Plussat: "My experience on Turkish Airlines exceeded expectations. Boarding was smooth and the flight was on time. Service was excellent and staff professional. The crew was courteous but the hostesses could try smiling a bit more. Their courtesy was appreciated but it felt very methodical, more of an obligation and not spontaneous. The pilot did a great introduction and gave information about the trip. Also the plane toilets were clean compared to other companies. I expected to see a wider selection of more recent and award winning movies. Will definitely fly Turkish Airlines again."

In addition, when I approached the ticket counter to inform them of the delay cutting close to my connecting flight, the response is "you're fine...you'll make it". During the deplaning process no announcement to have those with critical connecting flight was made to expedite the process."

Miinukset: "NOTE: THIS IS NOT A CRITIC OF THE AIRLINE Having personally experienced the latest in the consequences of travel related rules mandated by US public officials, I am yet again left wondering if they, and their families, go through these rules that they impose on the general public. Or if they just breeze into their private airport wings and planes. I doubt they take off shoes, belts, and such, or go through irradiated machines. But going through about 3 extra layers of security while transiting is a bit much. Not to mention the extra hours spent relinquishing and reclaiming laptops etc. Frankly, non of these acts makes anything safer. It is akin to the permanently parked police vehicle on the Brooklyn Bridge in NYC since 9-11. What is that supposed to deter?"
Plussat: "Way too many announcements throughout the flight. We has a crazy amount of security checks which caused a delay then had a bus ride to the other side of the airport to get on the plane!"
Plussat: "Staff were all amazing, meals pretty good for airline food, plenty of tv, movie and music options to stay occupied for the long trip."

Plussat: "This was the best coach experience I've ever had. Food was great, tv screens were large, little bags with earplugs, slippers... were provided. Other airlines could take some pointers on how to treat passengers on long, overseas flights."

Miinukset: "I was told in Vienna that I would be allowed to carry my Kindle onto my flight from Istanbul to the USA. I was not able to and had to wait in a very long line both in Istanbul and in the US. I understand the change in regulations, but it is important that all employees of Turkish airlines are aware of the change. We also waited one hour on the runway in Istanbul. Additionally, there was a small section of the plane which received food roughly an hour later than the rest of the plane. I was on this section, and was uncomfortably hungry by the time I received food."
Plussat: "I like the Airline and I think the food is good, the problem sometimes is when you travel a lot you get the same food :) The crew are always great! I do a lot of connections in Istanbul and we never missed one in about two years flying there at least 4 times a month."
Miinukset: "During boarding they do not always board the Gold members first and in some cases when they do it is only to go on the bus before the others. I would like the Gold members to go first with either a bus of their own to at least with part of the bus reserved and we are allowed first on the plane."
Plussat: "I liked that the airline had a nice sleeping pouch that they hand out to you containing a pair of slippers, socks, toothbrush and paste, socks and eye shields. The food is absolutely fantastic and one of the best inflight meals that I had to date! Economy seats are pretty standard like on every airline. The seats do have USB for your devices and I think the air line should have had wifi but I never have my devices on as I would be sleeping for the vast majority of the time of the flight. Another interesting experience, this was my first trip where I had experienced little to no turbulence throughout the entire flight, a first in any travel for me."

Plussat: "Clean(though toilets still had a little bit of smell, better than Delta and United anyway... The food was surprisingly good, way better than United and Delta! The staff is very professional. The chairs are better than what I experienced with other airlines."

Also I got a great price at Kayak. The service was excellent and I do love the fact that Lufthansa is now flying directly from Denver to Munich makes it so much easier."

Plussat: "Nothing special just a typical early morning domesric flight no entertainment on board food was a tad bit better going back to the states then coming to europe and at least we boarded at the gate not like when we flew Frankfurt athens where we took a bus like we were in the 80s like cattle that was embarrassing at this time and age"

Miinukset: "This long haul flight was on an Airbus plane with five restrooms in the basement. There was not enough space to accommodate people waiting in the basement so people had to stand on stairs or by the galley. Flight attendants kept on telling people not to do so but there was simply not enough space."
Plussat: "Crew worked hard to make the journey pleasant, including the second crew for my connection to New York JFK, a much longer flight. Even some of the food was edible."

