinukset: I think for the price I paid for the flight there should at least be a free snack to go with the free drink.

Plussat: The flight itself was fine. We had a two-hour delay due to a mechanical issue, but the crew took care of it as quickly as they could.

Miinukset: It was just a relatively quick, unremarkable flight.

Plussat: First time on SAS in many years. Service was lower than average. Will fly with other carriers on my next Euro trip.

Miinukset: Flight left Boston 1.5 hours late. I barely made my connecting flight but my checked bag did not. SAS outsources to GBS to handle missing bags. They promised 24 hours to deiiver to my hotel, but took 3 days. No one answers their phone. Terrible experience.

Miinukset: Helpful flight attendant, kind check in attendant

Plussat: There was nothing really special or to write home about--flight got us there safely and ahead of schedule, albeit, uncomfortably (seats were extremely thin and uncomfortable) and the pitch/distance between seat rows was extremely short & cramped..

Miinukset: Seats could have been more comfortable; they were extremely thin and uncomfortable--and airline could give more legroom/pitch between seats.

Plussat: Good movie selection. Attentive crew.

Miinukset: Lufthansa has poor boarding process causing a delay in our flight. Because our next connection flight (ALSO THROUGH LUFTHANSA) was in 40 mins per their booking, we arrived at the gate just prior to take off to find our flight had been given away and we had “missed” that flight. As a result, we were placed on a flight 4 hours later, resulting in a dangerous attempt at reaching our hotel at 11pm. Will never fly Lufthansa again.

Plussat: Everything

Plussat: Crew was very nice

Miinukset: The aisle between seats are too small. The carts and people can barely make it through. Aisle passengers always get bumped making it a long flight.

Plussat: Plane is clean and comfortable. Boarding was great.

Miinukset: Staff was lacy and rude to another customer. She told the passenger she wasn’t walking to the back of the plane to get her a paper cup.

Plussat: Boarding process was smooth.

Miinukset: Cramped seats, at least it was a short flight.

Plussat: food good

Miinukset: techical problems announced AFTER plane was fully boarded, took 1-1/2 hours with no refreshments offered except the water bottles at seat. However, captain did make periodic announcements as to progress of repairs.

Plussat: Flight was fine....

Miinukset: ....but departure wa delayed over an hour

Plussat: The first of a 2-leg trip (Krabi-Oslo) went great. Boarding was orderly and timely, left pretty much on time. Seats were surprisingly comfortable and roomy.

Miinukset: The second leg (Oslo-JFK) however was a completely different story. The airline dropped the ball in so many ways here. 45 minutes past departure time and they are still boarding people. This was mostly do to the gate agents arbitrarily forcing people to needlessly check bags that would have been fine on board (while simultaneously forcing them to pay for checking thos bags, unbelievable money-grab on the part of the airline). Flight crew made no announcements whatsoever on the delay until 30 minutes past departure time. As an obvious result, bags then took a tremendous amount of time to arrive at claim.

Plussat: Getting from a to b to c

Miinukset: No food or water was offered. Had to stop for water . Barely any selection of movies

Plussat: Crew was great. Flight was clean.

Miinukset: I ordered vegan meals and only one of the meals were vegan. Someone had forgotten to bring the second meal for me on the plane.

Plussat: Professional crew

Miinukset: Checking in was a nightmare of inefficiency. I couldn't use self-check-in for my bad because I was flying to America and for some reason, this meant I had to hand my suitcase to someone rather than just putting it on the conveyor belt. There were about 8 people ahead of me, and yet it took a solid hour of standing in line waiting to get to the counter. How it could possibly have been so insanely slow is beyond me. When it was finally my turn to submit my bag it literally took 30 seconds. And yet I had to wait an hour. Grade: F-

Plussat: Great crew, on time, could get a good nights sleep

Plussat: The crew was amazing, friendly and on-top of it. the filght was great. I was next too a large, smelly man and that affected my flight, but that was out of the airline crew's control made the flight a bit uncomfortable.

Miinukset: Not to be seated next to a large man and a child behind me kicking my seat. Again, items out of your control. There is one item, and that is, I forgot to request a vegan food option and it would have been nice to have one last minute even though I did not request it.

Plussat: The crew and service were welcoming, caring and attentive

Miinukset: Many people bring the own headphones these days, but I didn't and provided phones were so-so, volume on touch screen was jumpy too,

Miinukset: With the coronavirus breakout it was better if they pass disinfectant wipes especially before meals

Miinukset: There was loud, annoying static over the intercom off and on.

Plussat: Space, seats, movies.

Miinukset: I was on a seat at the end, after my seat, the stewardess had their closet and they kept hitting (very strongly) the back of my seat with the door, all the time. They woke me up several times. So not good.

Plussat: This is how my trip started that day. Missed my checkin window by 10 mins do to waiting in traffic for 45 mins, because of wreck. Got to the ticket counter at 8:35 and my flight my was set to take of at 9:30. There wear others in the same boat as me, we where all flying with American. I will Never ever fly with American again! The Lady was so rude then she said we were disgrutle when we ask to speak to a manger about trying to board even though or flight didnt leave until 9:30. Not Military Friendly at all. So I ran down to Lufthansa and talk with a guy at the ticket counter that was understanding of the sistuation, he told me what to do once a Book my trip through Kayak he checked me in and got me right to the front and on the plane for the next flight that left 2 hours after my missed flight. I book my trip and got through Tsa all before my flight with american even took off. When I boared the plane the cabin crew was very helpful and laughing and joking with the passagners their smiles brighten my day and made me feel at easy. I was stressed out about missing my flight with American Airlines and that lady at the ticket counter that when on got my flight with Lufthanse I felt like they were my friends and that I have been flying with them before. I will always use Lufthansa when fliying back home back to the states! Thank you to flight crew and men and women at the ticket counters!!

Miinukset: If I could change one thing it would be better food, or the drink protion size or just give out canned drinks. But over all the best flight I have taken in a long time!!

Miinukset: SAS support and communication during the Copenhagen baggage handler strike, which cost us our connection and the family funeral in Scotland, which was the whole point, was abysmal.

Miinukset: Information on arrival time was not correct

Plussat: Very friendly and responsive crew. Announcements from the Capitan and chief of flight attendants are very informative and comforting. Seat positions: very good leg room (even in economy)!

Miinukset: Newer airplane, as 747s are kind of outdated now, especially for long distance flights. But overall had good experience with KLM

Plussat: Pumpkin soup instead of a heavy entree was welcome and tasty. Breakfast yogurt portion was generous, the granola less so. Accompaniments were good. Butter was not ice cold, thank goodness.

Miinukset: Inbelievably chaotic boarding process for Kili to Dar leg. No boarding lanes so had to fight through the crowd. Was able to observe cleaning process at Dar stop, which was cursory and am sure there was no cleaning of seats of those who boarded at Kili.

Plussat: Klm's consistantly high standards in everything they do.
