Plussat: Loved the retrofitting work done on the 777-200 for atmosphere and head room. The flight crew were among the most accommodating I’ve experienced.

Miinukset: Hanging flown on several wide bodied aircraft, it’s been my experience that the A330 has a much better coach experience than the 777 aircraft models. For me, it’s a matter of legroom. Fortunately, I didn’t have anyone next to me on the flight and was able to spread out a bit (I’m 6’5”!!) My only other complaint was that while this was booked as an Iberia flight, the flights were all serviced by American Airlines. Check-in, seat selection were all handled by American. It was a little confusing in the online check-in process, because for months, the AA app wouldn’t recognize anything but the return legs of the trip using the record locator provided by Expedia.

Miinukset: Crew need to be smile - we not in Russia

Plussat: Flight at time. Arrived earlier than expected.

Miinukset: I ordered a cava bottle and it was hot. But rest was ok

Plussat: Boarded on time, flight crew was friendly, nice amenities like pillows, headphones and blankets.

Miinukset: The food was ok could be better and WiFi didn’t work.

Miinukset: Lost one of my bags and delivered the others with glacial slowness, then reps were incredibly rude when I tried to report it missing. NEVER AGAIN!

Plussat: Very intuitive self drop-off service, helpful and friendly staff

Miinukset: The flight got 30 min delayed, online check-in opens 24h prior to departure

Plussat: I have liked Norwegian ever since I first flew with them. So my meal was something I ordered and looked forward too on a long 8.5 hour flight. I actually tell everyone that it is my favorite airline

Miinukset: Even though I paid the fifty pounds for extra bag and "nice and tasty" food they didn't bring it as they said it was not on my ticket. When I asked where my food was, long after everyone had been fed, they brought me what was left over. A spaghetti and chicken which was warm and not "tasty" and I do not normally eat chicken. It was the only thing left. For the breakfast snack they also forget me until I asked again. The the "nice and tasty" meal was very sad and disappointing. And when I have travelled with Norwegian before the meal and entertainment were excellent. Also when I arrived in Barcelona "transit" to Newark there was no one advising up where to go! They dropped us en mass at the immigration which was huge and packed with long, long lines. When I asked people in uniform where transit was they told me I had to go through immigration! An hour later when I went to the immigration booth, the officer took me directly upstairs to another security check and then I was told to wait in an area and my flight would be called. Nothing. And when I went to the flight they said my bags were unloaded! All the Norwegian offices and checkin were closed for the night. My phone would not work there and finally I found wifi and called Norwegian in London, They gave me numbers and company names to call. But there no one to be found or connected to. At seven o'clock the next morning when Norwegian opened I was able to be put on the next flight on Sunday, two days later. A terrible transit like I have never experienced before.

Plussat: All went as expected. Efficient and timely.

Miinukset: Seat bottom cushions worn out

Miinukset: Delays meaning I missed my train in Gatwick and wont be home before 1am. Crew was not exactly nice either

Plussat: On time, fast and efficient.

Miinukset: A bit more friendly boarding

Plussat: It's a large company in London so it was easy to navigate at the terminals.

Miinukset: It was a budget airline and not bad for a short flight. Nothing special.

Plussat: The seats were more comfortable than on the way out. Crew were friendly, polite and efficient. Took off on time and landed early

Miinukset: Boarding - why do EasyJet put you through the boarding gate only to then have you queueing on a staircase or air bridge? They do this every time, so you end up with no seat. Also, check in was really slow, even though we were only doing a bag drop as we'd checked in online.

Plussat: Food was good, lots of great movies to watch during such long flight.

Miinukset: Check-in process and seat selection is misguiding and confusing. Boarding was slow and takeoff took place an hour later than scheduled.

Miinukset: Nothing !! Thanks for everything

Plussat: I could not travel to Miami due to Iberia did not assigned the seat with my children.

Miinukset: The lack of education and polite of the Stewart is a minus on that airline

Plussat: The seat was comfortable.

Miinukset: A drink of water should not cost 2euro. On a moderately long flight it is a necessity.