Miinukset: "There was a 4.5 hr delay due to "technical difficulties". We had to switch planes. This caused me to miss my flight to Tucson out of LAX. When I asked them to help rebook my flight that Lufthansa caused ne to miss, i was told there is nothing they can do. Seeing as how that last flight was not booked through Lufthansa. This is absolutely ridiculous! There were no Lufthansa flights into Tucson so I had no choice but to go with another carrier! So after a long grueling 4.5 hr delay and 11+hr flight now I have to stay in a hotel because my flight out via Southwest was the last one out for the day and The only nonstop flight departs at 12:35 tomorrow. Thank goodness Southwest booked me on another flight at no charge! They take care of their customers. It was not their fault I missed the flight. It was dur to the "techincal difficulties" with Lufthansa. And every hotel within a 8 mile radius has been sold out. And at one point I booked online only to find out upon my arrival, after paying for taxi and havig him leave, thAt this hotel is sold out and should not have allowed me to book online. So after landing at 7:15 pm at LAX I am just now in bed at a hotel after searching and paying for cabs etc. And on my dime! Absolutely ridiculous !!"
Plussat: "The plane was very comfortable, and I had plenty of space, because I was sitting near to the exit door. The service and the crew were just great. I love traveling with Lufthansa."

Plussat: "Flight departed 30 minutes late (due to a delay with the inbound flight)but a short flight time enabled the delay to be recovered and we landed in FRA on time. A very long taxi (30 minutes) made connection time for my next flight to be very tight."
Miinukset: "Why do LH insist on serving the 2nd meal/beverage service in economy class until 50 minutes before the flight lands? I suspect they would argue it allows passengers to have greater rest however in Y class the passengers are awake long before......could I suggest serving the snack earlier as it prevents a very rushed service as trays are collected and cabin secured very near to the actual landing?"

Plussat: "Very pleased with KLM - efficiency all round and especially the baggage handling at Schipol swhere I had 20 minutes to transfer and my baggage came back with me to the UK which is no mean feat given the hustle and bustle of such a large airport"

Miinukset: "I have ordered Wheelchair for my parents which one of my parent didn't get it on Mumbai Airport. When they arrived on Amsterdam Netherlands Airport they were dropped to the gate assigned first and once the gate changed on the fly no body came to help them moving to the new gate assigned which was far away to walk. Nobody even came to tell them that the gate has been changed. It was because of my father's alertness they didn't miss the connecting flight and when my father asked help to members on airport none of them helped my parents and other 4 co passengers which also were on wheel chairs. It was so scary experience for them that they asked me not to book any more flights with Jet Airways. I won't recommend Jet Airways to any of my friends for their parents to travel to USA. I strongly recommend you guys to take a strict action against this. This is so unacceptable."

Miinukset: "The Guy who had an accident when boarding causing a delay. Also I didn’t like the wait fir checking as passengers with children went before business class and should be after."
Plussat: "Equally friendly crew and experience. It was complimented by the time we got to spend in the fantastic KLM lounge while we waited for the flight."
Miinukset: "OLD plane without comfort or entertainment"
Plussat: "The very dirty plane was cleaned at Dar-es-salaam and became less dirty. The pilot kept us updated periodically through the flight. The flight attendants were very pleasant."
Miinukset: "The plane was very dirty when we landed in Dar-es-salaam. The plane did get cleaned a little bit in Dar-es-salaam however I was still missing a pillow and blanket which I had to actively seek out. Seating was not very comfortable as there was a box attached to the leg of the seat in front of me, making it necessary to keep my feet at an uncomfortable angle through the long flight. I did not enjoy the food."
Plussat: "I really like the spaciousness, the plug ins and general service"
Miinukset: "I have a dairy allergy but had no option to prepurchase a dairy free meal. It made for a very unenjoyable flight as I couldn't eat anything they had. What was worse was after I told them of my situation they said they understood and had a meal that would do but there was cheese, yogurt, milk chocolate, etc."
Miinukset: "Late Cabin extremely warm Full flight and centre seat means no room to relax or carry out work"
Plussat: "Staff superb. They even surprised us with an exit row and a gift for my partners birthday! Amazing. Samantha and Dennis also took time to come and personally wish him a happy birthday. A lovely touch. This airline runs like clockwork. They are just great. The sandwich and stoop waffle are nice too."
Miinukset: "There is a bus to the plane, so that takes a bit of extra time but they are very well organized."
Plussat: "For an 8 hr flight...multiple snacks, 2 meals and continuous beverage service. Blanket, pillow amd movies."
Miinukset: "Watched flight attendant drop tongs on floor, pick them up and put them back in the bowl of buns and continue to use them to serve bums"
Plussat: "Good flight, we got a nice snack despite it being a short flight, the staff was great."
Miinukset: "Because of slow boarding process flight was delayed by 15 minutes. I had short connection in Amsterdam."
Miinukset: "Completely none sense to change the time of départure (30 min earlier) with just a simple email 24h before and w/o sending a text on mobile phone."

After calling the 3rd party (kiwi) that kayak sold the ticket through, they were extremely unhelpful and could not accommodate me at all to try to get me on a flight to make my work obligation. Needless to say I missed the meeti"

Miinukset: "Delayed in the terminal many hours only to board the aircraft and delay again. My entire delay in Barcelona was longer than my scheduled travel for the day. Also, Vueling seats are too close together compared to all airlines I have flown on. My knees were against the seat ahead of me."

Miinukset: "two hours late, because of earlier weather, there was never an acknowledgement or apology until a recorded announcement at the end of the fkight. after changing departure gates (again no sorry) the boarding was chaos, led by silly giggling wonen who had no decorum and no sense of safety. then a 45 minute wait onboard, no explanation. food for sale looks terrible. bumpy (not their fault) it all might have been far more humanely done."

Miinukset: "the flight was extremely late leaving Palermo which made my wife and I mis-connect in Rome. This was unacceptable since there were no weather issues. The plane was just a few minutes late arriving into Palermo, but it was extremely late leaving for Rome. There didn't seem to be any sense of urgency to get the plane boarded. People were boarding the plane up to 45 minutes after the plane should have departed. I will try to plan better and use Ryanair in the future."
Plussat: "The crew were friendly, boarding was quick, it was a nice flight"
Miinukset: "As it was a night flight, it would have been nice if the lights would have been lowered so we could sleep and no entertainment if you couldn't sleep was provided"
Miinukset: "You take money from my card and you send me confirmation when I go to the counter they said that I don't have any reservation I will complain about that you are the bad company ever"
Miinukset: "Very narrow seats, in fact the most narrow I've ever been on. Plane was delayed both ways. No real explanation as to why."
Miinukset: "They lied to us that the connection flight from Barcelona to Tel Aviv was canceled and therefore we must stay at Granada. They also said they could not fly us to Barcelona because all the hotels there were full occupancy (sounds absurd). Only after we insisted on flying to Barcelona we discovered that the flight to Tel Aviv took place as usual. To this day, I do not know why an airline needs to lie in such an ugly way. Note that this was not a misunderstanding or language difficulties. The English of the airline team and mine is excellent. This behavior is dismissive, irresponsible, and embarrassing"

Miinukset: "Apparently Vueling, Iberia's cheap cousin, saves a middle seat in row 1 and charges more. A lot more! I was pressured in Helsinki into letting Swissair, the contracted boarding agent it seems, fill that seat, 1/2 of which is what you get for paying 'business' in a plane that has all economy seating. There was no logic or ability to board before economy and indeed my boarding pass stated economy. The woman that was added to the oversold seat got intoxicated and was half in my seat. I will never fly this again and it's not worth the stress to fight for some refund but I was taken advantage of with charging me a 300+ euro seat for this joke of a flight in a "better" level of service."

Miinukset: "I was ripped off! I booked a flight for 3 passengers and paid. An email came through requiring I add additional information for my two companions within 48 hours or their flight would be cancelled and NO refund. I have the app and requested text notification, whereby nothing came through. The flights were cx and I had to book 2 new ones or fly alone. When calling to dispute, I could only email. The phone number was not international. The email rely denied a refund. I requested to escalate the dispute but Wasnt ever connected to that individual. In Paris, I attempted to reach the claims dept and was told to email them or call customer service but don't speak Spanish so got no where. Out 267$."
Miinukset: "The flight was overbooked, and the alternative was to fly to barcelina and transit flight to rome. At the end i reached rome 13 hours after the original time table. Vouling service in tel aviv and barcelina was not empathic at all."
